Abstract

Abstract :  The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline, occupational health, work safety, and work stress on work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta. The research method was a quantitative using the PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SMART PLS software. This study is a census research with a total of 78 respondents. Data collection tool was in the form of a questionnaire about work discipline, occupational health, work safety, work stress and work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, occupational health and work safety have a positive effect on work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta, while job stress has a negative effect on work productivity of the nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta. Abstrak : Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kesehatan kerja, keselamatan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap work productivity pada perawat Rumah Sakit XYZ Jakarta.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quantitative dengan menggunakan pendekatan PLS-Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) menggunakan Software SMART PLS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 perawat. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner tentang disiplin kerja, kesehatan kerja, keselamatan kerja, stress kerja dan work productivity pada perawat. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa Disiplinmkerja, Kesehatan Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruhmpositifvterhadapvproduktivitasvkerjavpada perawat di Rumah Sakit XYZ, sedangkan Job stress berpengaruhcnegatifiterhadapaproduktivitasakerja pada perawat di Rumah Sakit XYZ.

Abstract

Human resources are a very vital asset for the progress and development of the organization due to the changes that occur. Human resources are required to continuously be able to develop their abilities proactively. To have good human resources, an organization must have good human resource management in managing human resources in the organization.This study aims to analyze the effect of Internal Conflict, Emotional Intelligence and Personality Type on the Performance of Civil Servants in Southeast Minahasa Regency. The population in this research was involve the Civil Servants at Southeast Minahasa Regency which amounted to 781. Sampling in this research using the slovin-cluster random sampling of 100 respondents. The research technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the variables of Internal Conflict, Emotional Intelligence, and Personality Type together have a significant effect on employee performance. The partial test results show that the Internal Conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on the Performance variable, the Emotional Intelligence variable has a negative and significant effect on the Performance variable, the Personality Type variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance variable.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to prove and analyze the effect of uncertainty variable, trust and frequency buying on transaction cost economics, as well as the implications of transaction cost economics on consumer's willingness to buy online. The sample is 115 people. The data comes from analyzed with SEM AMOS version 24. The results showed that the brand uncertainty of online stores had no effect on transaction cost economics. Meanwhile, performance uncertainty of products has a positive effect on transaction cost economics. Dependability of online store, privacy policy and buying frequency have a negative effect on transaction cost economics. Transaction cost economics has a negative effect on consumer's willingness to buy online.Abstrak: Tujuan peneltian yaitu membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel uncertainty, trust dan frequency buying terhadap transaction cost economics, serta implikasi transaction cost economics terhadap consumer’s willingness to buy online. Banyaknya responden di penelitian ini adalah 115 orang. Perolehan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand uncertainty of online stores tidak berpengaruh terhadap transaction cost economics. Sedangkan performance uncertainty of products berpengaruh positif terhadap transaction cost economics. Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the intensity of research and development has a negative and significant effect on financial performance-0.158248 and (t) the p-value is 0.0000, intangible assets have a significant and significant effect on financial performance, the intensity of research and development has a negative and significant effect on firm value, intangible assets have a positive and significant effect on firm value, financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and the variables of research and development intensity and intangible assets each mediate (partial mediation). AbstrakHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penelitian dan pengembangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, aset tidak berwujud berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, intensitas penelitian dan pengembangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, aset tidak berwujud berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta variabel intensitas penelitian dan pengembangan dan aset tidak berwujud masing – masing memediasi (partial mediation).

