Abstract

This study investigated how exposure to negative information influenced consumer trust and repurchase intention within Indonesia’s traditional medicine market. By integrating the Theory of Planned Behavior with Trust Deterioration Models, the research addressed a critical gap concerning the impact of adverse digital narratives on culturally embedded health products. A quantitative, cross-sectional design was employed using an online survey that collected 207 valid responses from traditional medicine users across Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Descriptive analysis and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate both measurement and structural models. Results showed that negative information significantly undermined trust in traditional medicine, which in turn reduced consumers’ intention to repurchase. The strongest effects emerged from the perceived credibility and virality of negative news, which heightened risk perception and skepticism toward product quality, brand integrity, and regulatory oversight. Trust was found to partially mediate the relationship between negative information and repurchase intention, highlighting its central role as both a psychological enabler and a vulnerability point in consumer behavior. These findings provided substantial implications for producers, regulators, and marketers in preserving consumer confidence, suggesting the urgent need for reputation management strategies and transparent communication to counteract digital skepticism in emerging markets.

Abstract

Graph Query Language (GraphQL) is a query language designed to manage interactions between clients and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). GraphQL was created to facilitate data exchange between the backend and frontend, providing a clear and easily understandable data description. As GraphQL continues to gain popularity, the need for best security practices and tools to test and protect GraphQL APIs will become increasingly important. Like other technologies, GraphQL also has some weaknesses; one of them is its introspection feature, which can reveal sensitive information that should not be exposed. Therefore, this research aims to identify information disclosure vulnerabilities in GraphQL APIs and to find the most effective time between two security modes implemented: before and after hardening. Two methods and two tools are used to implement this, namely Introspection with InQL and Field Suggestion with Clairvoyance. This research is visually represented through an Attack Tree to provide a comprehensive overview of exploitation paths and potential attacks. After implementation, the results showed that the most successful and efficient exploitation method for information disclosure vulnerability before hardening was the Field Suggestion Method, with a total time of 7.94 seconds. The most efficient time before and after hardening turned out to be the same, with the Field Suggestion Method taking a total of 8.99 seconds after hardening. Thus, based on this time comparison, it can be concluded that the shorter the time required, the quicker an attacker can obtain harmful information from GraphQL.

Abstract

The implementation of a web-based health service information system plays a vital role in supporting homecare services in DKI Jakarta by enhancing communication, accessibility, and service efficiency. This study employs a qualitative research method through literature review and library research to explore the design, development, and impact of such systems in the context of homecare. The analysis synthesizes findings from various studies on web-based platforms that facilitate interaction between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff, emphasizing functional accessibility, user engagement, and technology integration. Key aspects include the system’s ability to provide real-time updates on homecare visits, enable secure messaging, and streamline scheduling and service delivery. The research highlights that ease of access and relevance of information to user needs are critical factors influencing system adoption and effectiveness. Furthermore, the study discusses the benefits observed for multiple stakeholders: patients experience improved access to healthcare information and services; healthcare providers benefit from better coordination and resource management; and administrators gain enhanced oversight and business growth opportunities. Challenges such as digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, and privacy concerns are also addressed. The findings suggest that a well-designed web-based health information system, supported by complementary applications and platforms, can significantly improve the quality and reach of homecare services. This study contributes to the understanding of digital health interventions in urban Indonesian settings and offers practical recommendations for policymakers and healthcare organizations aiming to implement or enhance web-based homecare systems.

Abstract

This study explores planning strategies for library outreach programs aimed at enhancing access to information for underserved community. By employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study highlights the key principles of outreach services planning, including needs assessment, stakeholder collaboration, resource allocation, and program evaluation. The result indicate that tailoring library services to community-specific needs and leveraging technology significantly improve program effectiveness and reach. Collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and efficient use of resources further ensure the sustainability and impact of outreach initiatives feedback, are essential for refining strategies and achieving meaningful outcomes. This article emphasizes the importance of an adaptive and inclusive approach in planning library outreach programs to bridge information gaps, promote lifelong learning, and foster community engagement. Libraries must adopt innovative solutions to overcome barriers and address the dynamic needs of diverse population while maintaining a focus on sustainable and inclusivity.

Abstract

This article is about the concept of mubadalah as a pillar of family resilience in Indonesia in facing the challenges of the era of information disruption. Family life in the era of information disruption faces major challenges, especially husband and wife relations. The purpose of this article is to analyze mubadalah as a pillar of household resilience in Indonesia amidst information disruption. This research method uses kualitative, data sources are obtained from library materials. The data analysis uses the theory of mutuality or mubadalah. The results of the study found that the era of information disruption has given rise to challenges for family life such as misinformation, decreased quality of interpersonal communication, technology addiction which has an impact on family disharmony. The concept of mubadalah has significant relevance in strengthening family resilience in Indonesia in facing these challenges. Mubadalah offers a holistic approach to maintaining family harmony and stability. The principle of mubadalah, which emphasizes justice, equality, and cooperation between family members, can be the main pillar in building relationships that are mutually supportive, respectful, and solution-oriented. Mubadalah is not only relevant as a religious concept, however also as a practical solution in responding to the increasingly complex social dynamics in the modern era.

