Abstract

Tata usaha merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dari unit pelaksana teknik penyelenggara sistem administrasi serta infomasi pendidikan di kantor. Informasi yang tata usaha kelola sangat penting karena sebagai basis pelayanan serta bahan pengambilan sebuah keputusan di kantor, Peran administrasi tata usaha dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan yaitu membantu pelaksanaan pekerjaan-pekerjaan induk untuk mencapai tujuan tujuan dari kantor tesebut,  serta menyediakan keterangan-keterangan bagi pimpinan tata usaha atau kepala kantor, tenaga ASN kantor, atau personal lain, terutama untuk keperluan pembuatan keputusan serta pengendalian yang menjadi tugas pokoknya. Dapat di lihat terlihat betapa pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan konsepnya yaitu peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip di Kantor di Rejang  Lebong, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui betapa pentingnya peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip Kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala Kantor , kepala tata usaha, dan staf tata usaha. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini pertama Peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip Kantor sudah cukup baik. Peran tata usaha antara lain yaitu: pertama, kepala tata usaha sebagai penanggung jawab sekaligus sebagai panutan operator tata usaha yang bertugas mengkordinasikan seluru aktipitas dan seluruh kegiatan administrasi Kantor. Kedua pola kerja tata usaha dalam mengelola arsipnya  sudah baik karena para tata usaha sudah melakukan pengelolaan arsip sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing dan dalam pengelolaan arsip kepala tata usaha telah mengarahkana seluruh stap untuk pola kerja dalama mengelola arsip sesuai dengan sistem serta masih menggunakan sistem harkdis internal dan eksternal, dan belum banyak yang menyimpan datanya di email atau google drive.

Abstract

Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in the development of madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions. This qualitative research aims to understand the significance of transformational leadership in madrasah development. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores relevant journals to gain a deeper understanding of the role of transformational leadership in madrasah development. The findings of this study indicate that transformational leadership significantly contributes to madrasah development. Transformational leaders have the ability to inspire, empower, and create a supportive work climate that fosters change and innovation in the context of education and teaching. Transformational leadership also facilitates constructive assessment and feedback, as well as continuous development of teacher competencies. It is crucial for madrasah leaders to develop effective transformational leadership skills. By doing so, madrasah leaders can create an inspirational, empowering, and motivating learning environment for teachers and students. This contributes to the overall development of madrasahs, including enhancing the quality of education, addressing challenges and issues, and improving teacher performance and student motivation.

Abstract

AbstrakEkonomi kreatif salah satu bentuk aktivitas perekonomian yang terlahir dari pengembangan ide-ide kreatif masyarakat, perkembangan ekonomi kreatif dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, ekonomi kreatif akan melahirkan manusia yang memiliki ketrampilan dibeberapa bidang, dengan demikian pengebangan SDM yang kreatif tidak lah lepas dari peran perguruan tinggi yang memiliki peran dalam membentuk sdm masyarakat yang lebih maju, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan peran perguruan tinggi dalam mengawal ekonomi kreatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan penyajian data berbentuk deskripdtif dan data-data yang diperoleh dari kajian pustaka yang mendukung penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ada empat, yang pertama dalam mengawal ekonomi kreatif langkah pertama yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi adalah melakukan penelitian terkait dengan teknologi yan digunakan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif. Langkah kedua adalah pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dilakukan dengan mengadakan edukasi dan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk pengembangan ketrampilan agar ide yang ada bisa dikembangkan dengan kebutuahan. Langkah ketiga adalah dengan mengembangkan teknologi untuk home industry, dalam hal ini bagaimana home industry bisa berkembang dengan keberadaannya teknologi ditengah-tengah masyarakat, langkah keempat adalah dengan membantu HAKI hal ini agar produk-produk yang ada dapat terlindungi dengan hukum. Sehingga akan meminimalisir pemalsuan-pemasuan produk yang asli.Kata Kunci : Ekonomi, Kreatif, Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research was to plan and elucidate a framework of cultural structure for organization mainly for the advancement of its implementation. The object of the study was observed under the longitudinal research method and based on constructive organizational culture. The study employs a qualitative research design utilizing the grounded theory method. The key informants for this research comprise four individuals, namely the pesantren leader, deputy leader, and two teachers who serve as coordinators for student activities. Based on empirical data, Al Muslim has shown the potential to become a prominent pesantren in Aceh, utilizing a development model that prioritizes concentrated efforts in three key areas: work flexibility through institutional structural efficiency, curriculum revitalization and integration, and partnership development. Thus, in order to help attain the organizational object, the school administrators should develop an organizational culture.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an interpretive framework for the Strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile Project or abbreviated as P5in educational institutions which is synthesized from School-Based Management and reality in educational institutions. This research uses the library research research method which comes from books, journals, research results and other sources. The approach used is a qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm. The results of this research found that there are several points of manifestation of School Based Management (SBM) or what is known as School Based Management (MBS) in the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, including 1). In practice, there is an urgency for educational management, where the success of an educational institution is supported by the management of the educational institution itself. 2), There are components in School Based Management such as curriculum management, educator management, student management and culture & school environment management which are interrelated in the realization of P5PPRA. 3), the role of the community and students' parents as school partners. School-Based Management is a policy program formulated by the government to officially integrate the community into the management of schools in their environment with the aim of improving their performance

