Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to compare the Mind Mapping and ARIAS learning models (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) to the understanding of physics concepts in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning. This study is a Quasi Experiment Design with research villages using the Pretest-Posttest Design Control Group. The selection of samples using Purposive Sampling techniques. The research samples were experimental class I (VIII 4) which applied the Mind Mapping learning model and experimental class II (VIII 6) which applied the ARIAS learning model (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction). Data collection instruments used were test instruments for understanding concepts (pretest and posttest) with essay questions. Based on the research results that have been calculated by the t-test with a significant level of α = 0.05 (5%) that tcount = 1.725 and ttable = 1.708 which indicates that tcountmore than  ttable, to obtain conclusions Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which means there is a comparison of models Mind Mapping and ARIAS on understanding the concepts of physics of students in SMP Negeri 1 Bukit KemuningAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dan ARIAS(Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika pada peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning. Penelitian ini merupakan Quasi EksperimentDesign dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Sampling Purposive. Sampel penelitian yakni kelas eksperimen I (VIII 4) yang diterapkan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dan kelas eksperimen II (VIII 6) yang diterapkan  model pembelajaran ARIAS(Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu instrumen tes untuk pemahaman konsep (pretest dan posttest) dengan bentuk soal essai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dihitung dengan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 (5%) bahwa thitung = 1,725 dan ttabel = 1,708 yang menunjukkan bahwa thitunglebih dari  ttabel , sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat perbandingan model Mind Mapping dan ARIAS terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effectiveness of virtual laboratory-assisted Numbered Head Together (NHT) models in providing good learning outcomes to students who have science process skills. The study was conducted at Bandar Lampung High School 8 with the research method Quasi Experimental Design. Analysis of hypothesis testing data of this study uses two-way variance analysis. Then the effectiveness is known by using the effect size test that is getting the value d = 0.45, then this result is interpreted using the table of effect size obtained that the laboratory-assisted NHT model affects student learning outcomes by 66%. The conclusion is that virtual laboratory-assisted NHT models provide good learning outcomes, there are differences in physics learning outcomes between high, medium and low science process skills, there is no interaction between learning models with science process skills on learning outcomes and NHT models are effective in improving learning outcomes. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model Numbered Head Together (NHT) berbantu laboratorium virtual dalam memberikan hasil belajar yang baik pada peserta didik yang memiliki keterampilan proses sains.Penelitian dilakukan di SMA N 8 Bandar Lampung dengan metode penelitian Quasi Eksperimen Design.Analisis data pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan. Kemudian keefektifan diketahui dengan menggunakan uji effect size yaitu memperoleh nilai d = 0,45, kemudian hasil ini diinterpretasikan dengan menggunakan tabel effect size diperoleh bahwa model NHT berbantu laboratorium ini mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik sebanyak 66%. Memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model NHT berbantu laboratorium virtual memberikan hasil belajar yang baik, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar fisika antara keterampilan proses sains tinggi, sedang dan rendah, tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil belajar dan model NHT efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the development and application of creative problem solving learning model especially in the last 1 decades. Research method used in this study was literature review. We collected  more than 20 references related to the history, development, and application of the CPS model.  Data collection technique used was through literature study. The results of this study obtained some types of CPS models such as CPS version Treffinger, CPS version Osborn, and CPS published by Creative Education Foundation. The CPS model proposed by the Creative Education Foundation is the latest and best model because it was developed to improve the previous CPS model. Each CPS Model has different steps with some similar goals. CPS is applied at several levels of education for learning Natural Sciences and Mathematics. CPS has a significant influence on the achievement of cognitive competence and problem solving skills

