Abstract

Lack of student motivation to follow the learning and use of methods used by teachers in learning to determine the main thoughts less attractive for students, causing less motivated students to follow the learning well. Therefore, the use of game Pepetic-assisted analysis Adiksimba to improve the value of the process and student learning outcomes. The use of Pepetic game is used to improve the result of lesson plan, implementation or learning process, student activity, and result of student learning test in cognitive aspect and psychomotor aspect. The method used in this research is PTK with Kemmis model design and Mc Taggart. After using Adiksimba-assisted Pepetic analysis game, the learning cycle I learned 84.8%, 83% learning, 59% student activity, and student learning test result in the subject matter determined 75% of complete students. While in cycle III, the results of planning and implementation of teacher performance learning reaches 100%, student activity reaches 90.3%, and learning test results reach 88.5%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada pembelajaran menulis puisi bebas di kelas V SDN Cijati Kecamatan Situraja Kabupaten Sumedang diketahui bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi masih rendah. Guru kurang kreatif dalam berinovasi merancang pembelajaran. Selain itu faktor siswa yang kurang termotivasi dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan permainan bank kata. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Setelah menerapkan permainan bank kata dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi bebas,  kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi dengan pilihan kata yang tepat mengalami peningkatan. Pada data awal hanya 5% siswa yang tuntas. Setelah dilaksanakan siklus I siswa yang dinyatakan tuntas mengalami peningkatan yakni 42,8%. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,6% dan pada siklus III hasilnya meningkat dan telah mencapai target menjadi 91,3%. Dengan demikian penerapan permainan bank kata dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi bebas di kelas V SDN Cijati Kecamatan Situraja Kabupaten Sumedang.Kata Kunci: Permainan Bahasa, Bank Kata, Keterampilan Menulis.

Abstract

In problem solving, the students have to need creative thinking ability that will show the creative solutions without any hesitation. An open-ended approach with M-RTE strategy is one options to improving students' creative thinking ability. The research uses quasi experiment method with nonequivalent control group design. Research population is all students of grade V SD in North Sumedang Subdistrict. Meanwhile, the samples are SDN Bendungan 2 as the experimental class and SDN Sukamulya as the control class. After learning during four times, both at SDN Bendungan 2 or SDN Sukamulya have increased on mathematical creative thinking ability. Hence the open-ended approach with M-RTE strategy and conventional approach have a positive effect on mathematical creative thinking ability. However, based on the average of N-gain obtained there is no a significant difference between the positive effects of the open-ended approach with M-RTE strategy and the conventional approach.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary observation to the 5th grade student at SDN Cipanas, a problem that showed up is the low outcome of learning result. There is 22 students but only 6 students who passed with 27,27% and 16 students not passed yet with 72,73%. It caused by the conventional learning method that used by the teacher in the learning process which make the engagement of student lacking. Seeing this condition, the researcher applied problem based learning method to resolve the problem. Method that used in this research is classroom action research and used spiral model Kemmis Taggart. This research is held in three cycle because target is achieved in the 3rd cycle. The target itself is 85%. The learning result of the student, on the cycle I level of mastery is 45,45%, 72,73% on the cycle II, and for the cycle III the result is 90,91%. Based on the data from this research, it’s proved that problem based learning could improve learning result of the 5th grade student at SDN Cipanas.

Abstract

Based on observation of research which conducted on students grade Vb SDN 1 Keraton, Suranenggala Sub-District, Cirebon Regency, 2016/2017  academic year, it can be seen that the activity and student learning outcomes on the subject of economic activity in Indonesia are still below the KKM that has been determined by the school, with 68% percentage. Learning activities students which ineffective,  influenced by the student's lack of discipline while following the lesson and not obeying the rules. The research is using classroom action research (PTK) with research design that refers to Kemmis and Taggart scientists, which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflesi. The instruments used are interviews, field notes, student activity observation format, teacher performance, and student learning outcomes.  from the research that has been done, It can be concluded  that the implementation of cooperative learning strategy, type TTW (Think Talk Write) is able to increase activity and student learning outcomes in the material of economic activity in Indonesia. The evident showing that from defined target, 85% student achieve KKM. On social science learning, 94,12% students avowed complete.

Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil data awal, pada umumnya siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam memahami materi serta kurang motivasi untuk belajar. Dikarenakan dalam proses belajar mengajar guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan perlu dilakukan  tindakan perbaikan dengan menggunakan media KCS (Komik Cerita Sejarah). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitan Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan dapat diselesaikan dalam tiga siklus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media KCS (Komik Cerita Sejarah. Pada siklus III observasi kinerja guru tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan telah mencapai target yang diharapkan dengan persentase 100%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berhasil melampaui target dengan persentase siswa yang tuntas sebesar 91,7% dari target awal sebesar 87%. Simpulan penerapan   media KCS (Komik Cerita Sejarah) pada materi tokoh sejarah pada masa Hindu, Budha, dan Islam di Indonesia telah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: media, komik, tokoh sejarah masa Hindu, Budha, dan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student learning result of fifth grade students of  SDN Talun with implementation of PUHI (Pop Up History of Indonesia) with Make a Match method. The form of this research was class action research. The research performed in three cycles, each cycle has four, each cycle cincist planing, implementing, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were  the fifth grade students of SDN Talun which consist of 25 students. The techniques of collecting data in this research are interview, observation, tests, and field notes. Data processing techniques used are data processing techniques and data processing techniques results. The validation of data used is member check, triangulation, and audit trail. The conclusion of this research is implementation of PUHI (Pop Up History of Indonesia) with Make a Match method can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN Talun.

Abstract

The low rate of problem solving ability and student learning motivation are the one of background of this research. The purpose of research is to know the influence of open ended approach against that. This is research used experimental method. The sample of this research is the five grade students in Gunungsari I elementary school as the experimental group and Ranjikulon I elementary school as the control group. The result of this research is: (1) open ended approach affect the ability of problem solving and student learning motivation; (2) mathematical learning with open ended approach is better than conventional approach in term of increase the problem solving ability and student learning motivation; (3) there is a positive relationships between problem solving ability and student learning motivation; and (4) the supporting factor of learning using open ended approach is the teacher’s ability in presenting open problem, observation, and interview. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors is that the student not used to the open problem.

Abstract

Due to the problem of the research based on students who still lacking on writing skill esspecially unoccupied poem based on picture. Early data was November 8th 2016 that from 21 students, only 1 students who reached the target or only 4,76%. The purpose of this research to improved learning process and also learning result at 3rd grade Sukakerta Elementary School. The altenatif to solved problem by applying Digital Poem Visual Basis Kinestetic Audio Media. Class action research which has four steps applied were plan, action, observation, and reflection. Due to the result research proved that media affected to improved student result learning about writing poem learning. Writing poem skill also included word structure, verse, line at unoccupied poem. The increased result inclued three cycles were teacher performance about plan at 1st cycles reached 80%, 2nd cycles reached 91% and 3rd cycles reached 100%. Teacher performance about process learning at 1st cycles reached 78%, 2nd cycles reached 90% and 3rd cycles reached 100%.  Student activity at 1st reached 23% with good criteria, 2nd cycles got 47% with excellent criteria, 3dr cycles reached 100% with excellent criteria. Result learning at 1st cycles reached 47,61%, 2nd cycles got 71,42%, and 3rd cycles reached 85,71%. The conlusion of this research that by applying Digital Poem Visual Basis Kinestetic Audio Media improved writing skill of unoccupied poem based on picture.

Abstract

This research is based on the result of the research in PISA 2015 that science literacy on students is still low. Indonesia that ranked 69 from 76 countries with the average score is still 403 and it means in above average of international score that has 493. One of learning that can increase science literacy on students is problem based learning. It uses the learning that base on problem and the differences of the increasing scale of students’ behavior on science. The method and design in this research uses pre-experimental method and one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this research are 4th grade elementary students in Kecamatan Palasah with the subjects are from SDN Waringin II and SDN Palasah I. The result of the research shows that learning that based on problem can advance students’ science literacy on those three groups. However, there are the differences the increasing level on those three groups and also the difference of the increasing scale on those three groups.
