Abstract

CAR, NIM, dan BOPO memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan ROA. Pengukuran kondisi suatuentitas dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk menjagakeberlangsungan operasional perusahaan dalamjangka panjang. Hal ini dikarenakan tingkatprofitabilitas yang tercermin melalui ROA dapatmemberikan gambaran mengenai potensi dan prospekmasa depan dari kinerja perbankan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruhCAR, NIM, dan BOPO terhadap ROA pada bank-bank BUMN konvensional yang tercatat di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitianini terdiri dari empat bank BUMN konvensional di Indonesia yaitu BNI, BRI, BTN, dan Bank Mandiri, dengan periode penelitian dari tahun 2015 hingga2023. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melaluidokumentasi, dan metode analisis yang digunakanadalah regresi linier berganda dengan pengujianhipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil regresimenunjukkan bahwa CAR, NIM, dan BOPO memilikipengaruh terhadap ROA, yang digambarkan melaluipersamaan Y = 0,059 + 0,003 X1 + 0,366 X2 - 0,073 X3. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,977 menunjukkan bahwa CAR, NIM, dan BOPO memengaruhi ROA sebesar 97,7%, sementarasisanya 2,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luarpenelitian ini. Pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwasecara parsial dan simultan, ketiga variabel tersebutmemberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA bank BUMN konvensional, dengan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to develop a thematic learning model based on religious moderation with a valid, practical and efficient guidebook. Thematic learning focuses more on learning by doing. Religious moderation is an idea about how to understand and practice religious teachings so that they are always on a moderate path. This research was conducted at PTKIN North Sumatra, especially at UIN North Sumatra. The methodology used is research and development (R&D).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of BPI Kemendes staff in the production of feed content on social media @bpikemendes. The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data obtained through observation and interviews with BPI Kemendes staff. The results showed that BPI Kemendesa staff implemented several strategies in the production process of making feed content on Instagram social media. The strategies carried out are in the form of agenda setting planning in content creation and utilization of artificial intelligence-based websites in content creation. This study concludes that the application of planned strategies and the utilization of technology play an important role in the creation of social media content. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi staf BPI Kemendes dalam produksi konten feed pada media sosial @bpikemendes. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan staf BPI Kemendes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Staf BPI Kemendesa menerapkan beberapa strategi dalam proses produksi pembuatan konten feed di media sosial Instagram. Strategi yang dilakukan berupa perencanaan agenda setting dalam pembuatan konten dan pemanfaatan website berbasis artificial intelligence dalam pembuatan konten. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi yang terencana dan pemanfaatan teknologi berperan penting dalam penciptaan sebuah konten media sosial.

