Abstract

This research aims to find out, describe, and find: First, the values that become the foundation of interpersonal relationship of Islamic teachers; Second, the interpersonal relationship models of Islamic teachers for instilling religious values in boarding school system. This research used qualitative research with a multiple case study in MA MAWAR and SMA al-Munawariyah East Java Indonesia. These two institutions were chosen because they have extraordinary developments and have implemented a boarding school system to produce a generation that has akhlaqul Karimah. Data collection techniques used (1) interviews (2) observations and (3) documentation. Data analysis used constant comparative analysis method. Data checking was done in four ways, namely: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that the first, the religious teachers make the values of faith and devotion, sincerity, professionalism, process-oriented, openness, integrity, and tawādhu` as a foundation in building interpersonal relationships with students. The second, interpersonal relationship model of Islamic teachers in the process of instilling religious values varies greatly. This is in accordance with the characteristics of an Islamic teacher and his educational institution. Some interpersonal relationship models that have been carried out by the Islamic teachers are interactional, humanistic, directive, spiritual religious, authoritative and tolerant. Furthermore, this study also emphasizes the importance of actualizing teacher-student spiritual interpersonal relationships in the learning process so that students' religious attitudes can be achieved in everyday life.

Abstract

Abstract:The essence of participatory management is covered in all concepts, namely: First, the existence of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring activities; Second, there is more than one person or party involved; Third, there is a goal to be achieved; Fourth, there is the use of organizational resources, both members and other resources; Fifth, the four points above lead to the achievement of goals effectively and efficiently. This article aims to analyze the implementation of participatory management in planning, decision making, implementation and evaluation for quality improvement in Madrasahs in Tulang Bawang district, Lampung Province. This research was conducted at Madrasahs in Tulang Bawang district, Lampung. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Research sources included the head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Tulang Bawang district, a sample of madrasah heads, deputy head of madrasah, and students. Data analysis was carried out interactively and continued continuously to completion.The results showed that 1) planning, namely an assessment of the madrasah environment, needs to be carried out at the beginning. The environmental assessment is divided into two, the first is an analysis of the internal environment, this means an analysis that occurs within the madrasa environment. Second, external environmental assessment means parties outside the madrasah.Then the determination of the strategic direction which is an activity to formulate or review the direction of organizational goals that are contained in the vision, mission and values in educational institutions. Madrasahs in Tulang Bawang Regency have made a neat and structured draft. So that at any time it can be read or studied to implement participatory management in Madrasahs in Tulang Bawang Regency. Furthermore, quality objectives are the goals or targets of a madrasah in carrying out a process that is to be achieved within a certain period of time. The targets in Madrasahs in Tulang Bawang Regency are the achievement of an ideal study group ratio with an ideal learning space, the absorption of the number of students from various components of society as educational customers. increase in the acquisition of National exam and exam scores every year. the school institution that is the choice of the community because of the achievement that is its priority. the achievement of complete facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the ratio of the number of students, madrasah in Tulang Bawang Lampung district as the madrasah that is most loved, and in demand by the community. 3) decision making, namely, decision making in the context of implementing participatory management programs in a sub-focus to mobilize funding resource planning, administrative activities, coordination and program elaboration. In driving the planning of financial resources, administrative activities, coordination and program elaboration. The program that has been carried out by Kasi Mapenda / Penmad and external parties at Madrasahs in Tulang Bawang Regency prioritizes models, because the model is a pattern of something to be made or produced. 4) evaluation, which aims to determine the progress of the organization, as well as the obstacles and challenges faced in implementing strategic management. the results of the evaluation will be used as feedback to the organization to determine the achievement of quality implementation. The program that has been carried out by Kasi Mapenda / Penmad and external parties is conducting coordination meetings with UPA and the Education Office related to the quality of graduation, conducting BOS reporting financial training activities with the Palembang Training Center, monitoring all Madrasahs related to 8 Education Standards, in collaboration with UPA Team. as well as the obstacles and challenges faced in implementing strategic management. the results of the evaluation will be used as feedback to the organization to determine the achievement of quality implementation. Abstract

