Abstract

Abstrak:Guru pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) menghadapi banyak tantangan dalam melaksanakan tugas mengejar, membimbing dan mendampingi siswa. Tuntutan profesionalisme terhadap guru PAUD untuk menjadikan pendidikan anak usia dini lebih baik tidak diikuti dengan kesejahteraan yang baik. Masekipun demikian, Semangat para guru PAUD dalam mempertahankan profesinya tidak berkurang, mereka tetap bertahan. Penelitian ini membahas temuan kualitatif dari hasil observasi dan wawancara mendalam yang meneliti persepsi kesejahteraan guru PAUD dalam mempertahankan profesinya. Sampel populasi terdiri dari 30 orang guru yang sudah mengajar sedikitnya 3 tahun dan sebagian besar telah  menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi. Ditemukan bahwa persepsi kesejahteraan guru PAUD dimaknai dengan SAJUTA (Sabar, Jujur, Tawakal) merupakan cerminan motivasi dalam mempertahankan profesinya.Abstract:Teachers in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) face many challenges in carrying out the task of pursuing, guiding and assisting students. The demand for professionalism of PAUD teachers to make early childhood education better is not followed by good welfare. Even so, the enthusiasm of PAUD teachers in maintaining their profession has not diminished, they persist. This study discusses qualitative findings from observations and in-depth interviews that examine perceptions of the welfare of PAUD teachers in maintaining their profession. The population sample consists of 30 teachers who have taught at least 3 years and most have completed higher education. It was found that the perception of the welfare of PAUD teachers interpreted by SAJUTA (Patience, Honesty, Tawakal) is a reflection of motivation in maintaining their profession.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the interference of English word morphology on WhatsApp status of 4th semester students of KIP STKIP Rokania. To determine the interference in this article using a qualitative descriptive method and analyzed based on the content of the status. The theory used is Chaer's theory (1995) which states that the use of elements of other languages in using a language is considered a mistake because it deviates from the rules or rules of the language used. Bilingual or multilingual people often mix one language with another when uploading statuses on WhatsApp so that interference often arises. In this article, we will discuss several examples of morphological English interference in WhatsApp status with the aim of knowing the causes of language errors. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The conclusion of this study is that interference often occurs due to lack of mastery of one language or intentional writing errors in order to follow the trend.

Abstract

Learning and learning are compulsory courses taught to students with the aim of forming and changing the mindset of students. The method used in learning needs to be determined, this is the running of the learning process. In this study, the method used was the cooperative method. The success of the work is greatly influenced by the involvement of each member of the group. Cooperative learning in this study was carried out Plan, Do, See, namely lesson study. The research was conducted at the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program in the 3rd semester of the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. The research subjects were 16 students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program. This research was conducted from 6 to 30 October 2017. This type of research is quantitative research with an action approach through lesson study activities. The results of the research "improving learning ability in learning and learning courses through cooperative methods in students of the Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program" show that (1) the learning and learning process using cooperative methods whose implementation there is discussion and role playing can be done by providing learning tools, namely RPS, RPM, methods, learning media, learning resources,  assessment, then create chapter design, lesson design. (2) the improvement of student learning abilities is influenced by the availability of maximum learning tools, learning media that can hone student mindsets such as observing, identifying, analyzing, discovering new things, communicating, and concluding learning and learning concepts, and learning methods. (3) the average score of students' ability to explain concepts of learning and learning problems is 57.3%, open lesson 2 is 71.1%, and open lesson 3 is 85.7%.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) describe the form of novel ecranization of Matt and Mou into the Matt and Mou movie in terms of plot, setting, and characterizations; and (2) describe the similarities and differences between the novel and film of Matt and Mou in terms of plot, background, and characterization. The literature study method was used to collect data, and the documentary method was then descriptively analyzed The study showed three types of ecranization in novels and movies: reduction, addition, and varying changes. The reduction emphasizes characterization elements, the adition emphasizes plot elements, and the various changes emphasize background elements. When the novel is filmed some of the characterizations are disappeared. The director also made additional plots in the movie, and it is different from the plot in the novel. The various changes in the movie are three settings. In addition to the form of ecranization, similarities and differences also appear in novels and movies. There are 22 characters in the novel on the contrary, there are only eight characters in the movie. Overall the characterizations in the movie are almost the same as the charactenzations in the novel except for one additional character that is not in the novel. The plot used in the novel is a mixed plot, while in the movie, it uses a forward plot. and some of the settings in the novel are also used in the movie.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAbstrak: This research was conducted to find out the meaning of jenang sofar in Alastengah village, Besuk, Probolinggo in the study of mindset. And this research uses descriptive qualitative research which will be studied using mindset studies. The research method that will be used is descriptive qualitative, namely describing things that are known by researchers with data collection techniques by means of interview techniques, observe, and record previous literature reviews, observe, record and record as much as possible researchers will include documentation in this case as reinforcement data in the arrangement of articles made by researchers. The purpose of this research is to preserve and maintain the customs of the Indonesian nation. Keywords; the meaning of jenang sofar, study of mindset  Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui makna jenang sofar di desa Alastengah, Besuk Probolinggo dalam kajian pola pikir. Dan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang akan dikaji dengan menggunkan kajian pola pikir. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan hal-hal yang diketahui oleh peneliti dengan teknik pengambilan data dengan cara teknik wawancara, simak, dan catat kajian pustaka terdahulu, observasi, rekam dan catat semaksimal mungkin peneliti akan menyertakan dokumentasi dalam hal ini sebagai penguat data dalam susunan artikel yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Abstract

This study aims to (1) find and describe the form of code switching in the verbal communication of fifth semester students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, University of Flores for the 2022/2023 academic year, (2) find and describe the function of code switching in Verbal communication of fifth semester students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, University of Flores, for the 2022/2023 academic year, found and described the meaning of code switching in the verbal communication of fifth semester students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, University of Flores, for the 2022/2023 academic year.The approach used in this study is qualitative with the technique used is non-statistical because in analyzing it does not use numbers. While the theory used is Sociolinguistics and Bilingualism theory especially about code switching. The results of data analysis show that in the student communication process there is code switching used by fifth semester students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program at the University of Flores for the 2022/2023 academic year divided into two, namely: (1) code switching from Indonesian to regional languages and ( 2) code switching from regional languages to Indonesian.

