PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) dimana diperoleh nilai POF 97,52% dan OFCT 27,56 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh capital intensity dan advertising intensity terhadap agresivitas pajak dengan firm size sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2021 sebanyak 113 perusahaan yang didapat melalui pencarian pada situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan website resmi perusahaan yang menjadi objek penelitian. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak sebanyak 75. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software E-Views versi 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa capital intensity secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak. advertising intensity secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Capital intensity dan advertising intensity secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak. Firm size secara parsial tidak memoderasi atau memperlemah capital intensity terhadap agresivitas pajak. Firm size secara parsial tidak memoderasi atau memperlemah advertising intensity terhadap agresivitas pajak.

Abstract

One of the goals of an employee working in a company is to get career development. However, there is often a bias towards indicators of career development in Indonesia in general, namely career development based on performance or seniority. The purpose of this research is to find out which factors are more dominant between performance and seniority which form the basis for career development decisions in PDAM Giri Menang Mataram. This type of research is included in associative research using survey methods in collecting data. The analytical tool used is t-test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the more dominant factor that forms the basis for career development decisions at PDAM Giri Menang Mataram is employee performance.

Abstract

The advancement of the internet has an impact on the increase in social media users and this is in line with the development of tourism, triggering the emergence of Instagram accounts with the theme of tourist destinations which can indirectly create an image of the destination it posts, resulting in the emergence of someone's interest in visiting. So that it triggers the decision to visit tourists. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and destination image on visiting decisions with visiting interest as an intervening variable for tourists in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a causal approach. The sample size was 135 respondents. Data analysis tools using AMOS 24.0. The results found that social media marketing affects visiting interest. Destination image affects the interest in visiting. Social media marketing has no effect on visiting decisions. Destination image has no effect on visiting decisions. Social media marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on visiting decisions through visiting interest. Destination image has a positive and insignificant effect on visiting decisions through visiting interest. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that visiting interest will increase if social media marketing is utilized properly and improves destination image, so that it can trigger the formation of visiting decisions. Suggestions for the government and business actors are to continue to develop tourist attractions in SEZ Mandalika by adding facilities and protecting the environment

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis studi kelayakan hutan lindung monggal sebagai Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) guna meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu cara dalam mendukung pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat serta penggerak ekonomi lokal. Dari tujuan umum tersebut bisa diuraiakan lebih lanjut tentang tujuan khusus yaitu (1) untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek non-finansial usaha TWA Monggal meliputi aspek pasar, manajemen, sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya, serta lingkungan. (2) untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek finansial usaha TWA Monggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik survey dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: Studi kepustakaan, Observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan TWA Monggal di Desa Genggelang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara layak untuk dikembangkan karena pertimbangan (1) Kelayakan dari aspek non-finansial (2) Kelayakan dari aspek finansial dilakukan dengan perhitungan nilai NPV selama 10 tahun sebesar Rp 1.214.388.386,85 dengan Tingkat pengembalian terhadap investasi (IRR) sebesar 32%. Kemudian nilai Net B/C sebesar Rp 4.043. dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 3 bulan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Cognitive Bias on Company Performance with Investment Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Lombok Island during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The theoretical contribution of this research is expected to contribute to science and theory development behavioral finance related to investment decision making and company performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In addition, it is also expected that behavioral finance will become the subject of discussion in financial management courses. Furthermore, the practical contribution of this research is expected to provide input, suggestions and recommendations to the policy makers of the NTB Provincial Government in making policies related to the development of SMEs. This research is a quantitative approach-based research, with explanatory research as the type of research. The research population is all SMEs on the island of Lombok. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling, namely using judgment sampling, namely selecting SMEs engaged in the pottery industry and already exporting. From the existing population, there are 34 (thirty four) SMEs that can be taken as samples. Respondents in this study are the owners of each of these SMEs. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. In order to achieve the research objectives and to test the hypothesis, the data obtained will be processed as needed using the GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) statistical tool. The results of the study show that Cognitive Bias have a positive and significant effect on company performance. The decision to place funds for working capital does not intervene with Cognitive Bias on Company Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Lombok Island during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Most of them have high school and university education and the length of business is more than 15 (fifteen) years.

