Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

ABSTRAK Kehadiran konsep Gardner pada tahun 2003 mengenai faktor-faktor kecerdasan pada anak telah mengubah perspektif terhadap pemahaman tentang kecerdasan. Pada mulanya kecerdasan hanya dikaitkan dengan kemampuan logika untuk memahami fenomena yang terkait dengan aspek kognitif. Namun, seiring perkembangannya kecerdasan tidak hanya terbatas pada kemampuan logika, tetapi juga melibatkan dimensi emosional yang perlu diakui dan dihargai menjadi perpaduan Multiple Intelliegences. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya mengembangkan ilmu fotografi dengan memanfaatkan pembelajaran kecerdasan ganda pada mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Metodelogi digunakan adalah metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendekatan pembelajaran fotografi yang multidispliner atau ganda, ternyata mahasiswa dapat mengintegrasikan IQ, EQ, SQ, CQ dan AQ secara komprehensif. Sekalipun, belum dijadikan ukuran yang maksimal dikarenakan tata kelola Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) masih belum selaras dengan esensi dari multiple intelligences sesungguhnya. Namun, guna mengembangkan skill fotografi mesti diajarkan pada mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan sebagai sains pembelajaran multidispliner atau ganda. Di mana, kecerdasan intelektual harus sejalan dengan kedalaman spiritual dan kepekaan hati nurani yang baik, serta memiliki kepribadian yang sopan dan taat kepada Tuhan yang menciptakannya. Apabila tidak disatukan, kehidupan dapat terpecah belah dan menimbulkan bencana, baik di dunia maupun akhirat serta membawa derita yang tak terhitung. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya pendidikan harus dihargai dengan pencerahan logika mawarda marahmah al madina munawarah yang rahmatan lil alamin, artinya negeri yang berperadaban dicintai oleh seluruh alam semesta. Hal itu sehingga sains pembelajaran fotografi sebagai upaya mengembangkan kecerdasan ganda pada anak didik, dan ini telah diupayakan oleh Dosen dan Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Bahkan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar telah menjadikan mata kuliah fotografi sebagai salah satu pembelajaran keterampilan yang bermanfaat. Untuk memberikan nilai lebih dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan bernilai ibadah kepada mahasiswanya.

This research aims to describe thematic hadith regarding the influence of the environment on students in educational development at school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using a literature study method collecting data from interviews, documentation, and relevant journals. The analysis was carried out by comparing the results of previous research and identifying general patterns and gaps in the literature. From the results it was found that the thematic hadith about the influence of the environment on students in the development of education in madrasas has a big influence on daily life and the future. with the thematic hadith teachers are greatly helped by the objectives and integration of Islamic values in the Thematic Hadith Curriculum regarding the Educational Environment.

This research on the influence of life expectancy, poverty, and average years of schooling on the Human Development Index (HDI) in DI Yogyakarta Province shows that poverty has a negative influence on the level of the human development index, while life expectancy and average years of schooling have an effect. positive towards HDI. The research results also show that the highest contribution to HDI is life expectancy, followed by average years of schooling. Another study found that the variables average length of schooling, per capita expenditure, and unemployment simultaneously had a significant effect on HDI. The research method used is panel data regression analysis and quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this research can be a reference in formulating development policies in DI Yogyakarta Province.

This study aims to implement a problem-solving method based on STEM education to address domestic waste among fifth-grade students at UPTD SPF SDN Sekarputih 1, with the ultimate goal of reducing the increasing amount of domestic waste through economic activities. The problem-solving method was chosen as an educational approach to enhance students' understanding of the benefits of carrot plants, including how to grow and utilize them to reduce organic waste. The study employs an experimental design involving fifth-grade students at UPTD SPF SDN Sekarputih 1 as research subjects. Data were collected through observations, written tests, and interviews to evaluate the efficacy of this approach in improving students' understanding and competencies. The findings suggest that the implementation of the problem-solving method based on STEM education not only enhances students' understanding of carrot plants but also improves their comprehension of domestic waste and their ability to design sustainable solutions. The implications of this study suggest that this approach can be an effective alternative in environmental education at the elementary school level, strengthening STEM skills while teaching students to address environmental challenges.

