<![CDATA[Word Of Mouth (WoM) marketing is considered the most effective marketing strategy. This study analyzes WoM among consumers regarding the purchase of Mie Gaga products. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through searching and observing in digital bases and official publications. The results indicate that WoM among consumers regarding the purchase of Mie Gaga focuses on consumer satisfaction and outstanding products such as Gaga 100 Extra Spicy Jalapeno, building a positive brand image. Strong consumer support is a key factor in creating positive WoM. Product and service adaptation, as well as building strong relationships through personal interaction and relevant incentives, can enhance positive WoM. The use of social media, especially TikTok, strengthens positive WoM. Creative and relevant content can attract consumer attention and strengthen the brand image. Mie Gaga can utilize social media to expand their WoM and popularity amidst the instant noodle industry competition. Increased brand awareness among consumers can trigger changes in purchasing behavior, such as switching to Mie Gaga, indicating a strong WoM. This analysis highlights the importance of product and service quality and responsiveness to consumer reviews to avoid negative WoM. By maintaining quality and strengthening consumer relationships, Mie Gaga builds positive WoM, enhances consumer loyalty, and expands market share in the instant noodle industry through storytelling and Key Opinion Leaders.]]>

<![CDATA[Every country requires financing for its development from both domestic and foreign sources. Many countries take on foreign loans to offset their development financing deficits. However, these foreign loans carry a default risk, necessitating prudent management. This research was performed to evaluate the contributions and management of foreign loans based on the principle of prudence using a normative method. This research regarded primary data, secondary data, and other forms of data to arrive at conclusions. The results showed that foreign loans primarily serve to cover a country's development balance deficit and must be managed with caution. One practical measure is requiring recipients of foreign loans to have their debt independently rated by a rating agency. Moreover, the usage of foreign debt should be critically assessed to ensure it fosters economic growth, and authorities should avoid deploying these funds for consumer purposes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the influence of personality traits, specifically Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Emotionality, on students' tendencies toward cheating behavior, analyzed using artificial intelligence (AI). A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire completed by students from the Faculty of Economics at a university in Jakarta. Using simple random sampling and data analysis with SmartPLS, this research examines the relationships among variables to gain a deeper understanding of the role of personality factors in unethical behavior. The findings reveal that Agreeableness does not significantly impact cheating tendencies, whereas Conscientiousness and Emotionality show significant effects. Students with high Conscientiousness levels tend to have better self-control, thus reducing the likelihood of cheating. Conversely, Emotionality influences this behavior, indicating that emotional management plays a crucial role in ethical decision-making. These findings imply the need for educational strategies that emphasize not only discipline but also emotional regulation, in order to foster academic integrity within higher education environments.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Financial Performance on Dividend Policy. The research method used is quantitative by proposing a hypothesis to be tested. Selection of research samples using purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The population used in the study were companies listed in the consumer non-cyclicals sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The statistical analysis method used in the research is multiple regression analysis with. The results obtained in this study are that simultaneously IOS, profitability, and leverage affect dividend policy. While partial testing shows the results that only leverage has a significant effect on dividend policy. While IOS and profitability have no effect on dividend policy.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of student perceptions about cooperatives on economic education students' interest in cooperatives. This research is a causal quantitative research, with 79 students as respondents. Data collection technique by distributing Google form links online. The research instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression. The results of this research show that students' perceptions of cooperatives have a positive influence on students' interest in cooperatives. Things that can be done to increase economic education students' interest in cooperatives include providing project-based assignments, student internship programs in cooperatives, creating a family atmosphere in cooperatives, creating innovation in the products offered and the need to improve cooperative management. So with these steps, economic education students' interest in cooperatives will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the use of PowerPoint media in learning can improve the learning outcomes of Social Studies on the topic of International Trade for class IX B students at SMPN 21 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) methods with 34 students as subjects. The variables examined include learning outcomes and the implementation of the learning scenario over two cycles. The results indicate that (1) there was an increase in student learning outcomes from an average score of 71.47 with a classical mastery of 47% in cycle I to an average score of 82.20 with a classical mastery of 88% in cycle II. It can be concluded that there is an improvement in student learning outcomes of 88%, categorized as "high," after the use of PowerPoint media. Cycle I did not achieve classical mastery (53%), but in Cycle II, classical mastery was achieved at 88%, demonstrating a significant increase from 53% to 88%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to enhance student learning outcomes in social studies, specifically on the topic of Socio-Cultural Change, using the Paidea Seminar method. The research is classified as classroom action research, consisting of two cycles. Each cycle includes four stages: action planning, action implementation, observation/evaluation, and reflection. The research was conducted in class IXA at SMPN 27 Tanjung Jabung Timur, involving 20 students for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data on student learning outcomes were collected through tests and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that (1) there is an increase in student learning outcomes, with an average score rising from 67.25 and a classical learning completeness of 50% in the first cycle to an average score of 76 and a classical learning completeness of 85% in the second cycle.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of the study is to assess the performance of budget realization concerning regional income and expenditure in Bondowoso Regency from 2018 to 2012. The research relies on secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of Bondowoso Regency's Regional Budget (APBD) spanning from 2014 to 2018. Employing a qualitative descriptive analysis method, the study primarily focuses on the Budget Realization Report (LRA), particularly emphasizing expenditure analysis. The findings of the study reveal that expenditure recorded in the LRA for the years 2014-2018 indicate commendable performance by the Bondowoso Regency Government, showcasing continual enhancements in expenditure utilization annually. Noteworthy expenditure growth was observed in 2016 compared to the years 2014-2015. Consequently, it is recommended that in subsequent years, the Bondowoso Regency Government ensures a balanced allocation of regional resources in line with the requirements of regional development and community welfare. Such allocation of regional expenditure is expected to enhance future spending effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out the local wisdom of siri' na pacce' in the perspective of economic morality in street vendors at the Losari Beach Pavilion. Qualitative research with an ethnographic approach is the method used in this study because it analyzes a culture. Data collection was carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies with informants of street vendors who trade at the Losari Beach Pavilion. The analysis is carried out in three stages, namely data condentation, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the data analysis show that there is economic morality with the perspective of local wisdom of siri' na pacce' in the Bugis-Makassar tribe. This attitude of morality consists of honesty, caring for others, and shame. The implications of these three moral attitudes are obedience to economic institutions, the existence of controllers or reminders, and the reduction of economic disparities between fellow street vendors at the Losari Beach Pavilion.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the impact of local revenue, general and specific fund allocations, and labor force involvement intensity on economic growth in East Java Province. The focus is on East Java Province, covering 38 cities and regencies. This research uses secondary data, including the local revenue of 38 cities or regencies in East Java from 2018 to 2022, general and specific fund allocations, labor force participation, and economic growth. The study applies panel data regression analysis to determine the effect of variable x on variable y. According to the study's findings, local revenue has a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth. Specific fund allocations and labor force participation have a significant negative effect on economic growth in East Java Province. Meanwhile, general fund allocations have a positive effect on economic growth. The findings of this study are expected to be useful in evaluating and formulating policies aimed at sustainably increasing regional income in East Java cities or regencies through the empowerment of the local economy and the development of potential sectors.]]>
