Abstract

Administrative services in Sekarteja Village are still carried out manually through physical recording, which causes data irregularity, risk of losing archives, and limited access to information for the community. This research aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of a web-based Kelurahan Administration Management Information System (SIMANKEL) as a solution to these problems. System development uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a waterfall process model that includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. The system was developed using PHP Native, MySQL as a database, and the user interface was designed based on UI/UX principles using Visual Studio Code. System evaluation was conducted by referring to three aspects of the ISO 9126 software quality standard, namely functionality, usability, and efficiency. The test results show that all functions run according to specifications (100%), the usability aspect obtained a feasibility score of 91% from 20 respondents (excellent category), and the efficiency aspect shows that the system load time is in the good category based on testing using GTMetrix. These findings indicate that SIMANKEL is feasible to use as an information system for administrative services in Sekarteja Village and has the potential to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of pub services.

Abstract

Port operations face challenges in the form of potential risks such as delays in data recording, data inconsistencies between units, and lack of system integration that can hinder logistics distribution. This study identified 20 potential operational risks using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to help map mitigation priorities through the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN). The results of the risk mapping were used as a basis for designing the functional requirements of a web-based port operational information system. The system was developed using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL to support structured recording of loading and unloading activities, ship scheduling, and logistics monitoring. Although the RPN values were used to understand risk priorities, they did not directly determine the system features. Instead, the risk analysis served to provide an overall understanding for designing a system that better matches operational needs. The validation of system benefits at this stage remains conceptual, and future implementation is needed to test its effectiveness in actual port operations.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages village governments to adopt digital systems in improving services, including in the field of staffing. However, the readiness of village officials in using this information system is often a major challenge. This study aims to measure the level of readiness of village officials in Tanjungmedar District in adopting a personnel information system using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) model. This model analyzes four psychological dimensions, namely optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. The study involved all village officials in nine villages in Tanjungmedar District with a total of 96 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, and TRI calculations. The research results showed a total TRI score of 3.38, which falls into the medium readiness index category. The variables of optimism and innovation received high scores, 1.02 and 1.03 respectively, while discomfort and insecurity scored lower, at 0.66 and 0.68. The research results indicate the need to improve aspects of comfort and security in the use of the information system. As a recommendation, technical training and system improvements are suggested to support optimal adaptation of information technology.

Abstract

The implementation of Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) is mandatory for hospitals in Indonesia. Initial observations at RSUD Lombok Tengah indicate that SIMRS users still face difficulties in utilizing system features and have not yet fully optimized its use. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of SIMRS using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), extended with two external variables: System Quality (SQ) and Information Quality (IQ). TAM was selected due to its simplicity and effectiveness in measuring technology adoption based on user perceptions. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 SIMRS users across various departments at RSUD Lombok Tengah. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0. The measurement model results indicate that all constructs are valid and reliable (AVE 0.5; CR 0.7). Of the eight hypotheses tested, four were found to be significant: IQ → PEOU (β = 0.427; p 0.001), PEOU → PU (β = 0.501; p 0.001), PEOU → ATU (β = 0.565; p 0.001), and ATU → BI (β = 0.791; p 0.001). These findings suggest that information quality and perceived ease of use are dominant factors influencing user attitudes and behavioral intentions in using SIMRS. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of the TAM framework in the healthcare sector and offers practical implications for hospital management in optimizing SIMRS implementation strategies in a more targeted and data-driven manner.