Wordwall is a web application used to create fun test-based games. With wordwall a wide variety of game models can be created. Wordwall can be used as an approach to form new interests of students in learning. Wordwall is acceptable and enjoyable learning without losing the substance of continuous learning. Wordwall is a learning media that can be used anywhere. This media can be designed so that it can be carried out in study group activities and involve one student with another. This research method is in the form of descriptive qualitative as a scientific method used by a group of researchers in the field of education. According to Johny Saldana, research focuses on social life using materials that are visual and descriptive. While the qualitative approach according to Jhon W Creswell can also be said to be an activity to study an individual or group activity that describes a problem. Based on the results of research and discussion of the Use of Wordwall in the Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMP Al-Hamidiyah Bangkalan, it was concluded that the use of wordwall in process evaluation with the maze chase feature helps teachers attract the interest and attention of students in conducting evaluation activities in the form of quizzes.

Literasi sains merupakan suatu keharusan bagi setiap individu agar memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk beradaptasi dengan dinamika perkembangan zaman, kehidupan dan untuk meningkatkan pembangunan suatu bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran profil siswa kelas V SDIT BPMAA Kota Pekanbaru, (2) perbedaan kemampuan literasi sains siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin, suku/etnis, pekerjaan orangtua laki-laki, pendidikan orangtua laki-laki dan umur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang yang diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Seluruh data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 23 dan uji Two-Way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) siswa memiliki kemampuan literasi sains yang tinggi rara-rata = 78,3; (2) tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan literasi sains siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin, suku/etnis, pekerjaan orangtua laki-laki, pendidikan orangtua laki-laki dan umur; (3) hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada tiap indikator dilihat dari nilai korelasinya.

Literacy and numeracy are thinking activities that involve learning symbols and the language that expresses them orally or in writing. Data from PISA 2018 shows significant challenges in improving these capabilities in Indonesia. The research method used is an experimental approach by conducting a pretest and posttest. This method is used to study students in a subject using certain learning media. The purpose of making this journal is to find out how much influence education has on the literacy and numeracy skills of elementary school level students. The results of the research show that the use of literacy and numeracy games has a positive impact on students' literacy and numeracy skills. Learners who engage in literacy games show significant improvements in reading ability and text comprehension, while numeracy games help improve basic math skills such as addition, subtraction and problem solving. Apart from that, these games also increase students' learning motivation, making the learning process more fun and interactive. These results indicate that the integration of educational games in the curriculum can be an effective strategy for improving students' literacy and numeracy skills.

Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam adalah salah satu cara efektif untuk memicu kreativitas peserta didik. Dalam upaya peningkatan pemahaman dan minat belajar peserta didik pada materi air dan sumber daya alam melalui penjernihan air sederhana maka diterapkan model pembelajaran Project based learning berdasar Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics untuk menciptakan sistem belajar terpadu karena keempat komponennya dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah secara bersamaan. Project based learning merupakan suatu model pembelajaran bertujuan untuk memecahan masalah. Pendidikan berbasis STEM bertujuan mengembangkan pengetahuan di bidang sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika, untuk mengasah keterampilan penting seperti investigasi ilmiah, komunikasi, kolaborasi, kreativitas dan berpikir kritis. Penggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai pretest dan posttes sebagai hasil penelitian, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen menggunakan tes. Nilai pretest dan posttest siswa digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengukur pemahaman dan keefektifan penerapan Project based learning berbasis STEM mengenai eksperimen penyaringan air sederhana dengan membandingkan hasil dari nilai pretest dan posttest. Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning, diketahui terjadi peningkatan pada hasil kegiatan belajar dan aktivitas siswa. Produk dari penelitian diperoleh melalui nilai posttest siswa di kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Perbedaan terlihat cukup signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Peningkatan hasil belajar terjadi pada kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model Project based learning berbasis STEM.

As an important component of the educational process, learning evaluation is fraught with complex difficulties. Difficulties and approaches in learning evaluation are discussed in this article along with potential developments in the future. These difficulties include the complexity of comprehensively evaluating student progress, the need for assessments to be inclusive, and the incorporation of technology into evaluation tools. Various approaches are needed to overcome this problem, such as a focus on formative assessment, the creation of customizable assessment instruments, and the application of technology to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of evaluation. Current perspectives emphasize the need for comprehensive strategies that respond to students' needs and consider their social, emotional, and general well-being. This approach is expected to encourage continuous learning, increase student achievement, and produce learning assessments that are more inclusive, flexible, and successful. The method used in this research is library research, by examining primary and secondary sources.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Arabic language environment (Bi'ah Arabiyah) and language potential in enhancing the speaking skills (maharoh al-kalam) of students at the Integrated Islamic Boarding School of Ushuluddin, South Lampung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that a conducive and structured Arabic language environment significantly improves students' Arabic speaking skills. Additionally, the innate language potential of each student, if developed through appropriate methods and resources, can enhance both oral and written Arabic language proficiency.
