Abstract

In conducting logistics activities every day, PT. XYZ uses 2 Inventory Control Systems, that are internal and external Inventory Control Systems. The Internal Inventory Control System is a purchased system from software developers. Then, the External Inventory Control is a leased system of a Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services company in Indonesia every month that can be accessed by the Directorate General (DG) of Customs and Excise, as there is a Regulation of the DG of Customs and Excise No. per-09 / BC / 2014 CHAPTER II Article 2 Section 1, every company that uses Bonded Zone facilities must have IT Inventory accessible to the DG of Customs and Excise. Because PT. XYZ has 2 Inventory Control Systems, the logistics staff should enter the same data twice into both systems. So we need a good Inventory Control System that can be used internally and externally, that is a Web-based Inventory Control System, the result of a combination of internal and external Inventory Control Systems to be able to solve the problems of PT. XYZ right now. Web-based Inventory Control System, the result of a combination of internal and external Inventory Control System has been tested by unit testing and integration testing of 3 sample methods from several classes using white-box testing method get 100% valid results. Then, system testing by testing 85 functional requirements using black-box testing method get 100% valid results.

Abstract

At this time glasses is also called as Eye Wear which is glasses enhances the aesthetic of it's wearer and if the glasses that was bought from online shop wasn't as buyer expected because the buyer couldn't try it first surely it will decrease the buyer satisfaction , in turn they will be back to the old way of buying glasses which is directly go to the nearest optical glasses shop that is surely time and energy wasting, also the desired glasses model was not necessarily available. By utilizing the android smartphone with technology of augmented reality in glasses catalog, the buyer can directly interact with the desired glasses whenever and wherever they please which in turn will simplify the consumer in choosing the right glasses in real-time with the purpose of increasing the user experience at shopping and using the glasses catalog app. So the glasses catalog app was made with augmented reality technology using unity software and comparing the user experience with already deployed augmented reality-less app optik melawai using user experience questionnaire method with focused on hedonic quality aspect. The result which was found in the research was user experience that used the glasses catalog app with augmented technology was increased from value of 0,688 to 1,513 after the app was analyzed and tested by using user experience questionairre in hedonic in hedonic quality category.

Abstract

TurunTangan Malang is a social community located in Malang City and it is part of Turun Tangan Indonesia. Currently, TurunTangan Malang is engaged in several fields, including education, culture, environment, and other fields that are adjusted from the existing problems in Malang. During did social activities, Turun Tangan Malang has several problems. Problems faced are the need of funds in conducting activities, limited human resources and not good enough in volunteer management. From the problems stated above, it is necessary to analyze and to design an application that can help Turun Tangan Malang search for donations, managing activities and volunteers. In this research, The analysis and design process are used Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. in RUP Method, developer and user are together define all needs sepecification to be on system and control all required resourches in determining the scope. The RUP method also systematically controls the changes that occur in the system. This research results are modeling of current business processes and proposals, user needs lists use case modeling, system design and system prototypes. Moreover, evaluation is did of tracebility and cognitive walkthrough to trace the scope of needs with implementation and prototype review to the user.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an important part of a company engaged in industry. SCM has several main activities namely, designing products, providing raw materials, making production, and delivering goods. PT. Inti Karsa is a company engaged in industry. The items that are traded are paper and cardboard specifically for shoe products. All existing business processes are still carried out with the help of Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word, from recording the stock out and entry of goods, and all reports are done manually without a system. The most important problem that is felt namely, the head of warehouse often makes mistakes in recording the stock of goods that come out or in. Therefore a special information system is needed to support the warehousing process of PT. Inti Karsa. The method that development of information systems uses is zachman framework method, because this method has many perspectives that can help facilitate the process of developing the required warehousing system. The perspective that used is a planner, owner / analyst, designer and builder. The results of this study is a prototype of a warehousing information system that will be developed with the help of the zachman framework method. The results of the black-box test with 37 test cases with 100% valid results, the results of user acceptance test using 2 criteria namely, usability and functional correctness and completeness with the results of the percentage system approved as much as 96.66%, and compatibility testing found that the system can be used at 9 different types of web browsers.

Abstract

Parking is the process of every vehicle that stops at certain places whether expressed by signs or not, and not solely for the benefit of raising or lowering people or goods. Research this discusses how to accelerate the parking process using client server method where. Users only match the data that is embedded in the system with the user id. Connected system capable of displaying real time information that updates quickly for users of both the student and admin users. Which involves human and machine relationships to support the running of the system in order to manage well within the organization. NFC is a series of wireless technology at close range, which requires a distance less than 10 cm or less. Website there is maping the parking area and the capacity that updates in real time. With the speed of registration system (check in, check out) faster. Because the RFID reader reads the NFC Tag in seconds. While the NFC Tag is owned only 1 unit for 1 student, which is given by the Admin. NFC Tags are not easy to forge. Because each Tag has a different ID, and if it is falsified. Fake Tags can not be synchronized with the data on the server, because the fake id is indeed not listed.