Abstract

Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education quality improvement through strategic management, is an effort to properly manage all madrasah resources based on internal and external analysis. The quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education as a basic level educational institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion, is currently required to adapt to the demands of society and technological developments that continue to change and develop.This study aims to analyze and find (1) the concept of improving the quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education through strategic management, (2) Models of improving the quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education through strategic management, (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education through strategic management.

Abstract

“The contextual teaching and learning model is Among several student management developed by combining classical learning by teaching staff at MTs Putri Nurul Huda Situbondo. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants in this research were school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques employed observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In this research, researchers used several stages of data analysis, namely the data condensation stage, data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions, and verification activities. The research results concluded that there are four stages of student management in improving multilingual communication competence: classroom layout management skills, time management skills and material coverage, and student management skills through language games. The CTL learning model is carried out in the planning stage, namely by making a learning implementation plan that refers to the independent curriculum, then the implementation stage, which contains three activity stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities, which contain the components of constructivism, inquiry, asking, learning community, modeling, reflection, then Closing activities use authentic assessment.

Abstract

Islamic Education Management (IEM) involves the planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation of concepts or theories implemented to enhance the quality of Islamic educational institutions. Several Islamic educational institutions face various challenges in managing their education, including but not limited to limited resources, technological changes, and shifts in labor market demands. Therefore, an innovative and quality-oriented management approach is required to improve the effectiveness and relevance of Islamic education in coping with the dynamics of the time. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing existing theories and research findings. This research is initiated with the aim of investigating and analyzing various management approaches that can be used to improve the quality of education in Islamic institutions. It is expected that with this method, research findings can enhance understanding related to Islamic education management. In conlcucion, Islamic Education Management (IEM) plays a pivotal role in addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions. Strategic management emerges as a crucial aspect, involving planning, implementation, and evaluation. Through strategic planning, Islamic educational institutions can set a vision, mission, and goals that align with Islamic values, fostering the development of a strong foundation for IEI. Implementation ensures that these strategies are effectively put into practice, and continuous evaluation guarantees that they contribute positively to the enhancement of Islamic education quality.

Abstract

Three colleges—STII Darunnajah Jakarta, STAI Darunnajah Bogor, and STAI Darunnajah Jakarta—that were part of the Darunnajah Foundation gave birth to Darunnajah University. Following their 2022 merger to form Darunnajah University, the first thing to be mapped and designed is the Lecturer Resources. This is looking at the state of existing lecturers, and then the birth of five new study programs. This study used a case study methodology, employing a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were collected, reduced, presented, and conclusions drawn. The study's findings demonstrated Darunnajah University's seriousness in planning its teaching workforce for 2023–2031. Where the HR bureau is guided by the strategic plan and renovation; 1) Development of existing lecturers by encouraging them to continue their studies, providing scholarships, and providing recommendations for scholarships. 2) Cultivating the values of panca jiwa, panca bina, panca jangka, and panca dharma towards lecturers 3) Recruitment of linear lecturers. 4) Benchmarking good practices of HR development for lecturers to UNIDA Gontor. 5) Targeted in 2031, there are 13 professors.

Abstract

Pentingnya Pendidikan Islam dalam konteks sistem pendidikan saat ini menarik perhatian besar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh upaya peningkatan kualitas dan relevansi pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi dinamika perubahan zaman. Sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan, pendidikan Islam diharapkan dapat terus berkembang guna merespon perubahan zaman yang semakin kompleks secara memadai dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi upaya peningkatan pendidikan Islam secara berkelanjutan yang dinilai dinamis dan mudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan pendidikan Islam sebagai upaya penekanan, moralitas, dan pembentukan akhlak dan akhlak mulia. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) sebagai metode penelitian. Pendekatan SLR dipilih karena memiliki sejumlah keunggulan, salah satunya adalah adanya prosedur yang sistematis dan terstandarisasi. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan 202 artikel yang disaring menggunakan model PRISMA dan dianalisis lebih dalam tentang upaya peningkatan keberlanjutan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan Islam perlu memperhatikan berbagai aspek seperti kepemimpinan, guru, metode pembelajaran, lingkungan belajar, lembaga, standar pelayanan, kebijakan, manajemen pesantren, dan kurikulum. Selain itu, Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan positif antara negara dan umat Islam, serta dalam pembentukan akhlak dan akhlak mulia.
