Abstract

The coastal area has a high likelihood of seawater intrusion, leading to the formation of brackish water. Brackish water is unsafe for consumption due to its high salt content, which exceeds 0.5 ppt. The purpose of this study is to identify the distribution of salinity by testing the well water of the residents in Tanjung Pakis Village, Karawang Regency. The sample determination method used is Systematic Grid Sampling. The grid used measures 1,000 x 250 m. In this study, 3 grids were used, each at different distances from the nearest coastline. Three samples were taken from each grid, resulting in a total of 9 samples. The parameter tested is salinity, which represents the salt content in the water. The method used to measure the salinity parameter is direct reading using a refractometer. The results of the study show that the highest salinity parameter value reached 120 ppt in Grid I, while the lowest salinity parameter value was 30 ppt in Grid II. The mapping results indicate high salinity values in Grid I, represented by a darker color. In Grid II, the salinity value decreases, indicated by a lighter color. An increase in salinity occurs in Grid III, shown by a darker color compared to Grid II.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sustainability status and analyze sensitive attributes (leverage analysis) on the sustainability of the Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii L.) reintroduction program in the Bukit Tigapuluh Landscape. The analysis was carried out using the RAPFISH method with four dimensions, namely ecological, economic, social and institutional dimensions which were then validated using the Monte Carlo method, determining the stress value and R2 value. Determining sensitive attributes is done using leverage analysis. The research results show that the sustainability status of the Sumatran Orangutan (Pongo abelii L.) reintroduction program in the Bukit Tigapuluh Landscape in the ecological and economic dimensions is quite sustainable, but in the social and institutional dimensions it is less sustainable. The results of the sensitivity analysis showed that of the total of 36 attributes used, 13 sensitive attributes were identified which influenced the sustainability index value of the Sumatran orangutan reintroduction program namely pressure on the area, number and type of nest trees, forest area area, opportunities for competition (intra and between species), level of habitat suitability, contributing to improving the community's economy, average income against UMP, potential tourist attractions, threat of habitat change, conflict management mechanisms, threat of animal hunting, level of community education and information on regulations related to management rules for Sumatran orangutans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik biografis dan kompetensi manajerial terhadap kinerja industri kreatif Sumatera Barat. Sampel berjumlah 263 manajer usaha industri kreatif Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, dimana sampel yang diperoleh dialokasikan secara proporsional di 6 Kabupaten antara lain: Padang Pariaman, Pesisir Selatan, Agam, Tanah Datar and Sawah Lunto Sijunjung. Metode penelitian adalah survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik biografis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada industri kreatif Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the preventive maintenance of Mazda Sedan Model Traffic Cars using the reliability centered maintenance method at the City functional block diagram, determining system function and functional failure, failure mode and effect analysis, logic tree analysis, and task selection. The results of this research are that the maintenance system for traffic vehicle units carries out routine check-ups every 5,000 kilometers or every 3 months and for brake and tire components every 10,000 kilometers or 6 months, the damage that appears with the current maintenance system is the break caliper (right front), hose (water pump), and ball joint, factors that arise with current maintenance problems are safety problems, proposed improvements that need to be made to resolve the problem are preventive maintenance for the break caliper (right front), hose (water pump), and ball joint every 11000 hours or 458 days.

Abstract

Trenggalek Regency has typical batik with the main motif of clove flowers. Currently the batik center in Ngentrong Village is the most famous center in Trenggalek Regency which is currently experiencing many problems regarding the development of existing Human Resources. This research aims to determine the empowerment of Batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to increase the competitiveness of regional superior products in Ngentrong Village, Karangan District, Trenggalek Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The focus of this research uses the empowerment aspect theory, namely enabling, empowering, and protecting. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. In this research, the validity tests used are the credibility test, dependability test and confirmability test. The results of this research found that when viewed from the enabling, empowering and protecting aspects as a whole, it can be stated that the empowerment of Batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to increase the competitiveness of regional superior products in Ngentrong Village, Karangan District, Trenggalek Regency has not yet been achieved. done optimally.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of trust and performance appraisal justice variables on employee commitment which is mediated by job satisfaction among health workers in West Jakarta. The data collection method used in this research was a survey using a questionnaire distributed via a Google form link as a data collection tool, and the sample used was 140 people. Data processing methods include test instruments such as validity and reliability tests using SPSS. The results of this research conclude that the job satisfaction variable is able to mediate the influence of the trust variable and the performance appraisal justice variable on employee commitment among health workers in West Jakarta.

Abstract

Kei Islands is an archipelago that holds a lot of natural beauty, many tourists enter every year for a vacation. Guide is a very important field in tourism, where this guide is tasked with providing information to tourists. However, the existing guide services are lacking so that incoming tourists sometimes do not get a guide and are confused about where to start the journey and rarely get information about the destinations visited, therefore in this study try to give ideas to the Tourism Office in the form of designing UI / UX applications “Tour Kei” which become digital guides in increasing the tourism potential of the Kei islands. The design results will be calculated using the SUS calculation method, with the results of the score being at 81 in the “Acceptable” category with a grade scale of “A” and a rating at the “Excellent” level. With these results the design idea is well received and meets the level of use.

Abstract

Weisbord's Six Box Model can be used to diagnose organizations in terms of goals, structure, relationships, reward systems, leadership, and mechanisms. This study aims to analyze the organization as a basic step to make changes and future organizational development using the six box model approach. Researchers conducted interviews and distributed questionnaires adapted from the Organizational Diagnosis Questionnaire developed by Preziosi. The results of the study indicate that the organization in terms of clear goals has work goals for its employees, but it will not be realistic to achieve. In terms of structure, it has a clear organizational structure but in practice it is not in accordance with the established structure chart. Relations tend to be rigid, and there are some unresolved conflicts between employees. The company currently does not yet have a fully optimal working mechanism to achieve the company's goals. The company rewards every employee who successfully meets the sales target and applies a system penalty in the form of salary deductions when the sales target is not achieved. In terms of leadership, company leaders have not been able to harmonize the other five aspects to achieve company goals. This needs to be studied further to be prepared to face the changes that will be faced in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the promotion mix and service quality on purchasing decisions at AK Phone Jambi City. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 99 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously and partially there is a significant and positive influence between the promotional mix variables and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Ak Phone Shop, Jambi City.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the impact of leadership, training, and job commitment on employee performance at KSP Credit Union Semarong, Sanggau District, West Kalimantan Province. The research employed a quantitative, descriptive approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire using an ordinal Likert scale (range 1 to 5) distributed among 296 employees of KSP Credit Union Semarong, with a sample of 170 respondents selected using the Slovin approach. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that leadership, training, and job commitment significantly influence employee performance at KSP Credit Union Semarong. Enhancements in these three factors can lead to improved employee performance, thereby benefiting KSP Credit Union Semarong in achieving its organizational goals.
