Abstract

Employee performance really needs to be done to improve company performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, motivation and creativity on the performance of PT. Lebah Semesta employees. The population and samples taken were 43 respondents, with the sampling method using a saturated sample or census. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the education and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Lebah Semesta. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Lebah Semesta employees. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Lebah Semesta's employees.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of user experience and service quality on brand recall on Grab mobile apps. A total of 261 users of Grab mobile apps, were used as the sample based on criteria determined in the study such as gender, age by generation, occupation, and income. Hypothesis testing in this research is using logistic regression analysis techniques with SPSS. The results of the study found that the user experience of Grab mobile apps had a positive and significant impact on brand recall. Service quality influences brand recall of Grab on all four services. It can be mentioned that brand recall on online mobile application-based transportation services Grab is easier to recall for its users to use.

Abstract

As the relationship management perspective has been criticized and contradicting for focusing too much on individual entities, two parallel research tracks encourage business practices to view relational exchanges from a systems perspective. These two literary streams exist across the performance domain, sales force customization, sales force management, and sales to domain. The sales process can be seen as an episodic and non-linear exchange involving a large number of stakeholders. Our systematic review of the sales literature reveals a rich science that parallels the above characteristics. At the same time, this research fails to integrate management school perspectives or to identify links that illustrate the foundations of neoliberalism and improved the welfare states. We aim to develop a middle-class theory of the well-being of the sales ecosystem by combining the sales performance and performance of the sales ecosystem that can be targeted to this emerging of increasing the sales product in Indonesia

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and proving profitability, company size and risk management committee on risk disclosure in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. Total population is 46 companies and only 13 companies are used as the final sample. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The type of data used is documentary data. The data source is secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the research that has been carried out show that profitability has a significant positive effect on risk disclosure, while company size and risk management committee (KMR) have an insignificant positive effect on risk disclosure. The test results of the coeffisient of determination show that the value of Adjusted R2 is 0,803. This means that the variables of proitability, company size and risk magaement committee in the research regression model that has been carried out are able to explain risk disclosure of 80,3%, while 19,7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The number of samples used were 38 employees. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the quality of compensation (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Motivation (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, work motivation and work conflict on employee productivity. The population in this study were employees of the LKS 'A' cake food company in Surabaya with a saturated sampling of 34 employees. Data analysis used the SPSS for Windows version 21 program, with instrument testing, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, both partial and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that work experience, work motivation and work conflict have a significant effect both individually and simultaneously on employee work productivity. Work experience is the variable with the most dominant influence. From these findings, organizations and managers are expected to focus on developing skills for their workers in various ways that can improve skills. This includes recognizing employee contributions, communicating company progress and achievements to workers, empowering workers and the knowledge and skills required for optimal performance. Improving all of these factors can improve employee skills and motivation and reduce conflict within the organization leading to increased productivity. This research enriches information/theory regarding the relationship between work experience, work motivation and work conflict on employee productivity.

Abstract

Anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa memuat beragam sumber penerimaan dan pengeluaran desa, serta juga harus dibuktian dalam laporan pertanggungjawaban dan informasi yang penting bagi masyarakat desa setempat. Tujuan penelitian ini 1). untuk mengetahui pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan desa dan belanja desa. 2). Hambatan-hambatan dalam penggelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa. 3). Untuk mengetahui penerapan akuntabilitas APBdesa di desa Mlati Mojo Kediri. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa tehnik yaitu Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 1). Penggelolaan anggaran pendapatan desa dan belanja desa sudah berjalan baik. 2). Hambatan-hambatan dalam penggelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa mulai hambatan secara internal maupun hambatan eksternal. 3). Penerapan akuntabilitas APBdesa di desa Mlati Mojo Kediri sudah berjalan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of promotions, convenience, and service quality with regard to the needs of users of Gojek online in Yogyakarta. Utilizing the online Gojek application, this study was conducted. This sampling technique makes use of purposive sampling. Data analysis methodology use regressive linier berganda analysis with the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study show that different promotions and service quality have a positive impact on customers of Gojek online in Yogyakarta. Then, for the variable kemudahan bearing a favorable sign, it did not indicate the number of Gojek online users in Yogyakarta. R2yaitu adjusted by Nilai dari is 0,503. With this in mind, it can be inferred that the concerns of Yogyakarta Gojek online users can be expressed through three independent variables: promotions, convenience, and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Work Facilities, Job Stress and Work Life Balance on Performance Employee of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara (PT. BPD Sultra), Baubau Branch. The population in this were all employees of PT. BPD Sultra, Baubau Branch by using saturated sampling (census) where total respondents is used as a research sample in this case employees of PT. BPD Sultra, Baubau Branch as many as 30 employees. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that work facilities, work stress and work life balance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance and work life balance has a positive effect and significant to employee performance.
