Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of learners 'learning readiness, which includes the relationship of motivation to learning readiness, as well as the relationship of parents' attention to learning readiness. The method used in this study is the study of library materials, which are related to learning readiness. Reading material is limited only in the last ten years. The results of the study indicate that learning success is largely determined by physical, psychological, and initial knowledge about the subject to be faced. Therefore, students must ensure their readiness comprehensively. This responsibility must start from the family environment, then by the school through the conditioning of a conducive learning environment. Psychologically, learning readiness can be influenced by motivation, both internally and externally. Students should not be left trapped in external impulses that are temporary in following learning. Instead, students are directed to the deepest awareness of their main mission in participating in learning. Sociologically, the role of the family through high attention can also be an important factor in achieving learning success. Keywords: Learning Readiness, Motivation, Attention

Abstract

Peserta didik merupakan cikal bakal manusia, yang memerlukan bimbingan maupun pimpinan dari orang dewasa. Karenanya, peserta didik memiliki jagad sendiri yang membutuhkan pemahaman dalam rangka memberi penanganan yang tepat, menuju pribadi yang mulia. Peserta didik memiliki dua dimensi sebagaimana pada manusia umumnya, yakni fisik dan psikis. Dalam praktik pembelajaran, perlakuan atas dimensi fisik peserta didik harus sebangun dengan perkembangan psikisnya. Bahkan aspek psikis mesti menjadi perhatian utama dalam mendidik. Kehadiran guru sebagai insan dewasa dituntut untuk mampu menjawab dimensi-dimensi peserta didik. Meskipun demikian, guru juga memiliki jagad sendiri, yang menuntut persiapan-persiapan untuk menjalani tanggung jawabnya. Guru merupakan posisi istimewa di tengah masyarakat, karena menjadi tumpuan dan harapan dalam mendidik generasi penerus. Jawaban atas kepercayaan tersebut adalah membangun kompetensi-kompetensi yang dibutuhkan, meliputi pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial. Modal tersebut akan memudahkan guru dalam menjembatani kebutuhan-kebutuhan peserta didik. Guru dapat memahami aspek-aspek psikologis seperti motivasi, minat, maupun perilaku displin peserta didik. Medan utama pertemuan guru dan peserta didik adalah dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu bentuk terbangunnya kompetensi guru adalah adaptasi terhadap perkembangan strategi pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran kooperatif. Diyakini bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif dengan berbagai variannya, adalah jawaban atas kompleksitas dari masalah-masalah peserta didik.      Kata Kunci:   Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Semesta Guru dan Siswa, KompetensiAbstract            Students are the forerunner of humans, who need guidance and leadership from adults. Therefore, students have their own universe that requires understanding in order to provide appropriate handling, towards a noble person. Learners have two dimensions as in general humans, namely physical and psychological. In the practice of learning, treatment of students' physical dimensions must be in harmony with their psychological development. Even the psychological aspect must be a major concern in educating. The presence of the teacher as an adult is required to be able to answer the dimensions of students. Even so, the teacher also has his own universe, which demands preparation to carry out his responsibilities. The teacher is a special position in the community, because it becomes the foundation and hope in educating the next generation. The answer to that trust is to build the competencies needed, including pedagogical, personal, professional, and social. The capital will facilitate teachers in bridging the needs of students. The teacher can understand the psychological aspects such as motivation, interest, and disciplinary behavior of students. The main field of meeting of teachers and students is in the learning process. One form of building teacher competence is adaptation to the development of learning strategies, one of which is cooperative learning. Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of community participation in education in Wakatobi District. The aspects explored include: pure enrollment rates at primary education level, literacy rates of people aged 15 years and over, and average length of schooling of residents aged 15 years and over. This study uses a qualitative approach, in which document study becomes the main technique in data collection. The document examined is the archive of the Education and Culture Office, as well as the Wakatobi Regency Central Statistics Agency. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) Elementary School Participation Rate (APS) was more than 95 percent and APSSMP was more than 76.15 percent. This shows that the 6-year Compulsory Education supported by school infrastructure development and continued with the 9-year Compulsory Education is an education sector program that is recognized as quite successful. In other words, compulsory learning programs are said to be successful. 2) Literacy rates are seen in the proportion of diploma ownership by sex. Where elementary school level is equal and diploma and above, the proportion of women with a diploma tends to be higher than the male population. While at the level of junior high school and senior high school, the proportion of the male population with a diploma tends to be higher than the female population. 3) during the 2010-2016 period, the average length of schooling in Wakatobi District had increased from 2010 by 6.18 years, in 2016 to 7.70 years.

