IMPLEMENTATION AND ASSISTANCE OF PREGNANCY AS A PREPARATION FOR SAFE AND HEALTHY LABOR IN BORIKAMASE VILLAGE, MAROS. Midwives are recognized as responsible and accountable professionals who work as partners for women to provide support, care and advice during pregnancy. Care that includes prevention, promotion of normal delivery, detection of complications in mother and child and access to medical assistance or other appropriate assistance. Pregnant exercise during pregnancy can increase birth weight and reduce the incidence of preterm and delivery complications. One of the interventions that can be done is physical exercise, because it has a positive effect on the fetus, pregnancy, birth weight and maternal health and reduces labor complications such as prolonged labor and reduces pain levels. One of the physical exercises that can be done during pregnancy is pregnancy exercise. Through the pregnancy exercise training provided, it is hoped that pregnant women can independently practice the practice of pregnancy exercises at home regularly as an effort to prepare for a safe and healthy delivery so as to prevent possible complications that can arise during the labor process. This activity was carried out in Putu Lekoala, Borikamase Village, Maros Baru Subdistrict with the Lecture Method, discussion and direct mentoring for Pregnant Exercise Practices. The results of this activity show the enthusiasm of pregnant women to participate in this activity and practice the pregnancy exercise movements that are taught where pregnant women can re-practice the movements that have been obtained properly and correctly and the enthusiasm of pregnant women is seen in this pregnancy exercise.

TRAINING AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AT KEDAWUNG VILLAGE GOVERNMENT AND SMES. Some Kedawung villagers own several UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) such as Opak business to ginger cultivation. One of the lucrative business opportunities is the high market interest in home-based business products or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). However, the lack of attention and attention by the local government, and the absence of promotional activities carried out by business actors have resulted in some SMEs in Kedawung Village being less developed. The analysis carried out in Kedawung Village includes, analysis of village needs and analysis of village business needs. The research method used in this research is work plan planning, UI design, database design and user flow design and usage procedures. The results of this research are the creation of village websites and UMKM websites, the existence of a good village management information system and the increased skills and abilities of village officials.

STRENGTHENING VILLAGE YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS IN PREPARING FOR THE FIRST 1000 DAYS OF LIFE (HPK) IN PADUKUHAN GARON, PANGGUNGHARJO VILLAGE, BANTUL REGENCY. Bantul Regency is one of 60 priority districts for stunting prevention in Indonesia. The incidence of stunting in Bantul Regency in 2018 was 22.89% and this number was lower than in 2013, namely 26%. Even so, this still makes Bantul Regency one of the areas for stunting in Indonesia. The incidence of stunting will have an impact on the health of the baby which will affect their growth and development. Maternal education and knowledge related to nutrition are important in determining behavior and attitudes to prepare for the first 1000 days of life. Based on this situation, the health conditions and nutritional fulfillment of prospective mothers and mothers before pregnancy and postpartum greatly affect fetal development and the risk of stunting. The aim of this activity is to increase adolescent understanding of the importance of preparing 1000 days of life and skilled solutions to adolescent problems with the approach peer-to-peer case studies. The results of the intervention indicated that the knowledge of the target group regarding adolescent health and nutrition had increased.

TRAINING ON MAKING ICT-BASED PHYSICS LEARNING MEDIA FOR TEACHERS IN BENGKAYANG REGENCY, WEST KALIMANTAN. Improving learning quality is a crucial factor in the implementation of learning in schools to colleges. ICT contributes greatly to the dissemination of information materials to the world. It is one of the foundations of how important it’s to introduce and train teachers on the border to be proficient in information and communication technologies. The purpose of this activity is to train physics teachers in Bengkayang Regency to make ICT-based physics learning media. The goal of this dedication is teachers of physics that are incorporated in the MGMP Physics Regency of Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. The activity is located at SMAN 1 Bengkayang. This activity starts from the preparation phase of the situation analysis and problem of the partner and administration and coordination management with partners. Furthermore, at the stage of implementation of activities conducted is to provide mentoring to the partners through the training activities of ICT-based physics learning media generation. Steps at this stage include the introduction of ICT-based learning media, ICT-based physics media-making workshops and worksheet-making workshops as complementary media usage. The final stage is the evaluation of measuring the level of understanding and skills of participants after taking the training obtained from pretest, postest and observation sheet and designing the sustainability of the training program. From PKM activities that have been conducted, the planning and utilization training of ICT-based media learning for physics teachers in Bengkayang Regency, it can be concluded that the resource capacity is the teacher has increased. It is characterized by increased understanding of teachers about ICT-based learning media that can be used in teaching physics. In addition, teachers have been able to use Phet Simulation media and have been able to create Android applications on the concept of physics.

AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF SD MUHAMMADIYAH 3 PARAKAN, PAMULANG, TANGERANG SELATAN, BANTEN. Authentic assessment is a form of assessment that is highly emphasized in the 2013 Curriculum because it has a significant impact on student learning outcomes in the realm of attitudes, skills, and knowledge. This training activity aims to improve the professional competence of teachers of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Parakan, Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan, Banten in making authentic assessment instrumen s. This training is conducted in three sessions, namely exploration, elaboration, and confirmation sessions. The exploration session begins with the submission of various questions via google form related to the training participants' understanding of authentic assessment. In the elaboration session, the training participants were given an explanation of the various characteristics of authentic assessment along with examples of authentic assessment models that can be applied in evaluating learning outcomes. At the confirmation stage, the trainees are asked to make authentic assessment instruments related to the subjects they are teaching. This training is able to improve the professional competence of the teachers of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Parakan, Pamulang, South Tangerang in making authentic assessment instruments. The initial average ability of the teachers was 63. After participating in the training activities, the average ability of the teachers increased to 81.

