<![CDATA[This Study aims to determine the extent to which the application of the Contextual learning model through the material explains the process of development of Western Colonialism and Imperialism in Indonesia in Class XI IPA on 1 Christian High School in Saparua island. Method of study is School Actian Research by using descriptive qualitative approach. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) type is carried out with a three cycle strategy. In cycles 1 and 2 the results of supervision have not achieved the desired targets such as, the implementation of an innovative activities in learning process, learning tool or media, the suitable technique in applying the History materials. From the results of the learning action on cycle III, it was revealed that the improvement of the results of students’achievement of History subject through Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) were increased. For the average value in cycle III was 78.2 or increased of 11.35% compared to the average value of cycle II. We can concluded that based on the result observation shown that there was enough significant in improving on students’ scors result. For the History subject teachers that should adopt the CTL method concept with an expert team approach to applied the materials in classroom activities have to consider the basic competencies, content of materials, student characteristics]]>

<![CDATA[This is a research of school activity that survey the Civics teachers performance to improve an best optimum learning achievement and school quality that was expected in the curriculum. Method of study is School Actian Research by using descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in three cycles or stages in Civics (PKN) teachers on Christian High School 1Saparua. This study were founding that on cycles 1 and 2 the results of supervision have not achieved the desired targets such as guidance, the implementation of innovative learning, learning media, the suitable method, a systematic assessment of all phases of the learning process . Principal Supervision on instructional of Civics teacher in the third cycle is very good based on the results of the supervision recapitulation with the ideal score achievement with quantitative assessment with figures 91.62 which are categorized very well. It was clearly see that an increase in the performance of teachers and curriculum officers of coordinating worked. The students are better prepared to face the teaching and learning process. Individual meetings in the third cycle were meeting, conversation, dialogue, and brainstorming between the principal or supervisor, the teacher and his colleagues, and also teachers' professional skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of group guidance on student assertive behavior in SMP Srijaya Negara Palembang. The population in this study is all students of class VII which amounted to 72 students and the sample amounted to 8 students who have low assertive behavior. The research method used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design experiment and treatment given 3 times meeting with group guidance service. Data collection techniques used questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis technique using t test formula (t-test). Pre-test results showed 8 students who were subjected to the study obtained an average assertive behavior score of 98.62 included in the low category. After being given treatment or treatment of post-test result showed assertive behavior score of 8 students in high category that is average 141,75. From the results of data analysis obtained t count = 14,61 and ttable in significant level 5% that is 2,365, so that known that t count is bigger than ttable or 14,61> 2,365. It can be concluded that there is influence of group guidance on student assertive behavior in SMP Srijaya Negara Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee performance and leadership effectiveness on organizational performance in the Maluku Province Education Office. The sample in the study involved 276 employees from the education office, as well as the Regional Office of the Ministry of Education and Culture collected through survey methods and analyzed using causal correlational techniques. The results indicate that there is a significant influence between employee performance and leadership effectiveness on organizational performance. This is because the success shown through employee performance and supported by the effectiveness of optimal leadership, so that organizational performance can be achieved successfully. Every employee at the Maluku Province Education Office can work collectively as a unified entity in carrying out the interests of the organization, so that the resources of employees through the performance shown can be organized effectively in achieving organizational goals.]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescence is a time of self-discovery, one of the efforts made to achieve the identity of teenagers can be pursued with the achievement of a mature relationship with peers. Teenagers spend more time with their peers. Peer execution is very urgent in determining attitudes and behavior, as teenagers strive to be free from family and not dependent on their parents, so that any problems they face will be more likely to share the problem with their peers. Peer counseling is an activity of mutual care and interpersonal mutual assistance among fellow students that take place in everyday life, using active listening skills and problem-solving skills in equal position among peers. In SMA 1 Sungayang some students have attended peer counseling, one time, twice or even four times in peer counseling. This study aims to reveal the level of student motivation in following peer counseling. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, with 76 research sample students. Data obtained through questionnaire, then continued with interpretation of data or process of interpreting data. The results of this study revealed that the motivation of students to follow peer counseling activities belong to the high category.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the perceptions of school partner guidance teachers on students from the Lambung Mangkurat University guidance and counseling study program who take teaching practices in schools based on the four competencies of the Permendiknas Number 27 of 2008 concerning standard academic qualifications and counselor competencies.. The research method used was simple descriptive with the formulation of a simple percentage analysis with 39 respondents from 14 partner schools. The results of the study place the professional competence of professional competencies as competencies that are considered the highest (64.6%) and the other three competencies are in the position of good category. Therefore, it is recommended that the Guidance and Counseling Study Program administrators together with school partner guidance teachers be able to improve the education process, because the results of this study actually show an overview of the educational process of guidance and counseling.]]>

