Abstract

Culture-based classroom management is a strategic approach that emphasizes order, discipline, and character building for students through the internalization of local culture. Culture-based classroom management aligns closely with the principles and direction of the Independent Curriculum, which emphasizes education that shapes students' character according to the local context and strengthens the Pancasila Student Profile. At SMAN 3 Sijunjung, particularly in grade XI F2 Phase F, teachers not only act as educators but also integrate local cultural values into student management efforts.This study aims to analyze and describe how this classroom management is implemented at SMAN 3 Sijunjung, specifically in Sociology lessons in grade XI F2 Phase F. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, relying on in-depth interviews and field observations as data collection techniques. The study subjects included Sociology teachers and grade XI F2 Phase F students at SMAN 3 Sijunjung. The study shows that culture-based classroom management at SMAN 3 Sijunjung is implemented comprehensively through various aspects.Research results indicate that success is evident in various components, including high levels of student discipline, active participation in learning activities, their ability to solve problems independently, and the formation of harmonious and supportive relationships between teachers and students. This approach demonstrates that teachers play a role beyond simply imparting knowledge, but also as role models who instill moral values through daily behavior and as facilitators who mobilize students' potential. Students no longer view school as a rigid, rule-based place, but rather as an environment that supports and appreciates their existence. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran dengan modifikasipermainan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan teknik pukulan lurus dalam pencak silat padasiswa kelas VII SMP IT Bina Insani Karawang – Cikampek. Latar belakang penelitian iniadalah rendahnya antusiasme dan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran pencak silat,khususnya pada teknik pukulan lurus. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diterapkan pendekatanpembelajaran yang inovatif dan menyenangkan melalui modifikasi permainan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas VII yang dipilih melalui teknikpurposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes keterampilan pukulan lurus yangdilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Perlakuan berupa enam kali pertemuanpembelajaran menggunakan berbagai permainan yang dimodifikasi agar siswa lebih aktifdan terlibat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil tes posttestdibandingkan pretest. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan modifikasipermainan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pukulan lurus siswa.Dengan demikian, pembelajaran pencak silat melalui pendekatan modifikasi permainandapat menjadi salah satu strategi efektif dalam pendidikan jasmani yang tidak hanyameningkatkan keterampilan fisik, tetapi juga membangun motivasi dan semangat belajarsiswa.

Abstract

The Rejang Renteng Dance is a sacred dance performed by married women and is prohibited for children or unmarried women. Rejang Renteng is performed during the Piodalan ceremony at Pura Padmasana, Labonu Village, symbolizing a dance to guide the deities descending to Earth. This research aims to explain the presentation form of the Rejang Renteng Dance and the changes that have occurred in its presentation, which in turn influence the perfection of the Piodalan ceremony at Pura Padmasana, Labonu Village. This is particularly relevant because the Rejang Renteng Dance at Pura Padmasana Labonu Village shows slight variations in its textual aspects. The research employs a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and direct documentation of the dance presentation through videos, photographs, and recordings. The results indicate that the presentation form of the Rejang Renteng Dance at the Piodalan in Pura Padmasana, Labonu Village, can be observed through several aspects: the dance movements consist of three types of movements; the floor patterns consist of two types of patterns; the dancer’s makeup is simple, wearing white kebaya blouses and yellow kamen (traditional clothes). The property used is a yellow sash, and the accompanying music is Gong Kebyar. The number of dancers totals 14. The performance venue is located in the Jaba Mandala area of the temple.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila values through the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subject in developing a socially conscious character in grade VII.A students at SMP Negeri 3 Solok Selatan. The study used a descriptive qualitative method, with a PPKn teacher and 28 students as subjects. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results indicate that the implementation of Pancasila values is carried out through the integration of learning materials, active methods such as discussions and case studies, habituation of attitudes outside the classroom, and teacher role models. The impact is seen in increased student participation in social activities, concern for peers, and responsibility for protecting the environment. Challenges encountered include differences in student backgrounds, limited time, and lack of parental support. Keywords: Nilai Pancasila, PPKn, Karakter Peduli Sosial

Abstract

The main problem of this research is to determine the effectiveness of differentiated learning on Indonesian language learning outcomes for third-grade students at SDN 1 Pakalu I. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of differentiated learning on Indonesian language learning outcomes for third-grade students at SDN 1 Pakalu I in classes that use differentiated learning and those that do not, as well as to determine whether there are differences in Indonesian language learning outcomes among third-grade students at SDN 1 Pakalu I. This study uses a quasi-experimental research method. The population of this study consists of all third-grade students at SDN 1 Pakalu I. The sampling technique used is total sampling or saturated sampling. The instrument used is a test instrument in the form of multiple-choice questions to measure student learning outcomes with a Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design. Based on the research findings, the Indonesian language learning outcomes of students in the experimental class that used differentiated learning showed 94% in the category of mastery learning and 6% in the category of not mastering. The level of Indonesian language learning outcomes in the control class that did not use differentiated learning showed 50% mastery learning and 50% not mastering. The hypothesis test results obtained a sig (2-tailed) of 0.000, meaning H0 is rejected (0.000 < 0.05). H1 is accepted because sig (tailed) > α or (0.166 > 0.05). In the T-test analysis, sig > t-table or (4.742 > 2.036). The hypothesis testing concludes that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between students in the experimental class using the differentiated learning approach and the control class using conventional learning models in Indonesian language learning at SDN 1 Pakalu I.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Impact of Forest Land Conversion into Agricultural Land on the Socio-Economics of the Community in Mapat Tunggul Selatan District, Pasaman Regency. The type of research used is a mix method combining two research methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. This research was conducted in Mapat Tunggul Selatan District, Pasaman Regency. Research informants used Random Sampling, with Mapat Tunggul Selatan Dalam Community leaders as key informants. Data collection and analysis were carried out using NVivo software version 15 and the Rikter Scale. The research results show: 1) The impact of forest land conversion to citronella plantations on community social life is influenced by social changes, where people have begun to abandon shifting cultivation practices, regular, routine, and seasonal work patterns, close, and harmonious relationships between residents, disrupted community access due to land conversion that causes landslides and floods, and the influx of residents. 2) The impact of forest land conversion to citronella plantations on the community's economy is influenced by changes in income, adequate livelihoods, ample market access, feasible job opportunities, and improved economic conditions. 3) The spatial distribution of land converted from forest to citronella cultivation in Mapat Tunggul Selatan District generally covers farmer-owned land with an area varying between 0.5 and 5 hectares, with the majority of farmers cultivating 1.5-2 hectares for citronella. This land management is carried out individually and includes land clearing processes such as clearing and clearing before planting. Abstract

