Abstract

Writing requires language structure, graphology, and vocabulary skills. Improving students' writing skills requires a creative approach and continuous practice. One type of writing skill that students need to master is abstract writing. Writing abstracts through book reviews is a fun alternative learning approach for students. This approach is very helpful for the students of Pesantren Ngalah about how to write abstracts easily. This research uses classroom action research method. With this method, it is possible to know in detail the problems in the classroom, and how to solve them. This study aims to provide recommendations to teachers as learning evaluation materials. Thus, it is hoped that the quality of learning will be better. Based on the results of the study that students were able to write abstracts properly and correctly with the percentage level of the high category interval 60%, the medium category 26.67%, and the low category 13.33%.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an e-learning product in PAI Study Program, Tarbiyah Department, STAI Al-Qodiri Jember. The research method used in this research is using the R&D method. The R&D model in this study uses the Alessi & Trollip model. In the model, there are three phases of the development procedure, namely planning, design and development. The results showed that educational psychology E-learning was developed using Moodle LMS. The development stage includes making modules, presentation materials and quizzes, hosting, installing Moodle, determining the chosen theme, compiling, uploading and managing e-learning materials or content into Moodle and product revisions (results from alpha test, beta test).

Abstract

The ranking of the Ministry of Religion Universities is far behind compared to the Ministry of Education and Culture Universities according to webometrics and Unirank. This is an indicator of the digital divide. With equal Internet access, there should be no digital divide. The purpose of this study was to determine the digital divide between students from the Ministry of Religion Universities and students from the Ministry of Education and Culture Universities. The theory used in this study is the theory of digital divide which includes three aspects, namely access divide, usage divide, and quality of use divide. The population in this study was 8,825,981 students with a sample of 424 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random with a standard error of 4.82%. The data analysis technique used the SPSS compare means one way ANOVA test. The results showed that the access divide and the usage divide did not experience a digital divide with a significance value of 0.80 and 0.909, respectively. Meanwhile, the quality of use divide experienced a digital gap with a significance value of 0.024. The digital divide occurs in the quality of students' use of information and communication technology. The average quality of the use of information and communication technology among university students of the Ministry of Education and Culture is higher than that of university students of the Ministry of Religion. There needs to be an effort from the Ministry of Religion in making policies so that the use of information and communication technology in Higher Education students of the Ministry of Religion is of higher quality, especially in accessing national and international journals.

Abstract

This research aims to find out strategy for developing halal tourism in Puncak Ratu Pamekasan in terms of Fatwa No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. With this research, it is hoped that it can develop the potential for halal tourism, especially in Pamekasan. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study and field study approach, data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Puncak Ratu tourism development strategy includes five components of tourism development, namely attraction, accessibility, aminities, ancillary services & institution. The Puncak Ratu tourism development strategy towards a halal tourist destination based on the perspective of Fatwa No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for Organization Tourism Based on Sharia Principles has been implemented limited to the aspect of the availability of infrastructure in the form of worship facilities, clean water sanitation and canteens that sell halal food. However, several points have not been met, such as non-muhrim visitors holding hands and final waste disposal that has not been managed properly. To become a halal tourist destination, Puncak Ratu needs further efforts to implement the points in Fatwa No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016, especially in the seventh decree, namely regarding provisions on tourist destinations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the learning evaluation tool. The research methodology used in this study adopts a model approach, specifically using Content Analysis. The main source of data that has been analyzed is the content contained in the learning evaluation tool. Evaluation is a systematic procedure that involves the collection of diverse data to provide a comprehensive assessment of student progress in learning. It is important for teachers to have a comprehensive understanding of student development to effectively ensure the successful completion of the learning process. In a broad sense, evaluation instruments can be categorized into two different types: non-test and test-based. Often, both categories of evaluation tools are referred to as evaluation methodologies. The classification of test techniques or methods for test performance can be categorized in three different ways, namely: 1) Examination in written form, 2) Oral testing and 3) Practical testing. In order to ensure reliable evaluation, it is essential that the evaluation tool has a high quality standard, along with other influential elements such as the performance of the test itself, the competence of the examiner responsible for managing and verifying the test results, and the environmental conditions in which evaluation is carried out.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi strategik khususnya berkaitan dengan program-program yang dilaksanakan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum tahfidzul qur’an di yayasan el-rahmah surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif dengan studi kasus. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi non partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Analisis data melalui tiga tahap, yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah program pelaksanaan kurikulum tahfidzul qur’an yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan El-Rahmah Surabaya meliputi meliputi TPQ, membaca bin nadzor, Tahfidz, Tasmi’ dan Pasca Tahfidz. Proram TPQ secara gari besar dilaksanakan dengan tiga sesi, yakni TPQ Pagi, TPQ Siang dan TPQ Sore dengan jilid 1-5. Program membaca bin nadzor dilaksanakan setiap pagi dan sore dengan mewajibkan santri khatam 60 kali. Program Tahfidz dibagi menjadi kelas kecil sesuai dengan juz masing-masing dengan sistem hafalan satu halaman perhari. Kegiatan dalam bentuk setoran antar teman, murojaah bersama guru, membaca bersama, istima’. Sementara itu untuk program tasmi’ dilaksanakan setiap santri menghafal 5 Juz. Setiap santri wajib melaksanakan 10 kali Tasmi’ sebelum di wisuda tahfidz dengan disaksikan oleh 2 teman, 2 orang tua dan 1 guru. Program pasca tahfidz dilaksanakan dalam bentuk hafalan kitab hadis baik arba’in An-Nawawi dan Riyadhus Sholihin. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menghafal 1-3 hadist tergantung panjang dan pendeknya hadist. Kata Kunci: Implementasi strategik, Kurikulum, Tahfidz Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This research explores the character-building programs at SD Plus Darul Ulum, Jombang, focusing on how they cultivate resilience and toughness in students. The study delves into distinctive programs, including the Pioneering International Primary School, "Everyday with Al-Qur’an," Full Day School, and Outdoor Learning initiatives. Theoretical frameworks encompass globalization of education, holistic learning, extended learning time, and experiential learning. Qualitative methods involve interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and document analysis. Findings reveal the alignment of programs with global standards, holistic Islamic education, extended learning principles, and a comprehensive approach to student development. The research contributes to character education literature, addresses a gap in primary school research, and offers insights for educators and policymakers. It emphasizes the holistic nature of education, transcending traditional paradigms, and positions SD Plus Darul Ulum as a beacon for character development in the 21st century.