Abstract

- This study aims to explain the implementation effect of accounting information systems, e-commerce, and digital wallets on MSMEs’ performance in Bekasi City. The population in this research is MSMEs in North Bekasi City. The sampling method used a purposive sampling method and determined a specific area, namely North Bekasi City. The specific criteria for the sample were 100 MSMEs distributed in North Bekasi City first as respondents. Data collection is using the instrument. 100 questionnaires are distributed, and 97 questionnaires are sent back by respondents. The use of data analysis showed that the implementation effect of accounting information systems, e-commerce, and digital wallet on MSMEs’ performance in Bekasi City, while e-commerce has a negative and insignificant effect. This study implies that implementing a good accounting information system and digital wallet will improve the MSMEs' performance in Bekasi City. Even though the implementation of e-commerce has not reached its best and optimal state, it will improve MSMEs' performance in Bekasi City. Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, e-commerce dan dompet digital terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah UMKM Kota Bekasi Utara. Motode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menetapkan wilayah spesifik, yaitu Kota Bekasi Utara baru kali pertama ini. Kriteria untuk menjadi sampel adalah UMKM di Kota Bekasi Utara sejumlah 100 orang sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode survei menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Total 100 kuesioner yang disebar dan 97 kuesioner kembali oleh responden. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan smartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi dan dompet digital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi, sedangkan e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu dengan diterapkannya sistem informasi akuntansi dan dompet digital yang baik, meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Penerapan e-commerce meskipun belum baik dan optimal diharapkan kedepannya dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

The implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka” (MBKM) program requires an integrated and adaptive information system to manage academic activities efficiently. This study aims to develop a web-based MBKM Management Information System at Universitas Prima Indonesia using the Scrum framework. The system supports structured registration, reporting, assessment, and verification processes involving students, academic advisors, department heads, and MBKM administrators. Technologies used include React.js and Next.js for the frontend, Express.js for the backend, and MySQL for the database. A key contribution of this research is the application of the agile Scrum methodology to accommodate the dynamic nature of MBKM policies, ensuring iterative development and user-centered design. Internal testing using Black Box methods indicates high functionality and usability. The resulting system enhances efficiency, data integration, and stakeholder collaboration. This study demonstrates how agile practices can be effectively applied to develop scalable academic systems that support national education reforms.

Abstract

This research explores the challenges and opportunities in implementing Management Information Systems (MIS) in Islamic Education Institutions.  Management Information Systems plays an important role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management, while strengthening the trust of various related parties. This study uses the literature review method by analyzing relevant literature, journals and case studies. The results show that the implementation of SIM can facilitate access to information, improve reporting regularity, and strengthen academic and administrative monitoring and evaluation. However, the implementation faces several obstacles, such as lack of understanding of technology, limited resources, resistance to change, and data security issues. To overcome these challenges, a holistic approach is needed through technology training, effective change management, and strengthening data security policies. In addition, increased understanding and support from policy makers are also key factors in successful SIM implementation. With the right strategy, SIM can be optimally utilized to improve the quality of education management in Islamic Education Institutions.

Abstract

Improving the quality of administrative services in educational institutions has become a priority in the current digital era. Management Information Systems (MIS) are implemented as solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in managing educational administration. However, several challenges remain, including user dissatisfaction with system usability, accessibility, and responsiveness. This study aims to explore the impact of MIS implementation on the quality of administrative services in education, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency within educational institutions. The research employs a literature review method, involving an in-depth analysis of relevant literature, including journals, books, and research reports. The findings indicate that the success of MIS depends not only on technical aspects but also on the management of human resources, IT infrastructure, and responsive strategies tailored to user needs. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for educational institutions to formulate more effective MIS management strategies, thereby delivering high-quality administrative services.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted various sectors, including the fields of economics and business. One sector experiencing this transformation is livestock enterprises, such as Ternak Express, a business focused on providing animals as sacrificial (Qurban) and Aqiqah services. Currently, Ternak Express manages product and livestock data manually, a method that is prone to errors and can lead to data inconsistencies and potential financial losses for the business owner. To address this issue, this study aims to develop a web-based Point of Sale (POS) information system to support business operations more effectively and efficiently. The system is designed to manage sales transactions, product data, and customer information and generate business reports in a structured and automated manner. The development process uses the Laravel framework and applies the Waterfall model as the methodological approach. This research results in a web-accessible POS system that helps Ternak Express reduce data entry errors, streamline transaction processes, and improve the accuracy of business data management. With the implementation of this system, business operations are expected to become more integrated and professional, thereby supporting the company's growth and long-term development.
