Al Qodiri : Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan April dan Agustus. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari.

Abstract

Elementary school as a forum for basic education is able to become a bridge to provide an understanding of religious values ​​from an early age to students so that they are not easily shaken by the development of the times that are able to leave religious character values. This writing aims to describe how the actualization of religious character values ​​based on the concept of faith according to Imam Al Ghazali at SD IT Al Ghazali Palangka Raya. This paper was prepared using a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research) and descriptive qualitative research methods. Collecting data in this paper, using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Humberman technique: the data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/veryfication. The results of the discussion are; 1) Faith according to Imam Al Ghazali is simply saying with the tongue, admitting the truth with the heart and practicing it with the limbs. 2) Actualization of Religious Character Values ​​at SD IT Al Ghazali Palangka Raya, is divided into two types, namely; a) Objective actualization through collaborative school institutional structures, b) Subjective actualization is the implementation of charity (deeds) of the religious character values ​​by students both inside and outside the school. 3) Actualization of Religious Character Values ​​based on the concept of faith according to Imam Al Ghazali; a) through integrated learning of Islamic religious education, students are able to pronounce answers as a result of translators from the heart who believe in the oneness of Allah and the blessings of Islam in learning. Abstract

This study aims to reveal character education in the meaning of pantang larang [taboo] in Pangkalan Buton and Rantau Panjang Villages, Sukadana Sub-District, Kayong Utara Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this case it describes the object under study and explains the data thoroughly and systematically. Then after the data is considered to be sufficient, the next stage is data analysis and continued with conclusion drawing. Pantang larang that is still in practice today in Pangkalan Buton and Rantau Panjang is a belief for some people as a norm and adab [good manners] to balance technological advancement in today's digital era, and therefore it indirectly becomes the 'police' in the midst of the growing modernization. Pantang larang that develops in the Pangkalan Buton and Rantau Panjang Village Communities has relevance to character education, especially with regard to religious attitudes and values, resilience, and caring.

Abstract

The implementation of voluntary non-execution auctions that are not attended by Class II Auction Officials has the potential to cause frauds that occur in the implementation of auctions, so that there is a chance of violating auction principles. The function of Class II Auction Officials in the implementation of Voluntary Non-Execution Auctions is to lead, witness, record, and certify auction winners, all of which are further stated in the minutes of auction called auction minutes. If the organizer of the online auction does not involve auction officials, it can be doubted the validity of the implementation to the preparation of the minutes. This certainly has an impact on the authenticity of the minutes of the deed made by the Class II Auction Officer, considering that the signature of the minutes of auction is also carried out not in the presence of the official concerned. Therefore, it can be said that the evidentiary power of the auction minutes is no longer an authentic deed but rather has the evidentiary power under the hand. Abstract

The exoneration clause was born in a notary deed due to notary concerns from the actions of clients who had bad faith in making a deed before a notary. The inclusion of this clause raises questions regarding its legality, considering that the substance of the notarial deed in accordance with the provisions of the UUJN only contains the interests of the parties. This research uses normative juridical methods. The results of this study explain that the exoneration clause in legality does not violate the UUJN and does not eliminate the identity of the deed, provided that the inclusion of the clause must be based on the information of the parties that the documents submitted as deed making data are true, and do not involve notaries from all forms of legal cases due to matters caused by the parties themselves, Furthermore, the information or statement is constantized by the notary in the deed. Although, the existence of this clause does not mean that the notary can be exempted from all forms of legal entanglement if it is proven that the notary has manifestly committed an offense and caused losses to the parties in the deed. Abstract

Notaries as public officials have an important role in preventing money laundering crimes. One of the Notary's obligations is to maintain the confidentiality and security of documents submitted or entrusted to him, including certificates confiscated in the crime of money laundering. In this journal, the author discusses the notary's obligation to deposit certificates confiscated in suspected money laundering by using analytical descriptive writing methods. The results of the analysis show that the Notary has the obligation to report the alleged Crime of Money Laundering to the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) and not to make any transactions with the certificate, except for the authorities. Notary's obligation to deposit certificates confiscated in the Crime of Money Laundering is very important in preventing the occurrence of this crime, because it will greatly cause polemic against the Notary's position which creates a dilemma. Abstract

In Central Anjir Serapat, the Nahdlatussalam Islamic Boarding School has a role as a non-formal educational institution that becomes a forum for developing the religious knowledge that students have obtained during formal schooling by using the talaqqi method in the learning process. It is ironic that a boarding school with learning based on the yellow book, but there are still students and alumni who are not fluent or even cannot read the yellow book at all. This research is trying to describe how the general description of the application of the talaqqi method at Nahdlatussalam Islamic Boarding School. The formulation of the research problems are; How to apply the talaqqi method and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in learning at Nahdlatussalam Islamic Boarding School. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were 3 teachers and 2 students as informants. The data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation techniques, then the data obtained were analyzed by the procedure; data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate: The application of the talaqqi method at Nahdlatussalam Islamic Boarding School is started by reading the Al-Fatihah led by the teacher. When the lesson is in progress, the students listen while writing the meaning of the book that the teacher reads and explains and it is interspersed with questions from the teacher, then the lesson is closed when the lesson is over. The supporting factors in learning are the psychological conditions of the students who always eager to take part in lessons and the environmental conditions that are full of academic activities. Inhibiting factors in learning are the level of understanding of the students who are not the same and the attitude of the students' dislike of one of the subjects. Abstract