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce products through the development of Frezi-based physics learning media on business materials and energy at the VIII grade of junior high school level, knowing the feasibility of the media according to the validators and knowing the responses of students to the media. This research is R and D research. The types of data produced are quantitative and qualitative data which are analyzed by the guideline of assessment criteria to determine product feasibility. This study resulted in Frezi-based learning media products on business materials and energy at the junior high school class VIII the final product produced had shown to be very feasible with an average score of material expert assessment 81%, media experts with an average score of 80%. learning media obtained in small group trials are very good with an average score of 87%. In the field trials obtained very good criteria with an average score of 88.33%. This frezi-based physics learning media has been qualified to use as a learning mediaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk melalui pengembangan media pembelajaran fisika berbasis Frezi pada materi usaha dan energi tingkat SMP kelasVIII, mengetahui kelayakan media menurut para validator dan mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R and D. Jenis data yang dihasilkan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dianalisis dengan pedoman kriteria penilain untuk menentukan kelayakan produk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis Frezi pada materi usaha dan energi tingkat SMP kelas VIII produk akhir yang dihasilkan telah menunjukan sangat layak dengan skor rata-rata dari penilaian ahli materi 81%, ahli media dengan skor rata-rata 80% Respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran yang diperoleh pada uji coba kelompok kecil yaitu sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 87%. Pada uji coba lapangan diperoleh kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 88,33%. Media pembelajaran fisika berbasis Frezi ini sudah terkualifikasi digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is 1) To find out whether there is a significant effect with the Advanced Organizer learning model 2) To improve the cognitive abilities of students on the subject of dynamic fluid Vocational High School. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental with the hypothesis that there is no significant influence on the cognitive abilities of students who are taught using advance organizer learning models so that the cognitive abilities of students are increased. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on the cognitive abilities of students who are taught using an advanced organizer model so that the cognitive abilities of students increase. This can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest in the experimental class has increased. Significant influence can be proven by the test results from the t-test analysis, where in the t-test analysis the value of t-count more than t-table or significant value  less than significant level (0.05) is equal to 21,921 more than 2,045. While the increase in cognitive abilities of experimental class students can be seen from the results of the mean mean value of students at the pretest that is 40.16, an increase after the posttest results of the mean mean becomes 81.94. This means that there is a very good increase in the cognitive abilities of students due to the influence of the Advanced Organizer of Dynamic Fluid SMK models.Abstrak: Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer 2) Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik pada pokok bahasan fluida dinamis  SMK. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan hipotesis ada atau tidak pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan kognitif peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran advance organizer sehingga kemampuan kognitif peserta didik lebih meningkat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan kognitif peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan model advance  organizer sehingga kemampuan kognitif peserta didik meningkat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan. Pengaruh signifikan dapat terbukti dengan adanya hasil pengujian dari analisis Uji-t ,dimana pada analisis Uji-t  nilai lebih dari atau nilai signifikan kurang dari taraf signifikan (0.05) yaitu sebesar 21.921 lebih dari  2.045. Sedangkan peningkatan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik kelas eksperimen dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata nilai mean peserta didik pada pretest yaitu 40.16, terjadi peningkatan setelah posttest hasil rata-rata nilai mean menjadi 81.94. Artinya terjadi peningkatan yang sangat baik pada kemampuan kognitif peserta didik akibat pengaruh dari model Advance Organizer pokok bahasan Fluida Dinamis SMK.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research and development is to develop mobile game physics based on program construct 2 which is a game designed to stimulate thinking power including increasing concentration and solving problems. This research method is research and development (R and D) based on the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The method of retrieving data in this study is through the results of validation and testing of respondents. The validation results obtained from 5 validators with several aspects of assessment obtained an average of 3.70 with the category "feasible", so that from the results of validations obtained from experts, the educational game developed has better quality so that it is feasible to be implemented . The results of product trials on 30 students at Bandar Lampung Middle School 24 showed an average of 3.89 with the criteria of "very interesting". From the results of the trials of respondents the physics education game is very interesting to use as an enrichment media on temperature material and its changes. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini yaitu mengembangakan mobile game eduaksi fisika berbasis program construct 2 yang merupakan permainan yang dirancang untuk merangsang daya pikir termasuk meningkatkan konsentrasi dan memecahkan masalah. Metode penelitian ini adalah research and development (R and D) berdasarkan model ADDIE  yang terdiri dari analisis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Cara pengambilan data pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui hasil validasi dan uji coba responden. Hasil validasi yang didapat dari 5 validator dengan beberapa aspek penilaian didapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 3,70 dengan katagori ”layak”, sehingga dari hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari para ahli, game edukasi yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik sehingga layak untuk di implementasikan. Hasil uji coba produk pada 30 peserta didik di SMP 24 Bandar Lampung  didapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 3,89 dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”. Dari hasil uji coba responden game edukasi fisika ini sangat menarik digunakan sebagai media pengayaan pada materi suhu dan perubahannya.