Abstract

High inflation has become a challenge for a country's economy, including the Islamic financial system. The stability of the Islamic financial system is very vulnerable to be affected by inflationary turmoil. This study aims to determine and analyse the impact of inflation on the stability of the Islamic financial system. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of library research. Data were obtained from books, scientific journals, and relevant previous research reports. The data analysis technique uses content analysis with descriptive data presentation. The results showed that inflation exerts significant pressure on the stability of the Islamic financial system through various transmission channels. Inflation increases the cost of funds, the risk of non-performing financing, investment uncertainty, and systemic risk in Islamic financial institutions. On the other hand, price stability is a prerequisite for the stability of the Islamic financial system in carrying out the intermediation function and optimal allocation of financing. Therefore, the central bank and regulators need to take macroprudential policies to reduce inflationary pressures and maintain the stability of the Islamic financial system through adequate liquidity management, setting risk-based reserves, monitoring financial leverage, and supervising innovative financial products

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN Sorogol with the aim of exploring whether there is a significant relationship between family socioeconomic status and students' cognitive achievement in PAI subjects. This study aims to answer the question whether academic achievement can be increased even with limited facilities and infrastructure provided by the family or school. The research methodology used is quantitative with an associative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires, unstructured interviews, closed observation, and documentation. Data analysis steps include data quality tests (instrument validity and reliability), classic assumption tests (data normality), and hypothesis testing (T test, F test, linearity test, and correlation test). The results showed that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, while the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. This indicates that this study succeeded in proving that there is no significant relationship between family socioeconomic status and students' cognitive achievement in PAI subjects at SDN Sorogol. In other words, these results indicate that although students may have limited facilities and infrastructure, family socioeconomic status factors do not significantly affect student academic achievement in PAI subjects. These results may have important implications in teaching that with proper support from schools and the environment, students' academic achievement is not only determined by their family's socioeconomic status. Other factors such as motivation, educational support, and student effort also play an important role in achieving good academic performance. However, it is important to remember that the results of this study are limited to the context of Sorogol Elementary School and PAI subjects. These results are not automatically applicable to other situations or subjects. In addition, this study has limitations such as the data collection method used and sample size.

Abstract

Seeing the phenomenon of abomination of morality that is rife in today's society, it seems that there has been no attempt to overcome it. Education, which so far has been regarded as a reference in forming a generation of morals, now seems to be in name only, because moral decline does not only occur among the uneducated, but is also widely practiced by students. Even the worst morals also emerge from educational institutions. Therefore the author conducted research by taking the title of the concept of Ibn Miskuwaihi's thoughts about moral education and its relevance to the world of Islamic education in modern times. The research method used by the author uses qualitative descriptive research with a type of literature review, namely research that only focuses on finding the necessary data, focuses on studying the literature, with the aim of being able to find out about the concept of thinker Ibnu . Miskuwaih. in shaping morals, and its relevance to the world of Islamic education in this modern era. The results of this study are three things, first is the concept of ibn Mikuwaih's thought as a guideline that must be upheld by educators, as well as educators to address everything that is demanded in this modern era, secondly moral education is not just improving morals among fellow human beings, but Moral education put forward by Ibn Miskuwaih can also improve morals on the side of Allah SWT who is able to create modern humans with all forms of progress. These three moral educations in their application are not limited by space and time while there are still moral abominations, especially in this modern era where despicable morals are as rampant as in the time of Ibn Miskuwaih.

Abstract

Indonesia has many Islamic boarding schools, but very few Islamic boarding schools implement the cultivation of leadership character values, in this case dominated by the role of Kiai as a whole. The Paciran Lamongan Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School is one of the boarding schools that applies leadership character values to its students. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a phenomenological perspective. The results of the research revealed that values were developed from the role of the figure of Kiai who emphasized the morals of Rasulullah SAW taught to students such as shiddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathonah to be continued into the personality of the students to become leaders of the community. Kiai's role in instilling leadership values in students is that he places his position not only as a caregiver but also as an advisor, educator, mobilizer, figure, coordinator and facilitator to foster the values of humility and sincerity.

Abstract

One of the basic things for married couples is to sail the household together and have children. Apart from that, the rights and obligations that each partner must fulfill are important tasks for creating a harmonious household. One of the main rights and obligations for the continuity of life is providing support by the husband for his wife and children. Support is often a topic of discussion in Islamic family law, both in terms of providing maintenance while still in the status of husband and wife or after divorce. To avoid such things so that inequality does not occur in the relationship between husband, wife and children, the law has regulated it in such a way as to create, organize and protect each individual's right to support in accordance with his or her responsibilities. Meanwhile, the results of this research are in matters of nafaqah, the compilation of Islamic law (KHI) number 1 of 1974 does not explain it completely, but it regulates a lot about the rights and obligations of husband and wife. Meanwhile, the right to support wives and children in the Brunei Darussalam family is regulated in the 1999 Islamic Law Compilation Law, referred to in the sekyen which contains all aspects of women inside the household and outside the household and was revised in 2000, chapter 190 of the Law on Marriage for Women (married women).
