Abstract

Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji occupational stress dan religosity terhadap employee engagement melalui work life balance di kalangan para pekerja generasi millenial dan generasi Z. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 318 orang, yang adalah karyawan non-managerial di Kota Surabaya. Data dibagikan melalui google form dan diolah menggunkan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan program LISREL. Hasil olah data menyatakan bahwa occupational stress berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap work life balance, religiosity memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap work life balance, work life balance tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement, occupational stress memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhaap employee engagement, religiosity memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap employee engagement, occupational stress tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement melalui work life balance, dan religiosity tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement melalui work life balance. This article aims to examine work stress and religiosity on employee engagement through work life balance among millennial and generation Z workers. The study sample consisted of 318 people, who are non-managerial employees in the city of Surabaya. Data was shared via google form and processed using a structural equation model (SEM) with the LISREL program. The results of data processing stated that work stress had a significant positive effect on work life balance, religiosity had a significant and negative effect on work life balance, work life balance had no effect on employee engagement, work stress had a significant and negative effect on employee engagement, religiosity had an influence significant and positive on employee engagement, work stress has no effect on employee engagement through work life balance, and religiosity has no effect on employee engagement through work life balance. The practical implications of this research are related to the need for human resource management with the concept of family-friendly This concept will help build a comfortable atmosphere at work, which will ultimately have an impact on the engagement of millennial and generation Z workers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi sektor bisnis ketika resesi ekonomi global 2023 dengan mengidentifikasi persepsi positif dan negatif serta topik yang sering dibicarakan dari pengguna Twitter mengenai sektor bisnis ketika resesi ekonomi global 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis sentimen menggunakan model Naïve Bayes dan Topic Modelling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan crawling data yang didapatkan dari media sosial Twitter pada 1 November 2022 hingga 30 November 2022. Data didapatkan sebanyak 7.542 tweets dan kemudian dilakukan pre-processing data yang kemudian menghasilkan 4.458 tweets yang siap dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 1.466 sentimen positif dan 2.992 sentimen negatif dengan model Naïve Bayes didapatkan nilai sebesar 97.84 persen accuracy, 94.03 persen precision, dan 100 persen recall. Informasi yang didapatkan dari hasil penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM tidak perlu cemas akan terkena dampak resesi ekonomi justru UMKM menjadi solusi dalam melawan resesi ekonomi. Kemudian, tingkat bunga hipotek di Eropa lebih tinggi daripada tingkat suku bunga KPR di Indonesia. Depresiasi mata uang yang terjadi memiliki sisi positif yang mana ketika depresiasi mata uang terjadi para pengusaha dapat meningkatkan ekspor karena barang dan jasanya lebih murah di pasar internasional.This study aims to find out how the business sector is in the 2023 global economic recession by identifying positive and negative perceptions and topics that are often discussed by Twitter users regarding the business sector during the 2023 global economic recession. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with sentiment analysis using the Naïve Bayes and Topic Modeling models. The data collection technique was carried out by crawling data obtained from social media Twitter from November 1, 2022, to November 30, 2022. Data were obtained from 7,542 tweets and then data pre-processing was carried out, producing 4,458 tweets that were ready to be analyzed. The results showed that there were 1,466 positive sentiments and 2,992 negative sentiments with the Naïve Bayes model obtaining values of 97.84 percent accuracy, 94.03 percent precision, and 100 percent recall. The information obtained from the research results is that MSME actors do not need to worry about being affected by the economic recession MSMEs are the solution to fighting the economic recession. Then, mortgage interest rates in Europe are higher than mortgage interest rates in Indonesia. Currency depreciation occurs has a positive side where when currency depreciation occurs entrepreneurs can increase exports because their goods and services are cheaper on international markets.

