Abstract

This community service aims at providing mentoring toward accreditation team in SDK Biloe in relation to school accreditation. School accreditation is a comprehensive assessment process of the feasibility of schools, the results of which are manifested in the form of public accountability carried out by an independent and professional institution, called BAN S/M. Assistance activities for the preparation of the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument Document (IASP) at SDK Biloe were carried out with the stages of preparation, mentoring, and reflection. The implementation of accreditation can be viewed from two things that are assessed, namely a review of administrative compliance and secondly related to the performance of the education unit for efficiency and simple and accountable implementation. After mentoring, it was found that there was an increase in the understanding and awareness of school principals, teachers, and education staff about accreditation which is one of the factors in improving the quality of education. The level of understanding is manifested by the preparation of complete documents referring to IASP 2020, namely documents on the components of graduate quality, quality of learning processes, quality of teaching staff, and quality of school management.

Abstract

Recently, Covid cases in Indonesia have experienced a significant decline, but in mid-2021, precisely after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, Covid cases in Indonesia increased sharply. Pati Regency is one of the areas with black zone status. It was recorded that there were 151 RTs spread across 38 villages in 11 sub-districts forced to local lockdown. This is exacerbated by the low public awareness of the importance of health for themselves. A strategy is needed from both the government and the local community to prevent the spread of the corona virus. One of the efforts that can be done is through outreach activities and mentoring for a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS). PHBS behavior is a behavior or health action that is carried out on the awareness of each family member and plays an active role in activities in the community. Through education from the KKN UNNES student group, it is hoped that the community in Soneyan Village, Margoyoso District, Pati Regency will realize the importance of clean and healthy lifestyle behavior through several programs. The steps in the education program that were carried out included counseling on how to wash hands properly and correctly, counseling on the use of hand sanitizers and socializing how to make hand sanitizer using natural ingredients. The results show that there is a change in knowledge in the community, besides that the evaluation process shows a change in people's behavior that is more concerned with cleanliness and health.

The Covid-19 pandemic that began in March 2020 has shaken the world economy and Indonesia. Partners have been able to carry out a healthy, clean, safe and nutritious production process. This devotion also makes financial management partners and systematically registrars the stock of goods and production products. Abstract

There are several types of chicken farms with various production models. In the production process, partners start by purchasing chicken seeds and providing vitamins and then raising them by providing natural animal feed in the form of vegetables and fruits from traditional markets, so they do not use manufactured animal feed such as pellets and the like. Then, the enlargement process takes 3-5 months. In the husbandry principle, partners use the cage-free principle. However, in the production process, partners still use natural equipment due to limited capital. In addition, partners' knowledge of product marketing management is still minimal, even though the concept of organic production can be a potential brand that differentiates compared to competing products. On the financial management side, the business still combines personal and business finances, there is no clear cash flow report periodically. This causes the business to have no clear profit/loss and relatively slow to develop. Through this program, the implementation team offered solutions in the form of providing machines to facilitate the distribution of goods and increase the capacity of livestock land, providing branding concepts through brands and counseling on simple business financial management principles. The targeted outputs are increased egg production capacity, reduced feed distribution and transportation costs, added value in the form of brands, and simple business financial reports.
