Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Gondang, Kecamatan Karangreja, merupakan salah satu Desa penghasil kopi arabika dan robusta bermutu tinggi di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Produk kopi selama ini belum optimal dikembangkan untuk mencapai produk premium, karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan teknologi proses. Kopi premium mempunyai nilai jual tinggi pada pasar nasional maupun internasional, baik dalam bentuk green bean, roast bean dan serbuk. Kopi yang dihasilkan di Desa ini bercirikan butir yang besar, bersih dan merata, berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi produk kopi premium. Penerapan teknologi tepat guna (TTG) proses pengolahan kopi premium, dengan melakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan penggunaan TTG, studi banding dan mengundang narasumber pengolah kopi dari UKM yang sudah maju. Mesin pengolah kopi premium yang dibantu kepada kelompok terdiri dari: (1) TTG mesin roaster kapasitas 20 kg/proses, dengan monitoring Internet of Thing (IoT) berbasis android; (2) TTG mesin sachet otomatis dengan variasi berat (30-250 gr); (3) TTG Sealing Continues untuk paking kopi ukuran diatas 500 gr; dan (4) Dry House dilengkapi panel solar sel, untuk stabilisasi suhu dan kelembaban. Selain itu dalam rangka penerapan mesin produksi otomatis, untuk layanan dan monitoring perkembangan kelompok telah dikembangkan Website modern untuk meningkatkan branding produk yang terintegrasi layanan penjualan online. Hasil pemberdayaan kelompok tani ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 11 orang anggota kelompok yang dilatih khusus pengolahan kopi premium, setelah dilakukan post test, diketahui 8 orang (73%) hasil sangat baik, 2 orang (18%) baik, dan 1 orang (9%) cukup. Hasil penerapan TTG menunjukkan 11 orang anggota kelompok Tani Bawono Lestari mampu meningkatkan variasi produk kopi arabika dan robusta masing-masing 3 jenis rasa khas yang diproses untuk dipasarkan pada premium market. Dampak penerapan proses pengolahan kopi premium meningkatkan nilai ekonomis produk sebesar 57%, harga produk kopi roastbean arabika meningkat dari rata-rata per kilogram Rp. 175.000/kg meningkat menjadi Rp. 235.500-250.000/kg, kopi robusta dari Rp. 75.000/kg menjadi Rp 117.000-120.000/kg, peningatan kapasitas produksi kopi olahan sebesar 73%, dari 175 kg/hari menjadi 306,25/hari.Abstract: Gondang Village, Karangreja District, is one of the villages producing high-quality Arabica and Robusta coffee in Purbalingga Regency. Due to limited knowledge and process technology, coffee products have not been developed optimally to achieve premium quality Regency. Premium coffee has a high selling value in national and international markets, both in the form of green beans, roasted beans, and powder. The coffee produced in this village is characterized by large, clean, and even grain, which has the potential to be developed into premium coffee products. application of appropriate technology for premium coffee processing by conducting counseling, training on the use of appropriate technology, comparative studies, and inviting resource persons from advanced SMEs. The premium coffee processing machines assisted by the group consist of: (1) an appropriate technology roaster machine with a capacity of 20 kg/process, with Android-based Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring; (2) appropriate technology automatic sachet machines with weight variations (30–250 gr); (3) appropriate technology sealing machines for packing coffee sizes above 500 gr; and (4) a dry house equipped with solar cell panels to stabilize temperature and humidity. In addition, in the context of implementing automatic production machines for service and monitoring group developments, a modern website has been developed to improve product branding that is integrated with online sales services. The results of the empowerment of this farmer group showed that out of 11 group members who were specifically trained in premium coffee processing, after the post-test, it was found that 8 people (73%) had very good results, 2 people (18%) had good results, and 1 person (9%) had enough. The results of the application of appropriate technology showed that 11 members of the Bawono Lestari Farmer Group were able to increase the variety of Arabica and Robusta coffee products, each of which had three distinctive flavors and was processed to be marketed at the premium market. The impact of using the premium coffee processing process raises the economic value of the product by 57%, raising the price of Arabica roast bean coffee products from an average of Rp. 175,000 per kilogram to Rp. 235,500 to 250,000 per kilogram and raising the price of robusta coffee from Rp. 75,000 per kilogram to IDR 117,000-120,000 per kilogram, resulting in a 73% increase in processed coffee production capacity from 175 kg per day to 306.25 kg per day.