This research is motivated by media because learning is a crucial factor in improving the quality of learning. This is due to technological developments in education, which demand efficiency and effectiveness in learning. To achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness, one effort that needs to be made is to reduce, or even eliminate, the dominance of verbal-based lesson delivery systems by utilizing learning media. The purpose of this research is to describe the use of e-learning for students in the History Education Study Program at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. It aims to reveal the circumstances and facts of events that occurred during the research. The results of this study with several students in the History Education Study Program at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat show that most students stated that e-learning was very helpful in accessing materials and submitting assignments. However, some complained about difficulty accessing the system due to technical issues. Some students also felt they did not understand the material optimally because they were not used to studying independently through digital media. This shows that although e-learning offers various conveniences, there are still challenges that must be overcome for its use to be truly effective in supporting the learning process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan modul pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai variabel independen terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa kelas X SMAN 10 Pandeglang pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi-eksperimen. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas XI, sedangkan sampel dipilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling, sehingga diperoleh 72 siswa yang dibagi secara merata ke dalam kelas eksperimen X-5 dan kelas kontrol X-3. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam empat kali pertemuan yang meliputi pre-test, perlakuan, dan post-test. Pada kelas eksperimen, skor pre-test minimum adalah 35 dan maksimum 85 dengan rata-rata 56,11 serta standar deviasi 12,768. Setelah perlakuan, skor post-test berkisar antara 65 hingga 100 dengan rata-rata 81,53 dan standar deviasi 9,915. Pada kelas kontrol, skor pre-test berkisar antara 35 hingga 70 dengan rata-rata 52,36 serta standar deviasi 7,791, sedangkan skor post-test berkisar antara 65 hingga 100 dengan rata-rata 79,97 dan standar deviasi 8,027. Sebelum pengujian hipotesis, dilakukan uji prasyarat berupa uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan modul pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa dalam teks deskriptif. Oleh karena itu, alat pembelajaran ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan sebagai strategi alternatif dalam pembelajaran menulis, karena dapat meningkatkan aspek isi, organisasi, kosakata, tata bahasa, dan mekanik siswa secara terstruktur.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the suboptimal use of digital media in producingvaried and engaging learning materials for elementary school learning. The aim ofthe study was to develop a digital PowerPoint medium based on Problem-BasedLearning (PBL) utilizing the action feature for Grade V Science, Environment, andSocial Studies (IPAS) learning that is valid, practical, and effective. The methodused was research and development (R&amp;D) with the ADDIE model, which includesthe stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Datacollected consisted of qualitative data from interviews, observations, and expertvalidation, as well as quantitative data from validation results, teacher and studentresponse questionnaires, and effectiveness tests. The trials were conducted atSDN 11 Indarung, with research subjects from SD Semen Padang and SDN 20Indarung. Validation results for content, language, and media increased from75.22% in the first validation to 94.87% in the second validation (highly valid).Practicality reached 96.42% (teachers) and 98.80% (students) in the trial school,and 94.63% (teachers) and 93.21% (students) in the research schools.Effectiveness, based on the N-Gain test, showed results of 78.04% in the trialschool and 77.77%–79.08% in the research schools. Therefore, the PBL-basedPowerPoint medium was declared valid, practical, and effective for use in Grade VIPAS learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limitations of media and monotonous learning methods in the applied learning process, especially in science learning. The purpose of this research is to develop pop up book learning media in science learning on the topic "Plants as Sources of Life on Earth" for grade IV of SDN 02 Ngadiwarno. The development of this pop up media uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This media is designed to improve understanding through a visual- kinesthetic approach, strengthen memory with dual coding techniques, and foster student motivation and learning independence. The validity of the media was tested by media experts and material experts, with the results of media expert I obtaining a percentage of 100% with the category "Very Valid", media expert II obtaining a percentage of 95.5% with the category "Very Valid", material expert I obtaining a percentage of 100% with the category "Very Valid", and material expert II obtaining a percentage of 94.2% with the category "Very Valid". Then, the teacher response assessment obtained a percentage of 95.5% with the category "Appropriate" and the student response assessment obtained a percentage of 94.5% with the category "Appropriate". So the development of pop-up book learning media in the science learning material "Plants as Sources of Life on Earth" meets the criteria and is suitable for use in the learning process in class IV SDN 02 Ngadiwarno.
