This study aimed to develop a learning agility measuring instrument based on De Meuse's theory (2015) with a sample of Government Employees from the National Police of Indonesian Republik and members of Polda Metro Jaya (Lokal Police). The data was collected using an online questionnaire survey distributed via Jotform. The results of the statistical test using a differential power test where the researcher aborted 35 items in the pilot study, which were initially 95 items so that the items that could be continued to the next test stage in a large sample totaled 60 items, then from the average item reliability value has a value per -item ≥ 0.9, this figure shows consistent numbers using the same measuring instrument (test-retest reliability) when testing on small samples and also large samples. Construct Validity value with item homogeneity technique using Product Moment correlation in all items with a p ≤ 0.05. Moreover, it can also be seen from the Pearson correlation value of all items ≥ 0.279 (r-table) of N=50. So that all items in the second phase of the trial can be said to be valid and feasible to use, it can be seen that there is also a positive correlation between dimensions. The results of the factor loading test show that the Standardization Estimate All numbers for each dimension are ≥ 0.71. these figures indicate that each dimension is a factor of the latent construct.

This study uses the Connor & Davidson scale (CD-RISC 25), and using a quantitative comperative descriptive analysis method an using an Independent t-test. The results of the study show a moderate level of resilience 97.2% that explains the individuals are capable of adapting and overcoming problems which are included in personal competence.

Recent studies have demonstrated that using colour fonts could enhance memory. However, little is known regarding whether using highlighter would produce a similar effect and, if so, whether the colour of highlighters determine the nuance of effectiveness. This study aims at exploring the effectiveness of the use of highlighters to enhance short-term memory. We chose two colours of highlighters: blue and yellow, with reference to the previous literature. A randomized, matched, one-way ANOVA experimental design was conducted, participated by 97 university students. The result suggests that using yellow highlighter produced the same effect to memory formation as not using highlighter, while using blue highlighter tends to lower the performance of short-term memory formation. The study could potentially inform effective learning strategies to enhance memory performance, especially related to the use of highlighters.

Adolescence is the phase between childhood and adulthood. Teenagers will commit acts of juvenile delinquency when they experience a broken-home and have conflicting parents. One of the acts of juvenile delinquency is stealing which has a relationship with impulse control. This study aims to determine the behavior of broken-home adolescents who experience kleptomania disorder and identify the emotions that arise before and after the onset of kleptomaniac behavior. This study uses a phenomenological approach with a semi-structured interview for data collection. Participants in this study were selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. This study found that participants had a tendency towards kleptomania in childhood due to internal factors. This research is expected to provide objective information about broken-home adolescents who experience kleptomania based on phenomenological studies.
