The purpose of this paper is to propose a transformation strategy which is the focus of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) on the impact of Industry 4.0 on the internal audit function and the development of an improvement plan for the Internal Auditor SPIP level . can be applied to address audit challenges in the Industry 4.0 era. Due to the impact of Industry 4.0 on audit activities, APIP is required to be able and quickly adapt to technological advances. The adoption of Industry 4.0 technology positions APIP as an activity analyst who can identify errors in business processes and devise solutions to fix them. As a consequence, an APIP transformation strategy is needed to face the challenges of Industry 4.0. The author suggests that the APIP transformation strategy to increase the SPIP level must include: (1) the use of data collection equipment, such as sensors and software, to collect data; (2) inclusion of characteristics that characterize APIP's ability to complete audit tasks, including cognitive abilities, problem solving abilities, communication skills, internal control systems, and agility; and (3) applying a professional, millennial, innovative approach that prioritizes integrity, objectivity and professionalism while still embracing the possibility of failure.

Abstract

The green industry is a national priority target, with one of the indicators being the application of a circular economy. The application of a circular economy to the entire supply chain process is an effort to extend the service life of materials so that sustainability arises. The application of circular supply chains needs to be supported by digital technology to improve processes. This study aims to analyze the effect of circular supply chain practices on corporate sustainability performance and the moderating effect of Big Data. The hypothesis testing using SEM analysis tools. The number of samples used was 140, who are currently working or have worked in companies that have implemented a circular economy. [KM1] The results of the study show that Circular Supply Chain Practices do not influence on Corporate Sustainability Performance, so the moderating effect of Big Data is not supported. Therefore, managerial parties need to implement a circular supply chain in the company's business processes. Managers need to provide technical training related to designing environmentally friendly products and educational strategies to customers regarding the application of a circular economy. Nonetheless, this study also has limitations, in that it consists of only one variable, Circular Supply Chain practices, which affect Corporate Sustainability Performance. Thus, the next researcher should add other variables that can affect Corporate Sustainability Performance, such as the purchasing realized absorptive capacity variable. [KM1]Refer in research method section for my comment.

Whereas traditional food, which is a popular choice among consumers, will be the focus of the researcher's case study. The descriptive qualitative method was employed in this investigation. Domain analysis was the analytical approach used in this study. Simple random sampling as a data collection method. 100 residents of Jabodetabek participated in the study as participants. In order discover more about the respondents' choices, a questionnaire is used in this study, and interviews are conducted to elicit more detailed responses. Three respondents were interviewed after the questionnaire was given to 100 respondents by the researchers. The study's findings demonstrate that the younger generation's excitement for traditional cuisine as comfort food is excellent. Price, ease of obtaining food, and the food's characteristic taste are the next factors that affect consumer preferences for comfort food while making purchasing decisions. Culinary entrepreneurs will have opportunity to establish themselves in the food and beverage industry thanks to the comfort food boom. Thus, businesses should find it intriguing to offer classic cuisine varieties that the younger generation is less familiar with as a consumer alternative. These businesspeople's indirect expression of their love for Indonesia's motherland is to make traditional food the centerpiece of their cafes and restaurants. So that people don't solely rely on comfort food from abroad.

Abstract

The urgent need for CSR disclosure is not only for the company's internal needs in accountability, transparency, risk management, and business sustainability but also includes compliance with regulations and ensuring the reputation of the company's image for the trust of stakeholders, especially the surrounding community. The current situation related to the activities of mining and agricultural companies, which are risky and sensitive to the social environment and political economy, has become a major concern for various parties in Indonesia. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has now become an obligation for companies that run their business activities directly or related to natural resources, which can be reported in the sustainability report. The study aims to determine the description of CSR disclosure practices in sustainability reports with the Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET) approach. The measurement indicators used are the GRI Standard and Sharia compliance, which consists of 4 categories in measuring CSR disclosure carried out by the content analysis method. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The number of samples in this study was 11 companies consisting of 6 mining companies and five agricultural companies obtained by purposive sampling technique. This study did not include the 2020-2024 period in the analysis because the global economic crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic made companies change their priorities. The results showed that, in general, the concept of SET in CSR disclosure has been applied by companies in terms of habluminallah and habluminannas, with an average disclosure of 47 items out of 123 items per company. The company that disclosed the most was PT Timah Tbk, with a score of 65 items, and the lowest was PT Austindo Tbk, which had 30 items. Our findings have alternative implications for the government in several ways, including strengthening regulations and policies, supervision and law enforcement, incentives and support, and pressure on companies to provide space for public involvement and participation.
