Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions cooperative learning model and the Sort Card Method on mathematics learning outcomes. This research is included in the causal quantitative type research, namely a study that seeks the influence of certain (independent) variables on other (bound) variables. The research object used a purposive sampling area, namely class VIII students of SMPN 1 Bangorejo Banyuwangi, academic year 2022/2023. The results of the study found that there was an effect of applying the cooperative learning model of the Student Team Achievement Division and Sort Cards simultaneously on improving the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Bangorejo Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Loose Part media on fine motor skills and creativity of group A children in Smart Kindergarten, Banyuwangi Regency. The problem of not achieving fine motor skills and children's creativity optimally is the main background of this research. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the type of research is pre-experimental design and the research pattern is one-group pretest-posttest. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 17 children using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used the SPSS 25 statistical test. The results of the first hypothesis test had a significance value of 0.000, the results of the second hypothesis test had a significance value of 0.000 and the third hypothesis test had a significance value of 0.002, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. Conclusion: 1) There is an effect of using Loose Part media on children's fine motor skills, 2) There is an effect of using Loose Part media on children's Creativity. 3) There is an effect of using Loose Part media on fine motor skills and creativity of Group A children in Smart Kindergarten, Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Waqf is one of the Maliyah worships that is used to get closer to Allah SWT, besides that, it shows their love for Allah SWT, shows their love for the permanent reward after death, has a function for general welfare and helps the needs of the needy, poor, children orphans and all those who need them for the results of endowments. The aims of this study are: To find out the law of cash waqf in the perspective of the Hanafi school of thought. This research is a literature review research. The results of this research are, the Hanafi school of thought allows cash waqf because it has been widely practiced in society, and legally it does not violate the rules. Keywords: cash waqf institutions, Hanafi madzhab, universities ABSTRAK Wakaf merupakan salah satu ibadah Maliyah yang digunakan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT, selain itu, menunjukan adanya kecintaanya terhadap Allah SWT, menunjukan adanya kecintaanya terhadap tetapnya pahala setelah meninggal, memiliki fumgsi untuk kemashlahatan secara umum dan membantu terhadap kebutuhanya orang fakir, miskin, anak yatim dan semua yang membutuhkanya terhadap hasil dari perwakafan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui hukum wakaf uang tunai dalam prespektif mazdhab Hanafi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian pustaka, Hasil penelitian ini adalah, mazdhab Hanafi memperbolehkan wakaf uang tunai karena sudah banyak dilakukan di masyarakat, dan secara hukum sudah tidak melanggar aturan. Abstract

There are two tribes in the Papring environment, namely the Madurese and Osing tribes. In everyday life, the village uses a unique language in the form of colliding or colliding, which combines Osing and Madurese languages. Language structures are a means of communication in everyday life such as in the family environment, neighborhood environment, greetings when going to work, commuting to work and the Osing Madura blend language used by all of them to understand each other. The purpose of this study is to find out the language-shaping tradition, community participation in the language-shaping tradition and the implementation of the language- shaping tradition in the social harmonization of village communities in Banyuwangi district. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The tradition of language tubruk that occurs in the Osing and Madurese tribes, namely communicating in formal and non-formal situations, and these traditions arise due to side by side tribes, inter-tribal marriages, language politics in the environment and language politics in the family, the role of society in participating in the existence of language-built traditions that exist in the Paring environment in the form of establishing a traditional and cultural school then learning the local language and the implementation of language collisions that occurred between the two tribes included internal code switching, using regional language dialects.

Abstract

Promotion is something that must be done by an institution, promotional activities are usually carried out to introduce and inform the advantages of the institution so as to form a good image to the public, one of the promotions that is relatively used is print media in the form of brochures. Brochures contain quite a lot of messages so that readers can understand the intent to be conveyed by the promoter. Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School is one of the institutions that annually publishes brochures in the form of books and are published with different designs. Brochures play a major role as dissemination of information for guardians of students who will enroll their children in Islamic boarding schools which contain several Islamic boarding schools and school units. Messages and information on brochures will be easier to understand if they are visually appealing. The problem that will be studied in this research is to analyze the application of the graphic design aspects contained in the brochure published by Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung in 2022. The aim is to find out to what extent the brochure fulfills the graphic design aspects. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method approach, namely by describing each subject to be studied and adjusted to a predetermined theoretical framework. After collecting data through observational research instruments, interviews and documentation, the results of the study show that PP. Darussalam Blokagung does not meet the graphic design aspects, according to Willam Lidwell et al in his book entitled Universal Principles of Design. Meanwhile, according to Ellen Lupton in her book entitled Thinking With Type, brochures have fulfilled the aspects of graphic design, because they have fulfilled the aspects of legibility, balance, unity and effective color, according to what Ellen Lupton explained. Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan zakat harus dilakukan secara optimal seperti menerapkan akuntabilitas dan transparasi sehingga masyarakat percaya terhadap lembaga pengelola zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas (X1) dan transparansi (X2) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Tingkat Kepercayaan Muzakki (Y) pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Manokwari.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis koefesien regresi berganda. Penentuaan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan total populasi dari 5 Masjid sebanyak 342 Muzakki dan didapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 68 responden. Data yang diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara akuntabilitas (X1) terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzaki (Y) yaitu dengan nilai koefisien thitung < ttabel (0,371 < 1,996) dan diketahui nilai koefisien thitung > ttabel (2,055 > 1,996), sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan akuntabilitas (X2) terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzaki (Y). Sedangkan secara simultan, hasil uji F diketahui nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (9,241 > 3,30) sehingga ada pengaruh antara akuntabilitas (X1) dan transparansi (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzaki (Y) pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Manokwari.

