Abstract

Unemployment continues to be a significant macroeconomic challenge that impacts both economic stability and societal welfare. The government of Indonesia has launched a comprehensive policy aimed at generating 19 million job opportunities, bolstered by associated initiatives like the Free Nutritious Meal program, which has the potential to create jobs through the food supply sector and related industries. This research seeks to evaluate the success of the job creation initiative in lowering unemployment rates and to explore the function of the MBG program as a supplementary policy. The study utilizes a descriptive quantitative methodology, drawing from secondary information provided by the Statistics Indonesia for East Java Province, along with trend analysis and qualitative methods to evaluate indirect effects on employment. Findings suggest that job creation strategies generally aid in diminishing unemployment, though their success is affected by factors such as the quality of the labor force, the economic framework, and the distribution of jobs. The MBG initiative also demonstrates promise in generating new job prospects, but its execution needs enhancement to ensure wider and more lasting effects. ltimately, the job creation initiative is crucial in tackling unemployment, especially when reinforced by cohesive social policies, and harmonizing policies is vital to attain effective and sustainable employment results.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the existence of gender inequality in literary works, which is often influenced by patriarchal culture. The novel Di Bawah Lindungan Ka'bah by Buya Hamka portrays the life of women within strong social and cultural constraints. This research aims to identify and describe the forms of gender injustice and feminist values contained in the novel. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach. Data were collected using a hermeneutic technique, involving reading, note-taking, and interpreting relevant excerpts related to feminist analysis. The results show that there are various forms of gender inequality experienced by female characters, such as restrictions on mobility through the seclusion tradition, limited access to education, and family dominance in determining marriage decisions. The character of Zainab is portrayed as a woman constrained by patriarchal social and cultural norms, limiting her autonomy in making life choices. The study also finds elements of liberal feminism that emphasize the importance of equal rights between men and women, particularly in social and educational aspects. In conclusion, the novel not only presents a romantic story but also reflects the social reality of women's position in society. This research is expected to contribute to the development of literary studies, especially in feminist literary criticism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the non-digital educational game Ceribox on the intensive reading ability of fourth-grade students on the Sehatlah Ragaku material at SDN 98/II Muara Bungo. The study used a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest–Posttest design and involved 20 students. Data were collected through pretests and posttests. Data analysis techniques used normality tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed an increase in intensive reading ability, marked by a higher posttest score than the pretest. Thus, the Ceribox game is proven to improve students' intensive reading ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with library services at SDN 2 Sukahurip. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with percentage analysis. The population consisted of 40 students from grades IV and V, and the sample was 36 students selected using the Slovinformula. Data were collected through questionnaires based on service quality indicators. The results showed that 100% of students expressed dissatisfaction with the library services. This indicates that the quality of library services has not met students' expectations, particularly in terms of facilities, book collections, and staff responsiveness. Therefore, improvements are needed to enhance service quality and support students’ learning activities. Furthermore, the findings are expected to be a reference for schools in evaluating and improving library services.

Abstract

This study examines the role of curriculum, community, and educational resources in the success of education through a literature review approach. The research explores how these components interact to influence educational outcomes. Data were collected from relevant academic sources and were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that the curriculum serves as the main guideline directing the learning process, while the community acts as a learning environment and educational partner that enhances contextual relevance and character development. In addition, human, physical, and non-physical resources are essential in supporting effective curriculum implementation. The study concludes that the integration of these three components is crucial in achieving quality and sustainable education.

Abstract

  This study aims to describe the process of internalizing religious values ​​through religious habits and the problems faced at MI Hijriyah II Palembang. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that internalization of religious values ​​is carried out through routine and continuous religious habits, including reading the Qur'an, daily prayers, Islamic etiquette habits, Yasinan, and memorization of short surahs. This process is able to shape the values ​​of faith, worship, morals, social and tolerance, as well as discipline and responsibility of students. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as differences in student character and motivation, time constraints, lack of consistency, and environmental influences and parental support. The success of internalization is greatly influenced by the consistency of habits, the role of teachers, and family support.

