Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidik dan personel dalam lembaga pendidikan merupakan penentu penting prestasi akademik. Pendidik kaliber tinggi dan staf pendukung yang mahir berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan suasana belajar yang kondusif. Faktor penting yang mendorong pertumbuhan profesional pendidik adalah motivasi mereka di tempat kerja, yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui inisiatif pelatihan yang ditargetkan. Program pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan persyaratan khusus pendidik dapat menambah basis pengetahuan, keahlian, dan disposisi etika mereka, yang kemudian mempengaruhi efektivitas pedagogis mereka. Upaya penelitian ini berusaha untuk menyelidiki (1) dampak program pelatihan terhadap kinerja pendidik di Lazuardi Global Compassion School, (2) pengaruh program pelatihan terhadap tingkat motivasi pendidik, (3) hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja pendidik, dan (4) peran program pelatihan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pendidik melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan sampel yang terdiri dari 86 peserta, termasuk semua pendidik dari Lazuardi Global Compassion School, Depok, yang mencakup divisi TK, SD, dan SMP, yang terlibat pada tahun akademik 2024/2025, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa (1) program pelatihan menghasilkan hasil positif, meskipun tanpa dampak yang signifikan secara statistik pada kinerja pendidik, (2) program pelatihan secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi motivasi kerja pendidik, (3) motivasi kerja menunjukkan korelasi positif dan signifikan secara statistik dengan kinerja pendidik, dan (4) program pelatihan memengaruhi kinerja pendidik melalui variabel mediasi motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of the principal's behavior in shaping teacher performance at Nurul Jadid High School. The main focus of the research is to understand how principal behavior, such as effective communication, appreciation of teachers, and ongoing coaching, influences the quality of teacher work. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers at Nurul Jadid High School, then analyzed using regression analysis to determine the relationship between principal behavior and teacher performance. The research results show that positive principal behavior, especially effective communication and giving appreciation, has a significant influence on improving teacher performance. Apart from that, structured coaching helps improve the quality of teaching. Participative leadership has also been proven to increase collaboration between teachers. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of school principals in creating a positive work environment to improve the quality of education. Recommendations are given to school principals to continue to build open communication, provide regular appreciation, and carry out ongoing coaching to support teacher professional development.

Abstract

Merdeka Curriculum was introduced as an alternative strategy to create a more independent learning process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in improving the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data obtained in the form of spoken words from various sources, such as school principal, curriculum deputy head, teachers, and students. The methods used in this study include the observation, involvement, and speaking methods. The researcher directly listens to the interactions between students and teachers during the teaching and learning process, as well as conducts interviews with the school principal, curriculum deputy head, teachers, and students, supplemented with recording and note-taking techniques. The collected data was transcribed into written form. Next, the researcher performs data reduction by selecting information relevant to the research objectives. After that, the data was classified based on its type and verified through consultations with the school principal, curriculum deputy head, teachers, and language experts. The verified data was then coded in a table format to facilitate further analysis. Finally, the researcher interprets the data obtained and draws conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at MA MU has successfully utilized technology media, such as educational videos, Google Classroom, and educational games. Some key findings from this study include: first, the media used in learning include educational videos, Google Classroom, and educational games. Second, the teaching and learning process becomes more flexible, both in terms of time allocation and learning materials. Third, technology media such as Google Classroom was used to manage learning efficiently, educational videos enrich the learning experience, and educational games make learning more interactive and enjoyable. Fourth, the use of technology makes it easier to understand learning materials and helps students better comprehend the concepts being taught. Additionally, technology also increases student engagement during the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the results of this study show that the utilization of technology media plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at MA MU, with a positive impact on the quality of learning and student involvement.

Abstract

The New Student Admissions (NSA) at STIT Togo Ambarsari (STITTA) Bondowoso utilizes social media platforms as a promotional tool to attract prospective students. This study aims to analyze the strategies of social media utilization in increasing the interest of prospective students at STITTA. This research uses a qualitative approach with data in the form of sentences, sourced from lecturers, educational staff, and students. The data collection methods include observation and active engagement techniques, where the researcher listens to the statements of lecturers, educational staff, and students during the NSA process and records and notes relevant information. Additionally, the researcher conducts interviews with lecturers, educational staff, and students to gain deeper insights into the research objectives. Once the data is collected, the researcher transcribes the recorded statements into written form. Next, the researcher conducts data reduction by selecting and sorting the statements relevant to the research objectives, classifying the data by type. Data validation is carried out through consultation with lecturers to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the collected data. After that, the data is analyzed through tabulation by assigning codes to each data point, which are then interpreted to draw conclusions. The research findings indicate that the strategy for utilizing social media to increase the interest of prospective students at STITTA consists of three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, a NSA committee is formed, and ideas or concepts for relevant, valid, and accountable content are developed to help prospective students easily find the information they need. In the implementation stage, social media is used to share the prepared content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube. In the evaluation stage, each activity shared is monitored to assess its effectiveness, which is then used as feedback for improving the use of social media for future NSA processes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang, Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai  Moderasi Beragama Pada Pembelajaran di Program Studi MPI  Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Curup. Selanjutnya Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif analitik yaitu uraian naratif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya dilakukan secara bertahap, yaitu data reduction, data display, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Proses Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Moderasi Beragama Pada Pembelajaran di Prodi MPI IAIN Curup dilakukan secara kondisional dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matakuliah pancasila dan kewarganegaraan, selanjutnya dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hal ini hanya pada tataran menyimak dan menanggapi dalam proses pelaksanaannya bahwa pendekatan yang diterapkan pada pembelajaran yang diajarkan adalah pendekatan deduktif  Pendekatan deduktif merupakan  pembelajaran yang bersifat penjelasan kepada murid yang bersifat umum, lalu guru diarahkan pada hal bersifat khusus.

