The study aims to understand the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as well as learning management which has a very important position in increasing the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. Various obstacles, difficulties, and limitations are faced in the teaching and learning process, starting from the factors of students, students' families, as well as the use of information technology which is still not optimally and equally distributed both in terms of equipment and management. This study uses a literature review as the research method. Ten articles were the data of this study gained from the digital literature search. The data was then analysed using the content analysis method. The results reveal that it can be seen that effective learning can be applied if the learning management is structured and implemented properly by all related parties. This learning management concept had implications for Indonesian education during the COVID-19 pandemic. It cannot be separated from the use of ICT, where there are still obstacles or limitations both in terms of knowledge and existing facilities for teachers and students. These obstacles can be overcome by optimizing facilities for users and training to improve technical knowledge and use. Educators' and students’ good mastery will enable an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process.

The results show that 100% of the students chose and followed the competency program according to their desires and talents, and because of willingness to get better opportunities after graduating. Moreover, it was found that the four competences offered have increased students’ participation in learning. Future recommendations are provided in this article.

Due to the massive rapid advancement of media and communication technologies, educational institutions all over the world have recently realized the need of encouraging multiliteracies, whether in schools or at universities. There is rising interest in incorporating digital multimodal composition (DMC) into ELT education. While the use of DMC for multiliteracy development is well established, the important question of how DMC could boost English learning, especially in EFL settings, remains unaddressed. This paper analyzes the affordances of DMC for EFL learning using findings from an Indonesian DMC program. Data were collected from interviews and questionnaires which were given to the students. Then the data were analyzed by using interactive model analysis to locate the relevant information with a range of technical, pedagogical, and social affordances, all of which had varying and interconnected effects on their EFL learning. This study revealed that DMC might also allow students to be completely creative with technology in their activities, open up new learning opportunities, and increase students' social awareness. Finally, this study demonstrates how affordances might improve students' involvement with English learning. However, this study is limited only to students from vocational high school. Other researchers are expected to cover a wider area of study and get the experience from teachers who conducted DMC in their classes.

This study aims to examine the effect of Project-Based Blended Learning on the ability to write negotiating texts moderated by the role of learning motivation. This experimental study involved 60 students in different classes where 30 people are in the control group and 30 others are in the experimental group. The data in this study are obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest to assess the ability of negotiating texts. The collected data is analyzed using the Anova test. Before being analyzed, the researcher tested the instrument and tested the classical assumptions. The test results show that all instrument items are valid and reliable. All data are known to meet the classical assumption test. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that learning motivation is able to moderate the relationship between project-based blended learning and the ability to write negotiating texts. Teachers are advised to apply project-based blended learning with more intensity to be applied in learning. For further researchers, it is possible to integrate this learning model into learning activities to measure the improvement of other students' abilities.