Abstract

Current events are very often carried out in different durations, and spheres. Therefore, event management is very important. The management of the programs that are currently available is still not good because of the lack of technology. This problem has an impact on the lack of interest from the event management. In addition, additional interest and enthusiasm from the event management is very necessary. Then to improve additional interest and enthusiasm from the event manager an approach was taken in the form of gamification in managing the event. Gamification has several elements such as badge systems, quests, voting, ranking, and awards. Therefore an event management application was made with a website-based. The application is added gamification approach to facilitate event management. Applications are made using the Springboot and Vue framework. The results of this study are three actors, thirty-seven functional and one non-functional need. Also, the test results are valid.

Abstract

PT. Infomedia Nusantara is a company engaged in the field of CRM and BPM. PT. Infomedia Nusantara utilizes information technology to help companies achieve their goals. Because there are still deficiencies in the management of IT assets, as well as the management of human resources that support IT operations, therefore the capability level analysis with qualitative method using the COBIT 5 framework uses process EDM04 (asset resource optimization), APO07 (manage human resources), BAI09 (manage assets), and DSS01 manage operation). The data were collected using data triangulation technique by observation, interview, and assessment with assessment sheet. After the assessment with respondens, general manager network and IT infrastructure, deputyGM human resource, dan manager IT operation which choosen based on RACI Chart in COBIT 5,it can be seen that the level achieved by PT. Infomedia Nusantara on process EDM04, APO07, BAI09, and DSS01 is at level 3. There is a GAP of 1 level from each sub-domain because the desired level of the company is level 4. The recommendation that will be given is focused on making process measurement documents from each sub-domain and control limits

Abstract

Smarthome is an innovation in providing quality comfort in everyday activities. The presence of thieves and stranger into the house gives a fear to the home owner in doing activities inside or outside the home. From these problems, in this study, home modeling and implementation of security systems that can prevent the theft act is required. The process of monitoring the thief and stranger in the house is done using the camera and accelerometer sensor, and use the alarm and email to obtain information of the thief and stranger. As the main controller used NI MyRIO. This study uses template matching method to determine comparing and detect home conditions when the system is run with changing conditions. Testing is done with several different scenarios, from 5 times the testing of shooting templates having the difference of error time of 0.06%. the comparative image used on the system has an average error time difference of 0.33%. From the accelerometer sensor and buzzer experiments as much as 12 times the results obtained eleven successes and one failed. For an email server that can be used into the system is smtp.gmail.com with port 587.

Abstract

Count the number of visitors in shopping centers can provide a management information to optimize place , and evaluate attractiveness on some areas shopping .Area manager able to analyze monitor the state of the crowd. From what it is all about built with the sweat of , he or she needs a automatic system used to calculate the total number of people through the trap door .In this research , parameter that used of these tests are the detection of an object which prevailed over you and. This instrument will be means of sensors ultrasonic hc-sr-04 processed use classifications bayes & apos; to count the number of people get past the sensors ultrasonic on the door.On the system that they used mikrokontrolet ardino uno used to menggontrol system and output will be displayed in lcd 16x2. A method of bayes ' was selected as one technique for a decision making classifications counters the number of people through the door at the same time , this method is one of the classification methods that is simple enough and understandable .So that the kind of accuracy that obtained this system by using the method non-competitive purchase will be 80 %. The result of testing time performed as many as 10 times, the obtained from pengamilan rata-rata system decision by 679,2 ms. Bayes In this case using the size of the door wide 200 cm in size and 190 cm high.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus and dehydration in case serious level illness can cause death. However now a days the detection of diabetes mellitus in general uses examination of blood samples, and for dehydration is only based on the analysis of the health team by some clinical signs that cause dehydration. From these problems, there is a need a research about to automation systems to detect diabetes mellitus and levels of dehydration to reduce the number of people with diabetes mellitus and dehydration that untreated. On this research, the parameters used to compare diabetes mellitus and levels of dehydration are color, ammonia levels and pH of human urine. The reason of using urine as research object is because the condition of urine can reflect health conditions in the human body. Process to determine diabetes mellitus and levels of dehydration from color, ammonia levels and pH in human urine is perform with read data color sensor TCS3200, MQ135 gas sensor, and Liquid pH sensor by the Arduino Uno microcontroller with the Artificial Neural Network method. Applying Artificial Neural Network Architecture which has an input layer of 5 units of neurons, 6 units of neurons in 1 hidden layer, and an output layer with 2 neurons. Data training is carried out on other devices just not looking for weight values, for the main system only predictions are made from sensor readings. The system has accuracy of 80% with an average computing time of 2.03 seconds.
