The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine the effect of servant leadership on teacher performance in-state senior high schools in the city of Padang. 2) to determine the effect of school organizational culture on teacher performance in-state senior high schools in the city of Padang. This study used an associative quantitative method, the population of this study were all-state senior high school teachers in the city of Padang, with a sample of 292 teachers. Analysis of the data used in this study is a regression analysis technique, in addition, the researchers also used descriptive analysis to obtain a descriptive measurement from each research variables. The results of this study are: 1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in State Senior High Schools in the City of Padang. 2) school organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in State Senior High Schools in the city of Padang.

This research was aimed at finding out (1) creative thinking, (2) creative thinking skills of students based on highand low knowledge, and (3) the interaction between of problem based learningwith the grade of primary abilityin influencing the creative thinking skills. This research is a quasi-experimental research. Sample of this research is students at X Sains 2 SMAN 1 Sutera and students at X Sains 3 SMAN 1 Sutera. The accumulation of data using test and the analysis of data by statistical. The results showed that (1) creative thinking comprehension skills of the students who were taught by using problem centered learning had high score than the students whose where taught by using conventional model 2) creative thinking comprehension skills of the students whose high primary ability that were taught by using problem based learning had same score with the students who were taught by using conventional model 3) creative thinking comprehension skills of the students whose low primary ability that were taught by using problem based learning had high score than the students who were taught by using conventional model 4) whose were no interaction among the use of problem based learning and the grade of primary abilityin influencing the creative thinking comprehention skills

Disposition is a character or personality that is needed for an individual to succeed. Students need a mathematical disposition to persevere in the face of problems, take responsibility in their learning, and develop good work habits in mathematics. However, the mathematical disposition of STKIP Pesisir Selatan students while attending basic statistics lectures is still far from expectations. This is seen from the results of a questionnaire that 56% of students who do not like elementary statistics courses. In addition they lack confidence in solving problems in mathematics. For this reason, a learning model is needed to overcome them. One model that can be used is problem based learning. With learning like this will form the tendency of students to be diligent, conscientious, never give up, see a problem from a variety of different perspectives to get a solution so that when the student successfully resolves a given problem, it will give a sense of pleasure, satisfaction and confidence appears. The purpose of this study is to find out how to increase the mathematical disposition of STKIP Pesisir Selatan students in basic statistics courses before and after learning problem based learning and whether the improvement is significant. All populations were sampled, namely students of mathematics and ICT education courses taking basic statistics courses in the even semester 2018/2019. This type of research is Quasi Exspriment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire given before and after the experiments were carried out. Data analysis used N-gain test to measure the increase in mathematical disposition and continued by paired sample t test to see the significance of the increase. The results of the analysis show that the increase in mathematical disposition of STKIP Pesisir Selatan students with the application of problem based learning in basic statistical subjects has increased quite well, but the increase that occurred was not significant.