This study aims to find out the differences in drama learning outcomes through the use of the PAKEM model and Independent Learning with the TikTok application in producing drama videos by students. The background of this research was the learning process activities of SMAN 4 Tasikmalaya students in a pandemic situation which resulted in changes to the learning system. During the pandemic, learning was carried out in two parts, namely two JP through face-to-face, while the other 2 JP used the PJJ system. Based on this, researchers conducted research regarding the differences in the effectiveness of the PAKEM model and Mandifi Learning through the TikTok application. The method used in this study is a quantitative experimental method with a True Experimental design with the Posttest-Only Control Design type. The population is students of class XI SMAN 4 Tasikmalaya with a total of 70 people, while the sample used is 62 people divided into two classes. The research results obtained are as follows. First, the average score of class A students using the PAKEM model is 78.71. Second, the ability of the average value of class B students using the independent learning model is 76.67. Third, there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of the PAKEM model and the Independent learning model through the TikTok application in producing drama learning outcomes for class XI students of SMAN 4 Tasikmalaya using the t test.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the madrasah exam questions based on the level of thinking of students. The discussion in this study includes the level of effectiveness of the sentences in the questions, the validity of the questions, the reliability and level of difficulty, the discriminating power index, the effectiveness of deceptive items and grouping questions based on the thinking levels of Order Thinking Skills (LOTS), Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS), and Higher Order. Thinking Skills (HOTS). The research conducted included descriptive research types of document analysis. The documents analyzed were grid documents, Indonesian language madrasa exam questions at MTsN 1 Garut which consisted of 35 multiple choice questions and 5 descriptions and answer sheets for examinees. The results obtained based on the research that has been done are as follows. First, the sentences used in the Indonesian language madrasa exam questions at MTsN 1 Garut already use effective sentences. Second, the validity of the questions shows that there are 23 valid questions and 17 invalid questions. Third, the reliability level of multiple choice questions is high, while the description questions are in the moderate category. Fourth, the difficulty level of the questions is 14 questions in the easy category, 4 questions in the medium category, and 14 questions in the high category. Fifth, the level of discrimination is 8 low categories, 18 medium categories, and 14 high categories. Sixth, the effectiveness of the distractor, as many as 15 questions function properly and 20 questions do not function properly. It contains 1 question in the Level Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) category, 19 questions in the Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS) category, and 20 questions in the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that ronggeng is a cultural heritage in the life of the Javanese people. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This study uses a qualitative approach with a direct analysis design on the novel. This is done to study the aspects of women's representation in the novel which is used as the object of study. This research shows that the novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk displays several discourses on sexuality. The depictions of sexual relations between Srintil and several male characters, namely Rasus, Ki Secamenggala, Dower, and Sulam show that Srintil is an object that is forced to surrender to circumstances. Srintil and Rasus have a complex relationship with the image of Mother in Srintil. Then, Srintil's relationship with Ki Secamengala was seen as a religious ritual that was sacred to the people of Dukuh Paruk. Furthermore, the relationship between Srintil, Dower and Sulam is like a buying and selling transaction. The depiction of the myths and stereotypes of the Dukuh Paruk community appears with several discourses of sexuality. This novel is also closely related to cultural values because in this novel the story is related to beliefs related to the existence of ronggeng in the hamlet. The characters in the novel highly uphold the cultural values taught by their ancestors. In addition, there are many spells such as love spells and love breaker spells as part of the representation of cultural elements in aspects of oral literature.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor physics in class X SMA Negeri 1 Magetan by using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. This study used the classroom action research (PTK) method which was carried out in collaboration between researchers, tutor teachers, and field assistant lecturers. Research procedures carried out in 2 cycles each in 4 stages, namely: Planning (Planning), Action (Action), Observation (Observation), and Reflection (Reflection). The results of this study are that the use of the PjBL learning model on the subject matter of work and energy can improve the learning outcomes of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor physics for class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Magetan. Cycle I had an average pretest score of 65.2 and an average posttest of 86.3, increasing in cycle II the highest posttest score achieved, namely an average pretest of 67.3 and an average posttest of 88.5. While the difference between the posttest and pretest average scores in cycle I was 21.1 points and cycle II was 21.2 points. This shows that there is an increase in physics learning outcomes from the three cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students from cycle I to cycle II.