<![CDATA[Budaya adalah suatu cara hidup yang berkembang dan dimiliki Bersama olehsebuah kelompok orang yang diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi berikutnya. Budayaterbentuk dari unsur yang rumit, termasuk system agama dan politik, adat istiadat, Bahasa,perkakas, pakaian, bangunan dan karya seni. Bahasa sebagaimana juga budaya merupakanbagian yang tak terpisahkan dari diri manusia sehingga banyak orang yang menganggapnyadiwariskan secara genetis. Hal ini juga dapat diperlihatkan oleh anak-anak Kei dimanadalam permainan tradisional yang dimainkan setiap hari di lingkungan mereka masingmasingmenunjukan rasa persatuan dan kesatuan seperti dalam permainan tradisional tevtevkomin. Untuk mengetahu permainan tev-tev komin dalam masyarakat Kei sebagaipermainan tradisional. Tipe dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe kualitatif deskriptif denganpendekatan antropologi, karena yang dikaji dan diamati adalah perilaku manusia baik itutulisan maupun lisan yang dihasilkan oleh sebuah kebudayaan (Leksi Maleong 2003:3)Tev-tev komin merupakan sebuah permainan tradisional yang dimainkan oleh anaklaki-laki maupun perempuan untuk mengisi waktu luang, sekaligus untuk melestarikantradisi masyarakat Kei itu sendiri. Permainan tradisional tev-tev komin adalah wadah untukmenunjukan sebuah kebersamaan tanpa membedakan stratifikasi yang berlaku padamasyarakat adat Kei itu sendiri. Manusia tidak akan hidup tanpa manusia yang lain, dantidak ada satupun manusia yang hebat di dunia ini, semua manusia memiliki kelebihan dankekuranganya masing-masing, inilah pesan yang disampaikan dalam permainan ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Self- knowledge and career knowledge of high school students are important aspects that need to be improved. This study aims to determine the significance of improvement in aspects of self-knowledge and career knowledge aspects of high school students through the classical service of career guidance using PowerPoint media based on object superiority effects, which was designed using the one-cycle classroom action research method in the students population of class XII of ITP high school at Surabaya city with a sample of 78 students taken by random class techniques. The research data was collected using the scale of students' self-knowledge and the scale of students' career knowledge. The research data were analyzed using parametric statistical t test techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 23.0 program. The results of the data analysis of students’ self-knowledge obtained a value of t = -.399 at a significant level of .691 which means not significant, while the results of data analysis of students' career knowledge obtained a value of t = -1.758 at a significant level of .081, which also means insignificant. The results of this study indicate that the classic service actions of career guidance using PowerPoint media based on object superiority effects significantly cannot improve self-knowledge and career knowledge of high school students. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that further research be conducted by using integrated guidance and counseling services in an effort to improve self- knowledge and career knowledge of high school students.]]>

<![CDATA[Self-concept is one component that describes itself due to the experience of interaction with the environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of self-concept of Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya students. In addition, this research is used as an empirical study in developing personal-social guidance programs for UNIPA students. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The results of this study illustrate that the level of self-concept of Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya students is in the positive category with a percentage of 93.18%. The data can be used as a reference in the development of curative social-personal guidance programs for students at the Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya (UNIPA). Based on the results of the research obtained, where the self-concept of students has a low category on personal self, physical self, moral ethical self, and self identity can be a reference for the preparation of hypothetical counseling and guidance service programs.]]>
