Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is an independent and neutral organization engaged in humanitarian work. The PMI in Pringsewu Regency faces challenges in managing member, staff, and attendance data, hindering the development of its Youth Red Cross (PMR) and Volunteer Corps (KSR) activities. Furthermore, public access to information about the PMI in Pringsewu Regency remains limited. Based on these challenges, this study aims to design and build an Android-based information system to manage PMI member and volunteer data in Pringsewu Regency. The research method used is the Waterfall method, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is equipped with features for member management, volunteer attendance, staff information, and public access to information. Black Box testing results indicate that all system functions operate as required. With this information system, PMI member and volunteer data management in Pringsewu Regency becomes more effective, accurate, and integrated, while also facilitating public access to information about the PMI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pencarian informasi Generasi Z menggunakan Information Foraging Theory (IFT) di Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap 91 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari total populasi 1.028 pengguna Generasi Z. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 1–4 yang terdiri atas 25 item. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa distribusi frekuensi, persentase, dan skor mean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pencarian informasi berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 3,18. Indikator dengan skor tertinggi terdapat pada akses multi perangkat (mean = 3,31) dan ketersediaan informasi (mean = 3,28), sedangkan skor terendah terdapat pada kemudahan navigasi (mean = 2,87) dan stabilitas layanan (mean = 2,95). Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh item valid dengan nilai r hitung 0,383–0,752 > r tabel 0,361, sedangkan reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,81 sehingga dinyatakan reliabel. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z sangat dipengaruhi oleh information scent, kecepatan akses, dan kualitas navigasi ketika mencari informasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan layanan perpustakaan digital berbasis IFT, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas navigasi dan stabilitas sistem.

Abstract

Bone Regency is one of the regions in South Sulawesi Province with a high-category flood disaster risk level, reaching a risk index of 164.46. This study aims to produce flood hazard mapping in Bone Regency using a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach and fuzzy logic. The methods employed include Geomorphic Flood Index (GFI) analysis to identify areas prone to inundation, as well as weighted overlay techniques based on slope and distance-from-river parameters. The research results indicate that the total area with flood hazard levels in Bone Regency reaches 93,773.14 ha, dominated by the high-hazard class covering approximately 75% of the total hazard potential. The spatial distribution shows the highest risk concentration in Mare Subdistrict (10,920.15 ha), Sibulue (9,062.06 ha), and Cenrana (6,968.28 ha). Model validation against historical data demonstrates an accuracy rate of 90%, proving that the integration of GIS and fuzzy logic is effective in mapping flood hazard zones with high precision. The results of this study are expected to serve as a strategic instrument for stakeholders in planning more effective and targeted disaster mitigation.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of accounting information systems, peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, and payment gateways on the financial performance of MSMEs in Surabaya. The study employed a descriptive-quantitative approach. The target population comprises MSMEs in Surabaya the sample consists of 100 respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using SPSS software and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Accounting Information Systems, Peer-to-Peer Lending (P2P), and Payment Gateways partially have a positive effect on the financial performance of MSMEs in Surabaya. This indicates that the implementation of accounting information systems and the optimal use of financial technology can help MSME players improve the effectiveness of financial management, facilitate access to capital, and support smooth business transactions, thereby improving financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Accounting Information Systems, QRIS-based digital payments, and financial literacy on the performance of culinary sector MSMEs in Surabaya City. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires administered to MSME actors who have used accounting information systems and QRIS. The results indicate that Accounting Information Systems, QRIS-based digital payments, and financial literacy have a positive and significant impact on SME performance. These findings indicate that the use of a more structured financial recording system helps business actors generate more accurate financial information for decision making, the use of QRIS improves the smoothness and efficiency of transactions, and financial literacy strengthens the ability of MSME actors to prepare financial plans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan transformasi layanan publik dalam penerapan electronic government oleh PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya melalui aplikasi Customer Information System (CIS). Kekurangan pasokan air bersih masih menjadi tantangan bagi pemerintah daerah, khususnya PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya yang bertugas menyediakan layanan air bersih sekaligus merencanakan aktivitas perusahaan agar tetap memberikan keuntungan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan, PDAM memanfaatkan teknologi melalui aplikasi Customer Information System (CIS) yang menyediakan berbagai layanan digital seperti informasi tagihan, pasang baru, pengaduan, pengecekan meter mandiri, dll. Meski demikian, penerapan aplikasi ini masih menghadapi kendala. Teori yang digunakan dari hasil kajian dan riset Harvard JFK School of Government (Indrajit, 2016) terdapat tiga indikator diantaranya support, capacity, dan value. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi CIS mampu memberikan pelayanan yang praktis, efisien dan transparan. Namun pada elemen support terdapat kendala belum adanya regulasi khusus mengenai aplikasi CIS dan sosialisasi yang belum maksimal. Pada elemen capacity telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, tercermin dari telah terpenuhinya sumber daya finansial dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Akan tetapi, dari sisi sumber daya manusia jumlah programmer masih terbatas. Sedangkan untuk elemen value masih ditemukan kendala pada kecepatan dan ketepatan laporan pengaduan dan masih ada bug pada sistem aplikasi. Kata kunci: Customer Information System (CIS), Electronic Government, PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the management of Islamic educational institutions is a strategic need in the modern era that demands efficiency, transparency, and speed in data management. This study aims to examine the implementation of the web-based Islamic Education Management Information System (SIMPI) at MA Ma'arif 03 Sidomulyo and its impact on service efficiency and institutional governance. This research uses a field qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of SIMPI has had a positive impact in accelerating the administrative process, improving data accuracy, and facilitating access to information, especially in the management of student data, academic grades, and finances. However, the system has not been implemented evenly. Some units such as teacher attendance, letter archiving, and teacher performance evaluation are still running manually. The main challenges faced are the low digital literacy of users, the lack of continuous technical training, the limited supporting infrastructure, and the lack of comprehensive system integration between units. This research recommends strengthening human resources, improving infrastructure, and institutional commitment so that management digitalization can run optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