Abstract

Berbagai lembaga didirikan untuk tujuan-tujuan besar melampaui target-target individual. Keberhasilan maupun kegagalan dalam memperjuangkan gagasan-gagasan dasar berlembaga akan ditentukan oleh konsistensi dari para pelakunya. PM Gontor merupakan simbol lembaga pendidikan Islam yang didirikan di atas tujuan suci, pengabdian kepada Allah, yang kemudian secara konsisten berjalan di atas gagasan itu. Hasilnya terlihat dengan jelas pada kemampuan melewati ujian-ujian sejarah, bahkan kini menjadi pesantren yang memiliki jaringan terbesar, nasional bahkan internasional. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendalami strategi pengembangan organisasi di salah satu cabang PM Gontor, yakni PM Gontor 7 Putera Riyadhatul Mujahidin, Sulawesi Tenggara. Tujuannya adalah untuk: 1) memahami gejalan proliferasi PM Gontor; 2) memaknai desain struktur organisasi PM Gontor; 3) memahami budaya organisasi PM Gontor; 4) mempelajari nilai-nilai dasar PM Gontor; 5) melacak jejak-jejak PM Gontor di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: perkembangan besar PM Gontor saat ini adalah buah manis dari konsistensi memperjuangkan gagasan; struktur organisasi yang dirancang relevan dengan perkembangan; mengokohkan budaya khas PM Gontor, pembelajaran nilai-nilai dasar PM Gontor pada semua jenjang pendidikan, memancarkan gagasan PM Gontor kepada masyarakat luas melalui pembukaan cabang-cabang di berbagai daerah di Indonesia.     Kata Kunci:   Proliferasi, PM Gontor 7, Strategi PengembanganVarious institutions were established for large goals beyond individual targets. The success or failure in fighting for basic institutionalized ideas will be determined by the consistency of the perpetrators. PM Gontor is a symbol of Islamic educational institutions founded on sacred goals, devotion to God, which then consistently goes on with that idea. The results are clearly visible in the ability to pass historical examinations, even now becoming pesantren which have the largest, national and even international networks. This article uses a qualitative approach to explore organizational development strategies in one of PM Gontor's branches, namely PM Gontor 7 Putera Riyadhatul Mujahidin, Southeast Sulawesi. The aim is to: 1) understand PM Gontor's proliferation problems; 2) interpret the design of PM Gontor's organizational structure; 3) understand PM Gontor's organizational culture; 4) learn the basic values of PM Gontor; 5) track traces of PM Gontor in Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate that: PM Gontor's great development today is the sweet fruit of consistency in fighting for ideas; organizational structure designed to be relevant to development; cementing PM Gontor's distinctive culture, learning the basic values of PM Gontor at all levels of education, emitting PM Gontor's ideas to the wider community through the opening of branches in various regions in Indonesia.    Keywords: Proliferation, PM Gontor 7, Development Strategy

Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of the direction of the development of MAN IC that focuses on the formation of high quality Human Resources. The aspects explored are the process of preparing future leaders, the development of students' interests and talents, the competence of educators and education personnel, and governance of madrasas. Qualitative research is used to answer the dimensions of the study above, through a process of interviews, observations, and document review. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the process of preparing prospective leaders is an important part of the education and learning system at MAN IC Kendari, which is contained in activities that stimulate leadership and build independence, both curricularly and extracurricularly. Therefore, the development of students' interests and talents is a must, as a vehicle for leadership readiness training. Teachers' readiness is realized by learning interactions in the classroom that are relevant to the needs of students, as well as the ability to assist activities outside the classroom. Likewise educational staff, synergistically supporting the learning activities. Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the influence of occupational stress on the workmanship of employees of IAIN Kendari.This research uses a quantitative approach through causal research. The population of this research is all of IAIN Kendari employees. The total population in this study was 123 people consisting of officers and lecturers who had additional administrative tasks ranging from rectorate level to study program. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula. From the results of the calculation obtained a sample amount of 94 peoples. The results showed that there was a negative impact on work stress on the productivity of IAIN Kendari employees with a coefficient of determination of-0.182 or had an influence of 18.2%. This gives the meaning that working stress will negatively affect the working productivity of IAIN Kendari employees. The results of this research implicates the leadership of IAIN Kendari if they want to increase employee productivity in the form of targets achieved, accuracy of completing work, quality of work, and efficiency of resource utilization by employees can is done by the work of working stress at the employee's level of individuals, groups, and organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan melihat perbedaan pembelajaran fisika dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa di sekolah menengah atas yang ada di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen menggunakan posttes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dan guru yang ada di SMAN 1 Parigi dan SMAN 2 Parigi Kabupaten Muna. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dimana semua siswa Kelas XI IPA digunakan sebagai sampel yang terdiri dari 2 orang guru fisika dan 99 siswa dari kedua sekolah tersebut. Teknik analisis data untuk menjawab permasalahan pada hipotesis penelitian ini adalah analis SPSS 19. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Pembelajaran fisika dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa SMAN 1 Parigi yang terlihat pada analisis uji ANOVA yaitu nilai F hitung = > F tabel untuk semua variable kelas yang di uji. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah classroom action atau Tindakan kelas, memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar seni menggambar dan melukis berbahan Sagu denganmenggunakan pendekatan kontekstual. Pendekatan ini diharapkan pengembangan kreativitasmotorik halus anak dengan mempergunakan pinger painting berbahan Sagu akan meningkatdan lebih bermakna. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Al-IkhlasKonawe Selatan Sulawesi Tenggara dengan jumlah anak 17 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakanpada Bulan Juli-September 2019, dengan mempergunakan metode pada empat tahapan yaitu;1) tahap perencanaan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, (3). tahap pengamatan, dan 4) tahap refleksi,yang dilakukan pada dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasilbelajar motorik halus anak yang Belum Berkembang (BB) dengan nilai presentase (46%).Siklus I peserta didik yang Belum Berkembang (BB) mengalami pengurangan sebanyak 3anak dengan nilai persentase sebesar (23%) dan siklus II pada pertemuan kedua tidakditemukan lagi anak yang Belum Berkembang (BB). Peserta didik yang Berkembang SangatBaik (BSB) pada siklus II pertemuan kedua 10 orang mengalami peningkatan sebesar (77%),sehingga dapat dikatakan berhasil berdasarkan indikator tingkat pencapaian di atas 75%.Kata Kunci:Kreativitas, Motorik Halus, Finger Painting, Sagu, Anak Usia Dini 5-6 tahun

Abstract

Although pesantren have proven themselves to be one of the suppliers of human resources in Indonesia, the challenges are now more complex. Competition between Islamic educational institutions, or even with public labeled education should be one of the concerns of the managers of the cottage, so that its relevance to development is maintained. Through a qualitative approach, this article presents search results at the Annur Azzubaidi Pesantren, a traditional pesantren (salaf) in Konawe. The view that educational institutions must now prepare themselves in a competitive climate, apparently for pesantren this is not the case. The leadership considers that the intention of competition can divert the initial spirit of the establishment of pesantren as a means of devotion to the creator. Competition is worldly temptations that can disrupt the sacred intentions in educating noble-minded generations. The response of this institution by accommodating the modern education system in the form of madrasas is only a form of understanding the needs of students. Conservatism in the sense of maintaining the pesantren tradition is still very strong in the Annur Azzubaidi Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: Competition, Change, Salaf Boarding School

Abstract

This article aims to explore the education of local culture-based leadership in the Tolaki community, which includes: 1) the origins of Tolaki culture; 2) the noble values shared by the Tolaki people; 3) Pu'utobu as an actor in the traditional leadership practices of the Tolaki people; 4) Tolaki's culture-based leadership education process. To explore these four aspects, a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods is used. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques, involved observations, and document studies. The collected data is analyzed through domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and cultural theme analysis. To guarantee the validity of the data, an extension of observation is carried out, increased perseverance, and triangulation. The results showed that Tolaki culture has a closeness to cultures in Indonesia, both because of its origins and cultural contact. Therefore Tolaki culture contains noble values that are universal, can be accepted and practiced by various groups of people. In the context of leadership, traditional leadership practices are played by Pu'utobu, in customary matters. The challenge is that the traditional leadership education of the Tolaki people is not well institutionalized.Keywords: Traditional Leadership Education, Tolaki Culture