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tambakbulusan merupakan desa di kawasan pesisir utara Jawa Tengah. Desa ini cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan, antara lain mangrove, keberagaman produk UMKM, dan Pantai Glagah Wangi yang menjadi tujuan wisata. Untuk itu, Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Diponegoro melalui kegiatan Program Peningkatan Kapasitas Organisasi Mahasiswa (PPK Ormawa)-nya bertujuan membentuk Sekolah Perempuan lengkap dengan kurikulumnya untuk meningkatkan softskill kelompok kader perempuan dan melakukan pemberdayaan UMKM di Desa Tambakbulusan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama 5 bulan ini telah berhasil membentuk kelompok baru Kader Perempuan dengan 20 orang anggota. Kelompok tersebut telah meningkat 60-70% pengetahuannya dan terampil dalam pembuatan batik. Pemberdayaan UMKM dilakukan dengan perbaikan kemasan dan pemasaran pada kader mitra dan telah berhasil menyelenggarakan Festival UMKM Desa Tambakbulusan Kabupaten Demak. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, selain pengetahuan dan penjualan UMKM meningkat 90%, Kader Perempuan yang telah terbentuk telah membuat beberapa desain batik mangrove khas Desa Tambakbulusan yang akan menjadi daya tarik wisatawan bahari yang berkunjung.Abstract: Tambakbulusan is located on the north coast of Central Java. This village has the potential to be developed, including mangroves, a variety of MSME products, and Glagah Wangi Beach which is a tourist destination. For this reason, the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University through its Student Organization Capacity Building Program activities aims to form a Women’s School with its curriculum to improve the soft skills of women groups and empower MSMEs in Tambakbulusan Village. The activities carried out for 5 months have succeeded in forming a new group of female group with 20 members. The group has increased 60-70% in knowledge and skills in producing batik and understanding the batik wastewater treatment installation system. MSME empowerment is carried out by improving packaging and marketing and has successfully held the Tambakbulusan Village MSMEs Festival, Demak Regency. Through these activities, in addition to knowledge and saled of MSMEs increasing by 90%, the Women Group have succeeded in making several mangrove batik designs typical of Tambakbulusan Village which will become an attraction for visiting marine tourists.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bencana non alam COVID-19 di Indonesia menimbulkan peningkatan jumlah korban jiwa, harta benda, meluasnya wilayah bencana dan berimplikasi aspek sosial ekonomi. Pemerintah melakukan berbagai upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19. Respon pencegahan pandemi menuntut masyarakat mengubah kebiasaan hidup dan menerapkan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19. Konsep Health Belief Model (HBM), kepatuhan perilaku pencegahan ditentukan oleh kepercayaan dan keyakinan individu terhadap ancaman kesehatan. Penduduk dewasa muda dengan aktifitas dan mobilitas tinggi, berisiko tertular dan menularkan COVID-19. Kegiatan bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat dewasa muda tentang perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 berbasis health belief model. Metode pelaksanaan diawali kegiatan apersepsi kelompok dewasa muda melalui wawancara, diskusi atau tanya jawab terkait Covid 19. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bersama dua orang bidan Puskesmas Pembantu (Pustu) Kampung Asean Huntap Tondo.  Kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik dengan adanya 93% kelompok dewasa muda dapat memahami edukasi yang diberikan. Hal ini terlihat dalam proses tanya jawab serta pernyataan tentang keinginan peserta menerapkan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 sebagai bagian upaya pencegahan penyebaran penyakit. Abstract:  COVID-19 non-natural disaster in Indonesia has caused an increase the number of casualties, property, expansion areas and has implications socioeconomic. Government has made various efforts to prevent and control COVID-19. The pandemic prevention response requires people change their living habits and implement COVID-19 prevention behaviors. Concept of Health Belief Model (HBM), adherence to preventive behaviors determined by individual's trust and confidence in health threats. Young adult residents with high activity and mobility, at risk of contracting and transmitting COVID-19. The aims to increase knowledge and understanding of young adult community about COVID-19 prevention behaviors based on health belief model. Implementation method begins with apperception activities through interviews, discussions related to Covid 19. This activity was carried out with two midwives of the Auxiliary Community Health Center (Pustu) of Huntap Tondo Asean Village. Activity was carried out well with 93% able to understand education provided. This can be seen in discussions process and the participant statements to implement COVID-19 prevention behaviors.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kerjasama antara Perguruan Tinggi dan Dunia Industri yang dipilih menjadi mitra Koperasi BMT Trans Mekar Sari. Sistem pertanian yang diterapkan dengan sistem tumpang gilir. Anggota koperasi tersebut dibentuk wirausaha koperasi yang dicetak sebagai inisiasi dari petani anggota sebanyak 50 orang. Produk yang dikembangkan oleh wirausaha koperasi yaitu sirup herbal rambut jagung yang menjadi usaha ekonomi kreatif dengan mengutamakan ide dan pengetahuan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu anggota koperasi yang dibentuk dalam wirausaha koperasi dalam mengatasi permasalahan limbah pertanian yaitu limbah tanaman jagung berupa rambut jagung menjadi minuman fungsional sirup herbal rambut jagung antioksidan. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui dua kegiatan. Tahap pertama pelatihan dan demo produksi yaitu pengolahan rambut jagung menjadi sirup dan pelatihan syarat dalam pembuatan PIRT sedangkan yang kedua strategi perizinan produk sirup herbal rambut jagung untuk PIRT. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya kegiatan tersebut memberikan keterampilan baru bagi UMKM Pempek Eka. Hal ini terlihat pada evaluasi pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan pelatihan yakni sebesar 25%, dan 85% setelah dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan juga terlihat dari meningkatnya produksi sirup herbal rambut jagung sebesar 110% dari sebelum dilakukan pelatihan mengenai pelatihan dan demo produk serta perizinan produk. Keberlangsungan wirausaha koperasi diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu nilai tambah dan pandapatan bagi koperasi. Abstract: Collaboration between Universities and the Industrial World which was chosen to be a partner of the BMT Trans Mekar Sari Cooperative. The farming system is implemented with a rotational overlapping system. Members of the cooperative formed cooperative entrepreneurs who were printed as an initiation from 50 member farmers. The product developed by the cooperative entrepreneur is corn silk herbal syrup which is a creative economic venture by prioritizing ideas and knowledge. This activity aims to help cooperative members formed in cooperative entrepreneurship in overcoming the problem of agricultural waste, namely corn crop waste in the form of corn hair into a functional drink of antioxidant corn hair herbal syrup. The stages of community service activities are carried out through two activities. The first stage was training and production demonstrations, namely processing corn silk into syrup and training on the requirements for making PIRT, while the second was the strategy for licensing corn silk herbal syrup products for PIRT. The results of the activity show that this activity provides new skills for UMKM Pempek Eka. This can be seen in the evaluation of knowledge before training, which is 25%, and 85% after training and mentoring. Apart from that, the results of the activities were also seen from the increase in production of corn silk herbal syrup by 110% from before the training on training and product demonstrations as well as product licensing. The sustainability of cooperative entrepreneurship is expected to become one of the added values and income for cooperatives.