Abstract

Dunia sedang mengalami krisis kesehatan berskala luas yang diakibatkan oleh covid-19. Diperlukan seorang pemimpin yang berkarakter kuat serta mampu mengatasi ancaman saat ini dan menghadapi tantangan dimasa depan. Hal ini memungkinkan adanya perubahan pada gaya kepemimpinan yang diakibatkan oleh covid-19. Pemimpin mulai bertransformasi dan adaptif di tengah adanya virus corona. Perubahan lingkungan yang cepat akan perubahan teknologi komunikasi dan berkembangnya paradigma masyarakat, menuntut diterapkannya gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan perubahan tersebut. Hal ini membuat peran kepemimpinan digital dapat dengan mudah untuk diimplementasikan pada era revolusi 4.0. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan teori-teori dari para ahli dan sumber untuk menopang penelitian. Selain itu, didukung dengan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang memiliki teori hubungan yang sesuai dengan penelitian. Objek penelitian adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Subjek penelitian adalah organisasi bisnis di Dunia. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan) sesuai dengan prosedur PRISMA. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan yang harus dikembangkan di lingkungan organisasi pada era digital adalah Kepemimpinan Etis, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Gaya Otoriter Kepemimpinan Paternalistik, Gaya Moral Kepemimpinan Paternalistik, Kepemimpinan Digital, dan Kepemimpinan yang Melayani. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan karyawan serta masih sesuai dengan revolusi industri 4.0 adalah kepemimpinan etis.The world is experiencing a wide-scale health crisis caused by the covid-19. It takes a leader who has a strong character and is able to overcome current threats and face future challenges. This allows for a change in leadership style due to Covid-19. Leaders begin to transform and adapt in the midst of the corona virus. Rapid environmental changes due to changes in communication technology and the development of the community paradigm, require the application of a leadership style that is in accordance with these changes. This makes the role of digital leadership easy to implement in the 4.0 revolution era. In this study, using theories from experts and sources to support research. In addition, it is supported by previous studies that have a relationship theory that is in accordance with research. The research object is leadership style. The research subjects are business organizations in the world. The data collection method in the study was carried out in a triangulation (combined) manner according to the procedure PRISMA. This research shows that the leadership styles that must be developed in an organizational environment in the digital era are Ethical Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Authoritarian Style of Paternalistic Leadership, Moral Style of Paternalistic Leadership, Digital Leadership, and Servant Leadership. The conclusion of this study is that a leadership style that can improve employee performance and satisfaction and is still in accordance with the industrial revolution 4.0 is ethical leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, price, dan service quality terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan 125 responden. Peneliti menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner secara daring dan langsung di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village menggunakan Google form. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling. Adapun yang menjadi responden adalah pasien yang sudah pernah berobat di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modeling berbasis varian dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap customer satisfaction pada pasien, brand image tidak mempengaruhi customer loyalty secara signifikan pada pasien, price tidak mempengaruhi customer satisfaction secara signifikan pada pasien, Price memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap customer loyalty pada pasien, service quality memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap customer satisfaction pada pasien, service quality tidak mempengaruhi customer loyalty secara signifikan pada pasien, customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap customer loyalty pada pasien. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah pengajuan model penelitian empiris yang belum pernah dilakukan dalam mengetahui pengaruh brand image, price, dan service quality terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada pasien Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan umpan balik kepada rumah sakit dalam meningkatkan kepuasan yang bertujuan untuk mendorong loyalitas pasien terhadap Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The data was gathered through survey with 125 respondents by distributing questionnaire via online and offline in Siloam Lippo Village Hospital in which this data is used as the primary data. Non-probability sampling is utilized in this study where the expected respondents are people who had received treatment in Siloam Lippo Village Hospital. Through data analysis using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squared) software 3.2.9. version and structural equation modelling, the result revealed that brand image demonstrate a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction in patients. Furthermore, brand image does not have significant effect on customer loyalty. Price does not exhibit significant influence on customer satisfaction but has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. Service quality illustrated significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction but does not significantly influence customer loyalty. Lastly, customer satisfaction has significant and positive influence on customer loyalty. The novelty of this study is proposing an empirical research model that has never been covered to identify the effect of brand image, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Siloam Lippo Village Hospital patients. Moreover, this study can also be utilized as feedbacks by the hospital in elevating satisfaction for encouraging customer loyalty in Siloam Lippo Village Hospital.

