Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan konsep berpikir logis yang terkandung di dalam batang tubuh buku siswa, konsep berpikir logis yang akan di analisis meliputi aspek dasar pemikiran, kemampuan argumen, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kepustakaan, dan teknik mencatat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni buku siswa kelas V tema 1 kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi 2017. Pengumpulan data dianalisis kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik persentase kemunculan konsep berpikir logis pada masing-masing Sub tema. Dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai konsep berpikir logis di dalam buku siswa dapat ditarik kesimpulan, bahwa kemunculan konsep berpikir logis di dalam buku siswa ditandai dengan beberapa kegiatan/ikon di dalam buku siswa telah sesuai ke dalam 3 aspek berpikir logis, artinya buku siswa telah memfasilitasi kemampuan konsep berpikir logis. Saran penelitian ini diharapkan buku siswa dapat memberikan pertanyaan untuk menguji argumen/pendapat siswa.

Abstract

The ability of science literacy is essential for every student to have, and is better applied since elementary school. Through learning using the Learning Cycle 7E model is a great way to improve science literacy skills, because in teacher learning activities facilitates students to find concepts independently. The purpose of this research is to identify differences in the influence of the model's Learning Cycle 7E and conventional to the ability of students ' science literacy in water-cycle materials. This research method is quasi experimental with the design of Nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research was all elementary school students in Arcamanik sub-district with research samples of SDN 141 Lokajaya V-B class as experimental class and V-A class as the control class. The instruments used in the research are science literacy skills tests, teacher performance observation sheets and student activities, polls, and interviews. As for the conclusion derived from this study, there is a significant difference in the skills of science literacy of students between learning using Learning Cycle 7E models and conventional learning.

Abstract

 Pembelajaran  IPA yang ada di jenjang sekolah dasar merupakan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan makhluk hidup dan fenomena alam yang sering terjadi dalam kehidupan nyata, pembeljaran IPA menuntut keaktifan belajar siswa agar tujuan pembelajaran IPA itu dapat tercapi. Untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran guru dapat menerapkan tutor sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat perspektif guru terhadap penerapan tutor sebaya dalam keaktifan belajar siswa di madrasah ibtidaiyah se-kecamatn Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian berupa survei. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah guru yang berasal dari 5 madrasah yang berada di kecamatan Kebumen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket atau kuisioner dalam bentuk google form. Dan hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan perspektif guru dalam penerapan tutor sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa. Adapun perspektif guru terhadap penerapan tutor sebaya pada pembelajaran IPA adalah cukup dengan presentase (57.36%) dan perspektif guru terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa adalah cukup dengan presentase (40.31%). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan dampak positif, yaitu tutor sebaya memiliki pengaruh pada keaktifan belajar siswa. Adanya rencana dari pihak sekolah untuk menambah fasilitas pembelajaran, guru-guru berupaya untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dan ada rasa semangat dari siswa untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran khususnya dalam pembelajaran IPA.Kata Kunci: Tutor Sebaya, Keaktifan Belajar Siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to train students critical thinking and to improve student learning outcomes by using the Teams Games Tournament model with Couple Card media. The subject used is VB class students SDN Pasanggrahan 1 VB class. In this study the indicators taken from critical thinking are analyzing so that students are expected to be able to analyze social studies subjects about material social interaction. The method used in this study is a class action research method. Data obtained from the research results from the activities of Teams Games Tournament in groups, evaluation tests, observations, interviews, and field notes. Student learning outcomes in the initial data by 27% increased to 95%. Then the results of group critical thinking in the first cycle of 27% increased to 77%. And the results of critical thinking of individual students in the first cycle of 50% increased to 77%. So that the results of these studies prove that the application of the Teams Games Tournament model with Couple Card is able to improve critical thinking and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep dan self-efficacy siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 26 siswa kelas V SD Negeri I Kapetakan. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes, angket, dan wawancara. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini: 1) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 46%. Siswa yang berada pada kategori sedang ini, berada pada tahapan pemahaman instruksional; 2) Self-efficacy yang dimiliki siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 54%. Artinya, siswa sudah cukup percaya diri dalam mengerjakan tugas dalam situasi apapun, namun masih mengalami beberapa kesulitan dalam situasi tertentu; 3) Pembelajaran berbasis whatsapp group memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa untuk memahami dan mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, sehingga sebagian besar siswa memberikan respon yang baik dan positif.