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce a product of Student Worksheet (LKPD) Based on Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) on the subject of static electricity and to know the feasibility of developing Student Worksheets (LKPD) Based on Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) on Static Electricity Material developed. This study uses the Research and Development (R and D) method with a 4D (Four D Model) development model from Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel namely, Defining, Planning, Developing, and Spread (Disseminate). Validation is carried out by material experts and media experts by providing an assessment questionnaire to test the feasibility of the product. The trial was carried out through two stages, namely limited trials and field trials. The results of the material expert validation on the aspect of content eligibility obtained an average percentage of 82% with very good criteria. The feasibility aspect of presentation is obtained by an average percentage of 79% with very good criteria. The aspects of language feasibility obtained an average percentage of 78% with very good criteria, and HOTS assessment aspects obtained an average percentage of 81% with very good criteria. The validation of media experts on the aspect of the LKPD was obtained by an average percentage of 88% with very good criteria. The cover design aspects of the LKPD obtained an average percentage of 90% with excellent criteria and the design aspects of the LKPD contents obtained an average percentage of 93% with very good criteria. The results of the limited trial of class IX students obtained an average percentage of 85% with very good criteria and field trials of class IX students obtained an average percentage of 90% with very good criteria so that the LKPD was feasible and ready to be used as teaching material.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) pada pokok bahasan listrik statis  dan mengetahui kelayakan terhadap Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) pada Materi Listrik Statis yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R and D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Four D Model) dari Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, dan Melvyn I. Semmel yaitu, Pendefinisian (Define), Perencanaan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop), dan Penyebaran (Disseminate). Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media dengan cara memberikan angket penilaian untuk menguji kelayakan produk. Uji coba dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil validasi ahli materi pada aspek kelayakan isi diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 82% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Aspek kelayakan penyajian diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 79% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Aspek kelayakan bahasa diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 78% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan aspek penilaian HOTS diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 81% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Validasi ahli media pada aspek ukuran LKPD diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 88% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Aspek desain cover LKPD diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 90% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan aspek desain isi LKPD diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 93% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil uji coba terbatas peserta didik kelas IX memperoleh rata-rata persentase 85% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan uji coba lapangan peserta didik kelas IX memperoleh rata-rata persentase 90% dengan kriteria sangat baik sehingga LKPD layak dan siap digunakan sebagai bahan ajar.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to; 1) identifies the eligibility ladder snake game in Islamic learning IPA; 2) know the response of the students against Islamic ladder snake game in learning the IPA as a learning resource that will be developed. Methods in this study using the method of research and development (Research and Development) model Borg and Gall that have been developed through dimodifiksi; 1) potential and problems; 2) data collection; 3) product design; 4) validation of the design; 5) revision of the product; 6) free trial products; 7) revision of the product. Taken only up to seven steps because of the limitations. The research data was collected by using the sheet validation, the now and the response of the learners. The results of this research are; 1) game development ladder snake islami in IPA is well worth learning is used in learning based on the results of validation experts, namely 93.5% material experts, 80.5%, media expert and expert religion 100%; 2) on the response of the students performed at the three schools earn a percentage of the feasibility of an average of 93% with a very worthy category.Abstrak: Penelitianini bertujuan untuk; 1) mengidentifikasi kelayakan permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA; 2) mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA sebagai sumber belajar yang akan dikembangkan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) model Borg and Gall yang telahdimodifiksi yang dikembangkan melalui; 1) potensi dan masalah; 2) pengumpulan data; 3) desainproduk; 4) validasidesain; 5) revisiproduk; 6) ujicobaproduk; 7) revisiproduk. Langkah yang diambil hanya sampai dengan tujuh langkah karena keterbatasan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket dan respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) pengembangan permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli, yaitu ahli materi 93,5%, ahli media 80,5%, dan ahli agama 100%; 2) pada respon peserta didik yang dilakukan di tiga sekolah mendapatkan persentase kelayakan rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat layak.