Abstract

Nawa Ririg merupakan sebuah karya seni karawitan eksperimental yang mengeksplorasi tiga jenis gamelan Bali dengan sistem empat nada, yaitu gamelan Angklung, Balaganjur, dan Jegog. Ketiga jenis gamelan ini merepresentasikan keragaman sekaligus kekayaan tradisi karawitan Bali, serta menjadi inspirasi utama dalam proses penciptaannya. Penciptaan ini berfokus pada tiga rumusan masalah utama, yaitu: (1) proses penciptaan, (2) bentuk serta teknik yang diterapkan, dan (3) nilai kebaruan sebagai penanda estetik. Ketiga aspek tersebut dianalisis menggunakan tiga landasan teori: teori kreativitas dari James Melvin Rhodes untuk kerangka eksperimen, teori struktural fungsionalisme dari Talcott Parsons untuk kerangka bentuk dan struktur, serta teori estetika dari Sedyawati untuk menelusuri nilai kebaruan, pesan dan makna yang tersirat dalam karya. Rumusan masalah ini dijawab melalui metode penciptaan seni berbasis kearifan lokal yang meliputi delapan tahapan, yaitu: gagasan, modal kreatif, pemahaman, konsep/rancangan karya, doa, proses perwujudan, ngebah (uji coba), dan penetapan karya. Pola kerja ini berakar pada tradisi lokal namun disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penciptaan yang bersifat eksperimental. Hasil dari proses penciptaan ini adalah karya seni karawitan eksperimental Nawa Ririg, yang menghadirkan susunan sembilan nada hasil dari penggabungan gamelan Angklung, Balaganjur, dan Jegog, sebuah bentuk yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Sembilan nada tersebut kemudian dipetakan menjadi sembilan kelompok ririg, setiap ririg terdiri dari tujuh nada. Konsep ini diadaptasi dari sistem patet dalam tradisi karawitan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SDN Ngablak 01. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naratif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai multikultural seperti toleransi, keadilan, dan saling menghargai telah diterapkan dalam aktivitas pembelajaran dan interaksi sosial siswa sehari-hari. Guru dan kepala sekolah berperan aktif dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang inklusif melalui strategi pembelajaran dialogis dan partisipatif. Namun, implementasi pendidikan multikultural masih menghadapi kendala, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru, minimnya integrasi dalam kurikulum, serta kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan keluarga. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan dalam aspek pelatihan guru, penyempurnaan kurikulum, dan kolaborasi yang lebih intensif antara sekolah, keluarga, dan komunitas agar pendidikan multikultural dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and truancy behavior of grade XII students at SMAS Semen Padang in the 2025/2026 academic year. The background of this study is based on the increasing truancy behavior carried out by students, which has the potential to disrupt the learning process and academic achievement. Self-control is seen as one of the important factors that can influence students' tendencies to engage in truancy behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The research sample consisted of 95 students taken from four grade XII classes proportionally. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire to measure the level of self-control and truancy behavior. Data were analyzed using normality tests, linearity tests, and Pearson Product Moment correlation tests. The results of the normality test showed that the data were normally distributed with a significance value of 0.085 (> 0.05). The results of the linearity test showed that the relationship between the two variables was linear with a significance value of deviation from linearity of 0.638 (> 0.05). The results of the correlation test showed a significant negative relationship between self-control and student truancy behavior, with a correlation coefficient of -0.416 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). This means that the higher a student's level of self-control, the lower their tendency to truancy. Based on these findings, it is concluded that self-control plays a significant role in suppressing student truancy behavior. Therefore, guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers, and school officials need to pay attention to helping students improve self-control through psychological guidance and character development programs. This study can also serve as a reference for future researchers to develop studies related to truancy behavior by considering other relevant factors.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) problem based learning model on science literacy and conceptual understanding of grade V students at SDN Mekarmukti 02. In the context of 21st century education, it is important to equip students with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong science literacy is an important benchmark, especially considering Indonesia's low ranking in the 2018 PISA results. This study uses a quantitative method with a nonequivalent control group experimental design. The research participants were grade V students of SDN Mekarmukti 02. Data were collected through questionnaires before and after the implementation of PBL. Data analysis shows that PBL has a significant influence on improving students' science literacy and understanding of concepts. PBL helps students relate learning to real-life experiences and improve critical thinking skills. This study recommends further development and training for teachers to optimize the implementation of PBL in the classroom.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi dewasa ini berjalan sangat cepat, menciptakan kemajuan sekaligus tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat dunia atau global citizen. Hal yang menjadi fokus dalam konteks ini adalah tantangan yang muncul dari globalisasi itu sendiri. Aliran globalisasi yang berlangsung bisa mempengaruhi nilai-nilai karakter manusia. Salah satu nilai karakter yang mulai pudar ditengah masyarakat, terutama dikalangan pelajar Indonesia adalah karakter gotong royong. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal ditemukan bahwa karakter gotong royong dalam diri siswa sangat rendah. Hal ini dilihat dari menurunnya tingkat kepekaan siswa dalam membantu teman sebayanya yang mengalami kesulitan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terintegrasi social emotional learning terhadap pembentukan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri 1 Setanggor Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Teknik sampling yang digunakan, yaitu sampling jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu lembar observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 14,10. Apabila thitung dikonsultasikan pada ttabel dk = 29 – 1 = 28 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,04. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (14,01 > 2,04). Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, yaitu H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terintegrasi social emotional learning terhadap pembentukan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri 1 Setanggor Selatan. Abstract

