Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence impulse buying behavior on social commerce platforms caused by review quality, source credibility, and observational lierning which are mediated by positive effects. The population of this study is consumers on social commerce platforms. A total sample of 318 respondents. This research method is path analysis with analysis tools using the statistical software AMOS 24. This research found that review quality and source credibility had no effect on the positive effect, but observational lierning had a significant effect on the positive effect. The results of this research also found that review quality, source credibility, and positive effect affected impulse buying behavior, but observational lierning had no significant effect on impulse buying behavior. Furthermore, the positive effect can mediate the relationship between observational lierning and impulse buying behavior, but cannot mediate between review quality, and source credibility on impulse buying behavior. Marketers to increase impulsive buying behavior must create a positive effect on consumers and must also pay attention to review quality, source credibility, and observational lierning because these three things can increase impulsive buying behavior. So that should be the full attention of the company. The results of this study have a novelty that can be used to extend theoretical research. Research with this new research model also reveals the understanding that social interaction can motivate impulsive buying behavior. Meanwhile, this research also discusses the effects of mediating variables.

Abstract

This is not the only reason why the Covid-19 epidemic has damaged numerous people. Individuals and institutions must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Individually and organizationally, one of them is to adapt more to technology advances in order to improve the long-term sustainability of performance. Using a descriptive qualitative technique, the author of this study will describe the use of technology during the Covid-19 pandemic and how it connects to performance. The outcomes of this study indicate that technology is a wonderful instrument for overcoming adversity and becoming a solution for surviving and competing in the age of disruption, especially during a crisis. During the covid-19 pandemic, it is crucial for the government to continue providing support such as financing, education and training, mentoring from experts, technical advice, and other forms of assistance to businesses that lack the necessary resources in order for them to highlight the advantages of expanding the use of digital technology in Indonesia. On the other hand, businesses are not required to rely solely on the government; rather, they should endeavor to eliminate any technological impediments they may face by maximizing the government's assistance, initiatives, and incentives. As intelligent persons and organizations, we must be flexible in order to improvise with technological complexity. Because one of the fundamental purposes of technology is to contribute to economic growth. The weakness of the study is that it does not yet focus on a specific unit of analysis, namely the type of technology in question. As a result, it is suggested that future research concentrate on the sort of technology mentioned, utilizing a quantitative approach method on specific objects with a high number of samples, and supplementing data gathering approaches with interviews. This paper can also be used as a supplement to other sources highlighting the significance of technology during the Covid-19 pandemic

The independent variables of supervision, competence and organizational atmosphere were used to determine the indirect effect of supervision and competence on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat with an organizational atmosphere as a mediator. To determine this indirect effect, it can be done by determining the direct influence of supervision, organizational atmosphere and competence partially on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat and the direct influence of supervision and competence partially on the organizational atmosphere. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research that describes the phenomenon being studied by processing 82 people who are the full sample (population) of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat. To determine the direct influence of supervision, competence and organizational atmosphere on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat was carried out using simple regression after the research data was tested by using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. Simple regression significance test can be done by t-test, by comparing tcount and ttable. The simple regression equation is significant and positive if tcount > ttable. The direct influence of supervision, competence and organizational atmosphere was simultaneously carried out with multiple regression. The significance test was carried out with the F-test. The multiple regression equation is significant and positive if Fcount > Ftable. The results of the study found that all effects, both direct and indirect, were significant and positive. The influence of supervision, competence and organizational atmosphere partially in percent on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat in percent were 23.3%, 27.0% and 27.3%. The effect of supervision and competence in percent partially on organizational atmosphere is 26.3% and 44.7%. The direct influence of supervision, competence and organizational atmosphere simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat in percent is 33.1%.

Abstract

Startups that need a comprehensive approach to managing Knowledge Management (KM) in a digital context face a significant challenge in taking advantage of the opportunities presented by digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, which are reshaping marketing organizations. There is a pressing need for more strategic marketing expertise to drive business value creation, and digital transformation and AI technologies offer great promise to help businesses overcome obstacles, challenges in practical application, and this shortage. In this paper, we take a resource-centric look at a central question: how can young companies with few resources and few employees push digital transformation in marketing forward? Integrating the methods of Knowledge Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), as in Customer Knowledge Management (CKM), can be crucial to achieving this objective. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to analyze the research results. This research reveals that companies with limited capabilities and resources can still adopt technological developments in conducting marketing. Marketing departments can benefit from the big data that AI provides by mining it for useful customer insights that can be used to bolster customer relationship management strategies. Organizational factors such as customer focus, a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, strategy and support from top management, an organized structure, and the integration of functions are crucial to the success of CKM in the business.
