Abstract

Bonsai is a plant that has many fans, ranging from young people to the elderly. Bonsai is a plant that is reduced in size and planted in a pot so that it can be decorated at will by the owner. With so many lovers of this plant scattered, the bonsai lovers community can also be said to be many and there are in almost every region and the authors take the example of the Indonesian Bonsai Lovers Association (PPBI) Batu. Because there is a community, there is also a forum that discusses bonsai plants organized by the related community. However, if the forum is held between regions, not all community members can participate. Although there are several platforms that can be used as an alternative in overcoming this problem, but one representative from the PPBI Batu community said that comfort in their use was still lacking. In this study, the authors designed an online forum system for the Indonesian bonsai community that focuses on the existing forum problems. In its development, the authors use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method which is implemented with the laravel framework. Laravel itself is a framework that uses the programming languages ​​PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. After the implementation is complete, the system is tested to ensure there are no defects in this application. Tests conducted include white box testing, black box testing, and usability testing using the SUS method. Tests carried out produce results that state that the system functions are 100% valid and running well. In SUS testing, this system obtained a value of 77.5 which makes this system into the acceptable category.

Abstract

Tofu is a food ingredient made from soybean deposits, and tofu is a type of food that does not last long after it is produced. Therefore, some tofu producers are not responsible for adding formaldehyde chemical to tofu so that tofu is more durable and not easily rot. Food containing formalin if consumed by the body is very dangerous to health in the short to long term. And if the body is exposed for a long period of time, it will cause damage to the kidneys, lymph, pancreas, liver, heart, and accelerate the aging process. To solve this problem it is necessary to design a system for the classification of pure white tofu and white tofu containing formalin using Arduino Mega hardware with input sensor from Grove-HCHO as a gas sensor, TCS3200 as a color sensor and the output will use LCD. And the accuracy of the system will be tested with the results with an average percentage error accuracy obtained from the sensor input is 1.20% for TCS3200 sensors, 4.26% for the Grove-HCHO sensor. For the classification of the K-NN method the percentage accuracy obtained is 83.33%.

Abstract

Software Requirements Specification (SRS) is a document that contains list of software requirements. The statement of software requirements is written in natural language, so it is possible contains ambiguous words. Those condition can cause misinterpretation by software developer. One result that can be caused is that the software produced not in accordance with what user required. This research proposes a method to detection ambiguity of software requirements statement in computationally using rule-based techniques and statistical-based technique. Rule-based techniques are used to justify whether a requirements sentence is ambiguous or unambiguous based on a repository of rules and recommendations that have been compiled. Statistics based techniques used to provide repairing recommendations for ambiguous software requirements statement. The output of this research is the case tool used to detect and provide recommendations for improvements of software requirements statement. The input from the case tool is SRS document. Based on the testing of system performance validation, utility tool can do the detection process and provide recommendations for software requirements statement in less than 120 seconds.

Abstract

Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor is a institution that organizes Government affairs in the field of Communication and Information Technology. The field of E-Government Implementation is one of the divisions in Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor which has the authority assist the Head of institution in the drafting and implementing policies, so that it need to have good IT governance. From the results of the interviews, there were found problems in IT governance, such as not having SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), lack of HR (Human Resources) with a bachelor's background in IT, HR knowledge is lack, maintenance of IT infrastructure is lack, absence of risk management. This research determine the result maturity IT governance in Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor using COBIT4.1 framework which focuses on Plan and Organize (PO) and Acquire and Implement (AI). The results of research, found that the maturity level for the PO domain is 1.90 and the AI ​​domain is 1.71. To increase the maturity level value as expected, recommendations were made that could be applied to the Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor. Some of the recommendations such as making SOP documents, giving sosialisation to human resources to support existing IT processes, making technology standards that are used as guidelines to establish the direction technology and maintenance of IT infrastructure, and documenting risk management that might occur.

Abstract

Tourist areas in various regions visited by the largest tourists in the world. Indonesia has a variety of tours that are supported by the development of the technology developed to help people get information. Halal Tracking is a mobile application to facilitate the public to retrace tourist destination information in Indonesia to support Islamic tourism which is now a trendsetter among international tourists where the public offers tourists in regions that provide anxiety to get halal-supported products. This research helps develop problems in this mobile application, making the evaluation results can be developed. Evaluation results are needed in further development for better mobile applications. Heuristic Method Evaluation in its use will be carried out the testing process as much as 2 times the evaluation with the help of the evaluator to obtain the perspective of the problem found based on the established heuristic principles. There were 36 problems found in the evaluation, but after consolidation, there were 26 problems. The average evaluation results are 2.96. Furthermore, the design is designed, created using the guidelines on the mobile application. Problems found in the further evaluation were 4 problems. Design improvements made to continue making an average of 1.5. As such, the results of the renewal referred to by design improvements for problems from the Halal Tracking mobile application are better than the initial design..

