Abstract

The background to this problem is that the education carried out by teachers only emphasizes the transfer of knowledge, not the formation of attitudes and behavior. Therefore, researchers see a lack of interaction between teachers and students in the learning process. So researchers are interested in examining the interaction patterns between teachers and students contained in Surah al-Kahf verses 60-82. The formulation of the problem in this research is what the pattern of interaction between teacher (Khidir) and student (Musa) is in Q.S al-Kahf verses 60-82. The aim of this research is to find out the pattern of interaction between Prophet Khidir and Prophet Musa in Q.S al-Kahf verses 60-82. This type of research is library research. The data collection technique is a library technique by analyzing and collecting data related to the discussion as well as some literature regarding interaction patterns contained in Q.S al-Kahf verse 6 60-82. The object of the research is to explore based on the Tafsir book and relevant books. The data analysis technique uses content analysis to explore the content of Surah al-Kahf verses 60-82. The results of this research show that the interaction pattern between the teacher (Khidir) and the student (Musa) uses a two-way interaction pattern, namely that the teacher and student both play an active role in the learning process. This pattern uses a question and answer method. After the teacher explains the material, the teacher will give students the opportunity to ask questions and then be answered by the teacher. The teacher poses problems to the students so that it can give rise to student initiative to solve the problem which causes interaction between the teacher and students so that the student's role is active. In this story there are educational components, namely educational goals, educators, students, materials and methods related to interactions in today's education.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of expository learning strategies in instilling moral values and religious life in grade VI students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the expository learning strategy was able to gradually increase students' religious awareness. During three meetings, the indicators of learners' religious awareness showed an increase, especially in the aspect of applying moral values and religious life. Teachers have an important role in delivering material in a clear and structured manner, as well as providing concrete examples relevant to everyday life. However, some indicators such as students' awareness and ability to read the Qur'an, awareness of doing assignments honestly, and the ability to give conclusions from the subject matter did not increase or tended to be monotonous. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that overall, the expository learning strategy carried out by educators can increase religious awareness and instill moral values for students gradually. Disciplinary rules applied at school, moral learning both inside and outside the classroom, and educators who are role models make a significant contribution. However, there are some aspects that need further attention, such as awareness of reading the Qur'an and honesty in doing assignments. The recommendation from this study is that teachers continue to develop skills in using expository strategies and create a conducive learning environment to support the achievement of character education goals.

The analysis focuses on inconsistencies between regulations that allow marriage dispensations and the protection of children from forced marriage as regulated in the Sexual Violence Crime Law. The research results show that there are legal implications that arise, namely Legal Uncertainty and secondly Violating the Principles of Justice and Legal Benefits. Meanwhile, the factors causing disharmony between the marriage dispensation and the sexual violence law are differences in objectives and philosophy and multiple interpretations of the two laws. This research concludes that it is necessary to synchronize and harmonize regulations between the Marriage Law and the Sexual Violence Crime Law to ensure more effective protection for children. The recommendations proposed include revising the marriage dispensation policy, increasing legal awareness among the community and law enforcement, as well as strengthening the role of child protection institutions in preventing forced marriage.
