Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in increasing the interest and learning achievement of students at SDN Cicadas 2 Bandung City. A qualitative method, data sources in the study consisted of the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, and three Fiqh teachers and profile documentation of SDN 2 Kota Bandung. Collecting data in this research uses interview observations at research locations in schools observing phenomena that occurred and documentation studies in the form of photos of teacher learning activities, official meeting notes, archives related to teacher competence pedagogy, books that support the focus of research to complement the above data. The results of the discussion above can be drawn several conclusions, namely as follows: (1). The Pedagogic Competence of PAI Teachers at SDN 2 Cicadas Bandung City has been well implemented, consisting of six components including student understanding, learning design, educational and dialogic learning, learning technology, evaluation of learning outcomes, student development; (2). Student interest in PAI subjects at SDN Cicadas 2 Bandung City. with indicators of feeling happy about PAI subjects, student interest in learning, attention shown during learning, and student involvement by responding in each lesson both asking and giving responses submitted by PAI teachers; (3). The learning achievement of students at SDN Cicadas 2 Bandung City in the academic field includes knowledge, and the results of report cards have increased.

Abstract

Pedagogic competencies are urgently needed by teachers, but unfortunately, learning in tertiary institutions is not fully capable of forming these competencies. There are several problems that are often experienced, but several universities certainly have their own efforts to overcome them. This study aims to analyze the problems of pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators, efforts to establish pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators, and success factors in efforts to establish pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators. The research was carried out at the PAI STAI Sumatra Medan study program using a qualitative research type based on a case study approach. Research informants, namely study program leaders, lecturers, and students of the PAI study program, The results of the study reveal that: (1) the problems of pedagogic competence in PAI educator candidates, namely the distribution of subjects that are not dominant in pedagogic competence, learning is not yet fully practical or field study in nature, prospective educators master the material but it is difficult to manage learning, prospective educators often apply style classical teaching, domination of mastery of western-based pedagogical competencies; (2) efforts to establish the pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators are carried out in four steps, namely updating the curriculum, establishing a laboratory tsanawiyah madrasah, skill-based learning orientation, forming an integration-based academic culture; (3) the success factor in the effort to establish competence can be seen from the positive student response to the various steps implemented by the study program leaders, especially the establishment of a laboratory tsanawiyah madrasah.

Abstract

Communication management is the role of management in communicating effectively. The purpose of this research was to find out how BBPOM Pekanbaru can inform, educate, and communicate (ICE) with the public in Pekanbaru about the phenomenon of dangerous cosmetics. Sources of data are referred to journals, magazines, websites, and newspapers related to the dangerous cosmetics phenomenon. A qualitative research method was implemented, and the POAC (planning, organizing, acting, and controlling) concept on how to communicate was used as a reference. BBPOM Pekanbaru has implemented information sharing, counseling, and the ICE program by conducting 12 times of knowledge sharing through Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook and a 14-time discussion program using video, local television, and radio about dangerous cosmetics in Pekanbaru. Many programs have been implemented as per the yearly program target, but BBPOM needs additional resources to improve the control system. Communication management is very important from an Islamic perspective because everything must be done correctly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experimental Design dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Rancangan ini memiliki pretest yaitu kelompok kelas eksperimen dengan metode discovery learning dan kelompok kelas kontrol dengan metode diskusi. Kemudian diberikan posttest untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda dengan pelajaran yang sama. Batasan berdasarkan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA MAN 2 Kabupaten Bogor. mata pelajaran Fiqh dengan hasil belajar yang diinginkan.Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran discovery berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fikih kelas X MAN 2 Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan perhitungan Independent Sample t test pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,612 dengan jumlah siswa 60 orang. Pengambilan keputusan dengan melihat hasil sig. (2-ekor) adalah 0,001. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa angka lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka keputusan berdasarkan pada sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ha diterima, jadi dari data di atas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa angka lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka keputusan berdasarkan pada sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ha diterima, jadi dari data di atas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai kapitalisme dalam pendidikan di Indonesia baik di masa sejarah maupun perkembangannya, lalu dibandingkan dengan nilai-nilai ilmu manajemen pendidikan Islam sebagai Anti tesa dari ide pertama. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara kapitalisme pedidikan dan nilai nilai Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Hubungan ke duanya yaitu sama-sama berfokus pada suatu pelaksanaan pendidikan yang syarat akan suatu ilmu manajemen. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif  deskriptif, dengan pendekatan pendalaman teori (Grounded Theory), dengan teknik kajian pustaka (Library Research) lalu menganalisa isinya (Content analisis). Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa kapitalisme terhadap segala aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan. Pendidikan menjadi liberal, kapitalistik, dan sekuler yang hanya mengandalkan logika. Pendidikan semacam ini ditujukan hanya untuk mendapatkan keuntungan finansial semata, dengan mengabaikan arti penting dan tujuan dasar pendidikan. Ada dua hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk menghilangkannya. Yang pertama adalah bahwa manajemen pendidikan nasional harus terbuka, terjangkau dan tidak kaku: sementara yang kedua adalah bahwa tujuan pendidikan harus diarahkan pada orientasi mental siswa. Dalam sudut pandang ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Pendidikan kapitalisme tidak sesuai dengan konsep-konsepnya, yaitu Fleksibel, efektif dan Efisien, Terbuka, Kooperatif dan Partisipatif.