Evaluation is a process or activity of selecting, collecting, analyzing and presenting information that can be used as a basis for decision making and for the preparation of further programs. Petronila Jean describes that education and training is the method of technical and vocational education and training which is appreciated as an effort to acquire practical skills, attitudes, understanding and being able to process them in Best Practice and generate an idea or idea about a technique, method, process, activity. , intensive so as to provide them with new knowledge and implications. This study aims to analyze and find outResult Evaluation on the implementation of training to strengthen school supervisors based on Best Practice, HOTS and adult learning. This research method uses qualitative methods with a sample of 100 school supervisors. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire and reliability testing was carried out with Cronbach Alpha. The results of the study describe the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model in the Training Program for strengthening school supervisorsThe results of the learning outcomes of the training participants have increased and the difference is significant, it's just that when viewed from each aspect, namely aspects of knowledge, understanding and application, that the results obtained have increased but the results of the differences and the improvements are not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of an artistic approach in transmitting Islamic messages by Kyai Zen, a popular da’i (da’wah actor) in West Java in the last 50 years. The process of conveying Islamic values will always be in the local social sphere where the da'wah is conveyed. As a process, the transmission of Islamic messages, or da'wah, can be done through an artistic approach by considering the socio-cultural dimensions of the da'wah target. This kind of approach is considered relevant especially because da'wah is aimed at instilling values, and not just informing something about religious teachings. The method used in this research is phenomenology about the actor of the da’wah who uses art as his preaching approach. This research seeks to reveal and study things that are typical of the phenomenon, as well as in the socio-cultural context of what kind of process of communicating Islamic messages takes place. As an analysis tool, this study uses Melvin DeFleur's Simultaneous Transaction Model. The results show that the process of transmitting Islamic messages through an artistic approach can be described as something unique and distinctive. This research also proves that the artistic approach taken by Kyai Zen in conveying Islamic messages finds compatibility and can be accepted by the people of West Java, and appears to be politer to invite people, but still friendly to local socio-cultural conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kasus kompetensi guru Madrasah lebih umumnya guru pondok pesantren secara kompetensi tidak sebaik guru yang ada di sekolah umum. Khusus dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi guru yang ada di Madrasah, dimana secara kelembagaan madrasah, mampu menghasilkan alumni-alumni yang berkualitas, namun jika diamati lebih dalam guru-guru yang ada kompetensi pendidikannya masih belum pada kualitas yang seharusnya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kompetensi tenaga pedidik madrasah yang ada di Madrasah. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Adapun metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari keseluruhan pemaparan bahwa para tenaga Pendidik di Madrasah masih mempunyai sisi lemah di bidang pengembangan kurikulum/Silabus dan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta pemanfaatan sarana teknologi bagi guru-guru usia lanjut serta sistem mengajar yang harus dirubah, tidak lagi di dominasi dengan sistem satu arah namun harus sudah dua arah, dimana santri sebagai mitra belajar. Kompetensi akademik/profesional guru Madrasah belum begitu menguasai penelitian, sehingga penelitian yang bisa dilakukan hanya sebatas penelitian tindakan kelas. Kompetensi kepribadian tenaga pendidik sudah baik, hal ini dikarenakan, faktor lingkungan Madrasah yang mempengaruhi kepribadian tenaga pendidik untuk bersikap arif dan bijak, kemudian latar belakang tenaga pendidik yang pernah belajar di Madrasah waktu sekolah, tentu sudah membentuk karakter yang baik bagi pribadi tenaga pendidik. Kompetensi sosial sudah bisa dikatakan memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik, hal ini tidak lepas daripada kompetensi pribadi guru, yang sebagian memiliki kemampuan di luar mengajar, yaitu bisa sebagai pendakwah, guru pengajian dan lain-lain, sehingga sering kali guru atau tenaga pendidik di Madrasah juga menjadi tokoh agama atau masyarakat di tengah masyarakat.

Abstract

Lingkungan pendidikan yang dikenal oleh masyarakat sampai saat ini terdiri atas di lingkungan pendidikan keluarga; sekolah; dan masyarakat yang disebut dengan Tripusat Pendidikan. Gagasan ini dilandasi oleh sebuah argumen bahwa setiap manusia akan selalu berada dan mengalami perkembangan dalam tiga lingkungan pendidikan tersebut. Konsep tripusat pendidikan yang terdiri atas lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat telah terselenggara sejak kali pertama digagas hingga saat ini masih tetap berlangsung, bahkan mendapat penguatan dan pengakuan dari pemerintah dalam Konstitusi dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Padahal dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, seorang anak sebelum  mendapat pendidikan dari tiga lingkungan tersebut telah mendapat pendidikan dari ibunya selama di dalam kandungan sebagai lingkungan pendidikan pertama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap Tripusat Pendidikan dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan menganalisis secara yuridis-normatif terhadap ayat-ayat al-Quran tentang konsep pendidikan Islam yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dalam kandungan dan konsep tripusat Pendidikan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai obyek kajian atau sasaran penelitian. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan pendidikan dapat diperluas dari  tiga menjadi empat lingkungan pendidikan, yaitu: lingkungan pendidikan dalam kandungan, lingkungan pendidikan keluarga, lingkungan pendidikan sekolah, dan lingkungan pendidikan masyarakat. Empat lingkungan Pendidikan ini harus sejalan secara paralel dan bersinerji untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

