Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMP pada mata Pelajaran IPA msih rendah. Hal ini karena guru belum menghubungkan materi IPA dengan kearifan lokal yang disebut etnosains. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP pada materi unsur dan senyawa. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan rancangan kuasi eksperimen dengan metode kuantitatif. Menurut hasil penelitian keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar pada materi unsur dan senyawa berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan penggunaan model discovery learning berbasis etnosains, terlihat pada hasil uji manova sebesar 0,008 < 0,05 dan 0,001 < 0,05. Nilai rata-rata postest keterampilan berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen yaitu 71,23 lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol 63,35 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model discovery learning berbasis etnosains terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis. selain itu, Nilai rata-rata postest hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 83,52 juga lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol 70,92 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model discovery learning berbasis etnosains terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.Critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of junior high school students in science subjects are still low. This is because teachers have not connected science material with local wisdom called ethnoscience. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the discovery learning model on critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of grade VIII junior high school students on the material of elements and compounds. The study was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with quantitative methods. According to the results of the study, critical thinking skills and learning outcomes on the material of elements and compounds were significantly influenced by the use of the ethnoscience-based discovery learning model, as seen in the results of the manova test of 0.008 <0.05 and 0.001 <0.05. The average posttest value of critical thinking skills in the experimental class was 71.23 higher than the control class 63.35, indicating the influence of the ethnoscience-based discovery learning model on critical thinking skills. In addition, the average posttest value of learning outcomes in the experimental class, which was 83.52, was also higher than the control class 70.92, indicating the influence of the ethnoscience-based discovery learning model on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pendidikan di abad 21 telah mengalami perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat. Pada bagian muatan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) atau dikenal juga dengan sebutan Sains, kualitas pendidikan yang dimiliki Indonesia masih rendah. Berikutnya, hasil pra penelitian berupa observasi dan wawancara di SDN 37 Mataram didapatkan data hasil belajar peserta didik di muatan IPA Tema 5 Ekosistem, yang belum mencapai KKM pada UTS sebanyak 46% dan UAS sebanyak 50%. Setelah ditelusuri, hal ini terkait dengan penyiapan media pembelajaran. Diketahui bahwa penggunaan media digital yang minim dalam pembelajaran karena kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital yang layak dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis Research and Development (R&D), dengan model ADDIE. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah video pembelajaran Ekosistem berbasis artificial intelligence. Telah dilakukan uji validitas untuk mengetahui kelayakan video. Hasil validasi materi dan media memperoleh hasil masing-masing 77,5% dan 95%, persentase tersebut kemudian diakumulasikan ke Skala Likert dan mendapat kategori “Valid” dan “Sangat Valid”, dengan media layak dengan revisi. Selanjutnya, hasil kepraktisan pada kelompok kecil dengan mendapat nilai 87% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis”, kelompok besar pada peserta didik  dan guru memperoleh nilai 80% dan 91%, masing-masing dengan kategori “Praktis” dan “Sangat Praktis”.Education in the 21st century has experienced rapid development of information and communication technology. In the kind of Natural Sciences (IPA) or also known as Science, the quality of education in Indonesia is still low. Next, the results of pre-research in the form of observations and interviews at SDN 37 Mataram obtained data on the learning outcomes of students in the Science of Theme 5 Ecosystems, which have not reached the KKM in the UTS as much as 46% and UAS as much as 50% yet. After being traced, this is related to the preparation of learning media. It is known that the minimal use of digital media in learning is due to the lack of teacher ability to develop media. Therefore, this research aims to develop digital learning media those are feasible and practical. This research is type of Research and Development (R&D), with the ADDIE model. The result of this research is an artificial intelligence-based Ecosystem learning video. A validity test has been conducted to determine the feasibility of the video. The results of material and media validation obtained results of 77.5% and 95% respectively, the percentage was then accumulated to the Likert Scale and got the categories ‘Valid’ and ‘Very Valid’, with the media feasible with revision. Furthermore, the results of practicality in small groups scored 87% with the category ‘Very Practical’, large groups of students and teachers scored 80% and 91%, respectively with the categories ‘Practical’ and ‘Very Practical’.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa akibat pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru dan minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran kontekstual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji keefektifan model discovery learning berbantuan media monopoli berbasis kearifan lokal gula kelapa terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMP. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental menggunakan model pretest–posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 60 siswa kelas VII yang terbagi menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes esai keterampilan berpikir kritis dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann–Whitney, uji N-Gain, dan uji effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 58,36 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 32,46. Nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,4722 dengan kategori sedang, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,2734 dengan kategori rendah. Nilai effect size sebesar 0,55293 menunjukkan kategori efektivitas tinggi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model discovery learning berbantuan media monopoli berbasis kearifan lokal gula kelapa efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.This study aims to examine the effectiveness of discovery learning assisted by monopoly media based on local wisdom of coconut sugar in improving students’ critical thinking skills. This research employed a quasi-experimental method using a pretest–posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 60 seventh-grade students divided into experimental and control classes. Data were collected using essay tests and observation sheets. Data analysis was conducted using the Mann–Whitney test, N-Gain analysis, and effect size. The results showed that the average posttest score of the experimental class (58.36) was higher than the control class (32.46). The N-Gain score of the experimental class was 0.4722 (moderate category), while the control class was 0.2734 (low category). The effect size value of 0.55293 indicated high effectiveness. Therefore, discovery learning assisted by monopoly media based on local wisdom is effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tren penelitian tentang peran artificial intelligence dalam menunjang kebutuhan SDGs dan kemampuan abad 21, sekaligus menjajaki peluang untuk pengembangan penelitian lebih lanjut, dikarenakan penelitian yang secara langsung membahas AI dengan SDGs dan Kemampuan abad 21 masih jarang dan belum dilakukan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode systemaic literature review yang menggunakan pedoman prisma. Dengan menggunakan pedoman prisma ditemukan 270 artikel yang relevan di database publish or perish, google scholar, scopus dan sinta, dengan 30 artikel yang publish pada tahun 2021-2025 pada database scopus dan sinta yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Sedangkan untuk analisis data hasil penelitian digunakan metode bibliometrik dengan bantuan aplikasi Vosviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI dengan SDGs dan kemampuan abad 21 masih belum diteliti secara langsung, sehingga ditemukan suatu peluang untuk dilakukan penelitian lanjutan yang secara langsung mengintegrasikan ketiganya. Untuk itu, peneliti menyarankan untuk penelitian lanjutan tentang integrasi ketiganya.This study aims to identify and analyze research trends on the role of artificial intelligence in supporting the needs of SDGs and 21st century capabilities, as well as exploring opportunities for further research development, because research that directly discusses AI with SDGs and 21st century capabilities is still rare and has not been done. In addition, this study uses a systematic literature review method using the prism guideline. By using the prism guideline, 270 relevant articles were found in the publish or perish, google scholar, scopus and sinta databases, with 30 articles published in 2021-2025 in the scopus and sinta databases that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meanwhile, for the analysis of research data, a bibliometric method was used with the help of the Vosviewer application. The results of the study indicate that the integration of AI with SDGs and 21st century capabilities has not been studied directly, so that an opportunity was found for further research that directly integrates the three. For this reason, the researcher suggests further research on the integration of the three.