Abstract

This research is to explore the practice of primbon traditions in wedding ceremonies for the people of Harjokuncaran Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District, by considering the perspective of the Syafi'i Madzhab. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through participant observation and in-depth interviews with local community leaders. The findings show that the primbon tradition has a significant role in weddings in the village, with an influence that reflects the values and teachings of the Syafi'i Madzhab. The implications of this research open up space for further understanding of the relationship between local traditions and religious teachings in the context of marriage in rural Indonesian communities. This kind of research provides valuable insights for practitioners and academics in understanding cultural and religious dynamics and promoting deeper intercultural dialogue in the context of marriage in Indonesia. Thus, this research can be the basis for developing a more inclusive and holistic approach in responding to the needs of rural communities regarding weddings and their local traditions, as well as strengthening collaboration between communities and educational institutions

Abstract

Default in this sharia investment practice is when the issuer is unable to pay the obligations that should be paid to the securities holders (investors) according to the agreed terms when the maturity date has arrived. This study will examine in depth related to the efforts to settle defaults (default) on Sharia Investments with Sharia Restructuring. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach that is library research using books or journals. recognized restructuring in accordance with the basic principles of sharia: First, the restructuring of sukuk is carried out by creating the same economic results as conventional bonds by maintaining sharia principles so that all sukuk transactions must be halal. Second, the form of avoiding restructuring requires the prohibition of usury (paying or taking interest), gharar (unclear, fraud, ambiguity) and maysir (embedding games). Sukuk certificate holders can only receive benefits from asset performance and are prohibited from making payments under any circumstances in a sukuk restructuring. Abstract

Memiliki keluarga yang bahagia lahir dan batin merupakan dambaan setiap pasangan dan individu dalam sebuah keluarga. Namun, perjalanan pernikahan tak selalu mulus. Konflik yang muncul dapat menjadi batu sandungan, bahkan berujung pada perceraian. Dalam Islam, rujuk hadir sebagai solusi alternatif untuk menyambung kembali hubungan yang terputus akibat perceraian. Upaya rekonsiliasi ini menjadi langkah terakhir setelah talak dijatuhkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif komparatif untuk menganalisis pandangan Imam Madzhab tentang rujuk dan relevansinya dengan hukum Islam di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan pendapat di antara Imam Madzhab terkait konsep rujuk. Pendapat Imam asy-Syafi’i dianggap paling relevan dengan konteks Indonesia karena mewajibkan adanya saksi dalam proses rujuk
