Abstract

The Covid-19 epidemic has also had an impact on the work environment for teachers who used to teach in schools but now work from home (WFH) at home. To succeed in these shifting situations, teacher preparation must be improved. Personal preparedness (self-efficacy) is strongly linked to change readiness, which is useful for increasing student learning outcomes. This study intends to investigate the relationship between elementary school teachers' readiness for change and their self-efficacy during the Covid-19 pandemic in Cibitung Regency, as well as the readiness for change in self-efficacy in Cibitung Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study gathered data from 135 people using probability sampling and cluster random sampling procedures, and then analyzed it using SmartPLS 3.0 software and Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS). The results revealed that changing intentions had a 60.5 percent effect on teacher performance, self-efficacy had a 22.4 percent influence on teacher performance, and changing intentions had a 60.6 percent effect on self-efficacy. Many schools have stopped receiving quota help from the Ministry of Education and Culture, which has hampered online learning and potentially harmed teacher effectiveness. It is expected that stakeholders, particularly school principals, the Education Office, and the Ministry of Education and Culture, will continue to offer data internet in order to improve education in Cibitung Regency's public elementary schools. single space.

However, the milestone or stages of children’s bilingual development has not been investigated yet. The study results show that religious practices that non-Muhammadiyah students often observe include; Qunut, the number of rakaah in Tarawih prayer, Tawassul, Dhikr together after fardhu prayer with a bright voice (jahr). Students consider the ordinance of worship as unimportant, and it is a subjective choice that must be respected and should not be disputed. On the one hand, non-Muhammadiyah students remain committed to sticking to the worship traditions that have been practiced since childhood. However, the practice of worship is still based on Fiqh, so it is flexible and dynamic.

Abstract

Education as a process of cultural transformation is a cultural inheritance from one generation to the next. Ethnomathematics can bridge the gap between culture and learning mathematics. One of the cultural elements to be integrated into mathematics learning is to use one of the cultural sites in Yogyakarta, namely the Shiva Temple. This is done to increase students' interest in culture through learning mathematics. Various cultural elements that can be studied at the Shiva Temple include buildings, architecture, ornaments, statues, etc. Besides being based on the ethnomathematics of Shiva Temple, the approach that can be used is Tamansiswa's teachings, namely Niteni, Nirokke, and Nambahi (3N). To facilitate students in learning the material for building flat sides, it is necessary to have interesting, fun, and culturally related teaching materials. Therefore, this study aims to describe the ethnomathematics-based teaching materials of Shiva Temple by applying the teachings of Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data were obtained through direct observation, interviews with the Prambanan temple tourism park manager, documentation, and literature study. The results obtained are the design of teaching materials that contain a summary of the material and practice questions regarding the shape of the flat side space in which there are many pictures of ornaments, and statues found in the Shiva Temple and written with the application of the teachings of Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi.