Abstract

  Abstrak: Pendidikan memiliki peran dalam menetukan kemajuan bangsa. Melalui pendidikan seseorang dapat megubah pola pikirnya. Pendidikan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memperoleh kesempatan, harapan dan pengetahuan untuk mencapai hidup yang lebih baik lagi. Pendidikan dapat menjadi kekuatan untuk melakukan perubahan menuju kondisi yang lebih baik. pendidikan baik, bisa dilihat dari segi kurikulum, metode, model pembelajaran serta teori bersifat dinamis yang sewaktu-waktu bisa berubah sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kopang Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021, Kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai ttest yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel,maka dapat dikemukakan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn di kelas X SMA N 1 Kopang Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021Abstract: Education has a role in determining the progress of the nation. Through education a person can change his mindset. Education provides opportunities for students to gain opportunities, hopes and knowledge to achieve a better life. Education can be a force to make changes towards better conditions. Good education, can be seen in terms of curriculum, methods, learning models and theories are dynamic which at any time can change according to situations and conditions. The results found that there is an influence of the Discovery Learning learning model on student learning creativity in PPKn subjects in grade X of SMA Negeri 1 Kopang Central Lombok for the 2020/2021 academic year, This fact shows that the ttest value obtained in this study is greater than the table t value, so it can be stated that there is an influence of the Discovery Learning learning model on student learning creativity in PPKn subjects in grade X SMA N 1 Kopang Central Lombok for the 2020/2021 academic year

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education and training on the performance of village officials. This research was held in Pemepek Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is Saturated Sampling. The sample in this study was employees of the Village Apparatus, which totaled 30 respondents. This research is a quantitative research and data analysis model using multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that partially in education and training research the calculated F value was obtained 9,061 while the F value of the table was 3.35, it can be known that the F value is calculated 9,061 > the F value of the table 3.35 with a significant level of 0.001 because the significant level < 0.05, then this regression model can be used for performance variables at the pekpek village office, in other words, it can be said that the variables of education and training together (simultaneously) have an effect on  significant to performance.

Abstract

 Abstrak: Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menemukan penanda (signifier) dan petanda (signified) yang terdapat pada iklan rokok A Mild. 2) Memahami makna simbol iklan rokok  A Mild menurut kajian semiologi Roland Barthes. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah teks iklan rokok A Mild. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakakan adalah studi pustaka kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat penanda (signifier),  petanda (signified) dan Mitos dalam Iklan Rokok A Mild yang digambarkan melalui konsep-konsep tentang gaya, kesenangan, dan percaya diri. Di dalam tataran mitos, yakni sistem semiologis lapis kedua, penanda berupa “gaya” ini merujuk pada petanda berupa aktualisasi diri: kesenangan, kenikmatan, percaya diri, dan keberanian. Dalam tataran inilah kemudian peneliti melihat bahwa konsep aktualisasi diri berupa: kesenangan, kenikmatan, percaya diri, dan keberanian menjadi mitos dari kenyataan hidup. Analogi inilah yang ditemukan peneliti hadir dalam iklan rokok A Mild berdasarkan kajian semiologi Roland BarthesAbstract: This research aims to: 1) find signifiers and signifiers contained in A Mild cigarette advertisements. 2) Understand the meaning of the A Mild cigarette advertising symbol according to Roland Barthes' semiological studies. The data in this study is the text of A Mild cigarette advertisements. The data collection method used is a literature study and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there are signifiers, signifieds and myths in A Mild cigarette advertisements that are described through concepts about style, fun, and confidence. In the mythical level, the second-layer semiological system, these markers of "style" refer to signs of self-actualization: pleasure, enjoyment, confidence, and courage. It is at this level that researchers then see that the concept of self-actualization in the form of: pleasure, enjoyment, confidence, and courage becomes a myth of the reality of life. This analogy is what researchers found present in the A Mild cigarette advertisement based on Roland Barthes' semiological studies

Abstract

This research took place in the Bebuak village, Kopang district, Central Lombok regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the lexicon of verbal violence in Sasak language nicknames in Bebuak village in everyday communication. The theoretical approach used is the anthropolinguistic approach. While, the methodological approach to research uses qualitative descriptive methods. For data collection using observation, record and interview. There are two results which can be drawn from this research. The first result is verbal abuse on nicknames in the Sasak language of the Bebuak people is calssified into two form, words and phrases. The second result is classification of the nickname function which consists of three function; the function of jokes/familiarity, the function of ridicule/insulting and the function as a differentiating identity. There are three sociocultural implications for Sasak society, namely the impact related to language ethics, which if the regulation is violated will get customary sanctions in the form of apologizing (mengaksama), fines (dedaosan) and not being spoken to for acertain time (kasepekang). Second, it is related to the norms inherent in the Bebuak community, namely the fading of the culture of manners in language and third, it relates to the psychis of the victim of verbal abse nicknames, where the victim will feel inferior, uncomfortable and embarrassed when the nickname is used in public places.