Abstract

This article was conducted to analyze school culture in shaping students' character at MA Al-Fatah. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Source of data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis techniques in this study by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, researchers used four criteria: trust, transferability, dependence, and certainty. Based on the study results that school culture shapes student character, there are two cultural aspects: Academic Culture, which includes a culture of reading, learning culture, and creativity. In contrast, the second culture is Social Culture, 3S culture, and simple living culture. The characters formed through school culture are religious, independent characters, curiosity characters, creative characters, democratic characters, disciplined characters, responsible characters, and social care characters.

Abstract

This research examines life skills education implemented by schools with a school-based management approach to achieve national education goals. The purpose of this research is to know life skills education, school-based management and national education goals, as well as its application in the review of education management science. This research is descriptive qualitative because the data studied is not numerical. The results of this study are life skills education is education in education units based on the local wisdom of education units, so that students get provisions for life in accordance with what is in their environment, school-based management is management autonomy that authorizes schools to develop local curriculum based on needs, the purpose of education in accordance with the national education system law is to educate the nation's life. The application of life skills education through school-based management is a system of policy independence by schools in conducting input, process, and output of students in accordance with the objectives of the institution to provide life skills to students according to their needs.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the history and planning of learning in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Modern Islamic Boarding School, Batang Quiz District.As for the research method used, this type of research is qualitative research, namely field research, with the aim of explaining the phenomenon as deeply as possible through collecting data as deeply as possible. Methods of data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and document studies, data sources, data analysis and scrutinizing the validity of the data refers to qualitative research.The final results of this study indicate that 1) Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Mawaridussalam is a Madrasa that has only been established since 2008, around 14 years old. From 2010 to 2022 the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Aliyah Private Mawaridussalam has been occupied by two people, namely: 1) Nurrokhman, SH., MM, period 2010-2015, and 2) Arief Persada Lift, S.Pd.I., MM, period 2016 – present. 2) Planning of learning activities in improving teacher performance in the Deli Serdang district Private Madrasah Aliyah, namely the Mawaridussalam Private Madrasah Aliyah is carried out by involving teachers to compile all of these programs, while the planning programs are, a) Learning implementation plans, b) Plans for learning approaches and methods , c) Planning for learning tools or media, d) Planning for learning evaluation, e) Planning for preparing a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), f) Planning for hiring teachers/teachers, and g) Planning for teacher development.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to determine current innovation students for junior high school in Bogor City. 2) Develop Problem Based Learning model to improve students for junior hight school Bogor City.  3) Determine the effectiveness of PBL model in improving students for junior hight school Bogor city innovation. This research is based on the development research by Borg and Gall with three research and development stages, preliminary study, model development, and model test. The data analysis used during the development research were descriptive analysis, model validation analysis, and model effectiveness analysis with t-test independent samples. The results of the research concluded that: the innovation of students for junior high school Bogor City is currently low and needs to be improved; the developed model is declared "fit foruse" by learning experts with more notes. The PBL model is declared effective in increasing the innovation  students for junior highschool in Bogor City.

Abstract

Idealism plays a significant role in the world of education. Education is more than just trying to achieve learning outcomes; it is also about how to obtain results or learning processes in children. Thus, in education, there must be a balance between the process and the learning outcomes. An ideal education is thought to be capable of serving human growth in all aspects, including spiritual, intellectual, imaginative, and scientific growth. The Qur'an is a guide for Muslims that contains guidelines for living in the world. Al-Qur'an is a book that can answer all of the world's problems, including educational problems, which are also explained in it. Surah Luqman verses 12-19 contain many of these educational values. Educational values based on Surah Luqman form the foundation of education and should serve as a guideline for all Muslims. The authors conducted library research in this study, which focused on library books and other literature. Based on the research objectives, it includes basic research, i.e. research to broaden and deepen theoretical knowledge. The study's findings show that the idealism of Islamic education in the Qur'an basically directs humans to know their true identity and function in accordance with it. Educational idealism focuses on five important issues in human life: monotheism education, worship education, ethics or morals education, mental education, and life management education. Thus, it is hoped that humans will be able to develop themselves optimally in order to achieve happiness in their lives both now and in the future.