Abstract

At the beginning of the admission of freshman year in 2018 there are at least 22,867 freshmen who will study in Malang City. One of the obstacle experienced by freshmen is the difficulty of finding a suitable place of worship. In 2014 there were 568 mosques, 1091 musalas, 92 churches for Christians, 20 churches for Catholics, five temples, eight temples, and one temple in the city of Malang. Lack of information regarding places of worship such as location, prayer schedules, speaker schedules, and public transportation routes makes it difficult for freshmen to find locations of nearby places of worship, what public transportation to ride, or places worship accordingly. So, in this research a system was developed to provide information regarding location, worship schedule, speaker schedule, and public transportation routes at places of worship using location-based services (LBS), Google Maps API and built on the native android platform. The results obtained from the development of an Android-based application, obtained 20 functional requirements and one non-functional at the requirement engineering stage. System implementation is carried out with the MVC concept (Model-View-Controller), unit testing produces 100% valid from six test cases, validation testing produces 100% valid from 38 test cases, and compatibility testing produces 100% valid on android versions 5 and 9.

Abstract

An exercise is basically a very important requirement for every human being in life so that physical and health conditions can be maintained properly. But this one activity is very easy for us to leave with various pretexts. The lack of public interest in exercise can be influenced by a variety of things, including lack of players, inappropriate time, and the distance of distant sports venues. With the current large level of community penetration in using the internet coupled with a large number of smartphone ownership, this study made a solution in the form of a sports friend search platform called "Sportify". This system uses interest in sports preferences, location and rating in finding players or friends in sports. The Haversine method is also used to find players with the closest location from the sport, and also used the Technique for Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm to recommend players. This research begins by conducting a needs analysis and getting 44 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. Then do the design and implementation stages. The development model used in this study is waterfall. This system was developed using the Java programming language on mobile devices with the Android operating system. Sportify also uses database storage technology in the form of NoSQL. The next step after implementation is testing the system. This system was successfully tested with unit testing, integration, validation, and usability. The results of the system testing are 100% valid and usability testing with System Usability Scale (SUS) is 73.5 which is in the acceptable category.

Abstract

Grab Driver is an application used by driver partners to do their jobs every day. In its effort to adapt the application to the needs of the driver partners, Grab made various updates to the application. Updates made to this application invite responses from users. This study then aims to identify the effect of these feature changes on user experience by evaluating long-term user experience using the UX Curve method. At the data collection stage, 100 curves were produced which were divided into 5 points of view, namely attractiveness, degree of usage, ease of use, and utility.. The results of data collection are 63 improving curves, 10 deteriorating curves, and also 27 stable curves. The total reason generated was 592 reasons with an average of 29.6 reasons per respondent (20.7 positive, and 8.9 negative N = 20). In all dimensions there is one feature that always gets positive comments namely the auto-accept feature. The existence of this feature has a positive impact on the Grab Driver application user experience. The most influential aspect of the Grab Driver application is the utility aspect with an average of 11.65 reasons stated by each user (7.45 positive and 4.2 negative, N = 20), and the least is the motivational aspect with an average of 5, 55 reasons (4.15 positive and 1.4 negative, N = 20). This indicates that to improve user experience, the most influential aspect is the utility aspect

Abstract

Customer responses is very important for a company.The better and faster services provided to customers, the more positive responses will be received by the company. This is called a “public good” and PLN Malang City Rayon is trying to implement it by implementing a Customer Complaint Service System at the PLN Malang City Rayon office. This Customer Complaint Service System was created to help shorten time of Malang City PLN Rayon employees in resolving complaints made by customers. The research method is by plunging directly to survey the PLN Malang City Rayon to get information about what needs are needed by the Customer Complaint Service System. Using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the identification phase, analysis phase, design phase, implementation phase and trial phase. Testing is done by survey using questionnaires to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of employees of PLN Malang Malang City when before and after the implementation of Customer Complaint Service Systems. So it was concluded that this customer complaint service system facilitates and helps employees to process customer complaint data more quickly, efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

Along with the increasing competition in hotel business, every hotel tries to improve their quality for increasing their profits. Hotel can improve their quality by understanding hotel reviews that written on the internet. However, the variety of types of review made hotels difficult to analyze the type of sentiment on review. In addition, the distribution of sentiment types in the reviews was unbalanced. Therefore, analysis sentiment is carried out to determine the sentiment of hotel reviews easily. The method that used by researcher is Boosting Weighted ELM because this method can handle unbalanced class. Sentiment analysis determine by doing some pre-processing, term weighting, normalization, and classification. Testing process were carried out using k-fold cross validation with k is 5. Data that used were 500 data consisting 343 positive class and 157 negative class. Testing result shows that the model is produced with the highest f-measure value is 0,953. Optimal value of each parameter are C =16, L = 64 and weak learner = 256.