This study was motivated by the author's observations, which showed that teachers' work commitment at public junior high schools in the Nanggalo subdistrict was still less than optimal. One of the contributing factors was the instructional leadership of the school principals. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the instructional leadership of school principals and teacher commitment at public junior high schools in Nanggalo District. The method used is quantitative with a correlational research design. The population of this study consists of teachers at public junior high schools in Nanggalo District, totaling 149 individuals. The research sample was taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique with the Chocran formula, resulting in a sample size of 64 people. Data collection used a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used Pearson's correlation analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 For Windows program. The results of the study show that: 1) The work commitment of teachers at public junior high schools in the Nanggalo subdistrict has been implemented very well, with an average score of 4.79. 2) The instructional leadership of principals at public junior high schools in the Nanggalo subdistrict has been implemented very well, with an average score of 4.76. 3) There is a significant relationship between the instructional leadership of the principal and teacher work commitment, with a correlation coefficient of 0.564 and a correlation significance test showing 5.377 > 1.670 at a significance level of 5% or a confidence level of 95%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the instructional leadership of the principal and teacher work commitment at SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Nanggalo.

Abstract

This study examines students’ creative thinking skills in the IPAS subject using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in Grade V. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the PjBL model on creative thinking skills compared to conventional learning models. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the non-equivalent control group type. The population consisted of all Grade V students at SDN Maja Selatan VI, with a sample of 39 students, comprising 20 students in the experimental class and 19 students in the control class. The normality test results showed significance values of 0.074 > 0.05 for the experimental class and 0.118 > 0.05 for the control class, indicating that the data were normally distributed. The homogeneity test using Levene’s Test produced a significance value of 0.357 > 0.05, indicating that both groups were homogeneous. The t-test results revealed that the calculated t-value exceeded the critical t-value and the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in creative thinking skills between the experimental and control classes. Therefore, the application of the PjBL model has a significant effect on improving students’ creative thinking skills in the IPAS subject.

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the effectiveness of using a series of pictures in teaching third-grade students at Winongo State Elementary School in writing simple essays. This study employed a quantitative methodology employing a quasi-experimental design. Data collection was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to evaluate simple essay writing skills before and after the intervention. The study sample consisted of two classes, III A and III B, at Winongo State Elementary School, which were allocated into an experimental group (undergoing treatment) and a control group (engaged in conventional learning). Prerequisite analysis included normality and homogeneity tests, while hypothesis analysis used an independent sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference in students' basic essay writing skills between the experimental and control groups, indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This suggests that the use of a series of pictures is beneficial in teaching simple essay writing skills to third-grade students. Therefore, the use of a series of pictures can be an efficient alternative medium for learning Indonesian, especially in writing simple compositions.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi spasial, laju perubahan luas, serta dampak ekonomi dari perkebunan kelapa sawit terhadap masyarakat di Nagari Lubuk Tarok, Kecamatan Lubuk Tarok, Kabupaten Sijunjung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan spasial menggunakan citra satelit tahun 2012, 2017, dan 2022 yang diolah melalui perangkat lunak SAS Planet. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan petani kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi spasial lahan sawit mengalami peningkatan signifikan, dengan luas lahan berkembang dari 1.134,9 hektare pada tahun 2012 menjadi 2.910,8 hektare pada tahun 2022. Laju perubahan tertinggi terjadi pada periode 2017–2022 dengan rata-rata pertambahan 193,1 hektare per tahun. Dampak ekonomi yang ditimbulkan juga sangat positif, terlihat dari Tingkat Capaian Responden (TCR) pada aspek pendapatan petani sebesar 78,9% dan persepsi ekonomi keluarga sebesar 80%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perkebunan kelapa sawit mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun demikian, ketergantungan terhadap komoditas tunggal ini memerlukan strategi diversifikasi ekonomi untuk menjaga stabilitas jangka panjang.. .

Abstract

Vocational education plays a strategic role in preparing a competent workforce in an ever-evolving industrial era. However, challenges such as rapid technological advancements, gaps between curricula and industry needs, and educator readiness remain major obstacles. This study aims to analyze and evaluate various theories and practices of Change Management to provide solutions for vocational education. The research method used is a literature review focusing on the ADKAR Model, which includes awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of change. The findings indicate that effective implementation of Change Management can enhance graduates' readiness for the workforce, whether as employees, entrepreneurs, or students pursuing higher education. Key strategies that need to be implemented include industry collaboration, continuous training for educators, modernization of learning facilities, and increased motivation and engagement among students.
