Abstract

Kesultanan Deli adalah sebuah kerajaan Melayu Islam yang memiliki peran signifikan dalam menyebarkan agama Islam di Sumatera Timur, khususnya di daerah Medan dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Kesultanan Deli dalam proses penyebaran Islam melalui lembaga pendidikan, peran para ulama, serta pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam budaya lokal. Metode yang diterapkan adalah analisis literatur yang mencakup sumber-sumber sejarah, arsip, dan karya ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan Kesultanan Deli serta pertumbuhan Islam di Sumatera. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa Kesultanan Deli merupakan pusat penting penyebaran Islam yang masih memiliki pengaruh hingga saat ini, khususnya melalui warisan budaya seperti Masjid Raya Al-Mashun, tradisi Melayu, dan sistem pendidikan Islam yang bersifat tradisional. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan untuk penelitian lebih mendalam mengenai peran kerajaan Islam dalam sejarah daerah Indonesia.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to develop students’ ability to solve mathematical problems by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach with the support of GeoGebra in a Statistics lesson for Grade X-1 at SMAS GKPI Padang Bulan. The study was conducted in two cycles, each involving stages of planning, implementation, observation, evaluation, and reflection. Students’ performance was assessed by comparing their actual scores to the maximum possible score, with results classified into qualitative levels. A class was considered successful if at least 80% of the students reached a moderate or higher category. Findings revealed a significant improvement in average scores: from 41 in the pre-test, to 63.2 in the first cycle, and 81 in the second cycle. The percentage of students reaching the minimum mastery level rose from 12% to 84%. Additionally, teacher performance in managing the learning process improved, with observation scores increasing from 3.08 to 3.5, classified as good. These results indicate that the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning supported by GeoGebra effectively enhances students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 2 Gelumbang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika yang disebabkan kurang optimalnya pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar siswa yang beragam. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III A (kontrol) dan III B (eksperimen) dengan jumlah masing-masing 22 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan yang tidak. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dan hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Dengan demikian, strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi menghitung keliling bangun datar.

Abstract

Hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti di sekolah didapatkan bahwa 90% dari 22 peserta didik belum mampu membaca dengan lancar. Masih terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang belum mengenal huruf dan lambang bunyi, pelafalan bunyi huruf W dan Y yang sering tertukar serta kesulitan dalam pelafalan huruf yang berakhiran “ng” dan “ny”. Diperlukan inovasi yang dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ditemukan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengembangkan media flashcard ber-QR code yang dapat membantu peserta didik dalam membaca permulaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengetahui prototipe, kevalidan, dan kepraktisan media flashcard ber- QR code untuk keterampilan membaca permulan peserta didik kelas I SD. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yakni ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu analyze (analisis), design (desain), develop (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), dan evaluation (evaluasi). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni angket validasi ahli materi dan angket validasi ahli media untuk uji kevalidan produk, agket respon peserta didik dan angket respon guru untuk uji kepraktisan produk. Berdasarkan penilaian dari validator ahli materi mendapatkan kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase 90% dan ahli media mendapatkan kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase 96%. Hasil kepraktisan produk peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil, uji coba kelompok besar, dan respon I orang guru klas I berturut-turut yakni 88,33%, 91,5%, dan 90% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan media flashcard ber- QR code sangat valid dan sangat praktis digunakan.

Abstract

In classroom teaching practice, teachers often face complex challenges. One of these challenges is related to the learning gap. One approach that can be applied to address this issue is differentiated learning. However, in its implementation, differentiated learning often faces obstacles, particularly in the aspect of identifying students' specific needs. Given these challenges, there is a need for educational technology innovations that are not only visually appealing but also capable of generating accurate and informative evaluation data, such as through iSpring multimedia. The objective of this study is to describe the implementation of iSpring educational multimedia, equipped with learning gap analysis features, as a supportive tool for differentiated learning in elementary schools. The method employed in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that iSpring multimedia is highly effective in supporting differentiated learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena variasi hasil belajar IPS siswa di beberapa sekolah di Kelurahan Rawamangun, yang diduga berkaitan dengan tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa yang juga beragam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 84 siswa kelas IV dari salah satu SD Negeri yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian mencakup angket skala Likert untuk mengukur kepercayaan diri dan tes pilihan ganda, angket sikap, serta rubrik penilaian untuk mengukur hasil belajar IPS berdasarkan ranah pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan hasil belajar IPS siswa hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu 8.966 > 1.66365. Maka dari itu, ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar IPS yang dicapainya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa guna menunjang hasil belajar mereka.

Abstract

The science learning process (IPAS) in Grade 4 at SDN Macanan 1 still relies solely on textbooks as the main learning resource, resulting in low student engagement and difficulty in understanding the material, particularly the topic of changes in the states of matter. Based on observations and interviews, only 13 out of 40 students met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP) score of 75. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Nearpod-based instructional media to improve students' learning outcomes. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 40 fourth-grade students, and the data were collected through observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The instructional media were tested in both limited and wider trials. The limited trial showed a mastery level of 80%, while the wider trial showed 86.6%. These results indicate that the Nearpod-based instructional media are highly effective in improving students’ learning outcomes, exceeding the KKTP score, and can be implemented without any revisions.

Abstract

Since 2020 BAZNAS has implemented a Special Partnership Scholarship program with institutions that have expertise in Education for Disabilities, 3T Regions and Indigenous Communities as BAZNAS's sanding partners to improve the quality of human resources through education. This study aims to analyze the special partnership program model to improve the quality of education for groups with disabilities, 3T Regions and Indigenous Communities. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sample type consisting of 18 partner institutions since 2020-2022 and institutional beneficiaries consisting of a sample of 151 beneficiaries. and spread across Yogyakarta, East Kalimantan, West Sulawesi, Banten, Maluku, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, Aceh, West Sumatra, Jambi, East Java, Central Java and South Sulawesi. data collection was carried out by distributing interview instruments, documentation, and observation. Meanwhile, the program impact evaluation used the CIPP model, which is an education program evaluation with 4 (four) approaches (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results showed that the effectiveness score or impact of the Scholarship Program for special disabilities, 3T areas and indigenous communities had a significant impact on partner institutions. Abstract

The objectives of this study include: (1) how teachers implement a differentiated learning approach in elementary schools; (2) what are the best experiences of teachers in implementing a differentiated learning approach in elementary schools; (3) what are the factors that support and hinder the implementation of differentiated learning that teachers do.The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were teachers from SDN 182/I Hutan Lindung, SDN TRIO SRIDADI, SDN 70/I Simpang Terusan, SDN 95/I Olak, and SDN 32/I Pematang Lalang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that teachers have implemented differentiated learning by mapping students’ readiness, interests, and learning styles through observation, questionnaires, and informal conversations. Lesson plans were designed with differentiation in content, process, and product. Teachers’ best practices are reflected in their flexibility and sensitivity in responding to student diversity, creating a conducive and interactive learning environment. Supporting factors include school support, availability of media, and teacher creativity, while the inhibiting factors involve lack of parental support, significant differences in student readiness, limited learning resources, and insufficient time and student profile data.

Abstract

This study aims to explore reflective practices carried out by elementary school teachers in an effort to improve the quality of learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The subjects of the study were grade III and IV teachers at SD Negeri 128 Haurpancuh who had routinely implemented reflective practices. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews and classroom observations. The results of the study showed that teachers reflected individually and collaboratively, both through teaching journals and discussions with colleagues. Reflective practices have an impact on improving learning planning, more adaptive classroom management, and increasing student engagement. Reflection also helps teachers understand students' learning needs and improve professional competence sustainably.
