Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) How is the application of the values of the Prophet Muhammad's character in entrepreneurship at the TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic boarding school? (2) How does the contribution of teachers/supervisors support the internalization of the Prophet Muhammad's character in entrepreneurship? To answer the question, the author uses a qualitative method. To describe the problems related to entrepreneurial activities at the TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep Islamic Boarding School, because qualitative methods are used for observation, interviews, or document review, it facilitates direct contact between researchers and respondents. In theory, this study uses the FAST theory by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Syafii Antonio, Mec. The FAST theory is one of the concepts introduced by M. Syafii Antonio in his book "Muhammad: The Super Leader and Super Manager". This thesis concludes that first, the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School upholds Islamic values, so that everything, including the rules of the Islamic boarding school, is based on Islamic law. In terms of entrepreneurs, the Islamic boarding school applies the morals and characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in transactions, for example, students are taught to always be honest when selling products, amanah, tabligh and fathanah. Second, the role of supervisors or supervising teachers is very important. The supervising teacher will not only teach theory but also provide practical examples from everyday life. In entrepreneurial activities, the supervising teacher guides the female students to be honest (siddiq), responsible (amanah), communicate well (tabligh), think creatively and intelligently (fathanah).

Abstract

This study focuses on student learning discipline, with religious activities identified as a contributing factor. The research aims to: 1) Describe students' religious activities at Al-Hadiid High School Cileungsi, 2) Describe their learning discipline, and 3) Analyze the influence of religious activities on learning discipline. Using a correlational method with random sampling, data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The findings reveal: 1) Students’ religious activities fall into a moderate category (47%), 2) Learning discipline is also in the moderate category (45%), and 3) Religious activities positively influence learning discipline, supported by a normality test (0.200>0.050) and linearity test (0.841>0.050). The regression equation obtained is Y = 17.906 + 0.581X. A correlation coefficient of 0.513 (p = 0.000<0.05) indicates a moderate positive relationship. The t-test result (thitung 4.923>ttabel 1.995) confirms the significant influence of religious activities on learning discipline. The coefficient of determination shows religious activities contribute 26.3% to learning discipline, while 73.7% is influenced by other factors. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Write here the abstract of the article in one paragraph, no more than 200 words. Abstract consists of (1) research objectives, (2) research methods, (3) research conclusions. Other important matters discussed in the paper that significantly contribute to the final results of the research can be noted here, but must consider the limited abstract space.

Abstract

Fiqh subject in Madrasah Aliyah is an important component in forming an understanding of Islamic laws that can be applied in everyday life. Based on the results of interviews with Fiqh teachers at MAN 3 Ngawi, it is known that the achievement of maximum learning outcomes has not been proven by a decrease in student grades caused by conventional learning models that do not motivate student to think critically and creatively. To overcome this problem, this study applies the Treffinger learning model, which is known to be effective in developing students’ creative thinking and problem solving skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of Treffinger learning model on learning outcomes of grade X students in Fiqh subjects at MAN 3 Ngawi. This study used a quantitative method with a True Experimental design, which involved a pretest-posttest control group design. The Experimental class was tauhgt with the Treffinger model, while the control class used a conventional learning model. The results of the analysis using the T-test with the help of IBM SPSS 25 showed that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental and control classes, where the experimental class showed a better improvement in learning outcomes. Research using the Independent Simple T-Test test with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0,005. So that 0,005 < 0,05, it can be seen that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Which means that there is an effect of Treffinger learning model on the learning outcomes of class X students in fiqh subject at MAN 2 Ngawi. This, the Treffinger learning model is proven to be effective in improving students’ Fiqh learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) values through the Muhadhoroh extracurricular at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor 7. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with caregivers, teachers, and students, as well as documentation studies. The research results show that Muhadhoroh is effective as a medium for instilling PAI values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and ukhuwah islamiyah through three main stages: material preparation, delivery practice, and continuous evaluation. The learning system integrated with the pesantren curriculum and a phased approach according to the students' abilities has been a supporting factor for success. This extracurricular activity not only develops communication skills but also shapes the character of students to be ready to become preachers in society. The research findings recommend Muhadhoroh as an ideal model of extracurricular activities based on Islamic Education values that can be adopted by other educational institutions.