This research aims to show the positive effects and the negative social media on the growth of young people. This discussion brings together the work of various fields of study the association between social media and social capital, personal safety of young people, psychological well-being, and learning performance. This research takes information from some of the posts that cover the same topic. Those selected are regular users of social media. The methodology used in this research is to use literature research with a theoretical framework developed for synthesis. The research shows that children and young people terbawa- bring positive social media to help improve their communication skills, get data, improve their technological expertise, as well as how they can use the latest technology efficiently. On the other hand, they are at risk of Facebook’s mental stress, cyberbullying, as well as online intimate harassment. The conclusion of this research is a social media platform is a very important role in the lives of young people every day. They find benefits by improving communication skills with friends and relatives and they can further improve their socialization process. Not only that, it can be said that young people can use social media to obtain data on topics such as health, education, as well as for improving the technical expertise using the latest technology.

Abstract

Madrasah merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal pertama dalam sejarah pendidikan Islam. lembaga madrasah yang didirikan pertama kali oleh Nizhamiyah al-Mulk, identik dengan lokasinya yang berada di samping masjid. Ini menunjukkan betapa syiar Islam di masa pembaruan “dihiasi” dengan nuansa ilmu (intelektual). Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisa urgensitas mendirikan madrasah di samping masjid. Adapun fokus pembahasan yaitu bagaimana urgensitas mendirikan madrasah di samping masjid serta dampaknya bagi kemajuan pendidikan Islam di masa kini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research), selanjutnya keabsahan data diuji berdasarkan literatur (referensi) yang bersumber dari karya ilmiah, meliputi tugas akhir (skripsi, tesis, disertasi), artikel ilmiah dan prosiding (nasional-internasional). Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan hasil bahwa pendirian madrasah di samping masjid sangat urgen. Hal ini didasari dengan fungsi masjid dalam syiar Islam, selain sebagai tempat ibadah salat, masjid juga berfungsi sebagai pusat pendidikan, bahkan kombinasi masjid dan madrasah adalah simbol pembaruan pendidikan Islam yang dinamis dan memberi ruang ijtihad seluasnya terhadap kajian Islam yang bersifat zanni. Dengan demikian, mendirikan madrasah di samping masjid merupakan syiar Islam secara komprehensif di bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai optimalisasi efektifitas kualitas pendidikan tinggi Islam menggunakan metode Hungarian dengan software LINGO (Linear Interactive and Discrete Optimization). Pada penggunaan metode LINGO ini, yaitu dengan cara merumuskan masalah ke dalam persamaan matematika, lalu merumuskan rumusan tersebut ke dalam software LINGO dengan menginput suatu SETS, fungsi tujuan, fungsi pembatas, serta data yang digunakan pada jendela baru, kemudian mengeksekusi permasalahan dengan memilih opsi solution pada menu solver, yang selanjutnya interpretasi dari hasil eksekusi tersebut. Hasil dari kedua metode tersebut menghasilkan nilai optimal yang sama, yang mana berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa, penugasan alokasi tenaga pendidik di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung pada mata kuliah tertentu adalah: tenaga A, B, C, D, dan E mengampu Mata Kuliah Bahasa Inggris, Biologi, Matematika, Kimia, dan Fisika. Hasil simulasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa total kesempatan minimum yang akan memaksimalkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi Islam adalah 84 dengan total maksimum keefektifitasan kualitas pendidikan adalah 416.

Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi pendidikan akhlak pada anak oleh pengasuh Panti Asuhan Tunas Melati Muhammadiyah Pontianak adalah mengajarkan anak asuh tawakkal kepada Allah, cara mensyukuri nikmat dan karunia Allah, cara memuliakan dan menghormati tamu, cara berinteraksi dengan tetangga, sikap menolong antarsesama, dan cara mengayomi dan memelihara lingkungan. Metode pendidikan akhlak yang digunakan oleh pengasuh Panti Asuhan Tunas Melati Muhammadiyah Pontianak adalah menggunakan metode nasehat, metode pembiasaan, metode ganjaran apabila berbuat baik, metode ganjaran apabila berbuat kesalahan, metode teladan, metode pergaulan yang baik dan metode tidak langsung melalui televisi. Faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi pendidikan akhlak pada anak di Panti Asuhan Tunas Melati Muhammadiyah Pontianak terdiri dari dua faktor baik sebagai pendukung maupun sekaligus penghambat yaitu: 1. Faktor internal sebagai pendukung adalah dari kebiasaan anak asuh dan sebagai penghambat adalah kebiasaan anak asuh. 2. Faktor eksternal sebagai pendukung adalah dari faktor pendidikan dan kawan sebaya dan sebagai penghambat adalah kawan sebaya dan lingkungan pergaulan.