Abstract

Abstrak: Cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Sulawesi Barat sudah mencapai target renstra 2017 Kementerian Kesehatan yakni sebesar 48,36%. Namun jika dilihat cakupan ASI Eksklusif di kabupaten Mamuju Sulawesi Barat masih rendah yakni 29,55%. Dukungan dari suami sangat penting dalam mendukung keputusan ibu untuk memulai, melanjutkan atau berhenti menyusui setelah melahirkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan dukungan suami terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif melalui penggunaan buku Manarang. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini adalah para suami yang 52 orang yang berasal dari dua desa di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bambu. Metode yang digunakan penyuluhan dengan menggunakan buku Manarang. Evaluasi dilakukan dalam bentuk pemberian pre-post-test dan monitoring evaluasi dukungan suami. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan para peserta tentang manfaat ASI Eksklusif sebesar 85,45% dukungan suami sebesar 88,3%. Abstract: Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in West Sulawesi has reached the Ministry of Health's 2017 strategic plan target of 48.36%. However, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Mamuju district, West Sulawesi, is still low at 29.55%. Support from the husband is very important in supporting the mother's decision to start, continue or stop breastfeeding after giving birth. This activity aimed to optimize the husband's support for exclusive breastfeeding through the Manarang book. The main target of this activity was 52 husbands from two villages in the working area of the Bambu Health Center. The method used was counseling using the Manarang book. The evaluation was conducted by giving a pre-post-test and assessing the husband's support. This activity increased the participants' knowledge about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding by 85.45% and the husband's support by 88.3%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Stunting adalah salah satu kondisi akibat kekurangan gizi yang menghambat pertumbuhan linier pada balita. Penyebab umum stunting adalah kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting serta rendahnya perilaku pemberian MPASI berkualitas pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan. Oleh karena itu, program yang dilakukan berupa upaya percepatan penurunan stunting dengan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu serta kader tentang stunting, pembentukan Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting (DASHAT), pelatihan pengelolaan MPASI, serta intervensi gizi pada bayi berisiko stunting. Metode pelaksanaan yakni dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan Tim DASHAT. Program berlangsung pada bulan Juni hingga September 2022 di Kelurahan Padasuka. Hasil kegiatan ini terbentuknya Tim DASHAT yang dikukuhkan dengan SK Lurah Padasuka. Terselenggaranya penyuluhan stunting kepada kader dan ibu bayi. Tim DASHAT mendapatkan pelatihan pengelolaan MPASI dan melakukan intervensi gizi berupa pemberian MPASI kepada bayi beresiko stunting selama 60 hari. Pengetahuan kader meningkat saat post-test rata-rata sebanyak 11 poin dari skor pre-test. Keterampilan kader dalam pengelolaan penyelenggaraan MPASI bagi bayi usia 6-9 bulan meningkat 100% dari yang awalnya tidak memahami menjadi dapat melaksanakan. Rata-rata konsumsi MPASI sebesar 84.7% dikonsumsi habis oleh bayi sasaran dengan rata-rata kenaikan berat badan bayi sebesar 544.4 gram. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader, meningkatkan berat badan bayi sesuai standar usia sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya stunting. Abstract: Stunting is a condition caused by malnutrition that inhibits linear growth in toddlers. The common cause of stunting is the lack of maternal knowledge about stunting and the low behavior of providing quality complementary food to infants aged 6-12 months. Therefore, this program aims to accelerate the reduction of stunting by increasing cadres' knowledge about stunting, forming a Healthy Kitchen to Overcome Stunting (DASHAT), training in complementary food management, and nutritional interventions for infants at risk of stunting. The implementation method is counseling, training, and mentoring the DASHAT Team. The program took place from June to September 2022 in Padasuka Village. The results of this activity were the formation of the DASHAT Team, which the Decree of the Padasuka Urban Village Head confirmed—organized stunting counseling to cadres and baby mothers. The DASHAT team received training in complementary food management and conducted nutritional interventions in the form of complementary food provision to infants at risk of stunting for 60 days. Cadre knowledge increased during the post-test by an average of 11 points from the pre-test score. The skills of cadres in managing the provision of complementary food for infants aged 6-9 months increased 100% from not understanding to being able to implement the program. The average consumption of complementary food was 84.7% consumed by target infants, with an average weight gain of 544.4 grams. This program succeeded in increasing the knowledge and skills of cadres, increasing baby weight according to age standards to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Sanggarhorho merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil kakao di Kabupaten Ende. Selama ini, petani membuidayakan kakao tanpa menerapkan GAP (Good Agriculture Practice). Produktivitas kakao di tingkat petani berkisar 0,8 - 1,25 kg/pohon yang seharusnya dapat mencapai 2,8 - 3 kg/pohon. Tim PPK-Ormawa bekerjasama dengan Ricolto dan Kopan SIKAP melakukan pelatihan terhadap 20 orang anggota kelompok tani Batu Putih untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani terhadap GAP yang meliputi kegiatan pemilihan klon unggul, peremajaan, pembuatan rorak, pemupukan, pemangkasan, panen sering, sanitasi, pengendalian hama dan penyakit. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani untuk penerapan GAP sebesar 82% dan 56%. Sementara itu, kegiatan GAP mampu meningkatkan komponen produksi seperti jumlah bunga/bantalan sebesar 91,41%, jumlah buah/phon sebesar 51,95%, jumlah biji/buah sebesar 66,45% dan jumlah biji/100gr sebesar 47,64%.Abstract: Sanggarhorho Village is one of the cocoa-producing areas in Ende Regency. So far, farmers have been cultivating cocoa without implementing GAP (Good Agriculture Practice). Cocoa productivity at the farmer level ranges from 0.8 - 1.25 kg/tree which should be able to reach 2.8 - 3 kg/tree. The PPK-Ormawa team in collaboration with Ricolto and Kopan SIKAP held training for 20 members of the Batu Putih farmer group to improve farmers' knowledge and skills about GAP which included activities for selecting superior cuttings sources, rejuvenation, making rorak, fertilizing, pruning, frequent harvesting, sanitation, control pests and diseases. Based on the results of the evaluation using the pre-test and post-test, it was found that there was an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills for applying GAP by 82% and 56%, respectively. Meanwhile, GAP activities were able to increase production components such as the number of flowers/bearings by 91.41%, the number of fruits/phon by 51.95%, the number of seeds/fruit by 66.45% and the number of seeds/100gr by 47.64%. .