Abstract

Permasalahan literasi awal pada anak usia dini berkaitan dengan kemampuan mengenal dan memahami simbol bahasa. Salah satu kesulitan yang sering muncul adalah ketidakmampuan anak dalam membedakan huruf yang memiliki kemiripan bentuk visual, seperti b, d, p, serta m dan w. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk kesulitan anak dalam membedakan huruf yang mirip serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan bahasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji artikel jurnal nasional pada rentang tahun 2020–2026 yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan dalam membedakan huruf berkaitan dengan kemampuan diskriminasi visual dan memori visual yang belum berkembang optimal, serta dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal seperti minat belajar, lingkungan, dan metode pembelajaran. Kesulitan tersebut berdampak pada proses membaca permulaan yang ditandai dengan kesalahan dalam pengenalan huruf, pelafalan, penggabungan bunyi, serta pemahaman kata. Dampak tersebut berlanjut pada perkembangan bahasa anak, baik dalam memahami maupun mengungkapkan bahasa, sehingga kemampuan berbahasa belum berkembang secara optimal sesuai tahap perkembangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the role-playing method and determine how it improves the self-confidence of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 182/1 Hutan Lindung. The underlying problem is low student self-confidence, demonstrated by a lack of courage to speak, low participation in discussions, and fear when answering questions.This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Twenty-five students participated in the study. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using percentage and N-Gain techniques.The results showed an increase in student self-confidence, from 50% in the pre-cycle to 65% in the first cycle and 85% in the second cycle. The N-Gain value of 0.70 is considered high. This increase was influenced by active student involvement, direct learning experiences, and social interactions that occurred during the learning process. Thus, the role-playing method has proven effective in improving student self-confidence.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan wahyu Allah Swt. yang berfungsi sebagai pedoman hidup dan memiliki nilai ibadah bagi umat Muslim. Kemampuan membacanya sesuai kaidah tajwid menjadi hal yang mendasar, namun dalam praktiknya masih banyak santri yang kesulitan meskipun telah mempelajari ilmu tersebut. Masalah ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya metode pembelajaran yang kurang beragam, kesulitan menghafal aturan, serta minat belajar yang rendah. Salah satu solusi yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Ittihadut Tholibin Wonosobo adalah penggunaan metode nadzom dalam mempelajari kitab Tuhfatul Athfal. Metode ini mengandalkan nadzom yang memudahkan santri untuk menghafal sekaligus memahami materi, karena kitab tersebut sendiri disusun dalam bentuk puisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan metode ini, mengetahui tingkat kemampuan bacaan tartil santri, serta mengidentifikasi hal yang mendukung dan menghambat proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ini berjalan dengan baik melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Secara umum kemampuan santri berada pada tingkat cukup baik, dengan rata-rata nilai 75. Metode ini terbukti efektif karena mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik, memperkuat daya ingat, serta memudahkan penerapan aturan bacaan dalam praktik sehari-hari. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh semangat santri, kemampuan pengajar, dan lingkungan yang kondusif, meskipun masih ada kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan perbedaan kemampuan di antara santri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi ibu sebagai mediator dalam menjaga figur ayah pada anak usia dini di keluarga pekerja roster. Sistem kerja ini menyebabkan ayah hanya bertemu anak dua bulan sekali, sehingga berisiko memicu fenomena fatherless secara psikologis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap ibu yang memiliki suami pekerja jarak jauh dan memiliki anak usia 4-6 tahun. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu menjalankan tiga peran mediating utama. Pertama, peran komunikator melalui pengaturan jadwal interaksi digital yang rutin. Kedua, peran narator melalui pemberian pemahaman positif tentang alasan keberadaan ayah di tempat kerja untuk menghindari rasa penolakan pada anak. Ketiga, peran simbolik dengan melibatkan atribut fisik ayah dalam aktivitas harian anak. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran aktif ibu mampu menghadirkan sosok ayah secara psikologis meskipun terdapat jarak fisik yang besar. Melalui peran mediator ini, kelekatan emosional anak terhadap ayah tetap terjaga secara stabil. Penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai referensi bagi keluarga pekerja jarak jauh dalam mengoptimalkan pola asuh anak usia dini agar tetap mendapatkan figur ayah yang utuh.
