Abstract

This study has the aim of understanding the reward and punishment methodology in increasing student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMKN 38 Jakarta. The research method applied is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection is carried out from observations, interviews, and documentation. Research acquisition to improve the implementation of reward and punishment effectively increase student learning motivation in PAI subjects. Rewards that are given in the form of praise, additional values, and prizes, and punishment in the form of reprimands, reduction of values, and additional tasks. The application of this method can encourage students to be more active, disciplined, and achievement in PAI learning. The implementation of this research is the importance of PAI teachers to apply the reward and punishment method wisely and in accordance with student needs to increase student motivation.

Abstract

Hurun 'in is a beauty that Allah promises to his servants as a pleasure for those who fear him. One of the pleasures that Allah promises to his servants, a companion in heaven, is the pure white angels with black eyeballs and beautiful eyes. A figure who has a beautiful nature and character that is always awake from goodness and beauty. The purpose of this study was to search for a broader meaning of the meaning of hurun 'in. In this study, the author uses the research method of tafsir maudhu'i by collecting verses in the Qur'an that have the same meaning. And then the author discusses with the tahlili method which refers to the book of tafsir ath-Tahabari by Abu Ja'far Muhammad bin Jarir Ath-Thabari. The results of this research in the view of Abu Ja'far Ath-Thabari the author found several meanings of hurun 'in his tafseer in interpreting the verses of hurun 'in.

Abstract

Basically, the principle of moderation (wasathiyah) has been known for a long time in the Islamic tradition—even this principle comes together with the vision of Islam itself. From several interpretations of the Al-Qur'an verses on the moderate principle (washatiyah) presented in this study, this research—directly and firmly refutes the notion that Islam is a religion that teaches violence. This research also shows how Islam is a religion that upholds human values. Through the three pillars; justice, balance and tolerance contained in the principle of moderation (wasathiyah)—the peace and harmony of life that mankind in various parts of the world yearns for can be realized.

Abstract

The background to this research is the need for appropriate strategies in the learning process for Fiqh 2 courses. In this research, it is hoped that the results of this research can be used as parameters in implementing a strategy that is still relevant in the current context, especially in the Fiqh 2 courses at college. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta. This research is aimed only at 3rd semester students because they receive the Jurisprudence 2 course load with a weight of 4 credits for one semester in college. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis is carried out by processing various information that has become research data and then drawing conclusions. Data validity was checked through triangulation including sources and techniques. The results of this research show that 2nd semester fiqh lectures can be followed well by 3rd semester students through the strategies implemented by the lecturer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore further the meaning of fitrah and its relationship with Islamic education. As in many references, the concept of fitrah is an innate natural thing inherent in human beings brought from birth. Fitrah means the potential possessed by humans. The potential will have a positive impact on human development if developed through the process of Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative method of library research. The results of this study indicate that humans are born with different potentials. There is potential for good and there is also potential for bad. This potential will later develop into its power which, if managed properly, will be able to produce civilization through a good educational process. The goal of Islamic education should be to educate to face Islam, meaning that Islamic education is directed so that students are more inclined to the teachings of Islam. At the same time, fitrah also means that Islamic education serves to know the nature of God and at the same time know himself. By using a literature approach, through the review of authoritative books and journals, this paper will try to take a comprehensive look at the discourse of the term fitrah in terms of language, the meaning of the Qur'an and Hadith, fitrah in the view of philosophy and psychology.