Abstract

Abstrak: Kewirausahaan sosial penggerak PKK menentukan keberhasilan organisasi kemasyarakatan. Sampai saat ini, potensi PKK dengan kewirausahaan sosial yang dimiliki dikembangkan secara optimal. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi kewirausahaan sosial PKK, menganalisis peningkatan kewirausahaan sosial penggerak PKK dan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kampung Kajanan, Buleleng, Bali mulai Juni sampai Oktober 2022. Pelatihan terhadap 25 orang Penggerak PKK dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan kemampuan mengenai peran PKK dalam pembangunan, kewirausahaan sosial, PBHS, menu bergizi, beragam, seimbang, dan aman (B2SA). Data mengenai PKK, kewirausahaan sosial, komunikasi efektif, dan menu B2SA dikumpulkan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan observasi. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan melalui pendampingan secara offline dan online. Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta tentang kewirausahaan sosial meningkat sebesar 72% dan pengetahuan peserta tentang PHBS dan menu B2SA meningkat sebesar 32%. Komunikasi antara pengurus dan anggota PKK semakin efektif. Unsur kewirausahaan sosial Penggerak PKK yang meningkat adalah rela berkorban, tekun, ulet, dan relasi sosial yang harmonis. Abstract: Social entrepreneurship is essential to support PKK program. To date, the PKK social entrepreneurship has not been considered as important for development. This paper aims to identify PKK social entrepreneurship potential, analyze the increase of the PKK social entrepreneurship, and knowledge about clean and healthy lifestyles (PHBS). The community services program was organized in Kampung Kajanan, Bali from June to October 2022. The training approach was applied to increase knowledge and attitude of PKK members on social entrepreneurship, PBHS, and nutritious, diverse, balanced, and safe menus (B2SA). Data was collected through pre-test and post-test, mentoring, and observation. The participants were 25 PKK members. Primary data was obtained from activities carried out during the program, including knowledge about PKK, social entrepreneurship, and the B2SA menu. The data were analyzed to see the intervention results. Monitoring and evaluation is carried out through consultation was conducted offline and online. The results show that there is an increase in knowledge about social entrepreneurship, the B2SA menu and communication. Social entrepreneurship of PKK is caring to others, responsible, and good social relations.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan Desa Wisata kian gencar dilakukan sejumlah daerah di Indonesia. Desa Pajangan memiliki tanah dan tanaman yang subur, perairan yang bagus dan suasana alam yang asri jauh dari polusi yang dapat mendukung berkembangnya menjadi desa wisata yang lebih baik. Potensi tersebut belum dimaanfaatkan secara baik oleh masyarakat sehingga belum mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat secara signifikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan dalam upaya pengembangan pariwisata ekonomi kreatif desa melalui pelatihan produk wellness yaitu lulur herbal “Black scrub”. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) pengembangan pariwisata ekonomi kreatif desa melalui pelatihan produk wellness ini dilakukan pada bulan juni - september 2022 meliputi kegiatan survey permasalahan mitra, pengurusan perizinan PKM, FGD hasil temuan masalah mitra, Sosialisasi kegiatan, pelatihan lulur herbal ”Black Scrub”, pelatihan pemasaran, penjualan produk, Monitoring dan Evaluasi kegiatan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengisi lembar tilik yang berisi list kemampuan mitra dalam memproduksi lulur. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok pengusaha jamu dan pengurus wisata bumi Ganjaran yang berjumlah total 36 orang. Pengembangan pariwisata ekonomi kreatif desa melalui pelatihan produk wellness yaitu lulur herbal “Black scrub” mampu meningkatkan skill mitra sebesar > 75% indicator yang telah ditetapkan dalam pengolahan sumber daya alam menjadi produk unggulan desa wisata. Adanya produk unggulan dari desa wisata menjadi sumber peningkatan ekonomi tersendiri.Abstract: The development of tourist villages is increasingly being carried out by a number of regions in Indonesia. Pajangan Village has fertile soil and plants, good waters and a beautiful natural atmosphere away from pollution which can support its development into a better tourism village. This potential has not been utilized properly by the community so that it has not been able to significantly improve the community's economy. This community service activity aims to describe the community service activities that have been carried out in an effort to develop village creative economic tourism through training on wellness products, namely the "Black scrub" herbal scrub. Community service activities (PKM) for the development of rural creative economy tourism through training on wellness products are carried out in June - September 2022 including survey activities for partner problems, PKM licensing arrangements, FGD findings on partner problems, socialization of activities, "Black Scrub" herbal scrub training, marketing training, product sales, Monitoring and Evaluation of activities. Evaluation of activities is carried out by filling out a check sheet containing a list of partners' capabilities in producing scrubs. The partners in this activity were a group of herbal medicine entrepreneurs and the management of the Ganjaran earth tour, which totaled 36 people. The development of rural creative economy tourism through training on wellness products, namely the "Black scrub" herbal scrub, is able to increase partners' skills by > 75% of indicators that have been set in processing natural resources into superior products for tourist villages. The existence of superior products from tourist villages is a separate source of economic improvement.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah gizi yang umum terjadi pada remaja yaitu di antaranya, kurus, sangat kurus, gemuk, dan obesitas. Selain itu pula, masalah gizi lainnya yang sangat sering terjadi pada remaja adalah anemia. Besarnya angka prevalensi masalah gizi pada remaja tersebut akan memberikan dampak negatif di kemudian hari. Dampak tersebut dapat mencakup masalah kesehatan seperti peningkatan resiko penyakit tidak menular, kecenderungan menderita sindrom metabolik serta penyakit kardiovaskular, dan beberapa jenis kanker. Salah satu upaya dalam pencegahan masalah gizi pada remaja adalah adanya posyandu remaja. Tujuan PkM adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam deteksi dini serta upaya penanggulangan masalah gizi remaja. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Desa Tabumela. Target pelatihan adalah 10 orang kader Posyandu Remaja yang ada di Desa Tabumela Kecamatan Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hasil kegiatan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu remaja sebanyak 57% dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 52 dan post-test sebanyak 80. Hasil uji T-test berpasangan p-value = 0,000 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu remaja dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu remaja di Desa Tabumela. Abstract: Nutritional problems that commonly occur in adolescents include underweight, severely underweight, overweight, and obese. Besides that, another nutritional problem that very often occurs in adolescents is anaemia. The high prevalence of nutritional problems in adolescents will have a negative impact in the future. These impacts can include health problems such as an increased risk of non-communicable diseases, a tendency to suffer from metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease, and some types of cancer. One of the efforts to prevent nutritional problems in adolescents is the existence of a posyandu of adolescents. The aim of PkM is to increase the capacity of cadres in early detection and efforts to overcome adolescent nutrition problems. PkM will be held in Tabumela Village with the target of training being posyandu adolescent cadres in Tabumela Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency. The results of PkM activities, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of youth posyandu cadres by 57% with an average pre-test score of 52 and a post-test of 80. The results of the paired T-test p-value = 0.000 so it was concluded that training and mentoring activities youth posyandu cadres can have a significant effect on increasing the knowledge and skills of youth posyandu cadres in Tabumela Village.