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of digital communication used by employees as a communication tool while working at home due to covid-19. During the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to carry out all their activities at home, whether at school, work, and other activities. Due to the limitation of a person to socialize, media is needed to communicate with each other. This digital media certainly has its own impact on employee performance. Where they must be able to adapt to digital media communication and must be able to master the existing media to facilitate their work. The research method used in this research is descriptive and the type of research used is library research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari komunikasi digital yang digunakan oleh karyawan sebagai alat komunikasi selama bekerja dirumah akibat covid-19. Selama pandemic covid-19 semua orang diharuskan untuk melakukan segala aktivitasnya didalam rumah saja, baik sekolah, bekerja, dan aktiofitas lainnya. Karena dibatasinya seseorang untuk bersosialisasi ini, maka dibutuhkan media untuk berkomunikasi antar sesama. Media digital ini tentunya memberikan dampak tersendiri bagi kinerja karyawan. Dimana mereka harus mampu beradaptasi dengan komunikasi media digital dan harus mampu menguasai media yang ada untuk mempermudah pekerjaannya. Metode peneletian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan (library research).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the Turnover Intentions of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KC Makassar 2 and the effect of Job Satisfaction on the Turnover Intentions of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KC Makassar 2.   The descriptive statistical test analysis method and the statistical inferential test were used in this study. The sample consisted of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Kc Makassar 2. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job Satisfaction, and Turnover intention are the variables examined. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) was found to have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KC Makassar 2. Existence of voluntary behavior to assist others in their work results in a decrease in Turnover Intention at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KC Makassar 2. And at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KC Makassar, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Employee satisfaction with their jobs correlates with a lower level of Turnover Intention at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KC Makassar 2.

Abstract

Abstract:  Continuing medical education (CME) is a process of getting accreditation for practicing healthcare, in which there is knowledge being “transferred” during the process. With the ongoing pandemic for the last two years, physical distancing made offline symposiums and workshops is practically impossible to hold; hence, necessitating the shift towards electronic-based CME (e-CME). However, there are certain problems associated with using e-CME. Therefore, this study aims to assess factors that may influence physicians' willingness to use mobile applications that provide e-CME in Indonesia.  There are 248 respondents for our study with the majority of them are general practitioners, age 21 – 30 years old. Our proposed model is able to explain 62.2% of the variance of perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness explains 54.8% of intention to adopt. Job relevance had the strongest total effects on perceived usefulness (β = 0.353, p < 0.001), followed by perceived ease of use (β = 0.299, p < 0.001). mHealth application that offers e-CME in Indonesia can be used to gain knowledge and assist physicians in daily practice extensively while the application developers may improve certain elements in the application to provide better user experience and safety.Abstrak:  Continuing Medical Education (CME) adalah proses mendapatkan akreditasi untuk praktik kesehatan, di mana ada pengetahuan yang “ditransfer” selama proses tersebut. Dengan pandemi yang sedang berlangsung selama dua tahun terakhir, physical distancing membuat simposium dan lokakarya offline praktis tidak mungkin diadakan; Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pergeseran menuju CME berbasis elektronik (e-CME). Namun, ada masalah tertentu yang terkait dengan penggunaan e-CME. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesediaan dokter untuk menggunakan aplikasi mobile yang menyediakan e-CME di Indonesia. Ada 248 responden untuk penelitian kami dengan mayoritas dari mereka adalah dokter umum, usia 21 – 30 tahun. Model yang kami usulkan mampu menjelaskan 62,2% varians kegunaan yang dirasakan dan kegunaan yang dirasakan menjelaskan 54,8% niat untuk mengadopsi. Relevansi pekerjaan memiliki total efek terkuat pada kegunaan yang dirasakan (β = 0,353, p <0,001), diikuti oleh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (β = 0,299, p <0,001). Aplikasi mHealth yang menawarkan e-CME di Indonesia dapat digunakan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan membantu dokter dalam praktik sehari-hari secara luas sementara pengembang aplikasi dapat meningkatkan elemen tertentu dalam aplikasi untuk memberikan pengalaman dan keamanan pengguna yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of hospital servicescape towards patient loyalty mediated by patient emotion and patient satisfaction. The research model made based on the adoption of previous study in a healthcare facility, which was empirically tested on patients in a cardiovascular outpatient setting at a private hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was taken through a simple random sampling, with 162 eligible respondents. Data from respondents were derived through questionnaires using a Likert scale which was distributed online during September 2021 and analyzed using PLS-SEM. Results of this study showed that hospital servicescape has significant influence on mediating variables, namely patient emotion and patient satisfaction. Positive significant relationship was found on positive emotion, which appeared to have the strongest influence towards dependent variable. These findings confirmed the management theory based on servicescape, which had become one of the appealing topics especially with its relation in the healthcare industry.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servicescape rumah sakit terhadap loyalitas pasien yang dimediasi oleh emosi pasien dan kepuasan pasien. Model penelitian dibuat berdasarkan adopsi penelitian sebelumnya di fasilitas kesehatan, yang diuji secara empiris pada pasien dalam pengaturan rawat jalan kardiovaskular di sebuah rumah sakit swasta di Jakarta, Indonesia. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara simple random sampling, dengan jumlah responden yang memenuhi syarat sebanyak 162 orang. Data dari responden diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang disebarkan secara online selama bulan September 2021 dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servicescape rumah sakit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel mediasi; yaitu emosi pasien dan kepuasan pasien. Hubungan signifikan positif ditemukan pada emosi positif, yang tampaknya memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap variabel dependen. Temuan ini menegaskan teori manajemen berbasis servicescape, yang telah menjadi salah satu topik menarik terutama dalam kaitannya dengan industri kesehatan. Model penelitian ini memiliki akurasi prediksi yang besar sehingga dapat dikembangkan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Investment in Indonesia is getting more advanced from year to year. This can be seen from the IHSG has increased every year accompanied by improving economic growth in various sectors. One of the sectors that an important role in the development of the country is the mining sector. The mining sector has a high capitalization value and dominant in Indonesia and abroad. This is enough to pay attention to investors to invest their capital, but before buying and selling a stock, investors conduct an analysis first whether the shares invested are overvalued, fairvalued and undervalued. This study uses relative valuation techniques to value stocks using price book value (PBV) and price earning ratio (PER) proxies and determines whether the stock is overvalued, fairvalued and undervalued. Sampling was carried out at mining companies which consecutively distributed dividends during the 2015-2019 period. The result of this research is that ADRO, both PER and PBV in 2019, was undervalued. KKGI both PER and PBV in 2019 has been overvalued. Abstract