Abstract

This paper aims to study and analyze the history and role of the Barmak family in the Abbasid Dynasty government in Baghdad (786-803). The method used in this research is historical research. The historical method here is the process of testing and analyzing critically records and relics of the past. This study concluded that the Barmak family was the first non -Arab person to have the highest authority in the government affairs of the Abbasid Dynasty. This family controlled the government affairs of the Abbasid Dynasty from 786 AD to 803 M.45, namely in the five periods of the Caliph Abbasid. Namely during the time al-Saffah, al-Mansur, al-Mahdi, al-Hadi, al-Rashid. The Barmak family occupied the honorable position during the Abbasid Caliph. The wheels of government and the Caliphate Bureau of the Abbasid Dynasty were carried out by the Vice -Agency (Minister). The family of the Barmak whose family head was Khālid was appointed as Wazir by Al-Mansur and his descendants of Yahya, Fadhl, and Ja'far Ibn Barmak held that position under the Caliphs. The Barmakiah family are all famous for smart and smart people. This family succeeded in making the Caliph Harun al-Rashid the best caliph in the Abbasid era and succeeded in bringing the kingdom to reach a golden age. The fate of this family ended tragically, since 187 H/803 AD the direction of Al-Rashid's policy changed by massacre to the Barmak people which resulted in imprisonment of Yahya and Al-Fadhl, and the execution of Jaʿfar Ibn Barmak.

Abstract

This article seeks to evaluate the extent of Abu Al-Barakat Al-Baghdadi's contribution to Islamic philosophy. Al-Baghdadi, a critic of philosophy among scientists, has a marginal role in the history of Islamic philosophy due to his greater recognition in the field of science. This article aims to examine Al-Baghdadi's ideas in Islamic philosophy. Through descriptive and analytical methods, this study concludes that al-Baghdadi made a significant contribution to the advancement of Islamic philosophy. His ideas on God, the human soul, and science became a point of reference for numerous Islamic philosophers of his time. It is worth noting that al-Baghdadi can be regarded as a key figure in the field of Islamic philosophy.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a scripture revealed by Allah to the Prophet Muhammad in Arabic very clearly and clearly, which is held as a guide to life by Muslims. The Qur'an has a rich variety of stylistic styles, including the true and majazi styles. True style refers to words that have original meanings as stipulated in the Qur'an. Majazi is the transfer of the basic meaning of a word to another meaning with a specific purpose or reason, or an expansion of the scope of meaning from its original meaning. This research uses librarry research that relies on data from various sources such as books, journals, and books relevant to the research focus and uses descriptive analysis methods, so as to explain clearly about the muamalah verses in the Qur'an, the study of the true lafaz and majazi translation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. This study has conclusions about the theory of translation of the Qur'an, the Verse About Muamalah, the Qur'an provides the basis, principles, laws, and ethics related to muamalah or socioeconomic interaction. The verses of the Qur'an discuss economics, transaction ethics, property, usury, buying and selling, ijarah, accounts receivable, wadi'ah, ariyah, wakalah, kafalah, shirkah, and mudarabah. Understand the difference between lafaz hakiki and majazi and ways to identify them.

Abstract

The difference between the determination of the beginning of the month is a problem that until now can lead to disputes in the community. Especially the differences between Islamic mass organizations in Indonesia. The formulation of the problem in this study are; 1) What is the interpretation of the hilal verses from the perspective of the Ministry of Religion and LIPI's interpretation? 2) How is the implementation of the interpretation of the hilal verses by the Ministry of Religion in determining the beginning of the Hijriyah month?. This research is in the form of library research using the method of presenting descriptive and analytical data. The determination of the beginning of the lunar month in the interpretation of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and LIPI provides an understanding that the moon provides several benefits for the inhabitants of the earth as its mother planet. RI Ministry of Religion and LIPI share the benefits of the moon for human life on earth for 3 things; 1) Moon as a satellite of the earth, 2) Moon as a tidal mover, 3) Moon as a time maker.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to examine and criticize the hadiths contained in the MI class I Al-Qur'an Hadith textbook. The aim of this research is to find out the hadiths contained in the MI class I Al-Qur'an Hadith textbook, both from editorial and translation aspects, explanation of the meaning and values ​​contained in the hadith, even in terms of the quality of the hadith as outlined in textbooks. The research method in this article uses a qualitative approach, with the type of library research or literature study (library research). The data collected will be processed and analyzed in depth using the takrijul hadith and ma'anil hadith methods. The results of this research show that: When referring to the principles of textbook development, this book is not yet proportional. Because the material outlined in the book is not balanced between aspects of the Koran and aspects of hadith; The hadiths contained in the book can be confirmed to be the hadiths narrated by Muslim imams. Because there is no difference between sanad and matan from Muslim shohih books and scriptures.
