Abstract

Talaga Paca Village has natural tourism potential such as lake, cave, forest and biodiversity. The existing of the natural wealth is inversely proportional to the economic welfare of the people who have a poverty rate of 75%. The community has not received the economic benefits from the beautiful nature around them. In 2019, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry gave an approval for the management of a state forest area of ​​865 ha during 35 years to Talaga Paca Village as part of the Social Forestry program. The Community Service (CS) Team of Halmahera University identified the main problem of the community was the inability to manage the tourism potential. The purpose of this CS is to implement the management of Talaga Paca ecotourism by the community so that they could receive the economic benefits for their welfare. The CS took place from April to October 2022. Through the collaboration of the parties, the CS has succeeded in improving the management of ecotourism by the community. At the moment, there have been tourist visits from within and outside the country so that the community has begun to receive economic benefits from ecotourism.

Abstract

Free legal aid is a concrete manifestation of the presence of the state as a form of accountability for the provision of legal aid for the poor as a manifestation of access to justice. In terms of providing free legal aid, it is organized in the framework of realizing justice while at the same time oriented towards the realization of fair social justice. At present many people, especially the youth of the Nurul Imi Mosque, Sri Meranti Village, Rumbai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, do not know about providing free legal assistance, therefore it is necessary to do community service in the form of Increasing Knowledge of the Nurul Imi Mosque Youth, Sri Meranti Village, Rumbai District, Kota. Pekanbaru Concerning Provision of Free Legal Aid. This service is carried out by means of lectures and direct questions and answers and evaluation by distributing questionnaires before and after the activity is carried out. This service is carried out by an implementation team consisting of 1 (one) chairperson, and 2 (two) members. The implementation team is Lancang Kuning University lecturers who are competent in mastering material regarding free legal aid. Bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma sebagai wujud nyata kehadiran negara sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban terhadap pemberian bantuan hukum bagi orang miskin sebagai perwujudan akses terhadap keadilan. Dalam hal pemberian bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma diselenggarakan dalam rangka mewujudkan keadilan sekaligus berorientasikan kepada terwujudnya keadilan sosial yang berkeadilan. Saat ini banyak masyarakat khususnya remaja mesjid nurul imi kelurahan sri meranti kecamatan rumbai kota pekanbaru yang belum mengetahui mengenai pemberian bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk Peningkatan Pengetahuan Remaja Mesjid Nurul Imi Kelurahan Sri Meranti Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru Mengenai Pemberian Bantuan Hukum Cuma-Cuma. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan tanya jawab secara langsung dan evaluasi dengan penyebaran quesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari 1 (satu) orang ketua, dan 2 (dua) orang anggota. Tim pelaksana ini adalah para dosen Universitas Lancang Kuning yang berkompeten dalam penguasaan materi mengenai bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma.

Abstract

A training in the process of making tempeh is expected to be able to contribute to the economy, especially for students. At the beginning of the training, the average respondent did not know about the process of making tempeh, only 10% did. Whereas in question 2, it also has convenience but a little more level of knowledge. The difference between the level of knowledge of the participants was due to question 2 because they also received information from the media and the public. Furthermore, in questions 3 and 4, the average does not know at all. This is due to the absence of information about the processing technology, so the pre-test shows a tendency not to know the process of making tempeh, with an accumulation of ignorance below 30%, after the training is carried out, the level of students knowing the process of making tempeh is above 80% to 100%.

Abstract

SMK is a school that produces graduates who are competent and ready to work. However, the Covid-19 outbreak forced students to study at home so the competency of SMK graduates was less than optimal. Student competency improvement training is the solution to this problem. Training activities on the use of injection simulators at Bina Nusa Slawi Vocational School are one of the activities to increase student competency. This training was attended by 20 class XII students majoring in TBSM. This training was carried out through several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The implementation stage starts with the pre-test session, material presentation, demonstration, and practicum. The final stage is training evaluation. The results of the evaluation of learning outcomes show that students' understanding of internal combustion engines and injection systems has increased compared to before attending the training. Evaluation of satisfaction shows that students are satisfied with the instructor's delivery method, the usefulness of the training, and the development and improvement of training in the future. This is proven by the average student assessment on the questionnaire, which is above 3.

