Abstract

Kelapa ( Cocos nucifera L. ) salah satu buah yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi karena seluruh bagiannya dapat dimanfaatkan secara aktif dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Selain memiliki produktivitas yang sangat tinggi dan konsisten, pohon kelapa juga memiliki kondisi iklim yang agak normal.  Berkat adanya sentra produksi di Asia dan Kepulauan Pasifik, ada pula yang mampu memproduksi berbagai barang jadi dan menjadi penggerak perekonomian lokal. Metode yang digunakan Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) Revealed Symetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA) dan Indeks Spesialisasi Perdagangan (ISP). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa  Indonesia memiliki daya saing secara komparatif. Namun keunggulan yang dimiliki Indonesia masih dibawah Filipina sebagai pengekspor utama di pasar China. Hal ini dikarenakan Filipina memiliki produk olahan kelapa lebih banyak dibanding produk olahan Indonesia. Kelapa kering Indonesia memiliki daya saing yang tinggi, karena nilai Indeks Spesialisasi Perdagangan (ISP) kelapa kering Indonesia sebebsar 1,00. Hal ini menandakan bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara pengekspor untuk komoditas kelapa kering. Hasil ISP yang positif lebih besar dari 0 menunjukkan bahwa komoditi kelapa kering Indonesia tersebut mempunyai daya saing yang kuat, karena nilai ekspor kelapa kering Indonesia lebih besar dari nilai import kelapa kering Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang resistensi masyarakat terhadap aktifitas penambangan ilegal di desa Sumber Sari, Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara Kalimantan Timur. Batu bara merupakan komoditas mineral yang paling digemari di Kalimantan Timur, karena itu banyak sekali perusahaan tambang yang beroperasi baik yang resmi maupun yang Ilegal. Perusahaan tambang Ilegal ini sering kali menyalahi aturan-aturan yang berlaku karena itu masyarakat sering kali menentang aktifitas penambangan ini, salah satu contohnya adalah penolakan masyarakat pada aktifitas pertambangan Ilegal di desa Sumber Sari Kalimantan Timur. Artikel ini menggunakan konsep framming sebagai landasan teoritis dan pisau analisis. Artikel ini merupakan artikel kualitatif dan menggunakan purposive sampling survey dan interview sebagai metodenya. Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahwasanya resistensi masyarakt terhadap aktifitas pertambangan Ilegal dapat dijelaskan melalui aspek aggregat, consensus dan collective action frame dan usaha masyarakat dalam melakukan framming kegiatan pertambangan ilegal.

Abstract

Increasing the amount of rice production is needed to meet the needs of rice as the main food of the Indonesian people. One of the efforts that can be made to increase production and or productivity is to use inputs efficiently. Efficient use of inputs can be influenced by the managerial ability of farmers, where the managerial ability of farmers can have an impact on technical inefficiency. Farmers in Babaan Hamlet as the research location are suspected to be technically inefficient. Some of the causes include management capabilities derived from social factors and the ability to adapt to climate change. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to analyze the factors that affect rice production, analyze the technical efficiency of rice farming in Babaan Hamlet, and analyze the factors that affect technical inefficiency. The method used to answer the first and second objectives is Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with Cobb Douglass production function and Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) approach. While the third objective was answered by using tobit regression analysis. The results showed that rice farming in Babaan Hamlet has not been technically efficient, which has an average of 58% so that it can still be increased by 42%. Factors that positively affect the amount of production are land area and the amount of pesticides. Meanwhile, social factors that negatively affect inefficiency include education and frequency of participation in counseling. On the other hand, the number of adaptation strategies to climate change has a positive effect on technical inefficiency.

Abstract

Karet alam merupakan bahan baku penting bagi beberapa industri, seperti industri ban, otomotif, aspal dan lain-lain. Salah satu skema kebijakan dari komoditi karet adalah Agreed Export Tonnage Scheme (AETS) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan harga karet alam melalui pembatasan ekspor alam pada saat terjadi kelebihan pasokan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan AETS dan faktor-faktor lain terhadap volume ekspor dan nilai ekspor karet alam Thailand, Indonesia dan Malaysia ke Amerika Serikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series bulanan dari Januari 2013 sampai Desember 2019 dan dianalis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan AETS tidak berpengaruh terhadap penurunan volume ekspor karet alam ke Amerika Serikat justru dari hasil statistik memperlihatkan kebijakan AETS secara signifikan meningkatkan volume ekspor karet alam Thailand dan Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat. Hasil yang sama pada variabel nilai ekspor dimana kebijakan AETS secara signifikan meningkatkan nilai ekspor karet alam Thailand dan Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat. Sedangkan untuk Malaysia, kebijakan AETS berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume ekspor dan nilai ekspor karet alam Malaysia ke Amerika Serikat. Maka dari itu, perlunya peninjauan kembali terhadap implementasi kebijakan AETS secara komprehensif.Kata kunci: Karet Alam, Ekspor, AETS

Abstract

Batik berperan penting dalam memicu pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang melakukan produksi batik dengan beragam desain, teknik dan motif. Salah satunya Batik Peri Kecil Madura yang berperan dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan tradisi batik di Bangkalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Karakteristik responden, Tingkat kepuasan konsumen, dan Atribut paling penting terhadap kepuasan konsumen sekaligus mengukur sejauh mana atribut tersebut dipenuhi oleh perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 35 orang. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan sebagai metode analisis data dalam pada penelitian ini. Secara umum, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika konsumen Batik Peri Kecil Madura, didominasi oleh perempuan dengan tingkat pendidikan rata-rata S1/D4, status pekerjaan sebagai pegawai dengan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar 1-3 Juta Rupiah. Nilai CSI diperoleh sebesar 79% yang berarti bahwa konsumen Batik Peri Kecil Madura telah puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA terdapat dua atribut yaitu kuadran I menjadi prioritas utama dilakukannya perbaikan agar tercapai kepuasan konsumen maksimal.