Abstract. SD Labschool Unnes is a laboratory school under the management of Universitas Negeri Semarang. As a school that continues to grow and strive to become a Labschool superior Labschool Unnes is required to be able to compete with other schools, especially similar private schools. Both in terms of quality, service and cost. So far, in determining the cost of education, SD Labschool Unnes still uses the traditional method. There has never been a calculation using the cost accounting method.This study aims to generate tuition fees for SD Labschool Unnes students based on calculations using the Activity Based Costing Method. Methods of data collection are done by using interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the Activity Based Costing calculation method. The results of the calculation of the cost of education per student per class per year show the cost of education for grade 1st is IDR 7,452,548, grade 2nd is IDR 5,285,784, grade 3th IDR 5,438,426, grade 4th IDR 5,968,520, grade 5th IDR 7,251,088, grade 6th IDR 8,621,937. Abstrak. SD Labschool Unnes merupakan sekolah laboratorium dibawah pengelolaan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sebagai sekolah yang terus berkembang dan upaya menjadi Labschool unggulan, SD Labschool Unnes dituntut untuk mampu bersaing dengan dengan sekolah lain terutama sekolah swasta sejenis. Baik dalam hal kualitas, pelayanan maupun biaya. Selama ini dalam menentukan tarif biaya pendidikan, SD Labschool Unnes masih menggunakan metode tradisional. Belum pernah dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode akuntansi biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan tarif biaya pendidikan siswa SD Labschool Unnes berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan Metode Activity Based Costing. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode perhitungan Activity Based Costing. Hasil perhitungan biaya pendidikan per siswa per kelas per tahun menunjukkan biaya pendidikan untuk kelas 1 sebesar Rp 7.452.548, kelas 2 sebesar Rp 5.285.784, kelas 3 sebesar Rp 5.438.426, kelas 4 sebesar Rp 5.968.520, kelas 5 sebesar Rp 7.251.088, kelas 6 sebesar Rp 8.621.937.