Abstract

Recreational area fees and port service fees are an important source of PAD for the North Lombok District. It relies on the tourism sector as the main sector for regional revenue sources to carry out development acceleration so that it can get out of the only underdeveloped area in West Nusa Tenggara province. The study aims to analyze the potential and effectiveness and make projections of the fees for recreation areas and port services in Gili Tramena, North Lombok District. The findings showed that recreational area fees and port service fees from 2017 to 2021 tended to decrease and did not reach the target. It was due to the low process of extending and intensifying fees and external factors, namely the earthquake in 2018 and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Based on calculations and data analysis, the total potential levy for recreational areas in 1 (one) year is IDR 7,607,653,250,00. With details of IDR 6,990,816,500.00 for foreign tourists and IDR 616,836,750.00 for domestic tourists. Meanwhile, the potential for the next 5 years is IDR 2,380,712,571.43 in 2022, IDR 2,576,320,095.24 in 2023, IDR 3,280,711,380.95 in 2024, IDR 3,985,102,666.67 in 2025, and IDR 4,689,493,952.38 in 2026. This potential can be reached, of course, with the political will of the local government to increasing PAD.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Marketing Strategy for the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery in Increasing the Competitiveness of Sales Woven Fabrics in the West Praya Region, Central Lombok", which aims to determine the Marketing Strategy for the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery in increasing the competitiveness of sales Woven Fabrics in the West Praya region, Central Lombok. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in research uses SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the Marketing Strategy carried out by the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery in increasing the competitiveness of sales woven fabrics in the West Praya region of Central Lombok based on its position in Quadrant I in the SWOT Analysis is an aggressive strategy using more aggressive promotional strategies in promoting Village Songket Woven fabrics. Setanggor, so that it is better known by the public and abroad, which can be done through social media, websites, as well as variations in Setanggor Village Songket Woven cloth motifs that can adapt to current fashion. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, dan kualitas desain mobile app terhadap perceived flow (persepsi pengalaman) dan niat untuk terus menggunakan.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan e-commerce di Bali yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 180 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan, sedangkan persepsi kemanfaatan dan kualitas desain mobile app berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kualitas desain mobile app berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap persepsi pengalaman, serta persepsi pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan. Oleh karena itu penting bagi e-commerce di Bali untuk selalu memperhatikan persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kualitas desai mobile app dalam rangka meningkatkan persepsi pengalaman dan niat untuk terus menggunakan.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires organizations to adapt to technological developments so that their organizations can survive in the future. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of e-leadership and e-culture on work productivity through work engagement. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. The samples in this research were employees in two technical implementation units under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the Bengkulu area, namely the Class IIB Bengkulu Women's Correctional Institution and the Class II Bengkulu Special Development Institution for Children. The total sample in this study was 120 employees. This research uses a questionnaire as the main method of data collection. The analysis method uses SEM-PLS. Based on research results, e-leadership has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 3.977 and a P-value of 0. E-leadership also has a positive and significant effect on work engagement with a t-value of 2.97 and P- value of 0.003. Furthermore, e-culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 2.326 and a P-value of 0.02. For the influence of e-culture on work engagement, the influence of work engagement on work productivity, the indirect influence of e-Leadership on work productivity through work engagement and the indirect influence of e-culture on work productivity through work engagement in this study were stated to not have a positive influence and significant.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini mempergunakan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftarkan di BEI dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022 untuk menentukan pengaruh ROA, capital adequacy ratio dan net profit margin atas harga saham perusahaan tersebut selama periode 2018-2022. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 27 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampelnya disebut purposive sampling. Data diuji dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan yakni ROA memiliki nilai positif serta tidak berpengaruh signifikan atas harga saham bank perusahaan yang diperdagangkan di BEI, capital adequacy ratio berdampak positif pada harga saham tetapi tidak signifikan serta net profit margin berdampak negatif pada harga saham. Ini memperlihatkan bahwa tiga variabel independen ROA, capital adequacy ratio serta net profit margin dapat menjelaskan 1,7% ketidakpastian harga saham emiten Bank di Indonesia. Sebaliknya 98,3% terakhir ada kemungkinan bahwa variabel tambahan yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini akan membantu menjelaskan masalah ini. Kata Kunci: Return on Asset, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Harga Saham.