Abstract

Educational staff hold a strategic role as the primary support in creating a conducive, effective, and efficient learning environment. This study aims to examine the role of educational staff in improving the quality of student services at MTsN 1 Bondowoso. This research employs a qualitative approach. The method used for data collection is the participatory observation method, in which the researcher observes the speech and service strategies of educational staff through recording and note-taking techniques, complemented by interviews. Once the data were collected, the researcher conducted data analysis, including transcription, reduction, classification, tabulation, validation, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the quality of student services at MTsN 1 Bondowoso through the drumband activity involves three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage includes systematic program design, guidance by professionals, learning of music notation, recruitment based on students’ interests and potential, effective distribution of musical instruments, and structured talent development. In the implementation stage, the drumband serves as a strategy for improving service quality through Qirab Devile and Display performances, which integrate Islamic values, discipline, teamwork, and meaningful learning. Meanwhile, the evaluation highlights the strategic role of the activity in holistic education, training effectiveness, member selection and coaching, parental involvement, team coordination, and the tangible contribution of educational staff to the program’s success. Thus, the drumband activity has proven to be an effective medium for enhancing the quality of educational services and fostering comprehensive student character development.

Abstract

In the context of Islamic education, teacher quality is a crucial indicator that determines both the success of the institution and the learning outcomes of students. This study aims to describe the strategies employed by the principal of MTsS Manbaul Ulum Bondowoso in improving teacher quality. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected using the simak libat cakap method, which involved attentive observation of the principal’s presentation of strategies, supported by recording, note-taking, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The data analysis process was carried out systematically through the stages of transcription, reduction, classification, tabulation, validation, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. Transcription converted oral data into written form, followed by data reduction to filter relevant information in line with the research focus. Subsequently, the data were classified by type, tabulated using a coding system, and validated through clarification with the principal, vice principals for curriculum and student affairs, as well as teachers. The final stage involved interpretation and formulation of conclusions. The findings reveal that the principal implemented transformational leadership strategies, continuous professional development, systematic internal supervision, and the creation of a collaborative work culture. These strategies proved effective in enhancing teachers’ pedagogical competence, professionalism, and commitment to the institution’s vision and mission. The results underscore the importance of strengthening the principal’s leadership role as a key factor in fostering a sustainable culture of quality in Islamic educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the vocational training program at the Semarang Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP) using 2 evaluation models, namely CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) and CSE-UCLA (Planning, Development, Implementation, Improvement, Certification). The background of this research departs from the phenomenon of competency gap due to digital disruption, automation, and green transition that requires the vocational world to be more adaptive to the needs of the global industry. In Islamic education management, this evaluation is understood as a form of effort to improve the quality of human resources in accordance with the principle of self-change as stated in QS. Ar-Ra'd: 11. This study uses an evaluative qualitative approach with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which includes three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that the training program is effective in improving the technical skills and soft skills of participants, especially in the fields of office administration, Administrative Assistant, Digital Marketing. However, several obstacles were found such as the limitations of print teaching modules, the variety of instructors, and the need to improve vocational terms or business terms. Overall, both the CIPP and CSE-UCLA models have been shown to provide a holistic picture of the effectiveness, relevance, and sustainability of the program. This study concludes that BBPVP Semarang has successfully carried out vocational training that is relevant to the needs of the industry, but needs to be improved in terms of curriculum, facilities, and digitalization. The researcher recommends that institutions continue to update the curriculum based on industry needs, expand cooperation with the industrial world, and implement a practice-based learning approach and soft skills to strengthen the competitiveness of the vocational workforce in the era of digital transformation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap karakter Pancasila di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang bersifat non test. Berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar (0,001) < α (0,01), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan demokratis (X) terhadap karakter Pancasila (Y). Kesimpulannya bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (X) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap karakter Pancasila (Y) di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa untuk meningkatkan karakter Pancasila perlu meningkatkan indikator-indikator gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, karena semakin meningkatnya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah maka semakin meningkat juga karakter Pancasila peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Community-Based Education Management (CBEM) and analyze its impact on organizational resilience at Madrasah Diniyah Ittihadul Muballighin, Malang City. CBEM is a managerial approach emphasizing institutional autonomy and community participation. This research employed a qualitative case study method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed: (1) the reactivation of the madrasah was driven by community awareness of religious education needs; (2) the institution is managed autonomously using local resources; (3) relationships with stakeholders enhance the institution's adaptive capacity; and (4) the curriculum is contextualized to the community's characteristics. These findings suggest that CBEM contributes significantly to the resilience of non-formal educational institutions.