Abstract

Perawat adalah salah satu anggota terpenting dari staf rumah sakit. Karena perawat adalah yang paling terlihat oleh pasien, kinerja perawat akan menggambarkan kinerja rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari pelatihan, supervise, lingkungan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan komitmen sebagai variable intervening. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel diambil secra sensus dari populasi yang tersedia yaitu 96 perawat di RSI Purwokerto. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan menggunakan google form kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diselenggarakan mampu meningkatkan kinerja, supervisi dari kepala ruangan juga meningkatkan kinerja dan lingkungan juga turut mempengaruhi kinerja. Komitmen mampu menjadi variable intervening pengaruh dari pelatihan supervisi, lingkungan terhadap kinerja The nurse is one of the most important members of the hospital staff. Since nurses are the most visible to patients, nursing performance will describe hospital performance. The performance of nurses is part of the values that are important for patients in the quality of hospital services. Because of different perceptions of nurses’ performance, comments and protests from patients’ families who are dissatisfied with hospital services still occur over time, but it is difficult to prove the authenticity of such events and comments. The role of training, supervision, environment, and commitment is important for improving the performance of nurses. The study aims to analyze the impact of training, supervision, and environment on the performance of nurses, with commitment as an intervening variable. The study was carried out quantitatively with the number of samples taken during the direct census from the available population of 96 nurses in RSI Purwokerto. Data collection using a questionnaire shared using Google Forms is then analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the research indicate that the training organized can improve performance; supervision from the head of the room also improves performance; and the environment also affects performance. Commitment can be a variable influenced by the intervening influences of training, supervision, and environment on performance. Thus, to improve the performance of nurses, training should be done frequently, supervision of the leadership should be performed well, the working environment should be improved, and commitment should be increased.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market has enormous potential to encourage sustainable economic and financial development. Investors in the Islamic capital market are still very small when compared to the total population of Indonesia. Public interest in investing is quite low, but they do not have sufficient knowledge to assess the risks and returns of the Islamic capital market. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence Gen Z's interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, risk perception, social media influencers, and disposable income. This research utilizes a quantitative methodology focused on the generation Z population in Malang City. A total of 200 research samples were collected using the incidental sampling method. The collected information was analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) method. The results of data analysis show that interest in investing in Islamic capital markets is influenced by Islamic capital market literacy, risk perception, and social media influencers. However, the results of data analysis show that disposable income does not affect investment interest. This study has practical implications for increasing Gen Z participation in Malang City in investing in the Islamic capital market. Educational efforts aimed at improving Islamic capital market literacy, effective risk management, and utilizing the positive influence of social media influencers can motivate Gen Z's interest in investing in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

Loyalty is an effort to establish long-term relationships with customers. This study examines the effects of e-service quality and sales promotion on customer loyalty and satisfaction, considering satisfaction as a mediating variable in the context of GoFood products. The main objective of this research is to analyze the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable with the presence of intervening variables. The primary data source for this study is GoFood application users. Data was collected from a total of 327 customers across Indonesia who are GoFood users. The majority of GoFood customers in the sample are women (61%), have undergraduate education (56%), are students (50%), and have an income ranging from five hundred thousand rupiahs to one million one hundred thousand rupiahs (25%). The results obtained from this study are as follows: First, e-service quality contributes to customer satisfaction. Second, sales promotion contributes to customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction contributes to customer loyalty. Fourth, e-service quality contributes to customer loyalty. Fifth, sales promotion contributes to customer loyalty. Sixth, sales promotion influences customer loyalty through the intermediary variable of satisfaction. Seventh, e-service quality influences customer loyalty through the intermediary variable of satisfaction.