Abstract

Education currently focusesion balancing affective domainiwhich is strived through the inculcation of characterieducation that integratediinto subjects, but at Green School SumedangiInternational Elementary School (IGS) it is integrated intoistudent's activities, including morning activity. Morningiactivity is one of habituation programs to evoke a pleasantilearning atmosphere, to train students to beiactive and have positive character. This studyiaims to improve the 3rdigrade students’ independentiand responsible character through theiimplementation of morning activity. The method used is a caseistudy, with 15 students as subjects. The instrumentsiused were questionnaire, interview guidelines, observationiguidelines, study documentation, and fieldinotes. The results showed morningiactivity at IGS has improved the 3rd gradeistudents’ independent and responsibleicharacter, through internalizingiexemplary, planned programs, andisupporting physical and socialilearning environments. School control also carriediout consistently to maintain the qualityiof program, educators and students.

Abstract

The implementation of learning is currently done online, while to support online learning, teachers and students can use the zoom application. An alternative learning model that can be applied is the predict-observe-explain (POE) model. The motion material was chosen in this study and the delivery was applied using zoom-assisted predict-observe-explain (POE) learning for grade IV students. The researcher chose a qualitative descriptive method with instruments in the form of test questions and observation guidelines. This study aims to determine the implementation of learning when using the predict-observe-explain model for the ability to master concepts and creativity of students and to determine the ability to master concepts and creativity possessed by students after learning. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the predict-observe-explain model on the mastery of concepts and students' creativity went well, as seen from the student activities and the satisfactory performance of the teacher. The application of the predict-observe-explain model also has a positive effect on the ability to master concepts and creativity of fourth-grade students seen from the results of tests that have been done by students.

Abstract

Keterampilan generik merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang penting untuk dikuasai oleh siswa untuk menghadapi masa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan generik siswa pada materi banjir dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis whatsapp group. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes keterampilan generik dan pedoman wawancara. Sampel yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas V SDN Talun VI. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase keterampilan generik pada indikator pengamatan langsung sebesar 82%, dengan kategori baik, indikator pengamatan tidak langsung sebesar 83% dengan kategori baik, indikator kesadaran skala besar sebesar 79% dengan kategori baik, indikator bahasa simbolik sebesar 68% dengan kategori cukup, indikator inferensi logika sebesar 74% dengan kategori cukup, indikator hukum sebab akibat sebesar 43% dengan kategori sangat kurang baik, indikator membangun konsep sebesar 68% dengan kategori cukup.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the findings which showed that students' activities were passive in participating in learning because the learning method used by the teacher was not appropriate and the use of learning media was less interactive. material and cannot rhyme itself. The research model used is DD. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and validation sheets of media experts and material experts. The results showed that the interactive PowerPoint learning media developed by the researchers got a final score of 90% from content experts. Meanwhile, media experts got a final score of 86%. This means that interactive powerpoint learning media is very feasible to use based on the conversion of assessment criteria. This interactive PowerPoint packaging material is presented in a simple and attractive form so that it will improve students' skills in making rhymes.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the importance of teaching materials used during learning at school. Analysis of student textbooks is important so that the learning objectives in the curriculum can be met. In this study, it examined the readability of he text, the structure of the text, the profile of Pancasila students and the realm of questions. The method used is a qualitative method with analytical descriptive studies. The subject in this study is a book of elementary school students. From the results of the study, it is known that as many as 25% of a total 24 texts are at levels 5, 6, 7. For the structure of the text, the text that has a complete structure is as much as 83%. Then as many as 37%, containing profiles of Pancasila students with global diversity. There are 43% that are included in the realm of LOTS and as many as 57% that are included in the realm of HOTS.
