Abstract

The main problem raised in this study is how to use artificial intelligence (AI) in Indonesian learning by teachers at MTs Negeri 1 Jeneponto?. The purpose of this research is to describe the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in Indonesian learning by teachers at MTs Negeri 1 Jeneponto. The type of research used is qualitative research designed using qualitative descriptive methods. This qualitative descriptive method is used to describe a phenomenon about the use of AI in Indonesian language learning with data collection techniques, namely direct interviews, direct observations, and documentation. The data that has been collected is analyzed with steps, namely reducing the data that has been collected, then drawing conclusions and interpretation, and triangulating to ensure that the data that has been analyzed and interpreted is in accordance with the needs of the research. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of AI has been actively implemented by teachers, especially through platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, and Google Classroom. Teachers use AI in various aspects of learning, ranging from the preparation of teaching modules, the creation of evaluation questions, to digital classroom management. This utilization has been proven to provide significant benefits, such as efficiency of working time, increased teacher creativity, ease of access to learning resources, and increased student participation and interest in learning. The students' response to the use of AI was also quite positive, as seen from their enthusiasm during the learning process.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of discipline as a key pillar inshaping students’ character from an early age. At SDN 120/II Pulau Jelmu, studentdiscipline is a major focus, particularly in attendance, compliance with schoolrules, and responsibility in completing assignments. An effective studentmanagement system is viewed as a strategic solution to enhance discipline.Thestudy aims to describe how the implementation of a student management systemcan improve discipline at SDN 120/II Pulau Jelmu. Using a qualitative descriptiveapproach, data were collected through observation, interviews, anddocumentation. Research subjects included 17 students, class teachers, andseveral parents. Findings show that the student management system effectivelyimproves discipline in line with its planned implementation. Teacher and staffinvolvement plays a significant role in fostering discipline, supported by highattendance rates: 98.82% (84 out of 85 school days), with 94.12% (16 of 17students) present for all five days each week, and only 5.88% (1 of 17 students)absent without explanation. These results indicate excellent attendance and reflectstrong discipline in school presence.Overall, the system functions well and meetsits objectives. The study concludes that a well-planned student managementsystem, involving teachers, parents, and staff, can significantly improve discipline.Consistent school support and strong communication between school and homeare crucial for sustaining these results.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning difficulties experienced by students insolving and describe the factors causing students learning difficulties in solvingstory problems on division material in grade IV of Ngabean State ElementarySchool. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive type by describing theresults of research in grade 4 with a total of 5 students as subjects. Data collectiontechniques and instruments were observation, interviews, documentation, anddata recording cards. Data analysis techniques used were data collection, datareduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the initialstudy showed that students: (1) had difficulty understanding the concept, studentswere able to understand the concept of division, this occurred in AA, SA, and MAI(2) difficulty applying the principle, students were unable to use the arithmeticoperation of division to apply it to nested division, which occurred in AA and MAIand (3) difficulty solving verbal problems, students were unable to solve the storyproblems using the steps that occurred in AA, MAI, NW, SA, and SS. Based onthe results of this analysis, it was concluded that students experienced learningdifficulties. Second, these learning difficulties are caused by two main factors,namely: (1) internal factors, such as interest and motivation to learn, talent,attitudes towards learning, lack of teacher understanding of learning methods, and(2) external factors, such as family environment, school environment, peers, theinfluence of mass media, and learning tools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Current Ratio and Return on Assets on Earnings Management. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study consists of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021–2024. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling, resulting in 108 units of data. Multiple linear regression analysis, using IBM SPSS 25, was employed to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that the Current Ratio has a positive and significant impact on earnings management, and the Return on Assets also has a positive and significant effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of understanding of class IV Elementary School X city of Bandung with the uses of basic features and supporters in the Microsoft Word and learning is still not optimal enough. This condition occurs according to researchers because there is no interactive multimedia use. Researchers aim to develop interactive multimedia LIDAMWORD to improve students’ understanding of Information and Communication Engineering (ICT) learning and make learning that attract students’ interest. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research instrument used is observations, interviews, study documents, and tests. Validation outcomes of LIDAMWORD receive a value of 97.3% of the media expert, 95% of the materially, and 86% of linguist. So that these multimedias fall into the category that is very suitable for use by students. The results showed that the increase in digital literacy, with an average pre-test value of 46.6 and post-test 81.1. N-gain test shows a result of 0.63, which is currently classified, indicates that LIDAMWORD is effective in improving digital literacy, especially in Microsoft Word material.

