Abstract

CV. Tips Indonesia is a human resource development agency. The author found that there were customer management relationship (CRM) activities that were less effective in finding new customers. The indication that this is happening is the ineffective marketing of the online media. Based on the indication of the problems that occur, the researcher will evaluate the Customer Management Relationship (CRM) that is being carried out. Researchers will use the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) method on the website of CV. Tips Indonesia for automating the marketing that is being done in order to expand the market it has and cover more customers. The method of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is carried out using 2 methods, namely: on-site optimization and off-site optimization. Meanwhile, the analysis of the success of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process is carried out using 4 stages of analysis. The first is website analysis on google pages. Secondly, analysis of visitor traffic using google analytics, analysis using the alexa.com website to find out the website rankings globally and conduct a domain quality analysis from the tips-indonesia.com website. On the google website page analysis has increased. Before being optimized the website was outside the top 10 of Google and after 3 months of optimization, the website had increased to page 3 of Google. For website visitor traffic analysis, visitor traffic increases from before optimization activities. At the time before optimization the website had 0 visitors for a month until after optimization for 3 months the website had 642 visitors for a month. And in the global ranking analysis, the website has increased from 9,883,983 to 8,082,005. Ahrefs rank shows the website's ranking from tips-indonesia.com is ranked 8,930,581 globally. Then for UR (URL Rating) and DR (Domain Rating) which shows "9" in UR and "20" on the DR with a scale of 0-100, then there are Backlinks, 10,200 and Reffering domains with a total of 666. Next is organic keywords with the number 1,600. Furthermore, there is organic traffic, amounting to 761. And there is also a traffic value of $ 72.

Abstract

Food is the main source of energy for humans. Sufficient energy can support the performance of daily activities, especially for athletes, such as endurance athletes. Endurance athlete sports activities have a long enough duration so they require a lot of energy. Therefore, the selection of food components for athletes every day can be one of the supporting factors in providing their best performance. The current research provides a solution in the form of recommendations for food ingredients in 1 day for endurance athletes by considering their nutritional needs using a hybrid genetic algorithm and simulated annealing method. The food ingredients component has a total of 125 data, consisting of staple foods, vegetables, animals, and complementary foods that have carbohydrates, proteins and fats in them. Recommendations are given in the form of chromosomal representation of 14 food ingredients consisting of 3 food packages. Based on the testing process, the optimal parameter has a population of 1000, 2000 generations, the combination of Cr = 0.1 and Mr = 0.9, T0 = 0.7, T = 0.5, alpha value = 0.2. The results of this study resulted in recommendations for food components by considering the nutritional needs of athletes within the tolerance limit of nutritional content, which is ±10% for endurance sports athletes.

Abstract

Congestion is a serious problem in this world. In Indonesia, congestion is a problem that always occurs every year. Congestion is caused by several factors, one of the causes of congestion is the ineffective and less optimal traffic light system that exists today. The current traffic light system often causes vehicles to accumulate in one of the sections that have a high level of vehicle density because the traffic lights on that section do not get the duration of the green light in accordance with the density of vehicles on that section. In addition to being caused by a high level of vehicle density, congestion in a segment is also caused by vehicles stopping on an active segment (green light) because they are waiting for a connecting link to a nearby intersection that is experiencing congestion so that vehicles cannot pass through the connecting segment. The system built by the author aims to optimize the current traffic light system to be more effective by providing a green light duration by considering the state of the density of vehicles on the section and also the density of vehicles on the section that connects the intersection with the surrounding intersection. This system uses a Raspberry Pi 4, TL LED light, and a Sumo Simulator running on a laptop. Roads and intersections are built and simulated using the Sumo Simulator. Naive Bayes is used to classify the Induction Loop Sensor data contained in the Sumo Simulator and predict the density level classes that exist on a road segment. The Raspberry Pi 4 will receive class prediction data that has been processed from a laptop using Socket Programming and will adjust the TL LED Light according to the data received. Tests are carried out on each segment that has been optimized using the system with an average accuracy of 91.66%. testing was also carried out using 3 different Route Trips with an average simulation result of 407 steps faster than the usual traffic light system. This system has an average execution time of 0.6057408571 seconds.

Abstract

Based on a data from Financial Service Authority (OJK), Indonesian financial literacy in stock market sector is 4,92%, which make it the lowest out of the other financial service sector that exist, based on those data there's need an effort to improve financial literacy in stock market area, a user experience to make mobile application that help users learn how to invest and practicing their investing skills on stock market. The method used in this study is the design thinking method, which consist of gathering information by conducting interviews and handing out questionnaires to finds out the problem and how respondent deals with those problems, analyzing needs to point out the main problem and prioritize user needs, ideate to find solution for the problem, creating mockup from idea to iterate, creating prototype to finalize solution, and testing the product using usability testing that test effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction aspect of the solution, two methods used include task scenario to test effectiveness and efficiency aspect, System Usability Scale to test satisfaction aspect. The design got a result of 93,47% for effectiveness, 87,63% for efficiency, and 71,25% for satisfaction and satisfaction score included in group B (Good). The solution obtained final result of 84,41%.