Abstract

Al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic Education (ISMUBA), as the spiritual core of Muhammadiyah education, continues to face challenges due to the dominance of normative–cognitive approaches that emphasize memorization and comprehension of theoretical texts, thereby insufficiently engaging students’ personal experiences and value internalization. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum requires a paradigmatic shift in learning toward a student-centered approach that is responsive to the diversity of individual potential. This study aims to examine humanistic values within the holistic, integrative ISMUBA curriculum based on the Merdeka Curriculum framework through the perspective of Carl Rogers’ humanistic psychology, particularly the values of monotheism (tawhid), freedom, responsibility, and moral awareness. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected through a systematic review of literature, including ISMUBA curriculum documents, Carl Rogers’ works, Merdeka Curriculum policy documents, and relevant scientific journals. The data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive reasoning pattern. The findings indicate that Rogers’ humanistic values, such as self-actualization, empathy, meaningful learning, and unconditional positive regard, demonstrate conceptual alignment with the vision of Islam Berkemajuan in shaping the concept of insan kamil (the holistic human being). The integration of these values is manifested through three primary pathways: intracurricular learning activities, the Muhammadiyah, Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), and religious practices along with school cultural habituation. Furthermore, the implementation of humanistic values is reflected in differentiated learning practices (Teaching at the Right Level), the utilization of digital technology, and reflective–dialogical approaches that respect students’ individuality. This study concludes that the integration of Carl Rogers’ humanistic values within the ISMUBA curriculum under the Merdeka Curriculum framework functions as an instrument for the humanization of Islamic education, liberating students from rigid dogmatism and fostering graduates who are balanced in intellectual intelligence, spiritual maturity, and moral integrity.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the ASEAN Convention Against Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children (ACTIP) in Indonesia during 2017-2025, focusing on the gap between normative commitment and law enforcement practice. Although Indonesia ratified ACTIP through Law No. 12/2017 and possesses a comprehensive national legal framework, trafficking cases continue to increase from 340 cases (2017) to 798 cases (2023), indicating that compliance has not been substantively realized. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach based on document analysis to identify factors hindering effective ACTIP implementation. Findings reveal that Indonesia's compliance remains normative with systematic obstacles across three pillars: weak prevention due to structural factors, ineffective victim protection due to policy-practice gaps, and suboptimal law enforcement due to limited capacity of local authorities, weak coordination, and differing interpretations of TIP elements. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening institutional capacity and adopting victim-centered approaches to ensure regional commitments generate substantive impact.

Abstract

Climate change has prompted Indonesia to transition to clean energy as part of its global commitment under the Paris Agreement. One important effort in supporting this transition is through international cooperation, particularly to overcome limitations in funding, technology, and national capacity. This study aims to analyze the role of international cooperation in promoting clean energy transition in Indonesia and identify the challenges of its implementation. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review and document analysis of national policies, such as Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), as well as reports from international institutions and relevant academic literature. The results show that international cooperation contributes significantly through the provision of climate finance, technology transfer, and capacity building in renewable energy development. However, its effectiveness still faces regulatory and bureaucratic obstacles, funding challenges, as well as social and institutional factors. This study concludes that strengthening national governance and synergizing domestic actors are key to optimizing international cooperation in supporting Indonesia's clean energy transition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of Ibu Nyai Hj. Mundjidah Wahab in developing Pondok Pesantren Al-Lathifiyyah 2 and Al-Wahabiyyah 1 in the modern era. This research uses a qualitative approach with a biographical study type and a multisite design. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using a triangulation approach to ensure data validity. The results of the study show that the leadership style of Ibu Nyai Hj. Mundjidah Wahab has democratic and participatory characteristics, charismatic qualities, maternal leadership (motherhood leadership), collaborative orientation, and adaptability in balancing traditional pesantren values with the demands of modernity. Her leadership is manifested through deliberative mechanisms, the active involvement of administrators and educators in operational decision-making, and firmness in determining strategic policies of the pesantren. In addition, the practice of delegation of authority and empowerment of administrators allows the pesantren to continue operating effectively even when the caretaker is not always physically present. This leadership is influenced by supporting factors such as public leadership experience, support from the pesantren family, solid internal cooperation, a structured management system, and public trust, as well as inhibiting factors such as time limitations, variations in human resource capacity, and challenges in adapting to modernity. This study concludes that the leadership style of Ibu Nyai Hj. Mundjidah Wahab represents a manifestation of adaptive leadership that combines the principles of deliberation, participation, delegation, and service. This leadership model contributes to the realization of effective and sustainable pesantren governance while remaining strongly rooted in Islamic values and pesantren culture.

Abstract

The survival of humankind is inseparable from the availability of adequate energy. At the same time, excessive exploitation of natural resources due to high dependence on fossil fuels has worsened environmental conditions and triggered various ecological problems that threaten the balance of the global ecosystem. Therefore, the transition to the use of renewable energy is crucial for achieving environmental sustainability. This study aims to examine the concept of environmental preservation through the perspective of tafsir maqasidi, by studying the tafsir al-Manar and at-Tahrir wa at-Tanwir in the context of energy sustainability. The research method used is descriptive-analytical, revealing how these two exegeses provide a foundation for sustainable energy policies within the framework of maqasid al-syari’ah. The findings show that the verses on preservation and renewable energy emphasize the importance of maintaining ecological balance, preventing damage, and utilizing sustainable natural resources. This study offers a new perspective on energy transition, viewing it as a technological innovation and a moral mandate that must be fulfilled by humanity to preserve the Earth for future generations.
