The availability of human resources is the trigger for quality education in addition to the cost factor and educational infrastructure. The purpose of the study was to analyze the management of teacher resource planning in an ideal school through an educational management approach. Qualitative research methods with literature review on sources that can be accounted for and analyzed descriptively and concluded. The results showed that 1) teacher resource planning in schools through planning analysis based on school goals and objectives, 2) planning management using the conceptual Transactional Planning, 3) Evaluation and Monitoring in Planning based on school external goals, and 4) Needs Projection Analysis, Provision of Personnel educators and education using the linkage of demand and supply of teachers. One element of planning management is not fulfilled, it is assumed that the empowerment of teacher resources is not active and less than optimal in the context of developing education in schools.

This study aimed to determine the learning motivation of students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Indonesian language learning for elementary schools. This research is descriptive qualitative using a purposive sampling technique with the subjects of students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), class teachers, and parents. Data collection was performed through interviews and documentation to identify the learning motivation of students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The data were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. In testing the validity of the data, source triangulation was used. The results showed that students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) had inattention, hyperactivity, and a combination-types accompanied by various symptoms showing the inability to focus attention. They looked different compared to other students of the same age. Those problems negatively influenced their cognitive, social, communication, and behavior development as well. In other words, the learning motivation of students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Indonesian language learning was still relatively low. Parents and teachers should treat ADHD students with full affection and patience. Working together in educating and instilling good things is very significant to build motivation in learning the Indonesian language for elementary schools.

This study is a preliminary study in the process of developing the Collaborative in Questioning, Analyzing, Synthesizing and Evaluating (CinQASE) learning model in improving individual critical thinking skills (InCT) and collaborative critical thinking skills (CCT). Research methods in developing this model include needs analysis, literature review, and field survey in the form of descriptive analysis. The results show that this innovation can survive as a theoretical basis for developing the CinQASE learning model. This is the basis for continuous research related to the development of learning models for learning physics in schools. The syntax of the CINQASE learning model includes (1) Orientation problem, (2) Individual Work, (3) Collaborative Thinking Teamwork, (4) Discussion Class, (5) Evaluation and Feedback. The implications of the CinQASE learning model make it one of the learning models that can improve individual critical thinking skills (InCT) and collaborative critical thinking skills (CCT).

Based on the observations that had been made, students experienced some difficulties in solving physics problems, especially in multiple representations. They had a problem in applying a concept with a different form of representation from the previous representation. To overcome this, it is necessary to apply what's another way method as solving problem solution. This study aims to analyze the student’s difficulties in solving physics problems with multiple representations using what's another way method on heat and temperature topics in a private islamic senior high school located in Banda Aceh. The design of this study was qualitative descriptive research with five students as subjects. The instruments used were test questions and interviews, then the results of the data were analyzed using what's another way method. The results showed that all students experienced difficulties at level II (planning problem solving), level III (problem solving), level IV (re-checking), and level V (reflection), while for difficulty level I, namely understanding the problem, it is found that no one face the problem. Therefore, the difficulties of students can be grouped into indicators of difficulty in applying the principles and difficulties in solving verbal problems. The factors cause these difficulties may occur due to error in using formulas, error in mathematical calculations, error in unit conversions, error in symbols writing , and error in double-checking.

This study aims to describe tahfidz education in early childhood in terms of the perspective of the development and religious spirit of children during the golden age at the Markaz Tahfizh Balita (MARTABA) Al-Makki Pekanbaru. This type of research is qualitative research with a Case Study model. The informants of this research were teachers and students at MARTABA Al-Makki Pekanbaru. The data collection techniques use in-depth interviews (depth interviews) and observation. While the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display, and verification. In general, tahfizd learning activities are to form good habits from an early age that can form a religious spirit and stimulate developmental aspects in children. The tahfizd learning program at MARATABA Al-Makki Pekanbaru has facilitated aspects of early childhood development which include; aspects of internalizing moral and religious values, aspects of gross motor development, and aspects of fine motor development, aspects of language development, aspects of cognitive development, and aspects of social-emotional development. In addition to the aspects of psychological development above, the learning program also pays attention to adequate nutritional intake to stimulate children's development. Tahfizh learning is also able to optimize the development of children's religious spirit from an early age. For this reason, tahfidz learning activities for early childhood at MARTABA Al-Makki Pekanbaru can be an example of organizing a tahfidz program for early childhood.

The available Indonesian language textbooks, both compulsory and commercial, might not fully meet the students' future needs and industrial demands. This study examines the concept of redesigning Indonesian language textbooks based on students' needs analysis, presenting a critical review of several relevant studies from journals, conference articles, and other permanent references. This study reveals three primary results. First, teachers are responsible for evaluating the textbooks' content and determining how they can contextually adapt and modify it without losing the essence of curriculum demands. Secondly, teachers are supposed to be aware of the students' needs to facilitate the demands of the current context. A need analysis will help the teachers to get an overview of the aspects that must be adapted in Indonesian language textbooks. Thirdly, through a critical and in-depth review of the textbooks, it was found that it is necessary to redesign a model of Indonesian language textbooks, particularly the grammar textbook model, the listening and speaking skills textbook model, and the reading and writing skills textbook model. The expected product should be organized as an integrative textbook package and designed in a digital model that can be easily accessed through the network.

The learning process in the classroom is difficult for students to understand the material being taught, because learning does not apply learning material in using media in the classroom environment, so the learning process in class is not effective in understanding the material being taught. This study aims to identify a description of the need for developing multimedia learning of human limb recognition using Adobe Flash, designing multimedia for learning human limb recognition using Adobe Flash, measuring the level of validity and practicality of multimedia for learning human limb recognition using Adobe. This research is a type of RD (Research and Development) used ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The results showed that Adobe Flash-based multimedia products were valid to be used based on the results of validation by content/material experts obtaining a percentage result of 100% being in very good qualifications, validation results by design experts obtaining a percentage of 86% being in good qualifications, validation results by media experts obtained a percentage result of 94% being in very good qualifications, then in practicality trials conducted on students who obtained results 98.17% were in very good qualifications, and the responses of subject teachers related to Adobe Flash-based multimedia obtained 100% results which were in very good qualification. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that Adobe Flash-based multimedia is valid and practical to use in the learning process of Education, Physical, Sports and Health subjects.