Abstract

Leukemia or what we usually call blood cancer is cancer that attacks white blood cells. The healing method which is still being debated in the medical world and the difficulty in preventing this disease, makes this disease a deadly cancer. Lack of experts and information about leukemia often results in delays in diagnosing leukemia. The high cost of medical treatment by doctors has made many people try alternative treatments, which are relatively more affordable. However, even alternative medicine does not ensure a cure for the patient, which in turn requires the patient to be taken to the hospital again and in most cases the cancer has reached an advanced stage. Based on these problems the authors conclude and raise a problem into an expert system study to diagnose leukemia which is expected to help sufferers and doctors in need. The expert system for diagnosing leukemia which is made using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method based on 100 patient training data with 10 attributes, has been tested with expert diagnosis having a success rate of 90%. The difference in the results of system diagnosis with experts from 30 test data is 3 data so that there are 27 correct data from 30 test data.

Abstract

The increasing number of Corona Virus spreads in early 2021 because there were many violations of health protocols became the basis for the rules for the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). PPKM rules are implemented with the aim of reducing the transmission of the virus. PPKM until March 2021 was successfully implemented according to its objectives, marked by a decrease in the number of virus spread from Malang City initially being in the red zone to the green zone. Information development related to PPKM can be followed through social media. Twitter is a social media platform that connects users through instant and short message exchange communications. From social media Twitter users can send text messages called tweets with a maximum limit of using characters up to 280. Twitter as a social media to find out information and public opinion that develops about PPKM rules. Each tweet has a positive and negative sentiment value. Sentiment analysis aims to classify an opinion written through a tweet. This study analyzes tweets with the topic of PPKM Malang City. Sentiment analysis is carried out by classifying text data in the form of tweets into positive and negative sentiment classes. The classification process is implemented in RapidMiner Studio software with the K-Nearest Neighbor classification method and Chi Square feature selection. The main processes in sentiment classification are preprocessing, term or text weighting, feature selection and classification. Testing and analysis were carried out using three methods, namely testing based on comparison with manual calculations, testing based on variations in the value of k, and testing based on variations in the percentage of features. The best accuracy result from the classification process is 82%. The accuracy results were obtained during testing with a value of k = 3 and a feature percentage of 100%. The percentage of features used in the classification process affects the accuracy where the smaller the feature value used, the smaller the classification accuracy value.

Abstract

Cooperatives is one of the business fields that offer savings and loans. To become a member of the cooperative or to make savings and loans a person must meet the requirements that have been determined by the cooperative. Due to the limited funds owned by the cooperative, the selection of someone to get help is done to reduce payment problems. In this study, calculations were carried out in order to recommend the feasibility of the borrower using the fuzzy tsukamoto method approach. There are several processes using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to solve these problems is Fuzzyfication, Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Inference system and defuzzification. In the process of fuzzyfication is to change the real variables into fuzzy variables. Then, the process of the tsukamoto fuzzy inference system is to find the value of -predicate and z, and finally defuzzification is to change the fuzzy variable into a real variable. Based on results of the tests carried out use the Tsukamoto fuzzy method of cooperative data KUD "SRI LESTARI" obtained very good performance results with an accuracy value of 87.88% and an F-1 score of 92.96%.

Abstract

PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Balikpapan Branch is a company engaged in heavy equipment trading industry and provides services to customers. PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Balikpapan Branch has utilized IT in data communication network to assist daily operational in company. The existence of information technology used in company, besides provide benefits it also cause risk which known as IT incidents to company. Managers must manage every IT incident with effective and efficient in order to prevent any bad impact that could hampered business operations. Based on these problems, researcher evaluate the management of information technology service management at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Balikpapan Branch to assess the company's maturity in managing information technology. In accordance with problems as mentioned above, author used the COBIT 5 framework and DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) domain that focuses on DSS02 (Managing Service Requests and Incidents) and DSS03 (Problem Management) processes. Based on the assessment results, DSS02 is at capability level 0 and DSS03 is at capability level 0. The target capability for DSS02 and DSS03 is at level 1. It is recommended that the target capability which had been achieved are mapped in the roadmap with a span time of 3 years.

Abstract

Soybean is an agricultural commodity that is very much needed in Indonesian, because soybeans are widely consumed in various food products, soybeans are also used as industrial raw materials. Soybean farmers need to know what type of soybean plant is included in the seeds to be planted, so that the increase in soybean production is maintained. To facilitate the process, data from various types of soybeans will be used. The research will be conducted using the SVM (Support Vector Machine) method because the SVM method can generalize high without having to have additional datasets. In this study, there were 6 variables and objects belonging to 3 classes, namely early age, medium age, and deep age. The best test results use a polynomial degree 2 kernel, using the lamda (λ) value of 10, Constant 1, Epsilon 0.01 and iter max of 10. Based on various tests and scenarios that have been carried out, the best evaluation value is generated in tests using K-Fold Cross Validation with a value of K = 5 and produces an accuracy value of 56.666%.

Abstract

Industrial work practices (prakerin) are one of the efforts to prepare vocational school students to enter the world of work. Prakerin at SMKN 2 Sragen is supported by an information system that has just handled the organizing function so that it does not cover implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Therefore, these functions are still carried out manually. The Prakerin Monitoring and Evaluation Information System (SIMEP) is present to complement the existing system in SMKN 2 Sragen. The development of a system requires an interactive user interface design and one of the design methods is Human Centered Design (HCD) which involves humans in every process. HCD is able to produce an interface that is able to answer the needs of users and stakeholders. The resulting user interface design, namely the internship information website, admin dashboard, students, supervisors, and industry supervisors. Interface design, apart from focusing on the appearance of a product, is also related to usability. Usability evaluation using the Heuristic Walkthrough method allows researchers to identify usability problems in the system carefully and generate few false positives. The results of usability testing on the SIMEP interface by domain experts and usability experts found a total of 21 problems and 14 suggestions for improvement from the evaluator