Learning resource is a material that can be utilized in support of teachers in the learning process, either directly or indirectly to improve the learning objectives. Learning resources that are usually used for teachers in the school including the Student Worksheet. The purpose of this peneltian is making mathematical constructivism-based learning device which features a mind folder on the material of the triangle and quadrilateral which is valid and practical. This research is research development by using the 4-D model of development which consists of define, design, develop, disseminate. In this phase, the needs analysis conducted define the analysis of curriculum, learner analysis, and analysis of materials-related problems in learning mathematics. On the design phase carried out the design of Constructivism-based student work sheet that comes mind folder on the triangular and quadrilateral meteri, then conducted a validation by experts. Phase test the practicalities do develop to a limited extent. The practicalities of data retrieved from sheet keterlaksanaan worksheet students, and practicalities of learners. This research was conducted based on the facts showing that the students ability in mathematical reasoning problem was still low in class X of SMA Negeri Painan. This could be seen from the result of observation and analysis of their achivement on mathematic reasoning test. To overcome this problem, Problem Based Instruction model was applied. This research was designed for revealing the effect of using Problem Based Instruction model on the students reasoning abilities the in class X of SMA Negeri Painan. This was a quasi experimental research. The population of the research was the students in class X of SMA Negeri Painan. By using Random Sampling technique, class X.6 of SMA Negeri 2 Painan was chosen as the experimental group and class X.4 of SMA Negeri 2 Painan was chosen as the control group. The instruments of the research were a questionnaire of creativity to see the students creativity in learning and a test to see their ability in mathematic reasoning. Based on the result of the research, some conclusions were drawn. First, the reasoning abilities of the students taught by using Problem Based Instruction model was better than that of students taught by using conventional model. Second, the reasoning ability of the students having high and low kreativity taught by using Problem Based Instruction model was better than that of students taught by using conventional model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi apakah bentuk dan dampak dari perilaku bullying terhadap peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data diambil melalui wawancara mendalam kepada dua puluh orang informan yang terdiri dari peserta didik Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Sekolah Menengah Atas, Guru, Kepala Sekolah, Security, tokoh masyarakat dan orang tua. Seluruh data wawancara kemudian dianalisis secara tematik menggunakan software analisis kualititaf NVivo 10. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian mendapati sembilan tema penting berkaitan dengan bentuk serta dampak perilaku bullying terhadap peserta didik. Sembilan tema tersebut terbagi kepada tiga tema terkait dengan bentuk perilaku bullying yaitu i) bentuk fisik, ii) verbal iii) psikologis. Selanjutnya enam tema terkait dengan dampak yang ditimbulkan yaitu; i) hilangnya rasa percaya diri, ii) terintimidasi, iii) rendah diri, iv) perasaan tidak aman dan nyaman, v) takut bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan dan vi) sulit berkonsentrasi dalam belajar. Perilaku bullying tidak mempunyai tempat dalam dunia pendidikan, namun faktanya permasalahan tersebut sering muncul secara berulang-ulang tanpa mengenal waktu dan tempat. Justru itu menurut penulis semua pihak tidak hanya sekolah, orang tua serta peran aktif masyarakat sangat diperlukan dalam usaha pencegahannya agar tidak terus terulang lagi, sebab berdasarkan penelitian ini perilaku bullying berdampak negatif bagi peserta didik baik secara fisik apalagi psikis.

Many the village officer who does not have experience in information and computer area, it made their work does not finish on time. It was caused they did not know how to the usage of technology and computer well. The purpose of this research to explain the usage of computer technology by the officer of Pelangai Kaciak Village.This is descriptive research using qualitative approach, because the researcher took the data written and spoken, as informant of the research are the head of the village and his officer, 6 people. The data explained based on observation, interview, and documentation.The result of this research took from the information of the head of village and 6 his officer. From the interview can be explained that 1) the important application was used to accounting is SISKEUDES (Sistem keuangan desa/Village accounting system), SINAR was used to serve correspondence, Online tax was used to pay the people tax, MS. WORD was used to make the letter that there is not be in SINAR application, Excel application was used to SPJ and power point application was used perform material in internal meeting. 2) the problem of the usage the information and computer technology by the village officer was capacities of RAM, Lamp is often off, and slow loading of internet.

Teacher performance is a very influential factor in the development of students' abilities. Good teacher performance will give good results to students. Professionalism is one factor that influences teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of professionalism on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and its nature is explanatory. The population in this study was 37 respondents. In this study the entire population was sampled, amounting to 37 respondents. Data analysis technique is a simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that professionalism has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.360 or 36%. This shows that Teacher Performance (Y) can be explained by Professionalism (X) by 36% while the remaining 64% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to evaluate the facilities and infrastructure of senior high school science laboratory in Padang Pariaman Regency. Senior high school 1 Lubuk Alung. Senior high school YDB Lubuk Alung, Senior high school 1 Kayu Tanam,Senior high school 2 Lubuk Alung and Senior high school 1 Batang Anai. Data collection techniques through questionnaire / questionnaire instruments used to reveal data about laboratory facilities and infrastructure. Based on theanalysis of the data it was found that the state of the laboratory in terms of facilities and infrastructure at five schools in Padang Pariaman Regency was in the fairly complete category.

The ability to understand mathematical concepts of grade VII students at MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan has not been satisfactory. Learning that does not provide a memorable learning process and does not involve students in the discovery of mathematical concepts makes the concept only memorized without deep understanding. Discovery learning can facilitate and build students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discovery learning on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of Grade VII students of MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan based on students' initial abilities. The study population was students of class VII MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan in the 2017/2018 school year, with the sample of the study being randomly selected, namely class VI.4 students as the experimental class and VII.1 as the control class. This type of research is Quasi Exspriment. The research data were obtained from the results of the initial ability test and the mathematical concept understanding test given after the experiment was carried out. Data analysis using t test. The results of the analysis show that: 1) The ability to understand mathematical concepts of students with high initial ability who are taught discovery learning models is better than students who are taught with conventional learning, 2) The ability to understand mathematical concepts of students with low initial ability who are taught discovery learning models are better than students who are taught with conventional learning.Bacer, F, K. 2004.