Abstract

Junior high school students' critical thinking skills need to be possessed and trained to face the 21st century. The increasingly developing era of education is an important aspect to combat the future. However, junior high school science learning is generally still relatively low because the learning approach does not involve students enough. One learning model that is considered effective is inquiry learning. This learning model involves students and encourages them to improve their critical thinking skills. This study aims to examine the role and influence of the inquiry learning model to improve the critical thinking skills of junior high school students. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from Google Scholar. The data search keywords are inquiry learning and critical thinking skills, 20 articles were found and 10 articles will be reviewed with these criteria. The research findings show that the use of the inquiry learning model can improve the thinking skills of junior high school students in science subjects.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the utilization of Pop-Up Book media in the context of learning Natural Sciences (IPA) at the junior high school (SMP) level. The methodology employed is a systematic literature review guided by the PRISMA approach, encompassing the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion of pertinent articles. A comprehensive review of the extant literature yielded seven articles that satisfied the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. These articles were then subjected to a rigorous analysis to address two primary research questions: (1) What materials are employed as topics in Pop-Up Books for science education, and (2) What aspects of learning are demonstrably enhanced by the utilization of Pop-Up Book media in science education at the junior high school level? The analysis indicates that the Pop-Up Book is an effective tool for enhancing students' cognitive, affective, and social dimensions. From a cognitive perspective, this media assists students in comprehending abstract scientific concepts through engaging three-dimensional visual representations. Within the affective domain, the Pop-Up Book has been demonstrated to cultivate students' interest and motivation to learn, while concurrently fostering curiosity and responsibility. From a sociological perspective, this medium fosters collaboration and communication among students engaged in learning activities. The utilization of Pop-Up Books in the context of science education in junior high school has been demonstrated to enhance comprehension of scientific concepts. Furthermore, it has been observed to foster creativity, refine critical thinking abilities, and fortify the affective and social dimensions of students. This multifaceted approach positions Pop-Up Books as an effective pedagogical tool.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of teachers in helping students with dyslexia understand learning materials at MIN Donggala. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research found that teachers assume four primary roles: class manager, facilitator, demonstrator, and evaluator. As class managers, teachers address the challenge of students’ lack of focus by applying active and differentiated learning approaches. As facilitators, they overcome time limitations through private guidance and provide motivational support to build students' self-confidence. As demonstrators, teachers use audiovisual media to improve comprehension. As evaluators, they accommodate slower processing speeds by giving extra time and simplifying language in assessments. These roles highlight teachers’ adaptive strategies in promoting inclusive education and ensuring that students with dyslexia receive appropriate support throughout the learning process.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan global, pendidikan tidak hanya bertujuan mencetak individu yang cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif serta berdaya saing tinggi. Literasi menjadi bekal penting dalam membentuk masyarakat yang literat, beradab, serta mampu berkontribusi dalam pembangunan nasional dan global. Oleh karena itu, sekolah perlu menggiatkan gerakan literasi secara efektif dengan cara mengembangkan kebiasaan membaca dan pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sarana literasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat perpustakaan sebagai sarana literasi dan dampak dari pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sarana literasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Tirtayasa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Tenaga Perpustakaan dan Guru kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah telah berperan aktif sebagai sarana literasi melalui berbagai aspek seperti penyediaan bahan bacaan, layanan perpustakaan, pengelolaan koleksi dan pelaksanaan program literasi sekolah. Proses pengelolaan perpustakaan dilakukan oleh guru yang ditunjuk sebagai tenaga perpustakaan, meskipun belum memiliki latar belakang kepustakawanan. Gedung perpustakaan berada dalam kondisi baik, dilengkapi ventilasi dan AC yang mendukung kenyamanan belajar. Koleksi buku cukup beragam terdiri dari buku pelajaran dan buku nonpelajaran serta didukung dengan pojok baca di setiap kelas. Faktor pendukung dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan yaitu kebijakan Kepala Sekolah, Sarana Prasarana yang memadai, dan keterlibatan guru. Sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya tenaga perpustakaan profesional dan belum optimalnya kedisiplinan siswa dalam menggunakan perpustakaan. Pemanfaatan perpustakaan secara maksimal berdampak pada budaya literasi terhadap peningkatan minat baca, kemampuan berpikir kritis serta prestasi belajar.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigated the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of class VIII Sipakabaji students at SMP Negeri 18 Lau Maros, Maros Regency. The results of the study showed several factors causing students' learning difficulties, including lack of interest and motivation to learn, low concentration in class, lack of discipline in learning, and lack of parental support for children's learning achievements. This condition is not experienced by all students equally, but it is a challenge for teachers in creating effective learning. Cultivating students' interest in reading is also an obstacle, considering the strong influence of social media among teenagers. The strategies implemented by teachers to overcome students' learning difficulties include individual approaches, providing motivation, and tutoring. Teachers try to give special attention to each student according to their individual needs and learning difficulties. Motivation is given consistently to increase students' enthusiasm for learning and self-confidence. Tutoring is carried out both inside and outside class hours to help students understand difficult subject matter. In addition, teachers also emphasize mastery of learning materials in accordance with the syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The delivery of material is carried out systematically and interestingly so that students can more easily understand and remember the material. Teachers also try to create a conducive and enjoyable learning atmosphere to increase student participation and enthusiasm in participating in learning.

Abstract

Learning is an activity carried out by each individual with the aim of causing a change in behavior from interaction with the environment and learning resources. Digital technology has opened up new opportunities for educational transformation as an innovation and improvement in the quality of learning, especially in improving the effectiveness of learning at the Elementary School level, one of which is Augmented Reality (AR) with a learning concept that combines the real world with virtual elements in real-time. This study adopts a literature review method by collecting and analyzing "various sources such as books, research reports, journals, and articles related to the effectiveness of using AR in improving elementary school student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects". The discussion concludes that the application of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the Natural Sciences (IPA) learning process at the Elementary School (SD) level has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. An increase in the average posttest score compared to the pretest was found in almost all studies reviewed, with a significant increase, 3D visualization and AR interactivity have been proven to help students understand materials such as the respiratory system, solar system, plant parts, and others. AR creates more fun and challenging learning, encouraging students to more actively explore the material.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management process of curriculum integration between the Kemendikbud Curriculum, the Kemenag Curriculum, and the Salaf Curriculum at MTs Qudsiyyah Kudus. The main focus is on the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of curriculum management in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP). This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. The findings indicate that curriculum integration management is carried out collaboratively between the madrasah and the pesantren, although challenges persist in aligning the traditional curriculum with the demands of the national curriculum. Adaptive and synergistic management strategies are required to ensure that curriculum integration enhances the quality of education and contributes to students' character development.