Abstract

An in-depth investigation of a study aimed at comprehensively examining the influence of the inquiry learning model on the learning motivation and learning outcomes of tenth-grade students in MA Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Given that student learning motivation and learning outcomes often need improvement, this study examines inquiry as a learning catalyst. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, involving the measurement of numerical data to analyze the relationship between variables. The population of this study included all tenth-grade students in MA Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung, with the sample being determined using purposive or cluster random sampling to ensure relevant representation. Quantitative data were collected through test instruments to measure learning outcomes (learning outcomes) and questionnaires to measure student learning motivation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical tests, such as the t-test, to compare the group implementing the inquiry model with the control group and to identify the significance of its influence. Previous research has shown that the inquiry model, both guided and media-based, can improve student motivation and learning outcomes in various subjects and educational levels. This study is expected to provide the latest empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the inquiry model in increasing motivation and learning achievement of Islamic jurisprudence at the Madrasah Aliyah level, especially at MA Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung, as well as offering practical implications for the development of more interactive and participatory learning strategies in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the cases of bad attitude students. they are talkedwith the harsh words to the friends. Like used bad words, and oppose theteachers. The study used qualitative research methods. The population in thisresearch is 69 of students. The sampling technique is total sampling. Theinstrument used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study ispercentage and simple linear regression. The results of this research is: 1). socialinteraction of students in the XI class at SMA Negeri 1 Luhak Nan Duo KabupatenPasaman Barat is in the high category,2). Moral behavior of students in the XIclass at SMA Negeri 1Luhak Nan Duo Kabupaten Pasaman Barat is in the highenough. There are influence social interaction of friends to moral behavior ofstudents in the XI class at SMA Negeri 1 Luhak Nan Duo Kabupaten PasamanBarat is very low coefficients with the value is 0,185. Based on the results of thisstudy is recommended for the students to improve the aspects of social interactionwith friends, such as actively participate in school activities, like extra moreactivities at the school, and participate in group discussion at the class, andparticipate for events at the school.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the low learning outcomes of students,lack of interest in learning, and the continued use of conventional methods inmathematics learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the RealisticMathematic Education (RME) model to improve the learning outcomes of fourthgrade students of SD IT Riyadhul Habibi in mathematics lessons on flat shapes.The research method used in this study is True Experimental Design using thePretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach. The subjects in this studyconsisted of two classes, namely the experimental class using the RME model andthe control class using direct learning. Each class consisted of 18 people. Theresults of data analysis showed that the average post-test score in theexperimental class was 80.06 while in the control class it was 70.5. There was anincrease of 19.5 or 31.9% in the experimental class from pretest to posttest. Whilein the control class it only increased by 8.8 or 14.3%. Hypothesis testing using thet-test showed a t-value of 2.424 with a p-value of 0.021 ¸ 0.05. So it can beconcluded that there is a significant difference between student learning outcomesin the experimental class using the RME model and the control class using directlearning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect and differences before and after applying the discovery learning model on student learning outcomes in IPAS (Integrated Science) for fourth-grade elementary school students. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. The population consisted of 49 students divided into two classes, namely 24 students of grade IV SD 3 Papringan as the experimental class and 25 students of grade IV SD 2 Papringan as the control class. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The test instruments were examined for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power, resulting in 20 valid items used in the pretest and posttest. Data analysis included normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test, and paired sample t-test. The results of the independent sample t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) = 0.030 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of the discovery learning model compared to conventional learning. Meanwhile, the paired sample t-test produced a significance value (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, confirming a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after the implementation of discovery learning. These findings suggest that discovery learning is effective in enhancing both academic achievement and active participation in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan permasalahan rendahnya keterampilankerjasama dan karakter kayuh baimbai peserta didik pada muatan IPAS.Penyebabnya meliputi rendahnya kerjasama, redahnya karakter kayuh baimbai,pembelajaran satu arah, dan kurang maksimal penggunaan teknologi. Upayamengatasi masalah ini, penelitian menerapkan model Project Based Learning(PjBL), Course Review Horay (CRH), dan Snowball Throwing terintegrasi STEAMpada muatan IPAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dankuantitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam2 siklus dengan 19 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitasguru dan peserta didik, serta angket hasil belajar individu. Analisis data dilakukansecara deskriptif dengan tabel dan interpretasi indikator keberhasilan. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru meningkat ke kategori &quot;Baik&quot;,aktivitas peserta didik meningkat dari 81% (Aktif) pada siklus 1 menjadi 100%(Sangat Aktif) pada siklus 2. Keterampilan kerjasama meningkat dari 62% (CukupTerampil) menjadi 95% (Sangat Terampil), dan Hasil belajar kognitif, afektif, danpsikomotorik juga menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil daripenelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL),Course Review Horay (CRH), dan Snowball Throwing terintegrasi STEAM padamuatan IPAS kelas V dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama dan karakterkayuh baimbai peserta didik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan modeltersebut sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan aspek-aspek tersebut dalampembelajaran.