Abstract

The last few years the community is aware that body health is important and healthy food has become the center of attention for consumers who are aware of the health of the body, especially to avoid dangerous diseases. However, although health awareness in the community increases on healthy eating patterns, there are still problems in encouraging people to choose and buy healthy food. Changes in consumer behavior certainly have an impact on consumer intention in making purchases that require certain considerations and information. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, behavior control, and health consciousness on the intention to buy healthy food. This study uses a quantitative approach with the structural equation model-partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) Software Warppls 8.0 method. The sampling technique uses simple random salmpling with a total of 105 samples of research samples. The results of the data analyst show that the four variables, namely Attitude (X1), Subjective Norms (X2), Behavior Control Perceptions (X3), and Health Consciousness (X4) have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Intention (Y) of healthy food. The managerial implication that can be applied by business actors is to pay more attention to the marketing system to focus on the promotion of Word of Mouth (WOM) as part of the marketing communication target, as well as increasing the added value or advantage of product quality.

Abstract

When someone gets information in the form of review valence and they feel that the review influences them, review helpfulness can be formed, and the brand image that product X already has will influence trust in business actors, which can ultimately lead to purchase intention. The aim of this reasearch is to analyze the influence of review valence on review helpfulness, review valence on purchase intention X herbal skincare products, review helpfulness on purchase intention X herbal skincare products, and the influence of brand image in moderating the indirect relationship between review valence and purchase intention through review helpfulness. The research was carried out via Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter) social media accounts from November to December 2023. The total sample was 60 students who carried out by non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires, then analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The research results show that review valence has a positive and significant effect on review helpfulness, review valence has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, review helpfulness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and high brand image has a positive but not significant effect, thereby reducing the strength of the relationship between review valence on purchase intention through review helpfulness. The R-Square value shows 0.20, which means that the review valence and review helpfulness variables influence consumer purchase intention by 20% and the rest through other non-model variables.

Abstract

Lada merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup mendominasi kebutuhan pasar global. Negara Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang memiliki produk lada yang telah dikenal semenjak dahulu sebagai produk rempah utama yang dijual pada pasar global. Bahkan Asia Tenggara dikenal sebagai negara penghasil rempah untuk kebutuhan dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Trend dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi ekspor lada di Indonesia. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan jenis data time series dari tahun 2012 hingga 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian analisis trend menunjukkan ekspor lada   berfluktuatif cenderung mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh volume ekspor lada  menurun. Hasil (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa variabel nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar AS, luas lahan, harga internasional dan inflasi secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap volume ekspor lada Indonesia. Hasil (Uji T) pada variabel nilai tukar rupiah terhadap Dolar AS dan inflasi berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor lada Indonesia, sedangkan luas lahan dan harga internasional berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume lada indonesia.Kata Kunci: Lada, ekspor, Trend

Abstract

The poverty rate in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) according to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) was recorded at 11.49%. Women's empowerment programs have an important role in advancing society and the economy as a whole. The Special Region of Yogyakarta Provincial Government reduces poverty through the optimization of the Desa PRIMA Program (Perempuan Indonesia Maju Mandiri). The Desa PRIMA program aims to improve community welfare by increasing productivity and participation of all communities, especially women, and helping to improve the quality of life of the community in general. This study is using qualitative descriptive method. The sampling method is carried out using census sampling.  The types of data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The results showed that: 1)The implementation of empowerment activities carried out has 2 approaches, namely the Top-Down approach, and also the Bottom-Up. Based on observations, the Top-Down approach is the majority method used; 2)The evaluation results show that the Desa PRIMA program in Karangsari Village received a very good overall assessment with score 2,86, indicating that the planning, implementation, process, and results of this program have been implemented well.

Abstract

Rejuvenation (replanting) of oil palm is the process of replanting plants that are similar to the previous plant. This planting was carried out on the grounds that the old plants were too tall and therefore difficult to harvest, the plants were old, and the plant productivity was low. This research aims to analyze farmers' sources of income during the oil palm replanting period. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used to determine the amount of household income of farmers who were carrying out replanting in Anik Dingir Village, Menyuke District, Landak Regency. The work most farmers do during rejuvenation of on-farm sectors is oil palm farming apart from replanting, from the non-farm sector as traders, while those from the off-farm sector work as rice workers. The most profitable income for farmers is in the on-farm sector with an average amount of IDR 7,835,000/month. The total income of those who work as farmers is IDR 100,924,000/month with an average amount of IDR 6,728,000/month. Meanwhile, the total income of non-farmers is greater, reaching IDR 245,953,000 with an average of IDR 15,372,000/month. According to the results of the data in this research, the sector that plays a major role in household income is the on-farm sector. Farming businesses that play a big role in the on-farm sector are oil palm farming apart from replanting, in the non-farm sector traders, while in the off-farm sector are workers in harvesting or palm fertilizer. The level of farmer welfare is in the high category, namely 68%, amounting to 21 people, in the medium category, namely 32%, amounting to 10 people. So it can be said that people who take part in oil palm rejuvenation (replanting) in Anik Dingir Village, Menyuke District, Landak Regency are people who have a high level of welfare or are categorized as very capable, although there are some who are in the medium category. In this way, the oil palm rejuvenation or replanting process will not reduce farmers' welfare because all costs of the replanting process are borne by the government.