Abstract

The Sketch Up training at SMKN 1 Karimun aims to provide insight and skills about applications that help students improve their ability in managing three-dimensional shapes, especially for students majoring in Construction and Property Business Engineering. In the process of implementing the service, the learning system is carried out by providing material in stages using the Student Center Learning method. The SCL method is one of the most effective learning methods for students of SMKN 1 Karimun in understanding every step needed in the formation of modeling In learning the Sketch Up application, students are given basic material for modeling formation and then with the basic file in the form of auto CAD, students begin to learn every tool that has been given in the material debriefing to be applied to the Sketch Up application. With the application of the Student Center Learning method, it is hoped that SMKN 1 Karimun students can understand the Sketch Up application to the maximum.

Abstract

Khaela Hijab is a company which sells hijab products. The place is in Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Khaela Hijab produces their own hijab and markets its products via offline and online. Khaela Hijab uses social media as a medium to promote the products. Every sales and purchase transactions are recorded conventionally in a special note book. The transaction writing model causes constraints in presentation of information, where the information could not provided in real time. Beside of that, the calculation of sales profit product also had constraint which caused by recording of production and sales costs that often unbalanced. The result of this activity is the usage of sales information system which uses website as a base - with assistance and material distribution about the use of website to optimize the data management.

Abstract

Community service activities with partner of lanting SMEs in Kuwarasan District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. Partner problems were dealing with lanting production waste, namely cassava peel, cassava juice liquid waste, and used cooking oil. Generally, these wastes were thrown away so that was causing environmental problems. Therefore, it was necessary to make efforts to treat waste into a product that has economic value. In this activity, science and technology transfer was carried out to process waste into products of economic value, including: liquid organic fertilizer, chips and beef jerky, and solid soap. This activity was expecting to help lanting SMEs survive and rise during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, partners were able to reduce the problem of waste pollution from lanting production, increase the economic value of waste, and create new side entrepreneurs besides lanting as an effort to increase economic strengthening and community empowerment.

Abstract

The problems faced by the Al-Mujtahid Islamic Boarding School II Punggur Kecil Village, Sungai Kakap District in developing and carrying out religious education activities other than the operational support facilities they have are still inadequate, also in meeting basic needs in order to ease the burden of parenting students, they still need to get support from donors. This PKM is to provide social assistance (bansos) in the form of basic necessities to the Al-Mujtahid II Islamic Boarding School which is packaged in the form of basic necessities, an act of social care in the world of education towards the condition of the community, especially those related to education. With the social assistance packaged in the form of basic necessities, it is hoped that the problems faced by this Islamic boarding school can be resolved to some extent by meeting their food needs.

Abstract

In its development, the tendency of an agrarian society has shown how important the land sector is for rural communities to develop and improve their economy through the land sector. Thus, this PKM activity is important because the idea of ​​a legal policy regarding the digitization of land administration must be well organized to accelerate the development process and as a basis for the legal settlement process. The method of implementing this PKM activity has several steps such as identifying initial problems through observation and interviews, socializing the arrangement of digitizing land administration based on legal policies, carrying out FGDs, and evaluating PKM activities systematically. The results of the PKM activity in Gobah Village showed that this activity was carried out in three main sessions, namely registration of participants and opening of the event, resource persons giving presentations, and FGD sessions with local communities. Then this activity can be said to have been carried out well, but there are still some notes that need to be carried out regularly to improve the quality of land data.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 24 Pinggir is a mentoring partner who has limitations in meeting the demands of learning during Covid-19 pandemic and in digital era, so it has the potential to have degradation in education. The educators of SDN 24 Pinggir need assistance in opening their horizons and knowledge in utilizing the right media in making teaching materials, even evaluating with learning methods and models that are in accordance with the needs of their students. The platforms chosen to be used as mentoring materials are wordwall, wizer and liveworksheet. The platform was chosen with the consideration that it is easy to access, simple and easy to understand, has features that can accommodate the needs of educators and there are free of charge options. Training activities begin with observations in the form of questions and answers with teachers and school principal which are then continued with training. Furthermore, participants did hands-on practice, and were given feedback through post-training evaluations. the initial survey, the average teacher was hesitant (46.30%) in making and distributing learning material using the platform. However, there was an increase in knowledge of 98.15% (Knowing in theory and practice) after the training was given.
