Abstract

This study examines the influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance, with work ethics as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative causal-associative approach, the research involved 133 LP3I Sidoarjo alumni (2020–2024) working across various regions in East Java, selected from a population of 200 using Slovin’s formula. Data were analyzed through Partial Least Squares (PLS) with validity, reliability, and model evaluation tests. Results indicate that all forms of intelligence and work ethics have significant positive effects on performance, with work ethics mediating these relationships. The findings underscore the importance of intelligence and work ethics as foundations for optimal performance and long-term organizational success

After passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that social media content and brand awareness significantly affect purchasing decisions, partially or simultaneously, with a combined influence of 42.9%. These findings underscore the importance of integrating visually engaging content with consistent brand awareness efforts. The practical implication is that local businesses such as Sender Coffee must build emotionally resonant and consistent digital communication strategies tailored to young consumers' preferences.

Abstract

Keywords: Attention, events, Familiarity, performance, representative

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the influence of competence and transformational leadership on the performance of internal auditors in the public sector, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Focusing on auditors at Indonesia’s Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the research addresses persistent challenges in audit effectiveness, including uneven competence levels and leadership dynamics within a bureaucratic structure. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS, data were collected via a structured questionnaire distributed nationwide. The results indicate that both competence and transformational leadership have significant positive effects on organizational commitment. Competence emerges as the strongest predictor of auditor performance, both directly and indirectly through commitment. Transformational leadership does not significantly affect performance directly but exerts a meaningful indirect influence via organizational commitment. These findings underscore the critical role of auditor competence and the importance of fostering commitment to enhance public sector audit effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business risk and firm size on profitability (ROA), with capital structure as a moderating variable in general insurance companies listed on the IDX for the 2021–2023 period. The method used is panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM), based on secondary data from financial statements. The results show that business risk has a significant positive effect on ROA, while firm size has no significant effect. Capital structure moderates the effect of business risk on ROA, but not firm size. These findings underline the importance of risk and capital structure management.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to review publications on green finance between 2020 and 2025 using a systematic literature review (SLRs). Using the PRISMA protocol, 66 relevant articles were sourced from the Scopus database, identified through keywords including "green finance", "organizational visibility", "regulation", "policy", and "energy use". A network analysis using VOSviewer was conducted to visualize keyword co-occurrences and citation trends, revealing visibility, regulation, and energy consumption as dominant and interconnected themes. The study highlights that organizational visibility, strengthened by public disclosure and stakeholder pressure, significantly influences firms' engagement in green financial practices. Regulatory frameworks are found to be essential in shaping green investment behavior, particularly through incentives, reporting mandates, and policy enforcement. Meanwhile, energy use especially in high-emission sectors is identified both as a key driver and a target of green finance strategies. The analysis also identifies challenges such as inconsistent regulatory standards, limited data integration, and technological readiness, which hinder the scalability of green finance. The study underscores the importance of harmonized policies, improved transparency, and the integration of digital tools to support effective green capital flows. This research affirms the critical role of visibility, regulation, and energy transition in advancing green finance and provides a comprehensive foundation for future studies aiming to enhance the impact of sustainable financial ecosystems globally.

Abstract

Utama Mart minimarket faces procurement inefficiencies due to unintegrated manual systems. This research aims to optimize the supply chain using an open-source ERP-based E-Procurement system, ERPNext. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and evaluated through the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Results showed significant efficiency gains: procurement time reduced by 79.2%, manual tasks by 76.9%, and tracking time by 90%. The SUS score reached 72 (good), while UAT acceptance rate was 69%. ERPNext proved effective and well-received in improving operational efficiency and supply chain integration in the retail sector.