This study examines the critical role of service quality, customer satisfaction, the image of Islamic banks, and financial information in fostering customer loyalty at KCP BTPN Syariah Kota Bima. Employing a quantitative research method, this investigation utilizes a purposive sampling technique to select 89 customers as respondents. The data collected from these customers are analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 to uncover the relationships and impacts of the studied variables. The findings reveal that service quality significantly contributes to customer loyalty, indicating that superior service delivery fosters stronger customer retention. Additionally, customer satisfaction emerges as a pivotal factor, with satisfied customers demonstrating higher loyalty levels due to their positive experiences and trust in the bank's services. The study further highlights the image of Islamic banks as an influential determinant, suggesting that a favorable reputation and alignment with Islamic values enhance customer commitment. Moreover, financial information proves essential, as transparency and accessibility of financial details build confidence and long-term engagement among customers. The analysis confirms that these factors collectively and individually play a significant role in boosting customer loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of maintaining high service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding a strong bank image, and delivering clear financial information to sustain customer relationships and loyalty. Ultimately, this research provides valuable insights for Islamic banks aiming to strengthen their customer base and competitive advantage in the financial sector.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning management and madrasah administration at MTs Khozinatul Ulum Blora. Islamic education faces challenges in adopting technological innovations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management process. A case study was conducted to gain an in-depth insight into the application of ICT in various aspects of educational management at the institution. The research methods used included participant observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that MTs Khozinatul Ulum Blora has implemented various ICT solutions in learning management and madrasah administration, including the use of academic information systems, online learning, and electronic communication among education stakeholders. Despite facing several obstacles such as limited resources and lack of staff training, the implementation of ICT has made a positive contribution to improving administrative efficiency and the quality of education. This study contributes to the literature on educational management and information technology by presenting concrete findings on the implementation of ICT in the context of Islamic education in Indonesia. The practical implications of the findings of this study can be a reference for other Islamic educational institutions to improve their management through more effective integration of information and communication technology.