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the feasibility of prezi-based learning media using scientific approach on the material of SMP / MTs caloric level. This research uses research and development method by using model from Borg and Gall which is adapted from Sugiono development model. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaire responses of educators and learners, questionnaire validation of material experts and media experts. The type of data produced is qualitative data which is analyzed by guidance criteria of assessment category to determine product quality. Researchers produce a product in the form of prezi-based learning media using scientific approach on the material of SMP / MTs caloric level. Based on the assessment of material experts get the percentage of 84.13% with very decent category, the assessment of media experts get the percentage of 84.62% with very decent category while the response of the students of the three schools received an average percentage of 84.8% in very decent category . Based on the assessment by material experts, media experts, educators and students' responses, it can be concluded that prezi-based learning media using scientific approach on caloric materials of junior high school / MTs is suitable for learning media. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran  berbasis prezimenggunakan pendekatan saintifik pada materi kalor tingkat SMP/MTs. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model dari Borg and Gall yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Sugiono. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket respon pendidik dan peserta didik, angket validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Jenis data yang dihasilkan adalah data kualitatif  yang dianalisis dengan  pedoman kriteria kategori penilaian untuk menentukan kualitas produk. Peneliti menghasilkan suatu produk berupa media pembelajaran berbasis prezi menggunakan pendekatan saintifik pada materi kalor tingkat SMP/MTs. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan persentase 84,13% dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian ahli media mendapatkan persentase 84,62% dengan kategori sangat layaksedangkan  respon peserta didik ketiga sekolah tersebut memperoleh nilai presentase rata-rata sebesar 84,8 % dalam kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan penilaian oleh  ahli materi, ahli media, pendidik dan respon peserta didik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis prezi menggunakan pendekatan saintifik pada materi kalor tingkatSMP/MTs layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: The use of electromagnetic induction teaching aids is designed to create students who are active in the learning process so that they can improve their critical thinking skills. The ability to think critically is a reasonable and reflective thought that focuses on deciding what must be done. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using teaching aids on students' critical thinking skills. The type of research conducted in this study was a quasy experiment with a non equivalent control group design. The population in this study was class XII MA Mathla'u Anwar Gisting. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. With class XII IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XII IPA 2 as the control class. To measure the critical thinking skills of students, tests were carried out with 10 questions about essays and knowing the feasibility of using electromagnetic induction teaching aids can be done by observation. Furthermore, the data was tested using the normality, homogeneity, and T test. The results of the statistical tests showed a significant level less than 0.05, which means that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The results showed that there was effectiveness in using teaching aids on students' critical thinking skills in electromagnetic induction material.Abstrak: Penggunaan alat peraga induksi elektromagnetik dirancang untuk menciptakan peserta didik yang aktif didalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan sebuah pemikiran yang masuk akal dan reflektif yang berfokus untuk memutuskan apa yang mesti dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan alat peraga terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan desain non equivalent control group. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kelas XII MA Mathla’u Anwar Gisting. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Dengan kelas XII IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XII IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dilakukan tes dengan soal esay berjumlah 10 soal serta mengetahui keterlaksanaan dalam penggunaan alat peraga induksi elektromagnetik dapat dilakukan dengan observasi. Selanjutnya data di uji dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji T. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan taraf signifikan kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keefektivitasan penggunaan alat peraga terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi induksi elektromagnetik