Abstract

Deradicalization is important to do in an effort to prevent the academic community from being exposed to radical ideas. Several universities carry out deradicalization policies to prevent the spread of radical understanding in Islamic universities in East Java, Indonesia, such as UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya (UINSA) and UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung (UIN SATU). This study aims to answer two problems: First, how is the deradicalization policy applied at UINSA and UIN SATU; second, how effective is the deradicalization policy at UINSA and UIN SATU. This research is field research with a case approach. The case approach analyzes the role model of deradicalization at UINSA and UIN SATU. The research concluded that the deradicalization policy implemented at UINSA through various forms, including Ma'had activities, regulations on Student and Lecturer Code of Ethics, studies, and seminars on anti-radicalism and terrorism, integration of teaching in Pancasila and Citizenship courses, philosophical Integrated Twin Tower, Nusantara Studies with INNUS (Institute for Nusantara Studies), and the mainstreaming of moderate Islamic understanding. The deradicalization policy applied at UIN SATU uses six models: organizing seminars, studies with the theme of deradicalization, managing ma’had diniyah, Student Code of Ethics, supporting all religious moderation activities, optimizing local wisdom, and creating a learning environment that supports deradicalization programs. The deradicalization program within the scope of UINSA and UIN SATU effectively prevents radicalism on campus.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the concept of maslahah murrasa in Islamic family law, using a case study of a wife who is looking for a husband who can carry out household duties. The concept of maslahah murlah is one of the principles of Islamic law which prioritizes the public benefit and accommodates the needs of a developing society. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with a number of respondents who have experience in finding a life partner who can carry out household duties. Data analysis was conducted using an inductive approach, involving data collection, coding, and understanding the findings that emerged. The research results show that the concept of maslahah murlah can be applied in the context of finding a life partner who can carry out household duties. In this case, maslahah murlah can be interpreted as an effort to achieve balance in the roles and responsibilities between husband and wife in the household. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the understanding and implementation of the concept of maslahah murlah in Islamic family law, especially in the context of finding a life partner who can carry out household duties. This research can also be a source of information and guidance for individuals who are looking for a life partner who suits their household needs

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Muhammadiyah Elementary and Secondary Education Council in the Development of Educational Institutions in Kepahiang Regency. This study aims to determine to what extent the role of the Elementary and Secondary Education Council has carried out its duties and functions which are one of the components of the leadership assistant in the Muhammadiyah organization in the field of education. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. with the technique of collecting data from observations, interviews, to the chairman of the Kepahiang District Educational Council and supported by some related literature. The research data is reduced and presented, then analyzed for several conclusions. The results showed that; Providing assistance for learning facilities seeking facilities and infrastructure as well as financing providing facilities for learning activities through sports, scouting and religious activities to support the quality of educational institutions to develop better and superior, improve the quality of human resources for educators through routine training and guidance from relevant agencies and carry out learning evaluations at each educational institution how to view monthly performance reports, this is in accordance with the duties of the Dikdasmen assembly, namely as follows.

Abstract

The Peat Arboretum is one of the PT. Pertamina RU II, Sungai Pakning which is managed by the Kampung Jawa community group. This research was motivated by the discovery of land that was saved from peatland fires around Kampung Jawa in the 2013-2015. Basically, the people of Kampung Jawa are people with low education and lack of public awareness of environmental sustainability as an edutourism area. Therefore, this research aims at how PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning through its CSR activities communicated in building community participation to realize the Marsawa Peat Arboretum as ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency. In this study using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. research subjects were determined based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the environmental communication carried out by PT Pertamina in the CSR program in realizing the Peat Arboretum as ecotourism is carried out through several stages, namely assessment, planning, production and action and reflection. Of the four, community participation in realizing the Peat Arboretum as ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency has been effective, this can be seen from the voluntary community involvement in programs that lead to social change. The four stages are educational, solution and comprehensive efforts in realizing the Peat Arboretrum as Ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency.