TRAINING ON COMPOSING HOTS-BASED ENGLISH QUESTIONS FOR ENGLISH TEACHERS OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. One of the changes in the newest curriculum applied in Indonesia, Curriculum 2013, is the standard of assessment. Assessment created by the teachers should be HOTS-based. İt should make students able to think critically and creatively. Knowing the importance of this and based on the survey result, community service was conducted. In the form of training, this activity aims at making English teachers of junior high school in Semarang be able to produce HOTS-based English questions. The training involved 30 English teachers of junior high school in Semarang who join MGMP. To know the result of the training, a questionnaire was distributed and a semi-structured interview was conducted. The result revealed that the training gave a positive effect on the teachers’ ability in producing HOTS-based English questions. They also had a good comprehension of the scoring system of HOTS. They know how to score students’ higher-order thinking skills. To sum up, the purpose of the training of composing HOTS-based English questions conducted was achieved.

COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MINAPOLITAN TOURISM AREAS IN PETALONGAN VILLAGE, INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY. Petalongan village is located in the district of Pasir Penyu, Indragiri Hulu Regency-Riau Province. This village is still underdeveloped. Even though petalongan village has a lot of potential to be developed. In this case, the service activity aims to change people’s behavior in organizing, utilizing or managing their nature, traditions and culture to improve the community’s economy through the development of a tourist village minapolitan area. The targets of this service activity are BUMDes managers and PKK mothers. The service model uses Community Based Tourism (CBT), starting from mapping village potential, socialization, FGD, training, and mentoring. Based on the mapping and FGD, the potential of a village that can be developed is to make the village a minapolitan area for aquaculture-based tourism. The training activities focused on catfish and tilapia farming for BUMDes. Product development training is carried out aimed at supporting tourism and is also carried out in order to increase community understanding, attitudes and expertise in utilizing the potential of the village. This community service activity has had a positive impact on increasing community awareness and expertise in utilizing the existing potential by cultivating fish in the lake and having the will to develop the village as a tourist destination.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND BRANDING OF FISHERY PRODUCTS OF ECONOMIC VALUE IN PAGELARAN SUBDISTRICT, PRINGSEWU REGENCY. Fish processors in Pagelaran District, Pringsewu, are mostly still running on simple businesses. processing fish from their parents’ tradition, so that they have ability to run a processed fish business. Processors have not been able to produce a variety of processed products, the processing group has not been able to carry out business management properly, their lack on knowledge to understand the dynamics in the group, and still low in the utilization of information technology in online marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct Community Service activities (PKM) to increase the income and welfare of members of the processing group. The main problem of fish processing capacity development is because of low knowledge and skills of the community related to more modern processed technology, business management, and information technology, especially online marketing. The dedication aims to help increase the capacity of fish processing in optimizing processed fish business as a source of income. In the service will be carried out mentoring in fish processing activities with product variations, business management such as bookkeeping, and information technology. The empowerment target that will be carried out is to increase the knowledge and skills of fish processors about the quality of processed products, about business management analysis, the importance of group dynamics for the development of fish processing groups, and related to online marketing information technology is still low members of the Erwina Fish Processing Group and has not certified products.

PARENTING TRAINING TO IMPROVE INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN PULOGADUNG DISTRICT, EAST JAKARTA. To improve the quality of community empowerment and efforts to achieve educational goals, community service entitled “Parenting Training to Improve Interpersonal Communication for Students of SMP YWKA II Rawamangun in Pulogadung District, East Jakarta”.This community service is carried out with the following targeted results in the first year in the form of parenting training results with studies of related disciplines and theories to form awareness and understanding of parents in improving communicative interpersonal communication patterns between parents and students of SMP YWKA II Rawamangun in Pulogadung sub-district, East Jakarta.The results of parenting training showed that from 7 parents of students, the results were: 6 parents of students in the medium to high category of interpersonal communication skills, meaning that there was an increase in interpersonal communication skills by 85.71% from the fairly good category, increasing to very good. . Meanwhile, 1 student's parents both pre-test and post-test results were fixed, meaning that 14.29% there was no increase in the very good category. Community service, especially parents of students, with a limited test on parenting training to improve interpersonal communication skills between parents and children/students at SMP YWKA Rawamangun shows that the increase in knowledge, attitudes and interpersonal communication skills is very good.

INDONESIA READING MOVEMENT TECHNICAL GUIDANCE FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN DELI SERDANG REGENCY. Since 2015, the government of Indonesia has accelerated Indonesia Literacy Movement. However the effectiveness of this program wasnot reflected in the results of students’ PISA test result in 2018. In attempt to the improvement of this program, the volunteers decided to carry out a technical guidance to increase the reading literacy of primary school teachers in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera. This voluntarily activity aimed to share the knowledge and best practice of fun and interactive reading. 40 primary school teachers from two state schools were involved in this community service program. İn the beginning, they had to complete the pre-test. Then, they were given a workshop about how to perform fun reading and created their own best practice. The result of their work were presented in front of the other groups and at last they completed the post-test. As the result of this activity, there was a significant increase on the teachers’ knowledge about fun reading and Indonesia Reading Movement based on the pre-test and post-test. İn addition, the teachers were able to produce their own fun reading activities based on their interests through Uniterrupted Sustained Silent Reading (USSR) Journal and Reading Pyramid.