Abstract

Peluang usaha skincare menjadi begitu menjanjikan belakangan karena memiliki pangsa pasar yang sangat luas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis brand signature dan brand logo terhadap brand performance dengan studi kasus merek skincare lokal. Research gap dalam penelitian ini adalah knowledge gap dimana penelitian ini akan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai brand signature dan brand logo terhadap brand performance. Dimana korelasi antara brand signature dan brand logo serta brand signature terhadap brand performance serta brand logo dengan brand performance belum ada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menganalisis brand signature dan brand logo terhadap brand performance merek produk skincare lokal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah individu yang sudah memiliki pengalaman untuk menggunakan merek produk skincare lokal di Jakarta.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu individu yang sudah mengonsumsi produk skincare dan responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan pengguna skincare dengan rentang usia 12 tahun – 55 tahun. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan Smart-PLS. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 151. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis pertama, dimana terjadi pengaruh antara Brand Signature memiliki pengaruh terhadap Brand Performance. Hipotesis kedua, Brand Logo memiliki pengaruh terhadap Brand Performance. Hipotesis ketiga, Brand Signature mempengaruhi Brand Logo. Due to its large market share, the skincare business prospect has recently become quite lucrative. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of brand logo and brand signature on brand performance using case studies of regional skincare companies. The brand signatures and logos of local skincare product brands were examined using a quantitative method and a descriptive approach in this study. Individuals with prior experience utilizing regional skincare product brands in Jakarta served as the study's subjects. In this study, purposive sampling was utilized to select respondents who had used skincare products. Respondents' ages ranged from 12 to 55 years old, and they were skincare users. PLS, or partial least squares, is the analysis method employed. Analyzing tool for Smart-PLS. 151 people participated in the survey as respondents. Primary and secondary data were used as the research's data sources. The study's findings support the first hypothesis, according to which there is a relationship between brand signatures and brand performance. According to the second theory, brand performance is influenced by the logo. The third theory holds that Brand Logo is impacted by Brand Signature. Local skincare brand managers work hard to ensure that the target market's customers always choose their products. This can reinforce consumers' preferences for local brands over global brands and cultivate their passion for them.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of knowledge-based recruitment, a component of knowledge-based human resource management (K-B HRM), in mediating the relationship between the value proposition of key employees and employer branding. This research uses the PLS-SEM method and purposive sampling to survey employees working in 3- to 5-star hotels in West Java and Jakarta. The results reveal that the value proposition of key employees has a positive and significant impact on both knowledge-based recruitment and employer branding. However, it is observed that knowledge-based recruitment only has a positive but insignificant effect on employer brand, indicating that it does not significantly mediate the relationship between key employees' value proposition and employer branding. These findings offer valuable insights to hotel companies in their efforts to enhance their reputation and image as sought-after workplaces for top talent within the hotel industry. Furthermore, these findings support the Indonesian government's initiatives to foster the development of human resources in the tourism sector. By strategically optimizing key employees' value propositions and diligently implementing knowledge-based recruitment practices, hotel companies have the remarkable opportunity to enhance their employer brand significantly.

Abstract

Tokopedia's strategy in the world of retail 4.0 will be explained in this paper. The transformation of the retail world occurred from the 1.0 era to the 4.0 era and each has its characteristics. Tokopedia was born when it was in the retail 3.0 era and began to grow in the 4.0 era. A business model innovation strategy is very necessary for the business to survive in the online marketplace. Many innovations have been carried out, including (1) store management facilities (2) Shopping by type category of goods sold and business processes are very easy to learn (3) For easy access to online shops, sellers receive their accounts created during initial registration (4) Collaboration with various transportation services facilitates delivery of goods to consumers (5) simple payments and safe. The method used is to collect some literature to further identify whether it is by the topic to be discussed and make important points related to Tokopedia's strategy in the 4.0 era.
